actually.... I think the point was that Anna talking to Charlotte at that moment would only traumatize Charlotte further. Laura didn't really explain it in the best way, though.

tbh, it seemed like Anna wanted to confront Charlotte or get answers. And Charlotte is drugged up on pain meds, fresh out of surgery, and terrified of Anna. She's also a child at only 15 and was controlled by Victor for a year (Laura was kept by Casadines for what 2 years??) Was Anna hoping that Charlotte would just confess? Or did she expect an explanation? because there's time for that, but maybe not Anna asking the questions and not right then.

Laura was so close to finally having an episode where she made sense in the entirety of it and then they decided to have her callously tell Anna that Charlotte thinks she shot her on purpose without an ounce of sympathy and now I just don't know.

Sociopathic mooch who preyed on and emotionally abused her grandson? Can't help but love her. A paranoid, traumatized Anna riddled with guilt and clearly a victim of Victor's posthumous scheme? Fuck her I guess.
