You seem hesitant to talk about your daughterā€™s condition, but I understand if the matter is something private. But why do her glasses always show space, and not the environment around her?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Uncle Coor: Yes, ZE has a condition that effects ZIR eyes in a way that I feel is improved by ZIM wearing the glasses. The glasses show space instead of merely reflecting the environment because then it is guaranteed no one will be able to see through them from the outside. Beyond all of that, this is a private family matter and I will be acknowledging no further questions about it.

yeah, take it from a homestuck fan, the epilogues are trash. also, related to iss; i had a brief thought when i reread one of the older chapters a little while back. dib thinks to himself that the irken hanging out with zim when purple is there is a girl, but he's definitely heard purple [and red] talk before; was that an oversight or did he just forget?
Havenā€™t readĀ ā€˜em, not interested to, already know as much as I care to know.
Referring to this scene? I mentally justified it asĀ ā€œhe didnā€™t realize thatā€™s the same person (since he saw him in different clothes & different circumstances).ā€ I wouldnā€™t be surprised if Dib just, straight up went into such a vibrating mass of excitement talking to Zimā€™s Alien Leaders that he doesnā€™t actually rememberĀ the encounter in detail. By the time Zim gets home, Dib is dancing in front of them. Heā€™s not in Cuttingly Intelligent Paranormal Investigator mode.
And how donā€™t we know he didnā€™t assume Tallest Purple was a girl the first time he saw him? Itā€™s not like thereā€™s anyone around Purple who would have actively referred to him asĀ ā€œheā€ while Dib happened to be there watching. Any time Zimā€™s ever made mention of the Tallest in front of Dib, he no doubt would have referred to them asĀ ā€œthem,ā€ since thereā€™s two of them, so Dib probably wouldnā€™t have heard any gendered pronouns associated with them. So he could just not know.
Or: referring to this scene and this sceneĀ where Dib meetsĀ ā€œAgent Purpleā€? Again, he just doesnā€™t connect the voices when theyā€™re coming out of two wildly different-looking people.
(Basically: I had to think long and hard before deciding whether or not I felt it was adequately justified for Dib to not figure out who Purple is andĀ for him to incorrectly assume heā€™s a female Irken. I decided the ā€œpeople see what they expect to seeā€ effect was powerful enough to override his prior Purple memories.)

doing this whole OC meme thing for me mostly, very likely not interesting to anyone else (because Iā€™m not really explaining who any of these guys are and I donā€™t expect anyone to know all of them, also its formatted badly and i didnā€™t edit it well) so iā€™m putting it under a cut
Tumblr media
The oldest OC I still bring back occasionally is Bluebell, who is an alien creature I invented in 6th grade. She used to be named Hana, because I was taking Japanese lessons and was in that phase of elementary school where you think that naming your characters after a word in another language is always the best and coolest idea
The newest OC I have thatā€™s like, a main character is I guess Viarnne, but my newest OC thatā€™s not a fan character is Slice the rainbow layer cake dragon
I canā€™t pick a favorite OC very easily- I love Pike and Tu personality-wise a whole lot out of my Dialien characters, and I think Viarnne is my favorite Neopet right now. OH also i love my old character Alkaline
picking a favorite OC design is even harder- of my neopets, Alxxa has the coolest design I think, both to draw and as far as general appearance goes. For all original characters, my favorite for a long time was the character I made whose design was... literally adapted from Alxxa but not a Neopet. I think I called it Tiramisu?? its been a while since Iā€™ve actually drawn Tiramisu
My main reason for making OCs is sort of different for different types of characters- I think part of it is that I legitimately want to tell stories, but the biggest thing IS that I just find character design fun, in particular designing and drawing creatures.
