चैतन्य भारत न्यूज नई दिल्ली. कोरोना संकट के बीच सीबीएसई ने नौवीं से बारहवीं तक के पाठ्यक्रम को 30 फीसद तक कम करके भले ही छात्रों को राहत देने की कोशिश की है लेकिन इसे लेकर अब राजनीति शुरू ही गई है। इस पर केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल ‘निशंक’ का बयान सामने आया है। वैसे तो सीबीएसई ने करीब 190 विषयों के पाठ्यक्रमों को कम किया है, लेकिन इनमें सबसे ज्यादा चर्चा सोशल स्टडीज (एसएसटी), पॉलिटिकल साइंस और बिजनेस स्टडीज जैसे विषयों से हटाए गए चैप्टरों को लेकर है। फिलहाल इन विषयों से जो अहम चैप्टर हटाए गए हैं, उनमें राष्ट्रवाद, नागरिकता, धर्मनिरपेक्षता, लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार, फूड सिक्योरिटी जैसे चैप्टर शामिल हैं। As @cbseindia29 has clarified, schools have been advised to follow the #NCERT Alternate Academic Calendar, and all the topics mentioned have been covered under the same Academic Calendar. The exclusions are merely a 1-time measure for exams, due to the #COVID19 pandemic. — Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank (@DrRPNishank) July 9, 2020 वहीं 11वीं कक्षा की किताबों से किसान, जमींदार और राज्य, बंटवारे, विभाजन और देश में विद्रोह पर सेक्शन- ‘द बॉम्बे डेक्कन’ और ‘द डेक्कन रायट्स कमिशन’, जो कि साहूकारों के खिलाफ किसानों के आंदोलन पर आधारित हैं, इन सभी चैप्टरों को हटा दिया गया है। कार्यस्थल पर भारतीय संविधान के तहत आने वाले फेडरलिज्म जैसे टॉपिक, स्थानीय सरकारों की जरूरत, भारत में स्थानीय सरकार की ग्रोथ जैसे चैप्टर्स को भी 11वीं कक्षा के राजनीति विज्ञान के विषय से हटा दिया गया है। शशि थरूर ने उठाए सवाल सीबीएसई के इस फैसले को मुद्दा बना रहे राजनीतिक दलों ने सरकार पर सवाल उठाने शुरू कर दिए हैं। सबसे पहले इस मुद्दे को कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता और सांसद शशि थरूर ने उठाया। उन्होंने ट्वीट कर कहा कि, 'जिन लोगों ने इन चैप्टरों को हटाने का फैसला लिया है, उनके इरादों पर शक होता है। क्या सरकार को लगता है कि ये चैप्टर आज की पीढ़ी के लिए सबसे बुरे हैं? मेरी सरकार से अपील है कि पाठ्यक्रम को तर्कसंगत बनाया जाए।' ममता बनर्जी का ट्वीट पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री और तृणमूल कांग्रेस की मुखिया ममता बनर्जी ने भी ट्वीट किया और कहा, 'मैं यह सुनकर हैरान हूं कि केंद्र सरकार ने नागरिकता, धर्मनिरपेक्षता जैसे विषयों को सीबीएसई के पाठ्यक्रमों में कटौती के नाम पर हटा दिया है। मैं इस फैसले का विरोध करती हूं और मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय और केंद्र सरकार ने मांग करती हूं कि ऐसे जरूरी पाठ्यक्रमों पर रोक नहीं लगनी चाहिए।' सीबीएसई का बयान इस पूरे मामले पर राजनीति गर्म होने के बाद सीबीएसई ने आगे आकर स्थिति साफ की और कहा कि पाठ्यक्रम में 30 फीसद की यह कटौती सिर्फ परीक्षाओं के नजरिए से की गई है, ना कि इसे पाठ्यक्रम से पूरी तरह हटाया गया है। सभी स्कूलों से कहा गया है कि वह परीक्षाओं के नजरिए से हटाए गए इन पाठ्यक्रमों को जब भी और जैसे समय मिले, छात्रों को पढ़ाने की कोशिश करें। मानव संसाधन मंत्री का ट्वीट रमेश पोखरियाल ‘निशंक’ ने कहा है, 'इसपर राजनीति नहीं होनी चाहिए। मनगढ़ंत टिप्पणियां कर गलत विमर्श का प्रसार किया जा रहा है। सीबीएसई के पाठ्यक्रम में कुछ टॉपिक्स को हटाये जाने के बारे में बहुत सी मनगढंत टिप्पणियां की जा रही हैं। इन टिप्पणियों के साथ समस्या यह है कि वे गलत विमर्श को फैलाने के लिए चुनिंदा विषयों को जोड़कर सनसनीखेज बना रहे हैं।' उन्होंने कहा, 'राष्ट्रवाद, स्थानीय सरकार, संघवाद आदि तीन-चार टॉपिक्स को छोड़े जाने का गलत मतलब निकाल कर मनगढंत विमर्श बनाना आसान है, विभिन्न विषयों को व्यापक तौर पर देखा जाए तो दिखाई देगा कि सभी विषयों में कुछ चीजों को छोड़ा गया है। पाठ्यक्रम में टॉपिक्स को छोड़ना कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के मद्देनजर उठाया गया कदम हैं।' ये भी पढ़े कोरोना संकट में छात्रों को राहत, CBSE ने किया कोर्स घटाने का ऐलान, 9वीं-12वीं के लिए 30% कम होगा सिलेबस CBSE 2020-21 बोर्ड परीक्षाओं के लिए जरूरी है 75% अटेंडेंस, यहां देखें सिलेबस CBSE Board : जानिए कब आएगा 10वीं-12वीं का रिजल्ट Read the full article

