Full Name: Nadira Novaa Gender and Sexuality: Bisexual Woman Pronouns: She/Her Class, Species, & Subclass: She’s a dark side force user and some kind of alien idk man I need to figure that out lol Birthplace and Birthdate: She was born on Melikaar (a dark and stormy moon) and date? idk Guilty Pleasures: Sitting by the ocean and ignoring her responsibilities Phobias: Honestly? Deep space and flying! She’s not afraid of heights but hates being trapped in a machine that she’s not controlling herself (she's probably going to demand to be taught to fly a ship just to avoid this lol) What They Would Be Famous For: For being the apprentice of Darth Kazlan and saving her home.  What They Would Be Arrested For: For being on the opposite side of a war? For being a dark side force user? Maybe for murder? lol

OC You Ship Them With: I kinda ship her with both the Prince and the Pilot in my original star wars story I’ve been writing in my head (might honestly make it a polyam thing cause I’m digging those Vibes) Character Tropes: Dark is not Evil/Surpassed the Teacher/Proud Warrior Race Talents and/or Powers: She’s a soldier and a tracker. And then she gets a lightsaber and the Force! She’s super Dramatic about it and does lots of twirls and shit. Her favorite thing to do with the force is knocking around her enemies. Why Someone Might Love Them: She’s a fierce warrior and extremely loyal. She can be amusing and kind (when she wants to be). Why Someone Might Hate Them: She’s very harsh and aggressive. She’s not very open-minded (at least at the beginning of her journey). How They Change: She goes from a mere soldier to a leader and a teacher. She learns to control her anger and finds balance in herself.  Why you Love Them: She’s one of my oldest ocs and I’m very attached to her for that reason. I really love her journey and love using her to explore narratives and themes I wish were more properly explored in the star wars universe. She’s a real Comfort oc and I really hope to actually write her story one day even if it’s just for myself.

Valeris: He was married in the past so the thought of kids did come up. But it was also during the calamity so the thought was only entertained for a moment and then kinda cast aside. Valeris is very family-oriented and liked the idea of having kids but so much other shit was going on it was tabled essentially. Now, he’s focused on starting his life over and figuring out who he is as a person and everything. In the future, I could definitely see him having kids. A family is something he wants eventually. He’d be the most protective dad though my goodness! He’d be so serious about it making sure his kids were educated and safe and he would spend so much time with them. MY HEART!!

Heidi: She is also very family-oriented and she likes the idea of having a family someday. But it's very far back in her mind. She’s very focused on her goals at the moment. Depending on how that goes I could see her eventually settling down and having a cozy life with some kids. She’d be the sweetest mum! Teaching her kids literally everything she could! Telling them about her adventures and about magic! The most supportive and inspiring momma to ever exist! Just prepping them for the world before sending them off on their own and being so proud!

Theodora: I don’t think she has really thought about having kids. She is very focused on her career and protecting Ravnica and everything. Eventually, the idea might come up but she’d probably be against it. She is very dedicated to her job and doesn’t have any plans on stopping anytime soon. Her relationship with her mother growing up was strained because her mother was always busy/working and Theo wouldn’t want to do that to her owns kids. But once she actually settled down (if that ever even happens) she wouldn’t be opposed to the idea of having kids and starting a family.

Thaddeus: He wants to have kids and a family so badly man! But also he’s a witcher and his life is dangerous and he knows it probably isn't a good idea because of that. Maybe MAYBE after all the certain mages trying to kill him and him getting revenge business is over? Maybe eventually he could settle down? He wants to continue to help people and kill monsters and everything but his goals could shift to making a family. He’d just be the best dad OK just the sweetest and most kind! He loves so much and he’d give all of his love and attention to these potential kids!! He has so many stories and adventures and lessons to give! Him cooking and singing for these kiddos! LISTEN!! I could talk about this all day it’s so GOOD and I need this for him so MUCH

Vaughn: OH BOY! I’m still fleshing out this man! But I feel like having kids/family is not on his mind. He’s barely starting to let himself have friends ok lol idk if he ever would want to have kids though? It might be a matter of finding the right person and wanting to have a family with Them ya know?? But that is probably going to take a while and hopefully, he will mature by then cause geez!! How he is right now would not make a very good parent lmao

Enfys: She has thought about it but having kids is just not something she wants. She occasionally helps out orphans she runs into. She kinda has a thing where she steps in to be these kid’s parental figure for a hot second and then sends them on their way and that’s the closest she gets to being a mother.

Nadira: Her whole story is kind of her eventually getting to the point of being a parental figure/mentor to the next generation, but idk if she would have kids of her own? I’m still figuring out that story and everything so I’m not 100% on anything for her.

Oliver: Listen I just thought of this boy but I know he is the “dad friend” alright lol Still not sure if he’s going for the idea of eventually being a teacher or if he just wants to dedicate his time to study and learn stuff?? Regardless, I haven’t thought enough about him yet to decide on much in regards to kid/family stuff.

