Ratio has been a smart dude from out of the womb. Is Aequitas the same? Does she have the same views as Ratio when it comes to knowledge? Did their parents favor Ratio over her? Did she feel pressured to push herself to join the genius society because of her brother's achievements?

Sorry for so many questions. I'm just really interested on how she'd be treated compared to Dr. Ratio.

so Aequitas grew up having to hear people sing praises to her brother, about all his outstanding achievements, and how well renowned and respected he is on their homeworld— so yeah, she would be a bit pressured herself.

she thinks she needs to live up to his name, to meet people’s expectations somehow; so she often overworks herself for that reason (not really with the intent to join the genius society, more so to prove herself that she’s just as capable as her brother).

and she’s already pretty intelligent for her age, but she often fails to recognize that and compares herself to Ratio.

her parents have probably nudged her into that mindset, saying things like, “oh Ratio’s done so and so, i wonder if our daughter will do the same” or “it would be incredible if our youngest was as intelligent as our eldest!”

but she definitely respects Ratio’s philosophy on knowledge and shares some of the same sentiments, too.

It's been nudging at my head for days, It's a common theme in Alien Stage that 3 is a crowd, at least for some people. When I see these two scenes side by side, and the way Luka and Sua look so unenthused to be in the moment while the other two, specifically the person they love and the person they are aloof to are together, I see a certain connection.

Sua doesn't dislike Till, but she can't help but feel a certain way when he's following Mizi around like a good dog on a leash, threatened. But she doesn't express this sense of jealousy toward Till himself but toward Mizi for not seeing it and understanding Sua's frustration.

Similarly, Luka seemingly isn't keen on being interactive in his friend group, only ever being interested in HyunA and being close with her even though Hyun-Woo is close with them both too, but Luka doesn't express this to HyunA or Hyun-woo but instead through actions like this, isolating himself despite the obvious effort to include him because he's disinterested. Sua and Luka brood on their feelings while leaving the other two unaware. And is that what causes conflict?
