Question:
I've gotten into kny again thanks to Tumblr, and thoughts of kny × ct au are in my head. I'm starting to think of designs as well as backstories for them in the AU, so..
and, also—
Should I make a separate sideblog for that purpose? :D

Captain Tsubasa × Demon Slayer crossover!!
this is in a AU where none of the canon characters working in the demon slayer corps exist (the kamaboko squad + the hashira etc). The demons are, however, still there. (Kagaya too.)

How come my anatomy skills raise ten fold when I'm drawing traditionally
(I have more focus and skill holding a pen than drawing with my fingers. That's why.)

Mid-Spring's Vague Idea for a Fugue
WHUMPTOBER 2023, DAY 7:“I paced around for hours on empty; I jumped at the slightest of sounds.” Alleyway | Radio Silence | “Can you hear me?”
I really never write Misaki, let alone HSAU Taro. I should, I know, but I just… never get ideas for him, the poor thing. So, like last year, I used a challenge as an opportunity to give him some screentime! Unlike last year, however, it's not a 6K-word masthodonth that took me weeks to write…
I went with the quote prompt again because I'm very unoriginal, very uninspired, and a bit of an overall basic bitch. It's just how I roll.
I have, as always when I write either Yusuke or Taro, been very generous on my dosage of artistic metaphors and imagery. It's not a Yusuke POV if I don't use every single reference I have available to be displayed (ha).
----------------------------------------------
Mid-Spring's Vague Idea for a Fugue
Summary: Yusuke is used to his protégé taking care of him when things go south and covering for him when needs be. Today, he gets to pay him back.
Fandom: Persona 5/Captain Tsubasa (Crossover/Teachers AU)
Word Count: 1.2K words
AO3 version available here.
--------------------------------------------------
Silence can be an overwhelming thing, Yusuke thinks.
Most people would see this as paradoxical. Of course they would: the lack of noise is meant to be soothing on the brain, especially that of the tired and overworked. Silence is seen as a good thing, a necessary reprieve from the world; and who is Yusuke to tell the people they’re wrong? Everyone has a stance on silence and it can change throughout the day, for some.
He isn’t on the side who appreciates complete silence. To focus on his art, he does need a respectable amount of calm; but noise is what makes it truly compelling. The sound of breathing, the wind through the window, the rain hitting the glass in droplets… It all feels like a compelling atmosphere for true art to come out of the brain, when music doesn’t also influence it.
Silence is a constant, in the atelier they call a secondary classroom. Both Taro and he partake in their art in silence, when they don’t have class to make, and it’s what allows them to make the works they expose on the walls of their respective rooms. Yet, it’s different than drawing all on his own: in the background of his mind, there is the scritch of pencils on paper, the low humming Taro sometimes makes when he’s focused and in need of finding the right mood for a piece. It’s both comforting and inspiring all on its own.
Drawing together brings the both of them. It has ever since Yusuke was entrusted with guiding a fellow arts teacher through the trials and tribulations of such a career: they’ve always found a sort of inner and outer peace this way, keeping their conversations to a minimum when both are creating. It’s only after this step is done that conversations may happen once again.
However, as it turns out, silence has become overwhelming, which means the time to discuss and debate, further ideas together has come. As such, he turns over and looks in his protégé’s direction, palette and paintbrush still in hand.
“Tell me, Taro, my dear friend, what do you think of this?” He asks.
Taro doesn’t reply, his head still hunched over a sketchpad. Perhaps he really is just deep in thought. Yusuke better not disturb this trance, as it may lead to splendid creations. More art is always a good thing, beautiful even.
Except… he’s getting to get seriously worried. Taro has been completely silent for too long. He hasn’t move except for the rise and fall of his chest, not even the scratch of a pen or a swing of his slightly asymmetrical bangs.
“Can you hear me?”
Yusuke steps forward, leaning closer to his protégé. His eyes are closed – this is wrong.
“Taro?”
