Here is a sketch I made of Centi once she is fully healed. Although, I’m not all the way happy with how this came out. I originally drew her full body, but thought that her legs were too small, and I kind of made her a little grumpy. I apologize for the bad quality.

What if "corrupted" gem forms are their true and primal state that was Pre-ManKind. What if that is what they looked like on Gem Homeworld and every time they come to Earth or a planet that houses bipedal creatures, they take on the closest form they can conjure up, creating the forms we see in the show. Like Centipeedle could be the primal form of, let's say, Jade. Jade, before becoming "corrupt", took on a human form, much like that of pearl. Then, she/he/it resorted back to it's primal form when corrupted
