I just devoured a mixed shawarma wrap and grilled potatoes with garlic sauce. Ooooo baby. I love supporting this family owned spot because they’re inexpensive, the food is consistently fresh, and they take. their. time. It warmed my heart to see someone’s papa sipping on his tea while slowly stirring up a pot. Like, yes! Take your time and infuse the loooove. Slow cooked food is excellent food. I always can taste the love from here and they never miss.

I’ve been working at a luxury lingerie store for the past 2 months. I’ve loved that I’ve been able to help women feel extra sexy and plant seeds in their minds that they’re worth the extra effort. So many of them shy away and put up excuses that they need to lose x amount lbs, they don’t have a husband or their not having seggs, etc - I’m the voice that reminds them that their pleasure is what’s at center here. Whether or not their active, with a partner or aren’t at their ideal weight.

I’m the kinda woman who’ll buy it for herself. Don’t get me wrong one day I’d love to share this with a special someone, but even then it’s a privilege. This is about ME. It’s about me getting the thrill of looking in the mirror and feeling aroused at the sight my curves. It’s about how different materials feel on my skin. It’s about the extra switch in my step when I strut feeling nothing but my garters caress my inner thighs under my skirt. I need this. All women need this. Pleasure is my purpose.

Finished lunch prep. It’s going to be shrimp & farro for half of the week, then a chicken broccoli alfredo for the other. Took a little longer than expected but ��twas a great investment of time. My tummy will thank me tomorrow. Resting my feet, then off to le gym!

My feet are throbbing from dancing my a$$ off at an Asake concert. Bucketlist performance ✅ Took off my makeup, wig, bra and i am CHILLEN. Whew! Thank you Goddess for soul stirring music. So euphoric tonight.

Nothing like casually smelling my buttery smooth perfumed body in the breeze whilst carrying on my day!

I love getting dressed in the morning. Taking a hot shower and getting scrubbed up and smelling good. I love putting on my cute clothes and matching my jewelry to my outfits. I love my face masks, I love putting on lipgloss and blush, I love picking out which bag I want to wear when I go out. I love click clacking in my little heels, I love the way my perfume smells, I just love making myself look polished on a daily basis whether I’m at home or going out ♡ ♡

Breakfast scramble for brunch today, inspired by Leslie Jones’s childhood recipe by her late father. Eggs, spinach, onions, garlic, cheese, tomatoes, and i did chicken sausage with a side of sourdough drizzled with olive oil (not photographed).

Shakira’s Grammy performance (specifically the first segment with her signature belly dancing) was the most Goddess like art I’ve seen in a while. Her control over her body is phenomenal. Her belly is fluid yet explosive like a geyser. The eyes… her arms… her hands… her breath control to do those masterful isolated movements AND sing. I’m blown away. I needa to stop procrastinating and just start practicing.

I’ve been eating way more healthy fats this week (olive oil w bread, olives, avocados, keifer, homemade granola made with butter and coconut oil, salmon, etc.) and I noticed how more manageable my luteal phase has been. 👀👀