Enough silence is enough, and anxiety is pulsating through his veins, he decides the best way to combat it is to make as much noise as one can. In his case, he resorts to hitting two empty glass jars together in a cacophonic pattern – and it works: Taro wakes up in a jump, a storm of startlement and shock on his face.
“S-sorry!” He yells out, his voice hoarse with sleep.
“My apologies, my esteemed friend, but I needed your opinion on something.” He leaves a blank, just enough for Taro to shake his head and find his footing again. “Also, you looked quite dead. I figured I ought to check if you weren’t. It’d have been very unfortunate if I hadn’t realized you had passed away.”
It’d have been a terrifying, mind-shattering experience. Fortunately, Taro is very much still alive – even if, for lack of a better image, he looks like someone took a vivid red from a watercolour palette and painted ugly blotches of it onto their pristine canvas.
“Are you okay?” Yusuke asks as soon as the metaphor fades.
Taro smiles, even tilts his head forward to nod. It all looks watered down, however.
“I’m fine,” he replies, the rasp in his voice not having gone anywhere since.
“Are you certain? You’ve been spacing out immensely.”
“Oh, it’s just…” Taro stares at the sketchbook that has went flying – the front page of it is blank. “Oh…”
“You weren’t drawing?” Yusuke asks again, tension creeping into his shoulders.
“I guess not…?” His protégé picks the sketchbook back, flaps through the pages, and the few sketches both of them see are from days ago. “Oh no…”
“Maybe we should stop in our tracks.”
“N-no, it’s fine! Don’t worry about me!”
A cough escapes Taro’s lips and, all of a sudden, he looks like a deer caught in a car’s highlights. It only then finally clicks inside Yusuke’s mind.
“Would you happen to be…”
A sentence can only do so much, so he puts his hand on Taro’s forehead and, sure enough, as soon as he does, his skin feels like a bath whose hot water has been running for too long.
“Oh, you’re ill,” he thinks out loud.
He watches Taro tense under his hand, yet never fully exiting its grasp. The moist warmth in his palm hasn’t receded either. Now able to glean in more details, the full extent of the picture is somewhat vertigo-inducing: paper-pale skin, sweat in drops of rain, hair that reflects the light as if coated in polish…
“It’s… it’s fine, I promise.”
Something familiar tugs at his heartstrings with a slightly acidic touch.
“You don’t have to pretend to be in a good shape. If you feel sick, then you feel sick.”
Taro looks up with glassy, wide-open eyes. The contrast is quite the sight to behold. (Oh, that is also quite the pun).
“But…”
Yusuke slowly kneels to his level, soon cupping his face as to make sure he’s heard.
“It’s only fair I care for you, my friend. You’ve helped me so many times and in so many ways before, I can only pay you back in a similar manner. Does anything hurt?”
Unlike what he expected, Taro’s eyes wet with tears.
“I, uh… My head hurts. Not that unexpected, I suppose…”
“Anything else?”
“My throat.”
“Hmm, it sounds like a cold to me. Do you wish to see the doctor just yet?”
“Ah, no, I can’t bother Jun with that, it’s not—”
“You’re not bothering Jun, my friend, you’re merely asking him something that’s part of his missions. In just the same way an artist paints, a doctor takes care of people. You’re of no burden if Jun has decided his life’s mission was to care for the sick.”
His friend’s eyes stare at the ground.
“I… suppose you’re right…”
“It seems like your old mentor still has lessons to teach you, then.”
“Yusuke, you’re only a year older than I am…”
“Experience transcends age, my dear Taro!” The wince that haunts his face for a second makes his heart sink. “My apologies, you did say your head hurt… Can I fetch you medicine for it, at least?”
Taro remains silent for a long moment.
“Actually… I should have some in my bag, along with a water bottle.” He brings his knees against his chest. “I’d rather have you remain here, Yusuke.” He then buries his face between his knees and the rest of his body. “I don’t like being alone when I’m sick.”
Yusuke may’ve barely been able to hear the sentiment, he still relates to it on such a fundamental level that it resonates with his very DNA.
“I understand, dear friend. I’ll just stay here with you until you don’t need me, then.”
He lets Taro nestle himself into his arms.
Silence isn’t always a bad thing, Yusuke decides.

