❤️ Yes, he can see with Sento, and he mainly does, but he’s also working on not being hinder on it

Fic request!! Reminder that you don't have to respond if this is triggering!! But phantom accidentally tripping over little dew drop and falling over, dew doesn't fall down but he gets scared when phantom starts crying

I made phantom trip over dew's tail and they don't fall fully on the ground but onto the couch and swiss' arms so it wouldn't be... "drastic" hahahah I hope its okay and that you like it!

Dewdrop has been dropped all day now. It didn’t begin well, but after some time with Aether and then Rain he was happy. Currently, he was playing with Phantom, being watched over by Rain from the couch.

Phantom and Dewdrop were in a little pit of blankets and pillows on the floor, various toys thrown all around. At the moment Dewdrop seemed to be taking a break from playing, chewing on the tail of his axolotl plushie as he stared at Phantom, who was busy smacking two toys together. They were fighting.

Rain kept a close eye on Dewdrop when he stopped engaging, looking for any signs of the fear or anxiety coming back to the small ghoul. There was none, thankfully.

Everyone was calm and content. It was quiet for the next fifteen minutes or so, apart from the noises of Dewdrop gnawing and Phantom smacking their toys together, and sometimes making special sound effects, too. At some point the three of them heard footsteps from the corridor and soon enough Swiss walked in.

“Hi, Swiss,” Rain greeted him.

“Hello, Raincloud.” He plopped down next to him onto the couch and kissed his cheek. “Hello to you, too, two little gremlins.”

“Swissy! We nod g’emlins!” Phantom protested, even though they were giggling, happy to see the multi ghoul. Swiss always bragged he was Phantom’s favorite (and he probably was).

“Hmmm… I’m not so sure about that,” the multi ghoul took on a dramatic expression, as if he was lost deep in thought. Rain rolled his eyes next to him. “You know… gremlins don’t cuddle. I guess you gotta come over here and prove you’re not one by giving me a hug.”

Phantom giggled again and jumped up, careful to not step on any toys or Dewdrop. Unfortunately, they didn’t predict the fire ghoul’s tail twitching just when they were stepping over it and Phantom ended up tripping on it and falling face first into the couch. 

Swiss caught them, thankfully, but the quintessence ghoul already had tears in their eyes—mostly feeling bad for potentially hurting his little friend, but also out of shame. Rain dropped to his knees next to Dewdrop, all but waiting for his breakdown, but nothing was happening yet.

“‘m s– sorry, D– Dewy,” Phantom cried, hiding in Swiss’ neck. The loud sobs were what finally got to Dewdrop. He looked over at his friend with scrunched up eyebrows and Rain saw tears welling up in his eyes in real time. He pulled the tiny ghoul into his lap and held him tightly, knowing any words or shushing him wouldn’t do any good.

“Hey, bug, it’s okay, Dew is alright,” the multi ghoul assured them, getting a nod in confirmation from Rain. “Isn’t he Rain?”

“Yeah, baby bat, he’s okay. He just got sad because you got sad,” Rain told them. Both he and Swiss knew Dewdrop got a bit scared, rather than sad. Not for himself, but for his friend—he couldn’t filter his love for his packmates when little as he tended to do when he’s big—but Phantom didn’t need to know that when they were small, too, it’d possibly make their little breakdown bigger.

Phantom pulled away from Swiss’ neck and looked down at where Dewdrop was cradled in Rain’s arms. There were a few tears trolling down his cheeks and his eyes were wide, but he wasn’t sobbing or shaking. 

“D– Dewy, are you o– ogay?” the quintessence ghoul asked, but didn’t expect a verbal response. Dewdrop wiggled his arms out from between him and Rain, and made grabby hands in Phantom’s direction.

“Go, buggy,” Swiss encouraged them, ruffling their hair. Phantom extracted themself from the multi ghoul’s arms and got down onto their knees on the floor. They carefully crawled over to Dewdrop and Rain and sat down in Dewdrop’s arm reach.

“‘m sorry,” they apologized again, but the other was having none of it. He blew a raspberry, and extended an arm to—very clumsily and not really successfully—wipe some of the tears off Phantom’s cheek with his pointer finger. Both of their eyes and cheeks were still wet but they both erupted into giggles, quickly forgetting about their sadness as Dew took on poking Phantom’s flushed cheeks for fun.

Rain and Swiss both sighed with relief, glad the situation didn’t escalate into big panic on either of the little ghoul’s side. Soon enough Dewdrop and Phantom got back to their playing and Rain returned to the couch to cuddle up to Swiss and continue watching the little ghouls.

I don't commission other people to make art for me often (let alone fanart) but if I do, I always tend to try to find an artist with a style similar to the fandom of the request that I want done. So it feels all the more canon and/or real to me.