Ranthine: She’s 18 dude! She still a kid lol I don’t think she’d ever want kids? She’s too busy running around being a paladin and having absolutely no chill and I don’t see that stopping anytime soon lol

Balthazar: OK let’s get emo about my sad boi real quick! Assuming he makes it out of Barovia boy’s gonna settle the hell down. He’s gonna be just absolutely done. Idk if he’d go home and try to rebuild or go make a new home somewhere. Regardless, I just need my boy to be happy and he does want a family and kids. Everything just went to shit and his life was destroyed. It probably would take a while though. He’d have to recover from Barovia and his self-destructive behavior and everything. But eventually! Just nothing but happiness and wholesomeness for my BOY! Get him a family and a nice quiet life it’s what he deserves!! He’d be such a gentle and caring father it makes me cry DAMMIT

Rhysana: OH goodness! Her and Lucien never officially got together in-game, but I guess we kinda assume they did after the campaign was over. They’d reconnect and they’d help each other with the loose ends in their backstories. I love to think about them eventually getting married and having a couple kids. Just the cutest little pink tiefs with slightly pointed ears?? Some of them with wings like their mama and causing all sorts of havoc. Rhysana being a sweet and fun mom. Encouraging her kids to do what inspires them and not lock them into things (like she got locked in being a criminal growing up). Her telling her kids all about her crazy antics and adventures. Lucien being a more calming presence and trying to make sure their kids aren’t as reckless as their mother used to be lol It’s all just so CUTE (I haven’t talked to Lucien’s player about anything of this but hey lol)

Kaz’goth: I don’t think she cares about having kids one way or the other. She’s not opposed to it but it’s not something she’s actively wanting ya know? She’s out there being hot (and slightly evil) with Erys and Lapis man! They are such a cute weird little family! Technically, Kaz’goth and Lapis got “married” at the end of the campaign (for the AC lol). Laura and I have talked about them probably just staying married after the game was over. I don’t think they ever have kids though??

Wolfgang: OK DUDE! Wolfgang and Ellie definitely got married after the campaign and had some kiddos! Just the cutest little red-headed half-elf children! They were so sweet and adorable as a couple and would be such good parents. It’s so cute to think about! Wolfgang is such a sweetheart and would take extra care to be a good father (cause his was a piece of shit). Let’s not think about Ellie outliving Wolfgang by thousands of years or I WILL CRY!

Kalaran: While he’s not against having kids….he’s kinda scared to be a father? He spent so much of his life trying to find out what happened to his parents and always held out hope he would find them and have a family again. He wants that. But him being the parent? That’s terrifying. Technically, Wick and Kalaran can’t have kids of their own, BUT Laura and I have talked about them potentially actively helping out orphans together. Maybe even running an orphanage? Just the two of them helping so many kids out and being there for them. Kalaran loves it! Touching so many kids’ lives and making things better for them any way he can. And doing it with Wick, his girl? The best thing in his life! He tells himself it’s not the same as being a father. But dude is being a father to so many kids and saving so many lonely kids from the same fate he suffered when he was young. MY HEART!

6. What is the most romantic thing that has been done for your OC?

Nadira: I still don’t know if I’m giving her a love interest in her backstory or not, so I don’t have anything definite. I do have some inklings of an idea of Artem at some point giving her a thoughtful gift to thank her for saving his life (multiple times).

Thaddeus: I still need to flesh out more characters to interact with Thaddeus (maybe a potential love interest idk yet) but until then we’ll say Maeve ( @mcousland ) writing his story would be it 💙

13. How does your OC show their love to those that are not their partner(s)?

Nadira: She shows her love by defending the people she cares about either physically or with her words.

18. Does your OC have a “type”?

Nadira: Definitely someone who can handle themselves in a fight….or handle her in a fight to be honest lol

Thaddeus: Who isn’t his type?? lol He really does love passionate people though.

25. Does your OC believe in soulmates?

Nadira: Not really no.

Thaddeus: 100% he be out there looking for his soulmate as we speak lmao

Ghosts: Has your muse ever seen something they couldn’t explain?

Thaddeus: I can’t think of anything in particular at the moment. All I know is that if he ever did see something he couldn’t explain he’d become obsessed with trying to understand it.

Nadira: 100% the mysterious undead enemies that arrive at her home. They don’t feel pain and are terrifying beyond explanation. 

Change: What was a turning point in your muse’s life?

Thaddeus: When his mother went missing. It changed everything and led him to becoming a witcher.

Nadira: When she found out she had the force. She started training with Kazlan and she began to have a greater purpose than just being a hunter/soldier.

Dolls: Has your muse ever collected something?

Thaddeus: He collects books. His library is very impressive and he’s really proud of it.

Nadira: Not really no. If anything she’s collecting scars lmao

1. How does your character sleep? Peacefully, fitfully? What position do they sleep in? What is their typical bedding like?

Valeris – Typically, he sleeps pretty peacefully. There is always the odd nightmare/dangerous situation that makes him more restless though. Because of his horns sleeping on his back isn’t really an option. He mostly sleeps on his stomach (sometimes his sides). He has a room at the Cobalt Soul and his bedding is sparse and neat.