Name: Seiya Pegasos
Rank: Vice-Captain of Squad 9
Zanpakuto: Ten no Tsubasa (Heavenly Wings)
Release command: Spread your wings, Ten no Tsubasa!
Yay, after what feels like AGES, I managed to finish this one! Am quite happy with it too. I always loved the crossover of Saint Seiya and Bleach. I also kinda like the idea of the Bronzes being Vice-Captains of the Gold Saints (Captains in this case) of their respective sign. For Seiya, his Captain would be Aiolos. I decided to go by number of the Zodiac Sign instead of what specialisation each Squad has. Which makes Aiolos and Seiya Squad 9, as Sagittarius is the ninth Zodiac Sign. In this AU, the specialisations would of course be adjusted; like, Squad 4 would not be healers anymore, or Squad 12 being the research squad. Or with stealth force fitting Milo most, it would be Squad 8 being the Stealth Force and not Squad 2.

20 QUESTION GAME
1. How many works do you have on AO3?
24
2. What's your total AO3 words count?
485,411
3. What fandoms do you write for?
I'm pretty monothematic. I only write for the x men fandom. In particular, I write exclusively about Erik Lehnsherr.
4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
Lost control
Plumbing Problems
Unfaithfull Love
Innocence Lost
AU - Gust Collection 2023
5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
As soon as I see the notification email.
6. What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
I'm not a big fan of happy endings. The fics with the most tragic endings are probably not yet completed and remain WIPS of mine. Perhaps the saddest ending is that of Dangerous Liaison but in my head there are definitely worse ones.
7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
Surely Plumbing Problems, but because the whole fic was created to be decidedly light..
8. Do you get hate on fics?
No. At the moment I have only met kind readers.
9. Do you write smut? If so what kind?
I do, but I find the results rather disappointing. I'm not a native English speaker and I find it particularly difficult to translate this kind of story properly. I try because I like it, but I'm aware that I'm absolutely mediocre.
10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?
No. As I said, I'm pretty monothematic in my stories.
11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
I don't think so.
12. Have you ever had a fic translated?
No.
13. Have you ever cowritten a fic before?
No.
14. What's your all-time favourite ship?
Cherik is one of my favourite ship but I also love rare pairings and I think I can ship Erik with everyone.
15. What's a WIP you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?
I hope to finish them all but at the moment I'm not very inspired with this one
16. What are your writing strengths?
There aren't many but I like to think I come up with quite original plots.
17. What are your writing weaknesses?
These are many but the biggest difficulty I have is expressing myself in a language that is not mine. I love using idioms that are difficult to translate into another language. Lexical poverty is also one of my problems and obviously grammatical errors.
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?
No. Tackling another translation could send my brain spinning.
19. First fandom you wrote for?
I was very young. The Captain Tsubasa fandom.
20. Favourite fic you've ever written?
None for now.

Note
Tul, you're most recent ask post made me realize something truly tragic! I don't think I've read any works of yours!! I'd very much like to remedy this, so. instead of me sending you my favorite story of yours, could I ask to hear about your favorite story that you've written? A self-rec?
Hmm, now that I think about it, you’re right, Jennie!
And omg, thank you so much for asking that! Though, my all-time favorite story that I’ve ever written so far belongs to a very rare category, as it’s crossover one, but...I’m the captain of that cruise ship of two and I’ll cruise with it until the very end.
My favorite story that I’ve written is Wreath. It’s Bleach x Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle and it’s about my otp. Very short fic, but extremely dear to me because I think I managed to capture their feelings toward each other extremely well, and the way I describe things are lovely. One doesn’t need to know anything about the source materials, though you might get overdosed by the fluffiness the fic has!
My second one is Bleached feelings, a Bleach fic that is based upon the first Men in Black -movie. I had a lot of fun writing that au and for once I managed to keep the plot coherent until the end. Serves well as a stand-alone fic, but I could possibly write a sequel one day if I so would wish.
My favorite Naruto fic is Barn owl and snow leopard because I had a lot of fun when I searched about different birds that would suit Madara’s summon! While reading about falconry and owls, I discovered many new wicked things. Also, I think description and dialogue are well-balanced in that fic as I usually tend to describe at first a lot and then just have lots of dialogue...yet in that, there isn’t that problem or it isn’t that glaring.