Uhh itā€™s different for different characters but it usually involves finding something fun to draw and then drawing it a bunch, to see if it stays fun, or if I can keep it fun. If I donā€™t have fun drawing a character, they tend to sort of fall away- like, you donā€™t see me drawing Jukebawks often, even though I had fun coming up with a design, because sheā€™s... hard to draw, and doesnā€™t have as much range of expression as a lot of my other characters. (plus I donā€™t have a personality for her- if I have a backstory Iā€™m really invested in for a character, I can basically draw very similar pictures of them over and over again and have fun because I like their story so much, which is probably a bit of a flaw)
I donā€™t really ship my OCs with anyone elseā€™s- Iā€™ve never even really shipped my OCs with like, canon characters from anything? Iā€™m not necessarily opposed to the idea of shipping my characters with someone elseā€™s, but Iā€™m not very good at communication or roleplaying, and a lot of my characters arenā€™t really what I would callĀ ā€˜shippableā€™, so it tends to be easier to just work by myself on that kind of thing.
uhhh i have a couple ocs who I ship but iā€™m really self conscious about doing so, so i talk about most of them almost never. I ship Sam and Viarnne but I want to actually have a story where it makes sense for them to end up forming a relationship like that, so for now iā€™m mostly focusing on how their friendship will work (also, just like, assume none of my OCs are fucking I guess?? even the ones i ship together- thatā€™s one of those things thatā€™s just never really been interesting to me, and i mostly just donā€™t want to deal with jokes about it because like, please?? i like relationship stuff but i just donā€™t get anything out of sex stuff, jokes or otherwise, most of the time. also please donā€™t take this as a moral judgement if thatā€™s something you do, i donā€™t care as long as its not like, something morally reprehensible, you do you). oh i also have Alxxa and Sensurround (neopets), Zotyre and Gyronaut (neopets), Alkaline and Skurl (original story), uhhh kind of not sure if Tu and Iris are gonna end up having a romantic relationship in my Dialien story, i need to do more thinking
weirdest... oc... uhhhhh iā€™m not sure what that would entail, exactly. my fursona might be the weirdest just from like, not having any sort of world or story or anything, she just floats in space and picks up space radio signals and stuff
I donā€™t really have enough villain ocs- I guess at this point, Chexerton is kind of a villain, heā€™s like a shitty space security guard for Virtupets. most of my completely original stories donā€™t have villains- Dialiens (it needs a better name- maybe just Dial) is more about mental health struggles and potentially capitalism or colonialism, and with LOSER (a story i think i have barely ever talked about on here, its the one with Skurl and Alkaline) i straight up canā€™t decide whether its a fun road trip where character flaws are explored and then like, amends are made, or if it ultimately ends with the characters not overcoming their flaws and destroying each other. its kind of been both in my mind for a long time which is why i canā€™t write it- canā€™t decide whether the relationship should be ultimately healthy or toxic
This is a tough question- I donā€™t think of my OCs as real people, exactly, that I could be mean to orĀ ā€˜torture, muahaha i love seeing my babies sufferā€™- but theyā€™re deeply personal to me, and I donā€™t think its always useful to see them as constructs unworthy of being treated with kindness. I guess what I would consider beingĀ ā€˜niceā€™ to my OCs is trying to realize them better and have them make sense and function properly in whatever stories Iā€™m trying to tell using them. In that regard, I guess thereā€™s some I theoreticallyĀ ā€˜neglectā€™ by not really focusing on them very often, or by getting tired of their stories but never officiallyĀ ā€˜getting ridā€™ of them?? Plus I donā€™t have time to develop literally every character Iā€™ve ever had. I have all kinds of old OCs that iā€™m not planning to do anything with anymore, but they meant something to me at some point, and its not like theyā€™re going to pile up and take up space in my house if I donā€™t, like, sell them. I like knowing that if I ever need to look back at my old stuff for ideas, thereā€™s a bunch of stuff I might be able to use or repurpose again someday.
