No way I also made this after listening to the audiobook!!! It's brilliant obviously and really well narrated. After I finished the Cemetery Boys audiobook I listened to the Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe audiobook (it's hard to take it seriously when it's read by Lin Manuel Miranda to start with bit he does a pretty good job at conveying the emotions and poeticism of what might be my favourite book of all time) SERIOUSLY EVERYONE GO READ ARISTOTLE AND DANTE I BEG OF THEE

Posting these even though they appeal to a very niche and specific audience because I know there's someone out there who will appreciate these. Anyways Yadriel LOVES Encanto and Maritza does not get it until he forces her to watch it and they both cry. Yadriel is literally Mirabel idc. I love the Encanto soundtrack especially that song thank you Lin Manuel Miranda (and Stephanie Beatriz ofc)

Post-Cemetary Boys, Julian desperately wants his friends to give Yadriel a chance, considering how rough their first meeting was. Luca and Flaca are willing, Rocky and Omar are reluctant, but they give in eventually. They all do some stupid shit and when they all go to Rio's afterwards, he's trying to interrogate them, and Yadriel is hesitant but he stutters his way through an explanation, which is complete bullshit btw, his ears burning and unable to make eye contact, but he saves all their asses and Rio just looks at them all but they nod in agreement to what Yadriel says, and that's what gets them all to trust him because he was able to lie right to Rio's face