tsubasa ozora is a kid who’s wanted to be the top hero in the world for a very long time after he was rescued by a hero-in-training when he was a toddler. he and his family move to nankatsu, which is known as the home of honshu academy of heroics. it’s split into two departments, shutetsu and nankatsu, which are the heroics and general education departments respectively.

wakabayashi, genzo :: genzo the guardian angel hero :: shock absorption, slowing outside objects or persons, increasing own density, wings (like keigo takami’s wings but these glow or some shit)
wakashimazu, ken :: ken the karate hero :: shock absorption, superhuman physical ability, increasing own speed dramatically (possibly beyond average human visual capacity)

"Are you alright?"
The young boy rushed to Ishizaki, crouching down and checking the latter's wound to the right arm. Ishizaki winced, laughing at the same time and shaking his head:
"Hey, no need! No need to worry about me. I knew I wouldn't survive anyw—"
"What are you saying?" The boy's face was empty of any emotion, a sharp contrast to his worried expression a moment ago. He stared at Ishizaki blankly.
"The bleeding is the only worrying issue. The wound itself is really shallow."
He then pulled out a piece of white fabric and a small gourd filled with water, washing the still-bleeding wound and then swiftly pressing the fabric on the wound.
"Ah... right. I see. Haha. I want to die from embarrassment." Ishizaki thought out loud. The boy chuckled in reply, smiling at him innocently.
"Well... my name is Taro Misaki. If you needed any help, just yell my name. I have sharp ears and the final selection area is small."
Tumblr media
Name: Taro Misaki (岬 太郎)
Age: 13 (final selection)
Rank: Kanoto
Breathing style: flower breathing
Taro Misaki is usually described by words like peaceful, innocent, and optimistic. He's the quiet one of the squad, considering the situation and taking action accordingly. However, behind the always-smiling face of Taro lies a tragic past.
His mother was Yumiko Yamaoka, the former flower hashira. She'd married Ichiro Misaki, one of her relatives and even her tsuguko in some way, since Yumiko had taught him the breath of flower.
However, a while after Taro was born, Yumiko was killed in a mission. Ichiro, having taken her place as the flower hashira, retired instantly, scared and agonized by Yumiko's death and hiding everything from the young Taro so he wouldn't go through the same situation and maybe even have the same things happen to him.
This act of hiding the entire demon slayer corps and demons' issue from Taro, however, led to Ichiro ignoring Taro a bit too much and making him think he doesn't like him, a strong sense of pity and jealousy rising inside him.
Determind to find out why his father avoids him so much, Taro investigated Ichiro's belongings thoroughly (and sometimes, without his permission), and finally found his mother's haori, which was given to Ichiro after her death.
He learnt about the demons and slayers through more investigation, his jealousy turning to intense rage of why his father had hid the truth from him like that.
He wanted to become a slayer. To avenge his mother. To prove to his father that he can be successful as a slayer. And no one could stop him...
Taisho secrets/fun facts:
before his father found out, Taro used to sneak out of the house on days that Ichiro wasn't home, and went training alone.
After retiring, Ichiro took the occupation of an artist, traveling to different locations and painting various pictures. This led to Taro also loving art.
Taro inherited his father's art talent and enjoys drawing scenes of where he stays in missions or portrays of his crow in his leisure time. He sends them to his father to show him his progress. (Ichiro keeps every single one of them.)
He took his mother's haori and his father's sword guard.
Taro and Ichiro had an intense fight over wether the former should become a slayer or not, and the former managed to convince his father. Ichiro broke down in tears and cried for a long time, telling Taro about everything and apologizing.
Taro's easy to make jealous. (Obviously.)
However, the jealousy usually doesn't last long, as he keeps prioritizing others' good points and so the envy fades quickly.
He like peonies very much. Peonies and lavender are his favorite flowers.
After they both revealed everything to each other, Taro trained with his father for two years. Before that, he had trained on his own for six months.
Ichiro and Yumiko were the hashira who had the most tsugukos at the time.
^ That meant, Both Taro's parents were good at teaching, this enabling the retired Ichiro to pass all his (and Yumiko's) knowledge to Taro completely. thus Taro rised in the ranks faster than the others who were in his final selection.