Again, I donā€™t really think about it asĀ ā€˜killedā€™. I guess I donā€™t have the main character from Skurlā€™s original story anymore, who was like a mammalian Invader Zim-esque fantasy evil fortress knight?? and Skurl was the funny animal curmudgeon sidekick. I made that protagonist up because the story needed a protagonist, and he never even really had a personality to speak of- his rival was better defined, the mad scientist from the idea had a more interesting character design- basically every other character from that story I might bring back, but that protagonist is probably gone for good. Maybe Iā€™ll bring back his weird ear decorations that smushed his fabric-y rabbit ears down, those were kind of the most interesting thing he had going on. OH if you mean literally killed off in a story, in the nightmare angst version of LOSER Skurl ends up like, not DEAD exactly, but severely fucked up to the point where heā€™d be better off dead. And Viarnne is technically dead
Oh man years ago I had an OC named O-BR who was a robotic panda bear toy who was possessed by the soul of some dude who died who was a father, and now is kind of the robotic parental figure of the child who owns the bear toy. i donā€™t think that actually works well as a story- i never even figured out what that dudeā€™s name was, just the name of the bear. itā€™s name was O-BR because its ears were like, floating purple plastic cheerio shapes that hovered next to his head. this was anotherĀ ā€˜iā€™m obsessed with invader zimā€™ era character
80% of my Neopet OCs at any given time- also 80% of my non fandom based OCs at any given time. I donā€™t have time to come up with stories for all of them, and I tend to just focus on whatever is interesting enough that I remember it
I hate drawing Jukebawks... iā€™m sorry jukebawks........ maybe i should like, offer her up for trade, but iā€™m not sure anyone else would want her?? i like the idea of her!! i should actually probably design her to be easier for me to draw, in all honesty. When it comes to writing though, Moe has given me so much grief because I honest to god donā€™t know how he fits into the story and group dynamic in Dialiens. Heā€™s like, kind of an asshole loner who keeps to himself and doesnā€™t want people to bother him?? iā€™m not even confident he usesĀ ā€˜heā€™ pronouns. i donā€™t know
this feels like its more designed for people who have more humanoid ocs where theyā€™re heights are more, like, similar, so being short or tall is a thing?? like, for Neopets, Alxxaā€™s the tallest because heā€™s really long, and Viarnne is the shortest because heā€™s an oval thatā€™s like a foot tall. as far as the only character heights that Iā€™ve spent a lot of time thinking about, the Dialiens, tallest to shortest, are: Pike, Moe (not counting the ears), Iris, Chives, Tu
I guess my oldest ocs are Zotyre, Gyronaut, and that mutant Moehog lady- youngest would be Chilston, i guess. and as far as OCs, i have no idea, i donā€™t think enough about age. approaching characters from the angle that theyā€™re Cartoons!!!! and then deciding to try and give them nuance later means that everyoneā€™s just sort of nebulously adult-ish
Do I dislike any of my OCs, like, as characters, or as people? I think Pike, despite being one of my favorite OCs, would irritate me quite a bit in real life, because his personality is heavily influenced by traits that annoyed me about other people Iā€™ve met, but like, trying to see them more sympathetically?? but heā€™d get on my nerves. Iris fits this a lot too- I donā€™t think Iā€™d like Moe much either?? i dunno its a weird question, i like them because theyā€™re my characters and also because theyā€™re not real. i donā€™t think most of them would be friends with me or anything if they were real, even if so many of them are based on parts of me
oh iā€™ve made self inserts- i definitely had a self insert Invader Zim character that i drew maybe a single time, and then pretended to be in daydreams in my head while bored during school. she had an angsty backstory. then after that i pretended to be Trigger in my daydream stories all the time in school for like, 3 years (like, during points in time where i was zoning out during class, or walking between classes)
uhhhhh I regret not doing more with these characters, and i regret that i canā€™t answer a lot of important questions about characters Iā€™ve had for years Now. iā€™ve had them for years, so they feel really definitive and rock solid in my mind, so theyā€™re hard to change, but also theyā€™re really not as nuanced as i want them to be. its a bit tough
