The amount of people complaining True Detective Night Country is "too confusing" and they can't follow the story... like yeah, not if you're doing anything other than engaging and watching the show.

having such a prolonged bpd flare up since August has been so fucking horrendous for my mental health, but I am definitely learning a lot about myself.

Does anyone else out there suffer from bpd, and constantly go back and forth emotionally on the two ‘extremes’ of a situation but like..minute to minute? Like prolonged arguing with yourself, mentally?

I am genuinely so committed to learning about my illness. I am so tired of hurting the people I love so dearly.

I am curious, if anyone has any book/podcast recommendations or anything like that for bpd/trauma/unhealthy attachment issues? I will do some searching on my own, but if anyone out there has any good recommendations I’d highly appreciate it.
