Shey's team is a bunch of different Pokemon I've picked up across a bunch of different games that have always had the same name every time I use them X3 Stanton: Braviary, Pokemon Black/Legends Arceus. A name that just popped in my head and then stuck forever. Alpha descended from the Noble Hisuian Braviary. Large af. Likes to preen Parfait.

Baby Water: Azumarill, Pokemon Scarlet. Likes to sleep. One of my favorite raid Pokemon. Took Prince's place in Shey's Championship battle.

Prince: Houndoom, Pokemon Emerald. I actually stole him from the Battle Factory using an Action Replay lmfao. Lore-wise, partially deaf. Was abandoned by a breeder, and Urbosa adopted him off the street (Shey basically HAD to give in). Battles better alongside Urbosa in Doubles. Does searching with Sheyla for Interpol along with Urbosa.

Urbosa: Luxray, Brilliant Diamond. Alpha. I've used Luxray in the past but I couldn't remember the name I usually use for her, and I was on a Zelda kick at the time. Was captured on a research expedition to Sinnoh. Only really cares for Shey, Elesa, and Prince.

Parfait: Togekiss, Diamond/Pearl. I have no idea why I named her that, but it stuck. Shey's Service Pokemon. She Fell through the wormhole with Sheyla as an egg, and is very sensitive to Ultra Wormhole shenanigans. One of two Aces. Hits like a tank.

Pithikos: Ambipom, Black 2. Was originally bred and trained for competitive play. I used PKSM to clone him, so the original is hanging out in Scarlet, and I have a copy on the Battle Subway in Black 2. Sheyla's other Ace. Hits fast and hard.

Nogitsune: Zoroark, Black 2 (Rom). Not N's Zorua. lore-wise, was being abused, and Sheyla rescued him. He is very aggressive to anyone not Shey, Ingo, and Emmet. Basically adopts Inari.

Inari: Hisuian Zorua, Legends Arceus. I've literally been wanting a kitsune-inspired Pokemon forever, so I immediately named her that. Shy baby that only likes Shey and Emmet. Was found on a (separate) research expedition in Sinnoh, and sent to Shey by Cynthia.

Chuuka: Pikachu, Pokemon Yellow. My baby boy. LITERALLY my first Pokemon. Lore-wise, one of two Pokemon (asides from Parfait) that came back through the wormhole. Doesn't battle anymore, but stays at home with Shey's parents.

Dark: Umbreon, Pokemon Crystal. I meant to get an espeon, but wasn't paying attention to the time, and then I fell in love with it. Lore-wise, the other Pokemon that came back through the wormhole. Was given to Shey as an Eevee, but now lives with Shey's parents and refuses to leave.

Shinkansen: Galvantula, Pokemon Shield. I basically bred Joltik like Emmet to get a perfect IV Joltik that knew Cross Poison, and she has 5/6 perfect IVs (Her special defense is 30). Lore-wise, a gift from Emmet that she took to Galar. Holy shit she hits fast and cleans UP.

CHRISTIAN DIOR FALL/WINTER 2004 COUTURE

Vienna,Istanbul back from a trip in Central Europe, John Galliano proposes his very free vision for a collection that mixes romantic 19t-century references, resuscitating Empress Elisabeth Sisi of Austria, the glamour of 1950s pin-ups and Zsa Zsa Gabor, stated the Dior Fall Winter 2004 Haute Couture Collection.

Imagine a stately parade of Austrian and Hungarian princesses competing with one another for precedence in outrageously ornate corseted gowns, their crowns slightly askew. Tottering under the weight of pounds of elaborate fabric, skirt flounces the width of the runway, bank vaults of jewelry, and 6 inch platforms, Christian Dior's models pulled off a spectacle that held the audience breathless in case someone fell. So vast and encased were the frocks that at one point, Karolina Kurkova actually got stuck in the exit and had to be manhandled off.

"I went on a research trip to Vienna, and then got to looking at Egon Schiele, and Empress Sisi, and Russia!" was John Galliano's explanation. Strangely, in spite of the mind blowing succession of hobbled, hourglass silhouettes, blown up with massive outcrops of Edwardian swags and drapes and gigantic fur trimmed opera coats, this was a pared-down Dior Couture in several senses. Galliano ditched the Leigh Bowery meets kabuki makeup in favor of powdered faces, and the dresses, for all their rich embroidery, crystal chunks, and hand-painted cherubs and birds, gave a new sense of the body beneath.