well someone in freshman year of college who i ended up cutting ties with because of some kind of wild friend group drama and like, important political and philosophical differences, actually knew me from deviantart and remembered one of my OCs. that was pretty wild. thatā€™s one person though... uhhh, are any of my OCs popular?? Iā€™m just excited when anyone finds a character iā€™ve come up with interesting. Iā€™m glad other people seem to like Viarnne!!! it fills me with terror that iā€™ll like, ruin him by writing a bad story, but its also exciting and validating to come up with a character story and for other people to also enjoy it
uhhh its Viarnne again. i drew him to try and demonstrate how a robot Kiko could be an appealing character design and it backfired on me. i love drawing Orb with a Face and Arms and i am happy when i see him as my active pet on neopets. I guess Pike also qualifies- when I initially drew the Dialiens, I had very vague personality ideas for them, and I felt like he would be the bully. he has since become very much NOT the bully (like, he seems more like a person who would get bullied) and Iā€™ve grown really fond of him. also i created Trigger to be a Chuck E Cheese style mascot back before fucking Five Nights At Freddyā€™s existed and destroyed that that as an original idea (fuck you FNAF i have two characters now who are basically... that and you canā€™t ruin that for me. i was here FIRST (this is a joke its not even that great of a premise, my shit isnā€™t horror, and iā€™ll deal)). he was also based on a glow in the dark grey alien and a skeleton and lived in an abandoned pizza entertainment building and was basically an evil villain, and then high school me decided that instead of being that he was gonna be a mutated teenager and it was going to be really angsty. I donā€™t really have as much interest in that backstory anymore??? but I sure had a lot of fun with it for like 4 years so i think that counts

ZATR smeethood friends AU
I got this idea of if Zim and Tak knew each other as smeets, and how their relationship would be different, and how much different the Tak episode would be and all.
ā€¢ they met while still underground, Tak was the first Irken to compliment the intelligence Zim showed, and also the first yā€™all Irken to be nice to him.
ā€¢ they were usually seen together with Skoodge, they were like the dream team, though said dream team usually ended up causing trouble due to Zim being... a bit of a loose canon.
ā€¢ while in Invader training it was very evident that despite his skill, Zim had trouble in training, back then, he was so small, so frail, due to being Defective, his PAK was faulty, making him need regular food and sleep, and the lifestyle on Irk makes that hard with the constant military life, thus, when he was young, Zim was physically weak and relatively frail, Tak helped him modify his PAK so adrenaline would help him get through his training.
ā€¢ during their Invader training, Zim, Tak, and Skoodge were all paired up together, as is the norm for Defective Irkens, during one training session, they were training late, it was Zimā€™s idea to make up for the lackluster performance in training that day; however, there was an incident, an explosion, the three of them were caught in the crossfire.
ā€¢ there was fire and smoke everywhere, Zim got the worst of it, he nearly got torn apart and lost both his eyes, his left arm was too damaged for even his PAK to heal, and ended up getting it amputated, Tak had a few burns and some brain damage, resulting in needing the wire seen on her head.
ā€¢ Zim may have been worse off, but thanks to Takā€™s technology, heā€™d pull through, not to say the surgery and rehabilitation wasnā€™t tough, originally heā€™d have to endure three years of recovery, but he pushed himself to just one year, however painful it was; he came back to training with ocular implants as replacements for his eyes, and and new, cybernetic arm, heā€™s rather self-conscious about it (not that heā€™d ever admit it) so he kept his arm covered, not ever taking off his uniform, and ocular implants were so well made, one couldnā€™t tell the difference between them and a real pair of eyes.
ā€¢ it wouldnā€™t be found out until years later, but the cause of the explosion was sabotage, and the culprit was no other than Purple, he was resentful that Tak, despite being a Defect, is top of the Irken Elite training classes, and caused the explosion as a ā€˜jokeā€™ and being the only one to know heā€™s the one behind Zim and Takā€™s injuries, which he mocked them for, Zim acted like it was fine, Purple was one of his idols, even back then, but it definitely angered Tak, Purple messed with Zim the most, taking his prosthetic and hiding it for ā€˜funā€™ he didnā€™t seem to ever do it around Red, however.
ā€¢ years passed, Tak was able to get to her final test to become an Irken Elite early, Zim and Skoodge were on the planet as well to see how itā€™d go, but thatā€™s when Zim accidentally caused the blackout that ruined Takā€™s test, at the time, Zim was stubborn and didnā€™t believe he should say sorry since it wasnā€™t something he meant to do, Zim and Tak stopped talking after that, and Tak was sent to planet; Dirt.
