The ravioli at @casaristorante was forking delicious. I also really enjoyed the belly pork, which I will post during the next few days. I really enjoyed this pork belly from @casaristorante. It was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and the meat was also very juicy. It was served with truffle mash, seared scallops and cabbage. Finally, the dish was finished with an apple mouse and a cider reduction. This is from the main menu and it's not included in the lunchtime specials.
