Sometimes I just love the irony in HOTD:

They literally went from having two legitimate heirs to the Iron Throne to choose from, to completely destroying their entire line. The weak choices a generation made created a domino effect that affected the generations after it.

said it before but I'll say it again; I'd love to have the Hex members introduced to certain characters from the future. I want them to meet Ordis. I wanna take them to the Zariman and Duviri to show them Drifter's past up close. I want them to react to so much crazy shit. Show them Orokin architecture!! Lua!! Visit Fortuna!! Take them on a Railjack trip! Show and teach them how to K-Drive! And they'd probably hate it but maybe have them meet the Entrati family too.

Honestly now that we know time travel is possible (thanks to Kaya), maybe there'll be a way or a reason for them to also visit the future or maybe even permanently go there in another update?

Also also, I kinda rlly wanna introduce them all to the Operator. I loved Amir's reaction to Drifter having a younger version of themself just exisiting at the same time, I'd love to see everyone's reaction to seeing them standing side by side lmao.

the parallels of Maya and Trucy's story. having to bear the burden of carrying their family's legacy all on their own as teenagers. having to bottle it all up and put on a facade because everything rests on their shoulders. all the adults are either dead or in jail. I bet Phoenix also sees Maya in Trucy. how they had to get back up on their feet right away after their loved ones got murdered/disappeared. we should've gotten some moments between them. Maya sitting by Trucy's side and telling her she's worked hard and she did a great job. cause if anyone were to understand her situation the best, it's Maya.

My current version, of my ever-evolving theory, on what constitutes "aromantic stories" is that first off, there's absolutely a wide spectrum between 1, "this is explicitly undeniably about aromanticism," and 2, "there sure is a noteworthy amount of aro subtext, but representing aros clearly wasn't the author's intent." But the spectrum is best completed not as a straight line, but as a triangle, where the 3rd point is "the story probably wasn't created with aromanticism at the forefront of anyone's mind, but was created with subverting particular expectations related to romantic relationships in mind." And in my experience, a lot of juicy aromanticism-related experiences that are underrepresented in their own right can lie in that third option, regardless of whether the characters are aro-spec or allo or kind of whatever you headcanon.

So, what does make a story on this spectrum "aromantic?" IDK, I wouldn't necessarily include all or most of the firm 2s (unintentional subtext) under the aromantic story mantle. But when you get into the gray areas that inch a little closer to 1 and 3, let alone the gray area between 1 and 3 where intent is ambiguous but ultimately may not matter, it makes sense that different people will have different takes.

This is really cute 🥺 Seawatt teaches Ken a lot of Minecraft trivia facts when they do more trivia-focused escape rooms, and Ken teaches Seawatt a lot of glitches and technical tricks when they do more mechanic-focused escape rooms <33 (after all I’m always thinking about when Seawatt told Captain Sparklez that Ken taught him the “really cool” clipping through glass pane crawl glitch. Which is Ken’s favorite. Ignore how I know that)

Like the idea that the handprint remains even after the person themself is gone from your life — even if, in kenwatt’s case, maybe you forget them, the handprint is still there and undeniably theirs. I forget which kenwatt I said this in, but there are a few mechanics that I personally always associate with Ken and so I had Seawatt do the same: water redirection, certain crawl glitches, indirect placement especially.