ā€¢ years passed, Zim had interrupted the Great Assigning, and one fake mission given and a faulty SIR Unit, the oblivious Irken was off to Earth, and of course the events of the first episode happens, relatively unchanged.
ā€¢ eventually though, Zim discovers something about himself while on Earth, something that just...felt right. That he, is a she, Zim comes out as a trans girl, and she experienced little problems with coming out, she didnā€™t need to change her disguise much, just a new wig, though in the makeup department, she went a little...overboard.
ā€¢ it was such a disaster, Gaz dragged her to the bathroom to fix the butchered makeup job, mostly because it was too terrible, since then Zim went to Gaz for makeup advice.
ā€¢ Dib was actually very understanding and accepting when Zim came out, changing the pronouns of his insults towards her, and being trans himself, occasionally gave her advice, which at first, made her skeptical, but eventually was appropriated.
ā€¢ Zim found no need to change her name, she was still Zim and no other name fit, in her opinion, and as for her voice tone, usually with how shrieky and loud her voice is, but as she had a voice modulator, she could change her voice tone relatively easily (I think she would sound like Zimā€™s Spanish VA)
ā€¢ in the timeline of the show, she wouldā€™ve come out, at least a few days before the events of Gir Goes Crazy And Stuff.
ā€¢ when that episode happens, itā€™s a might...different, when Zim tries to stop GIR at the library, the behavioral modulator is destroyed, so Zim couldnā€™t just switch GIR back to normal.
ā€¢ as a result, Zim found no other choice, but to go to Dib for help, who reluctantly agreed, seeing how dangerous GIR was stuck in Duty Mode, within a few days they made special stun guns that would give Zim just enough time to turn GIR back to normal.
ā€¢ it wasnā€™t easy, but it worked, Zim worked on GIR as quickly as she could, and the little robot remembered nothing of the event, which Zim found thankful, the event made her really appreciate the way GIR was, she had no intention of changing him ever again, otherwise, it just wouldnā€™t be GIR.
ā€¢ as a means of ā€˜researchā€™ of how a normal human girl acts (and because GIR likes the cookies) Zim joins the Girly Rangers, but surprisingly, ends up enjoying her time there, even getting a few badges and making a few friends.
ā€¢ being around her new Girly Ranger friends, it began to help Zim open up a bit, and mellow out a little, and with that, she realized the way she and Tak ended off and fell out from their friendship wasnā€™t right, and for the first time, felt large, horrible guilt, she ruined the life of one her best friends, and she didnā€™t even apologize and acted selfish and like a total jerk, now knowing better, she hopes to see Tak again, to properly apologize.
ā€¢ little did she know, sheā€™d get her chance faster than she thought; Tak came to Earth, though rather than meeting at the skool, Tak came to Zimā€™s house, which really caught her off guard.
ā€¢ Tak took note of Zimā€™s new look, and complimented her on it, rather passively, despite her anger towards Zim, it was clear she held some fondness over their friendship in the past, at the least.
ā€¢ seeing Tak again, it was a bit overwhelming for Zim, she hadnā€™t seen her in so long, and she wants to apologize for her actions, but Tak doesnā€™t give her the chance, Tak wouldnā€™t listen to a word her former friend said, and crippled the base, leaving Zim and GIR to figure out the problem on their own.
ā€¢ having no other choice, Zim and GIR went to Dibā€™s house, by this point, they were less like enemies, and more like rivals and occasional friends, so Zim convinced Dib to listen as she explained her and Takā€™s history together, and how now she realizes she shouldnā€™t have left things off with Tak the way they were, she needed Dibā€™s help, and she just hoped Tak would listen to her next they met.
ā€¢ surprisingly, over the coming week, Tak did very little actual evil planning, just going about her day, which Zim of course found suspicious, yet she still wouldnā€™t listen, even avoided her, it seemed.
ā€¢ it was a rather...tough time, it was the most vulnerable Zimā€™s ever felt, and it certainly showed.
