I also have a Black Cat Detective / 黑猫警长 OC, His name is Hui Tu (because most of the characters in the series are named after fur color + species, but perhaps someday I will give him a real name as is the case with Mr. Black, which is Mimi). There are two versions of him, a regular version who serves as a Forest's cybersecurity officer*, and a 1992 (or novel) version who serves as the photographer for the Forest's local newspaper.

He has a crush on Mr. Black, but it's usually just pure adoration and Mr. Black isn't aware of this or his lack of emotional intelligence (when it comes to love topics. Ex. Mr. Black: Green Star) gets on the way, so you can say it's one sided. i know it's too early to think about getting a new cat, but my mom has been looking at a shelter nearby in search of tara...

and there's this little shy boy named fern whose face looks just like kitty! a long lost relative perhaps? ;)

Lahabrea Horoscope has been living in the master bathroom and won't come out. I keep hoping to get a better photo of her, but it's hard enough to photograph black cats when they're *not* trying to recede into their own fur.