In that way, it was easier to make the imaginative leap from runway to real event (perhaps one of those royal weddings that have enthralled Europe this summer?) than was usual in previous Dior Couture extravaganzas. This show also made a heady, sensuous display of color, brick red, emerald, celadon, boie de rose, and more-and an opulent celebration of couture-crafted textures, often enhanced to look as if the girls were actually wearing the gilded upholstery and painted ceilings of an imperial palace. On the other hand, it was also essentially a show of one queenly message, repeated 28 times. And that, for Galliano, displayed an odd lack of variety.

For his most stately collection yet, the designer 'put on a regal display of mermaid silhouetted robes accessorised with crowns, orbs, diamonds and long white gloves that made humble subjects of his A-list audience, Vogue reported.

The most luxurious materials were used: silks, brocades, moires, taffeta and velvets, trimmed with sable, ermine and fox, adorned with peacock feathers and delicately embroidered or hand-painted with designs reminiscent of 18th-century motifs inspired by Sevres porcelain and Faberge eggs.

Trompe-loil effects such as flesh - colored bustiers also peppered the collection, while gravity-defying pleats and gathers on dramatic evening gowns showcased the skills of Dior's Haute Couture Atelier.

Blog Introduction

Hi there! I'm Mags & I want to take you all with me on my Pokemon adventure. ^-^

I somehow missed the Pokemon craze growing up. I never watched the anime, collected the cards, and despite having both a gameboy and a gameboy advance, I never played the games. When a friend learned this, I was given Leaf Green in high school but it was years before I got around to playing it.

Around 2016 when Pokemon GO came out, I dusted off my Leaf Green and gave it a try. I knew a few Pokemon from pop culture references, and of the ones I did know, eevee was my favorite. I put a few hours into the game when I finally obtained one from a man in Celadon city. My friend asked which eeveelution I was going to pick. I turned to them and asked how to catch more eevees because I wanted all the eeveelutions... that's when I got the news that made me stop playing pokemon for years: This is the only obtainable eevee in the game.

I. Was. Heartbroken. They said they could trade one in from another game, but I knew it wouldn't be the same. It's not /my/ eevee. So I put the game down. I didn't think I'd ever pick it back up. How could I pick just one? It wasn't until many years later that I learned of Pokemon breeding. I could have gotten a ditto and hatched more eevees. But by then, I had already walked away.

I could appreciate why people enjoyed the franchise, and even made some friends in the TCG community, but it wasn't for me. Until some very kind friends gifted me a switch for my birthday this year. Everything changed for me. I. Became. Obsessed. I suddenly had access to more Pokemon than I could dream of. Brilliant Diamond. Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Sword. Scarlet. Pokemon Snap.

So I started my Pokemon adventure in July 2023. I started with Brilliant Diamond but quickly swapped to Scarlet to play with some friends.

I decided to give myself a challenge to keep my interest for many years: a full form living pokedex.

Every form of each Pokemon ever available.

All in pokeballs (except event)

My OT whenever possible (exceptions are old events)

Very few POGO Pokemon to not have the stamped sprites

Complete for both the regular and shiny forms

To keep it organized, I modified a spreadsheet by Austin John. I've combined both regular and shiny, changed the way the % is calculated, hid superfluous info, added notes, and reorganized so the shiny and regular forms would be next to each other in home.

So, how am I going to actually pull off this crazy adventure when I'm just now starting in 2023?

Firstly, I'm going to recognize that this is not a short term project. There are a lot of Pokemon, in a lot of forms, in a lot of games. I'm going to need to use my switch, a friend's 3DS, and POGO to get every form.

Start with the easiest Pokemon to obtain and get full forms, shiny hunt a bit, but mostly focus on each form for now between Scarlet, Sword, Brilliant Diamond, Let's Go: Eevee, and Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

For the vivillon forms, I will use PoGo postcards to get both the forms and their shinies. When possible, hunt with a friend with a different postcard to knock 2 out at the same time.

For shiny hunting, I respect people that hunt with full odds, but I'm going to use every tool that Pokemon gives me, I have decades of time to make up for. (Masuda, Outbreaks, Sandwiches, Shiny Charms, Hunting with a friend to get 2 at once, Catch combos, you name it: I'm gonna use it)

When the bulk of the non-shiny forms are completed, I'll move onto the 3DS games. In these games, I will need to get every form and shinies before I return it. There will be at least 4 playthroughs of Omega Ruby (each form of Deoxys), and I'm sure more of another as well.

And Lastly, I'll keep in mind that there will be some really tough Pokemon for me to get following my parameters. Celebi, Furfrou, Pokeball Vivillon, Pikachu Hats, and I'm sure many more. I will have to concede some of my parameters for obtaining such Pokemon.

