CaW! flower shop AU but it’s mostly centred around Memory and B

Inspired by that one fic on Ao3 except this AU is focusing on just platonic because my Aroace self is incapable of writing romance + I need more of just silly friends being silly friends

Memory is a florist who just recently opened his flower shop with the help of his friend, Shiro (U-1146 ) and the two of them run the shop together

B (No idea for human version of name ) works at a cafe the opposite of the flower shop with Mast, who owns the cafe

Also the three main RBC (AE3803, AA5100 and NT4201 ) also works there, I couldn’t think of a name for them so go ahead and make them yourself </33

Uhhhhhh basically both of the sillies saw each other and was like “Oh hey I kinda wanna be friends with him ” Idk about others but for this AU I just wanted for the relationship to be platonic or queerplatonic,,,, mostly just platonic though

Memory being an absolute idiot just sending flowers with flower language and B just being “?? Flowers?? Neat I guess ” while Mast was trying to tell him about flower language

Oh yeah this is not really important but the rest of the neutrophil squad runs a restaurant, the KTs run a tattoo shop, and the macrophages work at a maid cafe

Just decided to whip this up quickly as a distraction and to make myself feel better

So… It’s been a year.

A quick drawing I did of Sun from Ch10, Echoed Voices! This was a very silly scene I loved writing, so it’s about time I drew it :3. This has been sitting in my sketchbook for about a month, but I hated the initial sketch and only just came back to it the last few days.

It’s been a year

A year ago today [01.09.2023] I was introduced to the DCA fandom through Solar Lunacy. It inspired me so much that I stepped out of a 2year long art hiatus just to express my love for these weird jesters.

I have been posting my art on the internet since I was only 11, and within a month of posting my first Daycare Attendant artworks, my posts had gotten more love and interaction than 5 years on Deviantart and 3 on Instagram.

It’s only been a year and yet I have improved more than I had my entire life! I’ve met so many amazing and supportive people, I’ve changed so much in only a year and I’ve finally adopted the mindset that I’m allowed to draw whatever I want!!

Since it’s gone over so quick, I can’t believe that in two months Emotional Support Staff will have been up on AO3 for a year already, and there’s still so much I want to do for my fics and my art.

Thank you to everybody who has been so loving and supporting and accepted me. And thank you to the Daycare Friend Pick Up discord server for being some of the best people I’ve ever met online :3

A question about the hat under waters au: what exactly are the crows?

the funky critters... Actually, the CAW agents are one of the characters I didn't base off a specific animal and just "generally fishified". Unfortunately I don't know enough about sea creatures to base every npc off something 😔

I did give them a pair of barbels (you know, cuz they sniff out info about you), but other than that I just gave them gills and some fins :D maybe I can think up something for them later, but for now they're just fish!

Why are all of you critters wearing your belts?

Dogday answers first, in order to lead the way, although.. he's in another place compared to the rest of the critters.

"It's meant to protect my waist, since I had previously lost my legs. My arms were also strung up and I just never took them off.. my waist still hurts from when my legs were removed."

The next answer comes from elsewhere, where Hoppy, Bobby, and Bubba seem to be hiding.

"..It was meant to inhibit my own mind, due to my advanced and enhanced intelligence. Although.. it's also now hiding the bite on my head from Picky.."

"The belts on my wrists make it so I can't use the abnormal strength the scientists gave me. Although, the belts over my shoulder and chest are meant to put pressure on the bandages and chest.. since Crafty unintentionally stabbed me there.."

Then came the hiding spot where Kickin, Crafty and Picky in their own hiding place.

"The belts on my arms? They gave me the ability to glide, but I can't do that with these on."

"..It's meant to hide the bite mark Picky gave me.. although..this is my dominant arm. I can't draw as effectively with this belt on."

"..The belt on my stomach and this muzzle on my mouth.. I accidentally took bites out of my friends.. and so it's meant to make me less hungry."

Finally, there's Catnap, who seems to be by himself.

"..The belts on my wrists keep me from using my claws. I was a bit too dangerous, you see..I would have used them on those twins, but.. I figured biting down was easier.. even if I didn't get to do that. They were just too slippery.."

New Verse and Muses

So this post is going to be in reference to this post I did a bit ago. I've decided to go for it and write a small AU and if it flops, it flops.

This is a crossover verse for Philza Minecraft and his Twitch chat, aka The Crows.

This post outlines the basics; full lore and bios will be made at a later date when I don't have work.

Philza Minecraft (yes, in this AU, that is his full name)

Is the Angel of Death

Changed his name when he (willingly) left Heaven

Even after leaving Heaven, Phil still does his job as the Angel of Death - however, he does it his own way

Has his own personal army

Is the second oldest of the Seraphims

Lucifer's eldest brother

Isn't considered a 'Fallen Angel' because he was never cast out - he left Heaven on his own

Will secretly visit Hell in order to check in on his brother and niece

Is known as an Overlord named 'The Crowfather' within Hell, however most believe he is either dead or powerless.

After leaving Heaven, Phil settled on Earth. He has his own 'kingdom' hidden away from the humans.

Spends most of his free time building and expanding his land.

The Crows

Was nicknamed 'The Original Exorcist Army' during the first few years of Exterminations.

