Uttarakhand News: उत्तराखंड के 7 जिलों उत्तरकाशी, रुद्रप्रयाग, चमोली, पिथौरागढ़, चंपावत, बागेश्वर और पौड़ी में जल्द ही ईएसआई अस्पताल और डिसपेंसरी खोली जाएंगीं. केन्द्र से इसकी अनुमति मिल गई है. उत्तराखंड (Uttarakhand) में पर्वतीय इलाकों में रहने वाले श्रमिकों और कर्मचारियों के लिए राहत भरी खबर है. अब इलाज के लिए इन लोगों दूर-दराज के अस्पताल के लिए नहीं भटकना होगा. प्रदेश सरकार जल्द ही राज्य के 7 पहाड़ी जिलों में ईएसआई अस्पताल (ESI Hospitals) और डिस्पेंसरी (Dispensary) खोलने की तैयारी कर रही है. यही नहीं इसके लिए श्रम विभाग ने योजना को अब अंतिम रूप भी देना शुरू कर दिया है और वित्त विभाग की ओर से भी इसकी अनुमति मिल गई है. दरअसल, उत्तराखंड के 7 जिलों में अब तक ईएसआई हॉस्पीटल और डिस्पेंसरी नहीं हैं, जिसके वजह से इन क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले श्रमिकों और कर्मचारियों को इलाज के लिए काफी दिक्कतें झेलनी पड़ती थीं. यहां अगर कोई बीमार हो जाता है तो इलाज के लिए इन्हें काफी दूर तक भटकना पड़ता था. लेकिन अब केंद्र सरकार के सहयोग से उत्तराखंड के 7 पर्वतीय जिलों में ईएसआई अस्पताल खोले जाएंगे. जाहिर है इससे स्थानीय लोगों को तो राहत मिलेगी है बल्कि दूसरे अस्पतालों में मरीजों की भीड़-भाड़ भी कम होगी.

केंद्र सरकार ने दी अनुमति

इस बारे में और जानकारी देते हुए श्रम सचिव मीनाक्षी सुंदरम ने बताया कि प्रदेश के 7 जिलों में ईएसआई अस्पताल और डिस्पेंसरी नहीं है, लेकिन केंद्र सरकार से अब इन 7 जिलों के लिए भी ईएसआई डिस्पेंसरी खोलने की अनुमति मिल गई है, इसमें केंद्र से तकरीबन 87% अनुदान राज्य को मिलेगा और तकरीबन 13 फ़ीसदी अनुदान राज्य सरकार देगी. मीनाक्षी सुंदरम ने कहा कि प्रदेश के चार मैदानी और 2 पर्वतीय जिलों में फिलहाल ईएसआई डिस्पेंसरी हैं, लेकिन 7 पर्वतीय जिलों में ईएसआई डिस्पेंसरी न होने की वजह से श्रमिकों को इलाज के लिए दिक्कत होती थी, अब केंद्र सरकार से इसके हरी झंडी मिल गई है श्रम सचिव ने कहा कि केंद्र से हरी झंडी मिलने के बाद प्रदेश के सात जिलों में जल्द ही ईएसआई डिस्पेंसरी खोलने का काम शुरू हो जाएगा. जिन जिलों में ये डिस्पेंसरी खुलेंगी वो जिले हैं उत्तरकाशी, रुद्रप्रयाग, चमोली, पिथौरागढ़, चंपावत, बागेश्वर और पौड़ी.