Full Time Angel is a Danganronpa fan artist who does just as nice RainCode work. I decided that for my birthday I had to get a commission from them. (well actually I asked for 2) I failed to get a commission slot the first round, but I somehow succeeded the second round. (which is why it’s a month late)

I was a little shy at first, but I decided to take the plunge to ask them for this. I needed a good pic of a tired/sick Yuma laying on Yakou's lap for my life to feel complete. You know I live for these two's dynamic, they’re literally my roman empire 💜

And I gotta say, investment well spent! This is such an amazing piece! It came out so wonderful, it may as well be official!! >w< Yakou and Yuma look like they're pulled straight from their sprite art! And the detail on the background is phenomenal! Love the blur effects on the both the plant and the background behind the sofa! I'm so happy with it!! I could say so much more praise about this lovely work, but I’ll stop here.

He couldn’t find any reason for it happening, this time. He wasn’t that tired, he wasn’t that overstimulated, he wasn’t that stressed. He just slipped, he supposed, without any particular cause. And it’d all be absolutely fine if they weren’t in the middle of playing a show. That was a bit… inconvenient.

Phantom started feeling fuzzy around the half of the ritual, and got all small by three thirds of it. They were a professional, though, and a very well trained demon with great muscle memory, and that’s probably the only thing that had saved them from Sister Imperator’s reprimand for messing up the show.

They slinked over to Swiss, at some point, and opened their arms, wordlessly asking for a hug. The multi ghoul obliged, of course he did, and Phantom fell into him. As much as they could with Swiss being on the platform, anyway.

The moment was over quickly, Phantom had to get back to playing, but not before Swiss whispering in their ear, “You’ve got this, buggy, just a bit more.”

They nodded and ran back to the front of the stage again. Phantom did well, but the ritual couldn’t have ended faster, and as soon as they got their guitar off and handed it to their tech, they threw themself at Swiss again, needing that warmth and grounding pressure all over them for at least a moment. “Swissy, please.”

“I’ve got you, baby,” the multi ghoul whispered and crushed them to his chest, arms wrapped all around them. “Just the bows left, yeah, go grab Rain’s hand.”

Phantom turned their head, seeing Rain next to them, smiling through the face covering. They smiled too, and took his hand as Swiss instructed, lining up between two bigger ghouls for the bows.

Soon enough it was all over and they were backstage, in the dressing room. They ended up with Rain, the water ghoul taking care of them, and they’d never complain about that. Phantom really loved their Rainy.

They purred at that thought, just when the water ghoul was getting rid of their helmet and balaclava. “Oh, is it that nice, baby bat?”

“You’re very nice, Rainy,” Phantom admitted, blushing at Rain’s responding chuckle.

“Well, thank you, bug,” he smiled, unclasping their vest, “you’re a very nice little ghoul, too.”

The quintessence ghoul giggled, fidgeting with their hands, only separating them to help Rain get them undressed. Once they were sitting on the couch in just their boxers, Rain turned to dig around in Phantom’s bag for some clean street clothes. Once found, he got back to them, cooing at how their tail found its way into their mouth. “Do you want help getting dressed too, or you want to try yourself?”

“‘elp p’ease,” they lisped around their tail, giving Rain their prettiest puppy eyes.

“Hey, now, no need to bring this weapon out!” the water ghoul laughed, making Phantom giggle in return. He crouched down in front of them and piece by piece got Phantom dressed in loose, comfy clothes. Rain saw them nearly falling asleep, eyes glassy and oh, they were so sleepy.

“All set, baby bat,” he announced and ruffled their sweat-damp hair as he got up. Rain then changed too, as quickly as possible, to get his attention back to Phantom. “Do you want to go down to the bus already? Or want me to get someone else?”

“Mhm…” they hummed out, neither a negative nor an affirmative, half asleep. “Bus… you.”

“Gotcha.” Rain picked them up—Phantom immediately curling into them and shoving their face into the water ghoul’s chest—and left the dressing room. Phantom didn’t really register much more of what was going on around. They think they heard Rain asking someone to get their stuff for them, and to be quiet when the rest returns to the bus themselves.

Phantom thinks they were put down into Rain’s own bunk. They patted around and finding a shark, instead of their bat, confirmed their suspicions. It made them purr, loud, and they heard Rain chuckle at them from somewhere above. “Cute. You can hold him, don’t worry.”

“R’lly?” they whispered, hesitantly running their fingers over the plushies teeth.

“Yeah, of course! You’ll hold him and I’ll hold you, what about that?”

“Yes, p’ease,” Phantom sighed, wrapping their arms around the shark. It was a really big plushie, they loved it. Rainy was so nice for letting them hold him!

The water ghoul climbed into the bunk after them, and wrapped himself around the little ghoul right away, making them purr even louder. Rain joined in with his own rumble soon enough. “Goodnight, baby bat,” he whispered, kissing the shell of their ear.

I asked Matt to design me a monster. He drew this and said, "Make it wiggle and rain shrimp." I like to think I met his artistic vision.

This features fur particles (not the dynamic kind), rigid bodies, and Eevee. Eevee definitely isn't as capable as Cycles, but it can render without crashing the laptop. It's nice to see my animations at full speed!

By the way, the material for the shrimp is entirely procedural. Behold my chaotic node tree:
