Bruce does not enjoy magic. In fact he’s absolutely horrible at it, to the point it’s better that he avoids it in general. Getting thrown into some sort of summoning circle bullshit was not helping him feel any better about it either.

At least he isn’t dead… probably. He might be surrounded by green and there might be a massive entity sitting on a throne, but he isn’t dead yet. Even if the cult had been rambling about sacrificing ‘the dark knight to the dark king’.

… His kids are definitely going to kill him, but there are small children peeking out at him from within the being’s cape. Who seem happy enough, while the�� king looks exhausted in a familiar way. Well. Maybe it’s his own parental exhaustion talking, but they can’t be too bad if their kids are happy to be there.

So much I could say about these three #and so much I could say about their relationship / interactions with Cucurucho and Osito Bimbo #Cards on the table... I'm not arguing that they weren't #But how could anyone not be charmed by Jaiden? Also hey I wanna say too that pretty much every single headcanon ever is valid. Even if they aren’t popular, even if they go against canon, even if they change on the regular and make for a throughly transformative work.

I think fandom is supposed to be fun and honestly it just acts like a toybox of sorts? With all these malleable characters as action figures that you play with as you like. If you wanna make them bigger or smaller or change their species or what they present as or how they sound or even act - you can! You can and you should!

Have fun, because you’ll inevitably find others who like what you do too. And even if you don’t, as long as you like it, then that’s what matters.

Steb and the Pianist but they're boyfriends.

For Steb, he's putting quite a bit of trust into the Pianist. This is due to Steb more fish-esque so Steb has limitations(including for his diet) and the Pianist will sometimes bring him meals during his break and so he has to trust that the Pianist didn't put something in the meal that could cause him harm.

For the Pianist, he's bearing his entire soul to Steb. The Pianist fell into a slump after the battle so he couldn't make music like he used to but after meeting Steb, he suddenly made music like never before. Steb was his muse and with that, came with showing Steb his music, exposing the depths of his soul to the man.

They also do stupid stuff together such as laughing at the drama surrounding the councilors(besides Shoola and Sevika) and accidently stealing. The stealing on Stebs part and the Pianist making sure Steb doesn't get in trouble or caught. Steb is stealing herbs that come from places out of Piltover because he uses them for herbal tea and medicine(my hc is Steb isn't from Piltover or Zaun) but Piltover and Zaun doesn't have them growing anyone. The Pianist understands this but still tries to keep Steb from being caught despite everyone already knowing and ordering extra so Steb can just snatch it.

Haven is a lot of things. An effective communicator isn't one.

This is very much intended to be Taran retelling the story of the time this happened to someone else, given the eight-thousand anachronisms and the level of comfort Taran has in talking to Haven. It's so specifically anachronistic in such a specific "I'm telling you a story and I don't want you to get bogged down in the inconvenient details" way that it got me to write 6000 words (and counting) of a stupid wip so I could justify this existing.

Bonus notes: Haven is specifically pretending to be asleep because he doesn't want to talk about the mess in the kitchen. Taran isn't remotely annoyed about that but he would like for next time Haven to come downstairs and say hi instead of putting on a shirt and then pretending to be asleep again.
