Decided to try a 4-braid challah instead of a 6-braid. I like how it looks. Made two regular size loaves instead of one giant one. Why didn’t I think of this before? I made challah rolls for a friend because she lives alone and a whole bread would be too much. So. Freeze them! Use one at a time! DUH!