The beaches of the eastern coast of Korea are known for weak currents and are considered the best in Korea.

Korea will surely capture your imagination with plenty of Buddhist monasteries and temples, palaces, exquisite statues, which have ancient and rich history. Seoul is perhaps the main place for tourists, with its National Museum, the Institute of Korean classical music named Sejong Cultural Center, Hoam Center for the Arts, Namsan Tower, and Korea House. In the capital of Korea one can visit Gyeongbokgung Palace, known as The Palace of Radiant Happiness, and one of the five palaces in Seoul. The main palace was built by the founder of Joseon dynasty, King Lee Sung-Te, when the state capital was transferred to Seoul. On the palace grounds, there is the National Folk Museum with a rich exposition, which introduces you to the history, culture and traditions of Korea.

No less interesting is Changdeokgung Palace in Seoul, which consists of the king's residence and Secret Garden. Built in 1405, it is the only palace that has preserved the architectural style of the Joseon Dynasty. Secret Garden is a place for entertainment of the ruling dynasty: the nature has harmoniously created its 300-year-old trees, the pond and the pavilion.

Czech Perfume Bottle

Entranced by the shimmering, diverse collection of glassware (mostly junk) your eye fell upon a lovely Czech perfume bottle. It has an Art Deco sensibility, the wide base cut square like a diamond, almost severe in appearance. The stop fans out in a more gentle contrast, ribbed like a seashell, a touch reminiscent of sprawling wings. The heart is set with carved jade lotus flowers, the color of the bottle shifts from jewel green to glassy celadon as you turn it against the light. You open it, curious, taking a whiff of the fragrance with your eyes closed. A scent lingers, woody and warm notes of ambrette, cedar and vanilla. It reminds you a little how your grandmother’s bedroom used to smell. She had an enchantingly beautiful bottle of perfume on her vanity, not unlike this one. “Why don’t you wear it?” You asked. “I’m saving it for a special occasion.” She answered every time. When cleaning her home after she passed you found the bottle in tact, unopened still. You smile as you think of her. “The pleasures of life don’t require any occasion more special than a lovely afternoon, a rough day, a perfect moon”, you think to yourself as you carry your new found bibelots back home.

Rocket Meeting No. 44

I was enjoying my day with Miyako, Fluttershy and Quinton Jr. I wondered what my followers at Team Rocket had accomplished since I last saw them, so I decided to schedule another meeting. We all met at our usual spot in the basement of the Game Corner in Celadon City. I began with an announcement that I came up with an idea for an uncensored version of the English dub of the Pokémon anime. The opening and end credits would come from the English dub, but the episode footage, eyecatches and background music would come from the original Japanese version. However, the Japanese opening theme would be replaced with the English opening theme whenever it appeared in the episode footage. The dialogue would be based on the English dub, but would contain bits from the original Japanese version, as well. The movies and shorts would be heavily based on the original Japanese version, but the English opening themes would still be used for the movies. Musashi and Kojiro were still waiting for Poita’s Fantasia project, but we remained ever so patient for its release. Yamato and Kosaburo were still waiting for the English fansub of Pokémon Advanced Generation and Diamond & Pearl, as well as any other movies, shorts and specials from Satoshi’s storyline. I already had the original series, as well as Best Wishes through the 2019 series. I was now waiting for everything that Yamato and Kosaburo were waiting for. The rest of the meeting went well and I enjoyed listening to what my followers had to say. For the rest of the day, I kept an eye out for the Jashinka Empire’s next Evolution Beast.

I loved Let's Go Eevee!. But there were a few things about it that I disliked. True, it remained (mostly) faithful to Pokémon Yellow, which it and Let's Go Pikachu! were based on, but by doing so it deprived us of the Gen II and Gen III Pokémon that were available in Fire Red and Leaf Green. And then they completely removed the Safari Zone and replaced it with the Go Park. Me and my twin brother were livid at that! We really enjoyed the Safari Zone of Kanto and all of the rare Pokémon like Chansey that were exclusive to it! And for what? Connectivity with Pokémon Go? A game I only briefly got on my phone so I could get Melmetal from Pokémon Home? You want to know how many Pokémon I even bothered catching in Go? A Weedle. That's it. But I digress.

The point is, I really didn't like the Go Park. I wanted the Safari Zone! I wanted the Game Corner in Celadon City so I could get a Porygon as a prize Pokémon! But no. You couldn't play in the Game Corner either because now Nintendo doesn't allow gambling in its games anymore. Same with the Game Corner in Hearthome City being replaced with a boutique in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