"Sky breathing: third form, sky tornado!"
Out of nowhere, A series of sky blue slashes from all directions approached from behind the demon, cutting through the arms and torso and then the demon's neck with ease.
The two teenager slayer-in-training that were attacked by the demon stared at the decapitation in awe and surprise, Watching as the creature vanished into dust, and revealed the young boy behind it.
He was younger than them; by two or even three years. But he had currently killed more than 5 demons since the final selection had started.
The boy stared at the two slayers who were nearly unharmed but still in shock, and a moment after, a wide smile appeared on his face:
"We just have to survive the selection, sure, but getting a thrill by challenging demons is way more fun than just running away!"
Tumblr media
Name: Tsubasa Ozora (大空 翼)
Age: 12 (final selection)
Rank: Mizunoto
Breathing style: Sky breathing(7 forms)
Tsubasa is a very enthusiastic and energetic individual, always looking for an exciting activity to do. He finds extreme excitement in slaying demons, seeming as if he became a demon slayer just for fun— but that's not all.
A year prior to him becoming a demon slayer, his parents were killed and eaten by a demon in front of his and his brother's eyes. The two kids were supposed to be the next targets, however the demon was killed by ex-sky hashira Roberto Hongo, who lived nearby.
Roberto and Tsubasa had had already formed a Bond over Tsubasa wanting to become a "soldier" and Roberto teaching him elementary positions and sword swings, without revealing his true identity as a slayer. Now, the ex-hashira had decided to officially train the two Ozora siblings to become slayers, and continue his path...
Taisho secrets/fun facts:
Tsubasa took a year of training before going to the final selection.
He trained alone with only a notebook as his guide for 11 months of the training time. (I'll describe Roberto's training methods in his own character post!)
his sword guard was Roberto's. He Passed it to him since he was the only one of Roberto's trainees who got a passing mark.
He loves outdoor activities, and likes playing with a ball in his free time.
One of Tsubasa's hobbies is feeding birds. Since childhood and even now, he carries bread crumbs and other bird food to feed them(his crow loves the food).
As energetic as he might be, at times, he can get dead serious and cold, in a way that surprises those around him.
Thanks to Roberto, he partially knows how to speak portuguese.
When the demon attacked their house, He took a scar on his left shoulder when protecting his younger brother, Daichi, who was only 4 at the time.
His representative Emojis are ☁️💠.

ANOTHER AU IDEA?!
btw it's 12:53 am rn, if you wanted to know.
Captain Tsubasa: world youth spoilers ahead :3
Basically, it's basically a CT × SK8 au !! (Yes i love crossovers that only happen 8n the settings of the 2nd anime)
^ basically say bye to sk8 canon characters in this au
SO. it's world youth era, and the world youth tournament DOES get cancelled bc war. Everyone's rotting. Tsubasa is depressed bc he got out of S.P.F.C and now he has to stay in Japan, so is Wakabayashi 'cus of his hand.
But Hyuga has found a new hobby thanks to his new friends akamine in Okinawa: Skateboarding! And since he already has joined S, he teaches everyone how it works, helps them learn how to skate etc.
I would LOVE to see another tournament held between the soccer dudes but on skates. Oh god it'd be magestic.
I won't work on their designs cus magical abilities au is still in progress but PLEASE ask me questions I want to work on this plot more i love it already