CBSE Board Announced Class 10 And Class 12 Board Exams Cancelled

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that board exams for classes 10 and 12 are cancel which was scheduled to be from 1 July 2020 to 15 July 2020. Giving a major relief to students across the country, CBSE on Thursday informed the Supreme Court that the board has decided to cancel the remaining class X and XII board examinations in view of the increasing number of COVID cases across the country. 'Conducive time' will be decided by the Centre Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, who represents CBSE through MHRD, told the Supreme Court that at the moment, the examinations scheduled from July 1 to July 15 have been canceled and will be held at a conducive time for the students of class 12th. A " conducive time" will be decided by the center. सीबीएसई: केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड ने बदला परीक्षा पैटर्न, अब दो घंटे में देना होगा पेपर, Central Board Of Secondary Education Exam Pattern Changed

सीबीएसई परीक्षा पैटर्न बदला: छात्रों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड ने परीक्षा पैटर्न में बदलाव किया है। इसमें परीक्षा के समय समेत कई बिंदुओं पर बदलाव किया गया है. वहीं स्कूल भी नए पैटर्न के अनुसार बच्चों को तैयार कर रहे हैं। केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (सीबीएसई) ने नए शैक्षणिक सत्र 2021-22 में 10वीं और 12वीं की बोर्ड परीक्षा दो भागों में कराने का फैसला किया है। इसका मतलब है कि अर्धवार्षिक परीक्षा भी बोर्ड की देखरेख में आयोजित ��ी जाएगी.

बच्चों को नए पैटर्न के अनुसार तैयार कर रहा है स्कूल

ऐसे में बोर्ड ने छात्रों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए परीक्षा पैटर्न में बदलाव किया है. इसमें परीक्षा समय सहित कई बिंदुओं पर बदलाव किया गया है। वहीं स्कूल भी नए पैटर्न के अनुसार बच्चों को तैयार कर रहे हैं।

बहुविकल्पीय यानी MCQ आधारित प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे

सीबीएसई के नए परीक्षा पैटर्न की टर्म वन परीक्षा में बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न यानि एमसीक्यू आधारित प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे। इसके लिए छात्रों को 90 मिनट का समय दिया जाएगा। वहीं, इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए मासिक परीक्षाओं का पैटर्न भी तैयार किया गया है. इसके अलावा टर्म टू की परीक्षा पुराने पैटर्न पर होगी, लेकिन इस बार परीक्षा के लिए तीन घंटे के बजाय सिर्फ दो घंटे का समय दिया जाएगा। इसके बाद दोनों टर्म परीक्षाओं में से 50-50 प्रतिशत अंक दिए जाने हैं।