ā€¢ that changed one day, when while walking home (well, for Zim, itā€™d be going to Dibā€™s house since her base was still out of commission) they ran into an Airolax, the natural enemy of the Irken, extremely dangerous, theyā€™ve hunted Irkens for eons, since before the time Irkens even used PAKs, they skinned Irkens alive, devoured their eyes, and harvested their organs like trophies, no Irken has ever faced even one and survived.
ā€¢ Airolax were bird like aliens that has razor sharp teeth and talons, and were twice the size of any Tallest, and the hooks on their wings could easily cut into Irken skin better than any scalpel could, this particular Airolax attacked Zim and Dib in the middle of the street, still a ways away from the Membrane household, needless to say, Zim was visibly scared, any Irken with half a PAK would be, which immediately set Dib on edge with how rarely Zim is ever scared of something, well at least honest about being scared of something, at least.
ā€¢ Zim didnā€™t so much as hesitate as she grabbed Dib by the arm and ran like hell, eventually resorting to using her PAK legs to move faster with the Airolax flying overhead, making an attempt to make a grab for the small Irken.
ā€¢ the sharp talons were mere centimeters away from grabbing Zim by the PAK when a laser hit the Airolax in the side, the two looked to see it was Tak, she stepped in front of them, firmly in a defensive stance, her PAK legs out and poised to attack.
ā€¢ the Airolax attacked relentlessly, Tak lashed with her PAK legs, and shot her lasers, that is until the Airolax spread out his wings, knocking Tak to the ground, ready to strike her eyes first.
ā€¢ thatā€™s when Zim, not wanting to lose her friend a second time, lunged at the winged beast, piercing her own PAK legs deep into its thick skin, making it screech in pain as Zim screamed insults at him ā€œYOU KEEP YOUR FILTHY DEATH-CLAWS OFF OF HER YOU BIRD-BEAST!!!ā€
ā€¢ the Airolax reared back, thrashing about until he slammed into a large tree, knocking the wind out of Zim, but she wasnā€™t through with him yet.
ā€¢ As the feathery beast went to attack the two teens, Zim got to her feet, she wasnā€™t quite thinking straight, the hit possibly giving her a concussion, she reflexively shot out her hand in a motion to reach out to Dib and Tak, only for the Airolax to go slamming into a large boulder, it was shocking, Zim looked at her hands, and realized sheā€™s tapped into her Irken Ability.
ā€¢ for context, an Irken Ability describes a special ability or power an Irken has and eventually discovers, an example of this is Takā€™s ability to hypnotize people with just a flash from her eyes, itā€™s surprising as Irken Abilities are relatively rare in Defects, Zim herself didnā€™t think she even had one, but as she found out today, her Irken Ability was psychic capabilities, in this moment; telekinesis.
ā€¢ Now knowing this, Zim used her newfound telekinesis to throw the Airolax around until finally releasing him from her grip, Tak gave it several good lashes with her PAK legs, and while he was less experienced in combat, Dib grabbed a large, sharp ended tree branch and whacked the Airolax harshly in the throat, knocking the wind out of the large beast.
ā€¢ with one final push, Zim picked the Airolax up with her newfound ability, and with all her might, threw him at least a few miles away, the overuse of her telekinesis having exhausted her, Zim fell to her knees, totally wiped out.
ā€¢ Zim hadnā€™t realized it until after the battle, but in the fight, Zimā€™s ponytail had come loose, which she noticed as Tak helped her to her feet, arm held over the taller Irkenā€™s shoulder, as they quickly made their way to Dibā€™s house.
ā€¢ on the way, Zim finally got her chance to apologize to Tak like sheā€™s been trying to for the past week, she admitted sheā€™s been selfish and stubborn, and accident or not, she shouldā€™ve apologized in the first place, Tak is genuinely surprised at the legitimately sincere apology, the Zim she knew years ago was never one to apologize and be honest with her emotions, it would seem being on Earth gave the destructive Irken room to grow.
ā€¢ Tak calls Mimi to deactivate the crippling of Zimā€™s base, and truthfully, though there is a part of her thatā€™s still angry about what happened, after seeing Zim again, after so many years, seeing her laugh, smile, it makes Takā€™s face heat up, and the heart component in her squeedlyspooch to skip a beat, seeing Zim just makes her...happy, and she doesnā€™t know why.
