Something so dreamy about Napoleonic Blue... we love how this technique from our weekend Raised Stencils Class came out! Chalk Paint® by @anniesloanhome Napoleonic Blue over Florence, with a raised stencil using Pearl Plaster by @artisanenhancements , followed by distressed edges and Chalk Paint® White and Black Waxes.