बोर्ड परीक्षाओं को आने वाले समय में रद्द न करना पड़े इसलिए किए गए बदलाव

सीबीएसई के क्षेत्रीय अधिकारी रणबीर सिंह ने कहा कि पिछले साल की तरह बोर्ड की ओर से परीक्षा पैटर्न में बदलाव किया गया है ताकि आने वाले समय में बोर्ड परीक्षाएं रद्द न करनी पड़े. इसका सीधा फायदा छात्रों को मिलेगा। परीक्षा पैटर्न से संबंधित सभी जानकारी बोर्ड की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर अपलोड कर दी गई है।

यूपी-सीबीएसई और आईसीएसई तीनों बोर्ड का रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू

वहीं, मेरठ के सीसीएसयू कैंपस और कॉलेजों में सोमवार शाम से यूपी-सीबीएसई और आईसीएसई के तीनों बोर्ड के रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू हो गए हैं. अब तक दस हजार छात्रों ने पंजीकरण कराया है। 115 पंजीकरण शुल्क के साथ आवेदन कर सकते हैं। Read the full article

CBSE Releases Board Exam Date Sheet Class 10, 12

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has published the board exam date sheet for the year 2018-19. The CBSE Class 12 board exam 2019 will begin from February 15 and will finish on April 3. The CBSE Class 10 board exam 2019 will be held from February 21, 2019, to March 29, 2019.  To provide students sufficient time between consecutive newspapers, CBSE has released the board exam time table seven months before the examination date.  The Board has made it very clear the exam dates are fixed in a way it doesn't match the dates of competitive exams. This past year, the Board had to reschedule the Class 12 physics newspaper since it clashed with the JEE Main examination date.  CBSE Class 10 Time Table   CBSE Class 12 Time Table  The examination will be held from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm. But answer books will be awarded to students at 10 am. Students must write their particulars on the answer book. The question paper will be distributed to students at 10.15 am.   CBSE offers 40 areas in 15 and Class 12 in Class 10. The examinations for vocational subjects will be held earlier. This decision has been taken after the Delhi High Court order stated that Delhi University must fix the cutoff dates for admission to undergraduate courses only after CBSE outcome are announced including outcome for re-evaluation.  "While preparing the date sheet, the admission program of Delhi University has also been considered," stated Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations.  Exams for core subjects will begin in March.  Out of 240 topics it offers, this year students have opted for 30,000 combinations of topics in both the courses.  Results will be announced from the first week of June, said Mr. Bhardwaj.  Read the full article

CBSE to release 10th & 12th date sheet on this date, also changes exam pattern

Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE can issue 2019 board exam Datesheet of tenth and twelfth classes in the next month. At present, the list of test takers is being made. When the list is finished, the board will issue a date sheet for practical tests. Date sheet will be issued for written tests  only after the Practical Exams. As indicated by the Expert, a few changes can be made in the dates of Practical Examination this year as the JEE main exam is to be held in January 2019. National Level Engineering Entrance Examination - JEE will be held twice by the NTA. The first set of examinations is to be held on numerous dates between Jan 6 and 20, 2018. CBSE orders re-exam of Class XII economics & Class X mathematics papers

The Central Board of Secondary Education has determined to re-conduct the examinations for Economics (Class 12th) and Mathematics (for Class 10). The board has taken cognizance of certain happenings in the conduct of individual examinations as are being reported. With the view to upholding the sanctity of the Board Examinations and in the interest of the fairness to the students, the Board has decided to re-conduct the examinations. Dates for new exams and the other details shall be hosted on the CBSE website within a week, a CBSE notice said. While CBSE is yet to clarify if the re-exam will be for Delhi region or all India, more reports emerged today that the Class X Maths paper was being circulated on Tuesday night in the other areas as well. This is not the first occurrence where Board exam papers conducted by CBSE were leaked. In 2006, the police unsealed the leaked CBSE question paper of Business Studies while it was searching for suspects related to the Varanasi bomb blasts.
