idk when part 2 is gonna drop, part 1 didn't drop till somewhere around 2am for me where i'm at, but no matter what the case is and what exact time part 2 comes out i am letting you all know here and now that i will be jumping on it immediately. as it is hard for me to get a moments peace throughout the day, there's always someone stomping around or a dog barking which in turn makes watching anything i really like very frustrating as i have to keep pausing, and it took me so ridiculously long just to get through part 1, so for those reasons i will be consuming part 2 as soon as we get.

just letting you all know as a little fyi, i will be tagging "bridgerton spoilers" as necessary, along with the tag "carly watches bridgerton" for those who wish to blacklist, since i am of course going to be cataloging this in my little digital diary here.

town i recently moved to has a library job opening (says its full time but theyre only open like 30 hours a week so im not sure what the work hours are..... still would be more than i get now) and like i could literally WALK to this job and its a better library than the one im at (more resources, cooler programs and stuff, an actual children's room in an actually accessible building) BUT the role would be a step down from what im doing now, like right now im pretty involved, i do storytimes and im gonna be running some programs during summer reading and i make lots of flyers and have input in the materials we purchase........ and i love being able to do all that and even if i couldnt do ALL of it i'd at least want to move to a job where i work with kids and/or have the opportunity to be involved in programming (like... doing a pokemon or dnd or writing group or something). this one has "some children's room circulation shifts" and idk im just... i have so many frustrations with this job (not enough hours, can't stand how my boss runs the place) but i wouldnt want to leave if it didn't feel like the Right Job bc there's so much i love

Have some Cecelia art, I haven't really drawn anything about her actually.. Uhh being scary. The context behind this is in this AU, Alt!Cecelia is the reason Cesar died, then he got replaced by an Alternate promptly after. And she and Alt!Cesar just kept the "relationship" together to prevent further suspicions from coming up, as Cece and Cesar were still dating when they were humans.

You seem hesitant to talk about your daughter’s condition, but I understand if the matter is something private. But why do her glasses always show space, and not the environment around her?

Uncle Coor: Yes, ZE has a condition that effects ZIR eyes in a way that I feel is improved by ZIM wearing the glasses. The glasses show space instead of merely reflecting the environment because then it is guaranteed no one will be able to see through them from the outside. Beyond all of that, this is a private family matter and I will be acknowledging no further questions about it.

dreamt that s6 premiered last night and that tim proposed to lucy, and while as far-fetched as it is to get a chenford proposal of all things straight out the gate, i must admit tim bradford circling back to the spot where he first asked out lucy in front of the precinct to pop the big question is so incredibly genius of my brain to come up with during my deep slumber, therefore i have to add it to my never ending list of wips.

Some called the Wanderer crazy, unhinged, a loose cannon who stabbed a man over an off handed sentence. Some called the Wanderer ill, a sick man who was tortured by dreams and driven mad by the lack of sleep. Some called the Wanderer blessed, touched by Sinnoh to have a supernatural understanding and connection with every Pokemon he meets.

The real answer was a little bit of all three.

Wes was a mysterious stranger deposited on the beach near Jubilife, bleeding out and clutching two futuristic looking Poke balls. They held an Espeon and an Umbreon, scarred and scrawny and fiercely loyal to the boy they had traveled through the rift with.

When he woke up in the medical ward, he had no memories of anything; they were locked away. Some stuff came back to him instinctually: handling Pokemon being one of them. Despite most of the town's reservations about the mysterious stranger, he was immediately tapped to join the Survey Corps.

Despite never throwing a Pokeball (because something in the back of his brain screams at him not to, even if he demonstrates perfect form when throwing at the little wooden targets), he collects a lot of information just by being near the wild Pokemon and gaining their trust. He may have lost his memories, but there are some things that are engrained into Wes's character, like never recalling Espeon or Umbreon into their balls and generally keeping to himself.

Most people in Jubilife Village do not like him. Perhaps sensing the hostility, Wes kept to himself, choosing to go on longer and longer survey missions to be among the Pokemon. This creates a negative feedback loop, and it's only his respect for Cyrene and Laventon that Wes even comes back to the village at all.

The feelings among the Diamond and Pearl clans are the same, if not as strong due to the fact that Wes doesn't usually run into them. Adaman and Irina keep in touch with Kamado about Wes: they believe he's blessed by Sinnoh, but they still want to keep him at an arms length to avoid any trouble. Unsurprisingly, the closest Wes has to friends in Hisui is the Wardens: Wes befriending the Noble Pokemon is enough for the Wardens to think favorably of him.

Then, five months after his eighteenth birthday, a year after landing on the beach, Wes is cursed with nightmares. Most of them are dregs of memories, mixed together to create something horrific, but some of them...

He talked to Laventon about some of the more unsettling dreams. The visions of Lord Arcanine dying, Volo in a ruined temple with odd plates, a Pokemon with wings of fire whipped into a frenzy, a man with the soul of the sun falling from the rift. Laventon reassured him that they were probably just dreams with no meaning. Wes wasn't sure, but he didn't have a better explanation, so he just wrote them down alongside the other nightmares.

Being constantly woken up in the middle of the night and being unable to go back to sleep is a recipe for sleep deprivation. Combine that with stress, and it's a recipe for disaster.

About six months after the dreams started, during a routine visit from the Gingko Guild, Volo said something off hand. No one involved can remember what it was: all anyone remembers was how Wes snapped and stabbed Volo right in the gut. It was only Laventon shouting his name in panic that brought Wes back to reality. In a split-second decision to keep the Galaxy Clan's relationship with the Gingko Guild intact, Wes was exiled on the spot.

Understandably, neither the Diamond nor Pearl clans wanted to take Wes in. Even if they had offered, Wes probably would've refused: he felt a lot more comfortable among the wild Pokemon than around people.

Everyone thought that Wes's exile was a death sentence. Most people believed it was, as he was very rarely spotted by people. He became a bit of a myth around the Survey Corps: if you're lucky, you might be able to catch a glimpse of the Ghost of the Wanderer.

A couple years after Wes's exile, the Noble Arcanine tragically fell ill and passed away due to an unforeseen illness. Only one remembered his warning.

y’all my mom is in her carat era i cannot believe the course of events that have happened over the past two weeks

walked in the living room where i had a gose playing, pointed at the tv, and said “that’s dk!” (it was 😧)

sat and watched said gose episode with me and laughed out loud multiple times during parts that were meant to be funny

said vernon and wonwoo were both “really cute” on two separate occasions

pointed at a kpop album on a shelf in the electronics store we were in and told me she knew it was a seventeen album “because she recognized their names on the back” (it was, in fact, a seventeen album)

let me show her the Your Choice album i bought last week and identified s.coups, vernon, dk, and woozi on the poster 😭