Theodora – She sleeps like a rock. The deepest sleeper you will ever meet. She moves around a lot in her sleep and always ends up in ridiculous positions. She doesn’t share a bed with anyone so it’s fine lol She has a room at the legion barracks so bedding is pretty basic. Though she recently got promoted to sergeant so it’s probably nicer than what she had before.

Nadira – She doesn’t sleep well at all. Not only is she plagued with nightmares of the recent war and losing loved ones, but she is still very much in fight or flight mode most of the time. Most noises will wake her up and she is ready to Fight™

8. Is your oc more likely to follow instructions exactly, throw them out and figure it out on their own, or make it all up? What are the results like?

Valeris – Back in the day Valeris very much followed instructions exactly (instructions from you know evil gods so yay). Nowadays he is much more inclined to figure shit out on his own unless he really trusts the judgment of who he is receiving instructions from. So far doing things on his own is working out well for him. He’s still getting the desired results so hey.

Theodora – This is actually really a conflict with her. The rebel in her wants to make it all up and do what she thinks is right. But she’s in a legion and is constantly reporting to higher-ranking members. She tries to fit in and follow the instructions of her supervisors. Basically, she is always fluctuating between being exact and doing her own thing. She hasn’t been punished for not exactly following orders yet so that’s good lol

Nadira – For her, following the instructions of her superiors is important. It’s about honor and respect. It would take a lot for her to throw them out completely. Thanks to listening to instructions exactly she has lost people. She wasn’t there to save them….so yeah she is dealing with that.

14. Does your oc do anything “just for the aesthetic”? Or are they completely practical in everything?

Valeris – tbh 80% of what he does is “for the aesthetic” his spells? his outfit? anything to do with his sword? He’s so extra and he tries to play it off and be practical the rest of the time lol  

Theodora – Most of the time she is very practical unless fire is involved. She will throw everything out the window to do something cool with fire (she had a flamethrower for a bit before it exploded on her lol).

Nadira – In combat, it’s all about the aesthetic man especially once she gets a lightsaber. This is probably a product of being trained by the edgiest ex-sith lord ever lmao

23. What is the most annoying sound to your oc? What’s the most pleasant? Is there any reason?

Valeris – Most annoying? Anything high pitched really. Most pleasing? Wind. It’s just peaceful and calming. Something he hasn’t had a lot of in his life.

Theodora – She’s annoyed by terrible singing. It drives her crazy. Her favorite sound is a crackling fire. It’s usually surrounded by good company. Also she…..loves fire.

Nadira – Most annoying to her is probably the beeps and whirrs of droids. Her people don’t really use them so she doesn’t understand binary and it all just sounds like noise to her. The most pleasing sound to her is crashing waves. She hears it a lot where she’s from, but it always grounds her. She often thinks of it to try to get her anger to fade away.

29. If your oc was in a video game, what would their idle animation be? (When the player stays still for too long, the animation that plays.)

Valeris – He just crosses his arms and looks super judgy lol

Theodora – She holds her glaive on her shoulders like THIS (it’s hot lol)

Nadira – She definitely twirls her lightsaber around (not very original but LIGHTSABERS)

40. Are there any habits your oc has picked up from people around them? Do they know where they’re from? Does your oc try to stop themselves from doing it?

Valeris – He’s picked up some habits from members of the Cobalt Soul. The big one being keeping a journal. He now makes mental notes of what to write and stuff throughout the day. He’s aware of where he got it from and embraces it. He wants to connect with Ioun by collecting knowledge and thinking like her followers do.

Theodora – She definitely has a habit of seeking out an adrenaline rush. She picked up that from some not so good people from her past. She tries to stop herself from going too far especially if it starts endangering other people.

Nadira – A majority of her people are stubborn and hold grudges like nothing else. She’s picked up a habit of holding onto her anger and bottling up her hate before lashing out because of this. She tries to stop it, but it doesn’t always work out.

things I have of this story so far?

-Nadira Novaa is the main protagonist and she is force sensitive

-Darth Kazlan (an ex-sith lord who fucked off during the jedi/sith war) ends up training Nadira in the dark side of the force 

-Kazlan lives in a castle on a dark moon in the far reaches of space 

-Nadira lives on this moon? or the planet it orbits? once she realizes she has these powers (in some extreme circumstance) the locals send her to see the moon’s protector, Kazlan

-some sort of war is happening? there is a kingdom/queendom? on the planet or they come to the planet? 

-there is a prince type character (maybe force sensitive) that is at odds with Nadira in some way. they join forces later when an outside threat shows up?

-there is a pilot/bounty hunter character who is just such a sweetheart (he’s maybe a mandalorian? idk)  

-there is potentially a race of flying humanoids who can survive being in outer space? they have flying lizard mounts (basically dragons) that can also survive in space. I have no idea what I’m doing with them (potential bad guys)? they are just a cool concept lol
