Hi X-Men fans so someone on TikTok (I finally got TikTok after deleting it like 3 years ago cause it was weighing so badly on my mental health and the only reason I downloaded it again was for scogan content.) that I follow posted these about a month ago:

Essentially what xmen would look like as cats. Uhm. YES is all I have to say, so I've already started drawing, and when I was talking to one of my friends who has vague knowledge about X-Men they said something about "X-Men warrior cats au" as a joke but I took it to heart. I wasn't a warrior cats kid but THEY WERE so I asked them to give me WC names for each of them. I took those names as inspiration and used a WC name generator to come up with some other stuff (because I don't know the criteria for naming.) I kinda want this au to span over the movies and cartoons and possibly some of the comics, but sadly I haven't read any of them so sim unsure. If anyone has any cats or WC names they think would fit a different X-Men character, like morph or kitty or warren or any1 else really PLEASEEE give 💕

I got names down for almost everyone except Nightcrawler and Wolverine. Nightcrawler could stand alone as a WC name, because im pretty sure it fits the criteria, but since everyone else's names are changed it feels weird to leave his. If anyone has suggestions PLEASE give them!!

However, I found a few names I think could work for Logan but I'm not sure which to pick. Poll time!

Wolfclaw was the original name my friend gave me, I came up with Bloodclaw, Tempertail (my friend told me the cats' names change sometimes so I thought maybe after he joined the X-Men 'clan' they would've started calling him that because of how irritable he is) and also Silversoul. I REALLY like Silversoul, it's in reference to the adamantium in his bones, and how the experiments done on him are a crucial part of who he is. Take your pick!

OH MY GOSH yes please I’d love to hear what you wanna talk about.

My tastes aren’t the best, but basic rundown is, I love origins (I know it’s bad but I just love Wolverine so much)

Original trilogy is lovely, first movie is perfect to me because Logan gets to learn to be the protector with rogue instead of just a fighter. Second? Is fun! I don’t feel like the plot is as straight forward and it has a lot of side plots but I think that’s why I love it. The third has so much unexplored sadness potential and I cannot get over the idea of Logan grieving Jean with Scott (but not really with Scott) only to get her back but lose Scott, kinda like a be careful what you wish for because there’s gonna be a terrible price.

the Wolverine is fine (not really my thing and I didn’t like when they had it implied he’d slept with Jean when THEY NEVER SLEPT TOGETHER cause she was always with Scott, like I can see a version that would’ve been actually emotionally impactful but in the movie it just felt creepy from the filmmakers imo)

Logan (almost forgot it) made me scream and cry and throw things in my brain and I don’t think I’ll ever fully recover from that movie because it tore out my insides (like the tree did to Logan’s)

I’ve also seen a bunch of the xmen cartoons (original, 97’, evolution, Wolverine and the xmen, the 2011 anime, hulk vs. Wolverine) I think the anime has the sweetest scogan moments (cause it starts off with Jean dying), Wolverine and the xmen is also really good, and then the original cartoon into 97’ has cute moments (like Logan slicing the top off of Scott’s car).

If someone started reading fics for Scogan, are there any you'd recommend?

It depends on what kind of fics you are interested in. I know that sounds like a vague answer, but some people like comicScogan others movieScogan and some are into angst, others romance, some smut lol, so I usually offer up this master list of places where you can find Scogan fics on the net that might suit your interests.
