Elfnein most definitely doesn't have the best coping methods when it comes to grieving over Carol (considering how much she pushes herself during GX and AXZ), so time-skip Elfnein probably goes into complete work mode to avoid processing that part of herself

Tallnein is indeed very tall — she's about Genjuro size for reference, with like, none of the muscles

also she may or may not have become a coffee addict who barely sleeps and Aoi is constantly held hostage as her personal coffee maker (mostly due to Aoi herself being really bad at saying "no" to Elfnein) though if given the chance Elfenin will consume anything with caffeine; do not ask the shrimp how she spends her paycheck or she'll immediately get depressed and start listing absurd amounts of cash spent on coffee beans and energy drinks

XV got me real bad guys, Carol’s back and interacting with Elfnein. I wrote a bit of them together to figure out this new canon-compliant grumpy/sunshine thing they have going on.

I have retroactively won every conversation I’ve had for the past four years where I was told “Carol is dead and never coming back.”

op isn’t straight anyhow, i know her personally. the post was about just swapping pronouns and nothing else doesn’t turn a tired cliche into Good Writing. representation is good but gay characters aren’t a way to say “now my writing is good and you can’t complain or you have internalized homophobia,” it’s dehumanizing. people can like what they want, but we both want well-written gay characters and to not be told we hate ourselves for not wanting cliches

Carol: At last we have moved our location to this country. The only Autoscorer that has awoken is you.

Garie: What is it? Is it free time yet, Master?

Carol: How goes your memory collecting?

Garie: Mm... well, I still need more for Micha.

Carol: Hm, I see. So I'll have nothing to do for a while.

Garie: So we do have some free time, don't we? How about I go inspect the enemy's movements?

Carol: As much as I hate to listen to your advice, I suppose that sounds fine.

Garie: Alright, Master, I'll go collect more memories then.

Elfnein: Waah... amazing, Carol! This device is so small but it has so many functions built in!

Carol: Hmph, how boring. This thing is just for kids.

Elfnein: But weren't you the one who said that you wanted to go out for karaoke?

Carol: The source of the Symphogear user's power is song. This singing establishment is well suited for my research on Phonic Gain.

Elfnein: A song plays from the device, and people sing... it does seem close to the function of a symphogear.

Carol: Exactly, and it's why I brought you along... This reflective polyhedron on the roof, it has quite an elaborate structure...

Elfnein: It seems like it's called a "disco ball". And this amplification device... you can manipulate the sound's volume and reverberation with this knob.

Carol: Wait, you can manipulate it remotely from this computer terminal as well!

Elfnein: But how do we start playing a song...?

Carol: I'm sure I can figure out this trifling thing. Right, perhaps if I search from this terminal... there!

Elfnein: Amazing! That's just like you, Carol.　Here come the song titles. Wow, the lyrics are on the monitor, and... we have to sing now! Wh-what do we do?

Carol: Don't panic, calm down. Alright... let's sing, Elfnein!

Elfnein: Okay!

Carol: They were fluctuating while we sang... do they measure our phonic gain!?

Elfnein: Has the study of technology progressed this much in the modern age!?

my favorite experience in hyrule field, two walking guardians, a decaying guardian that i'm running to get out of sight, three stalmoblins spawn in front of me, and then i hear the yiga ambush laugh

Good lord, that’s terrible.  There’s no way to get out of that but warping away.  That or carrying like two dozen fairies and having Mipha’s Grace ready, but even then...  Hyrule Field is messed up.

apple and pork is considered a classic sweet-and-savory combination actually! i usually do apple, shredded cabbage or arugula, and carmelized mushrooms and onions. sometimes chilis (like jalepeno julienne mixed with the apple, or habanero cut in with the ground meat) with it

Apple and pork is good stuff. Pulled pork is my jam (more so than hamburgers, normally); I have about three different pulled pork recipes depending on what I want to go with. Apple cider/vinegar plays a very important role in one of them.

I could see that as you say it; caramelised onions would definitely work (I should really use them in the pulled pork above), and arugula would work much like it does on my own chili sauce+pineapple burgers. I might add maple bacon on myself, if I were trying it.
