I will be that ghost attached to her book hoard. Cats will stare at me and freak out the living. I'll still get to pet cats. I will haunt the fuck out of whoever breaks up the book hoard.

So, of all my many cats, my Angry Soot Sprite , also known as The Creature, is the least social and most solitary horrible little murder gremlin of the bunch. Her pasttimes include morphing out of shadows to bite your Achilles tendon with no provocation, licking you leg and vanishing (what the fuck, that's weird, don't do whatever that was please), and punching her long suffering little brother (occasionally some provocation). I just got back from holidays with family out of town for a few days, and after she realized it was, in fact, me walking around, she has stapled herself to my shadow and is following me everywhere and giving me the doe eyes like 'please mother, never leave again', as though she didn't have a perfectly lovely pet sitter in our friend.

I would be flattered if I didn't have the sneaking suspension that it's merely our sitters' legs aren't nearly as delicious to her as mine. Unfortunately for the weird science and poll sides of tumblr, there will be no investigation into our legs or their deliciousness according to my cats.