The army the Exorcists were based off of

Helps Philza collect human souls

The Crows are the beings who inspired the lore of the 'Grim Reaper' - while armored they all look the same so humans assumed there was only one of them

Helps souls get to either Heaven or Hell

Can appear as angels or actual crows

Spends most of their time as crows to save power

Only 5% of The Crows can speak; the rest use a text-to-speech bot build into their suits, clothes, and beaks they've all named 'Brian'

Most only wear their armor when in battle - the rest of the time they can be seen in clothes of various styles in various shades of green, black and gray (Philza's colors) - most still wear their masks and helemts

Armor and masks are based on Crows - they are often mistaken for plague doctors by humans

Depending on rank; some Crows have purple markings and eyes - the markings come from Philza's former color scheme as Azrael

Crows have gray skin and their hair comes in shades of pale green, white, black and gray.

All of the Crows' wings are black - depending on rank they might have purple or green undertones.

Project: Give the Rise Boys a Mom

basically I was minding my own business a while back when I got the idea to make an AU where the boys had a mom growing up as well as Splinter.

So I made an OC. Her name is Araminta, but she goes by Mint. She’s a curly-haired mouse and she’s the boys’ mom.

She has zero impact on the plot because we all know nothing can stop these boys from causing/getting into chaos. She’s just there to be a stable adult presence in their lives.

anyways here’s a couple snippets of her and the boys interacting.

Mint looked up from her book. “Donnie, you know I don’t have favorites.”

Donnie pouted. “Funniest child?”

“Donnie.” Mint gave him a pointed look.

“Dejected sigh. Fine. It is I, Donatello, your not favorite child.” A pause, and Donnie’s eyes narrowed. “Who took my spot? Because if it was Leo he stole the last of the pudding cups and didn’t tell anyone.”

Mint rolled her eyes affectionately. “Did you need something Donniecule, or are you just digging for nonexistent clues about my nonexistent favorite child?”

“One day I shall prove you have a favorite and that said favorite is me, but alas, this is not a research visit.”

“Oh Mamá!”

“Mom-Mom!”

Mint looked up from the pot of soup she was stirring as Leo and Mikey raced into the room.

“Mom-Mom, Leo and I had this idea—“

Leo clamped a hand over Mikey’s mouth. “I’m explaining it, I’m the face man and it was my idea!” He looked up at Mint. “So Mamá, I had this great idea— Yeuck!” Leo cut himself off and shook his hand, then wiped it off on Mikey’s shoulder. “Really? We’re that immature now?”

Mikey gave Leo a smug grin, then turned back to Mint. “As I was saying, we had this idea! There’s an abandoned skatepark on the outskirts of the city and there’s never anyone there!”

“Yeah, we’ve been staking the place out for like a month now and no one’s ever been there! So we were thinking, why not have a family picnic at the abandoned skate park? Then we can show off our moves and have dinner and be outside!”

Donnie, who had quietly been cutting vegetables the entire time, spoke up. “So that’s where you’ve been sneaking off to. Don’t think I haven’t noticed that you both disappear at the same time for roughly two hours every day.”

“Why didn’t you just use your trackers and figure it out?” Leo folded his arms across his chest. “Since we know you put them on us.”

“What? No! I most certainly did…n’t. Put trackers on you. That does not sound like something I would do.” He turned back to the carrots. “You must be mistaken.”

Mint shook her head in exasperation at the twins, then met Mikey’s gaze. “You’re sure there’s no one around?”

“Positive!”

“Did you check for cameras?”

Mikey and Leo grew silent and turned to look at each other.

“No,” Mikey said at last, turning back to Mint.

“I did.” 

All three of them turned to look at Donnie, who slid his precisely chopped carrots off the board and into a bowl of other carrot slices.

“Raph and I followed you there once. I made sure there weren’t any cameras. It’s safe.”

“Hey!” Leo pointed an accusing finger at Donnie. “Then what was that remark about finding out where we were going for?”

“Ensuring that you both know I was aware of your being gone the entire time. You’re not sneaky.”

“I don’t need to be sneaky to wipe that smug grin off your face!” Leo lunged towards Donnie.

Mint caught him with her tail. “Let’s not do that while Donnie’s holding a knife, hm?”

“Evil chuckle,” Donnie said quietly.

“Donnie, that does not mean you have permission to stab your brother.”

Donnie paused and cocked his head, metaphorical gears turning. “Which one?”

“Any of them.”

Donnie’s sharpie eyebrows drew together and he stuck his tongue out in disappointment as he turned back to the carrots.

there are no stupid questions! im always excited to talk about silverstream. shes a favorite of mine!

shes a bit more like she was in the first series! very sassy, rebellious, and friendly. shes willing to go to great lengths to protect her friends, even if theyre from other clans. shes extremely bold, never holding her tongue when she speaks her mind. shes still very much a daddys girl! crookedstar is quite protective of her.

she and firestar end up together in this au, and shes a key advisor during his time in power. shes the one planning battles and other aggressive moves when the time comes to protect riverclan. shes also extremely outspoken, being in against rules such as the banning of cross clan relationships. she also thinks medics should be allowed to have families. over all, her ideology meshes extremely well with the one fire develops!

when leopardfur assassinates her father, it is silverstream who realizes the treachery beginning. from here, she does a massive amount of work leading a rebellion against leopardclan alongside firestar. her allies in thunderclan prove vital to save half-clan cats living there, mosslight (mosskit) and sandstorms kits (unnamed, but stand-ins for feather and storm) being some of them. she spends the rest of her life hating tigerclaw, later tigerstar, for his actions in allying with leopardstar.

she, true to form, has many friends from other clans! graystripe, sandstorm, and raventuft are just a few. she likes gossiping with them and learning new hunting tactics at the gatherings. speaking of which, she loves going to gatherings as well!

over all, she is a bold, delightful character who plays a pivotal role in this au!