ā€¢ unbeknownst to her, Zim felt the same way, both not knowing what the feeling is, but Dib did, and he was internally facepalming at these clueless teens.
ā€¢a few weeks passed, Zim felt like a large weight was lifted off her shoulders now that sheā€™s apologized to Tak, true, it was the first time she actually apologized to anyone, but the point still stands.
ā€¢ as time passes, Zim actually begins to gain an interest in music, GIR brought home a ukulele and curious, Zim played it, turns out sheā€™s REALLY good, she even got out her invader diary to write her own songs, just about anything, the songs went from just simple notes to having words, the words came when she remembered the poems Tak made in class, and the lyrics just unraveled themselves.
ā€¢ when they all started music class, and the home assignment was to ā€˜write a song about a feeling thatā€™s hard to describeā€™ Zim was ecstatic! The moment she got home, she went right to writing a song, this was the first time Dib and Tak saw her interest in music and were curious about what song the usually destructive Irken would make.
ā€¢ when focusing on writing a song, Zim would use her telekinesis to float around, usually upside down to help her focus, for whatever reason, when she used her telekinesis on herself, Zim didnā€™t tire out, she thinks it could be because sheā€™s the source of the psychic power, thus she can float indefinitely.
ā€¢ weeks passed into months, Zim got an award for her talent in both music and science, and sheā€™d steadily gotten more popular with her music, even getting music gigs and she used her telekinesis in her shows, the humans just thought it was special effects.
ā€¢ however, the day came that Zim found out about her mission being a lie, the Tallests didnā€™t care, they never did, and didnā€™t want to deal with Zim at all, but surprisingly, Zim wasnā€™t as upset about it as she thought she should be, maybe itā€™s all the time sheā€™s spent on Earth, learning and growing, growing up, it really changed her perspective.
ā€¢ the real problem was, the Tallests wanted to take the Earth, for its snacks and artillery, and that would mean, a fight to protect the Earth, the place Zim never thought sheā€™d care about, but after a year and a half, discovering love, sharing her first kiss with Tak on this planet, Earth was her new home, and she was determined to protect it.
ā€¢ to put it shortly, a war would be fought, not that most of the humans believed or cared, but Zim and Tak created their own brand of fire power, they upgraded their respective ships, made a few other ships, and prepared strong, yet lightweight armor, thankfully it wouldnā€™t just be the two of them, Dib was ready to defend Earth to his last stand, Gaz and Membrane would fight as well, though not for the same honorable reasons as the other three, the help was appreciated.
ā€¢ it only took the Massive and itā€™s fleet a little less than a week to arrive, and it was to war.
ā€¢ the fight was harsh, and tough, Zimā€™s robotic arm getting torn off in a fight, but when Tak nearly got taken out by a large ship, Zim went into a blind rage, using both her psychic power, and her own PAK weapons to mercilessly obliterate the ship, upon seeing Tak was okay, floated to her worryingly, confessing she was very worried, even when they werenā€™t talking, the shorter Irken was scared something would happen, and Zim wouldnā€™t be able to protect Tak, said Irken eased her worries, promising nothing would happen, they shared a kiss on the battlefield before getting back into the fight.
ā€¢ itā€™s looking bad until they get support, from the Resisty, thatā€™s when the battle is turned in their favor, they become victorious! They end up not killing the Tallests, but Zim approaches them menacingly, giving them a single warning: if they ever come near the Earth again, she will kill them herself.
ā€¢ after that, things went to normal for the most part, the Resisty stayed in touch, Dib and Lard Nar became close, Zim went to her music, now with Tak, who used her poetry skills to write both poems and great stories, also using her intelligence to make incredible inventions, Dib eventually became a paranormal investigator like he wanted, Gaz would grow to become a horror game developer, and they simply, went on with their lives, relatively peacefully.
This is all I got so far, I might make a continuation at some point, if thereā€™s something I should fix at all or any tips, please let me know!
