Painted my Canoness Veridyan for a stand in for Necromunda, I decided on painting her like the Raptor chapter.

It was incredibly fun to paint caution stripes with a gradient on, it helped quite a bit to get a little more comfortable mixing colors on the fly.

She may not be all there upstairs all the time but she provides essential spiritual guidance to the Popular community when they need it most, and fun facts when they are just chilling. She served the community for so long many of the residents are either babies she helped deliver or their children. When she became a nun, the call took her to a life of service from a life of comfort and security. Plus she is a total Doctor Who girl

Todays episode: Canoness Veridyan. A space nun to go with my one exorcist space nun army.

Ngl completely forgot to take WIP picture on her cause I spent all day on her cause she was fun so like lets make it a short post and post her. Also I still cant do faces: The on going saga.

Is she great? Nah BUT she is 85% neat and shes not falling apart so welcome to the army lady. You and that single Exorcist are good to go. Come at me bro. Especially is the sisters of battle get updated models im just saying... i’ll spend all my money guys just putting that out there.

Side note: A friend was all here have these to practice on since you cant go wrong with them really. So long story short ended up playing around and painting 3 chaos spawn just for practice and shits and giggles.

Some more WiP stuff! Canoness Veridyan is looking slightly less uncomfortable now. XD I still need to detail her feet properly though, and I can’t decide if I want to do anything with her chestplate or not. Meh.

Also a bit more WiP on the legion herald! Second attempt at sculpting a face is an improvement over the first - think I’ll keep this one, tidy it up a bit, then add the ears and hair. Also showing some significant mold slip on the backpack there - I might give GW a call and see if I can get a replacement, cos given what these models cost, I shouldn’t have to fix shit like that. :|
