Sleep used to come easy to Celina. She would be the type to have a good sleep schedule. The type where once she puts her head down she’s out like a light and is easily able to enter a deep sleep. But… Things are different now. Now she lies awake. Scared to close her eyes and be in her own thoughts because when she is she keeps thinking back to the past. Of all those she’s lost and all the mistakes she made. She thinks of all the things she wishes she said or did differently… And the sleep itself. God. the nightmares. Summary: Mammon has a ghost problem, so they call Skull to come help them deal with it.

“Have you tried a Ouija board?” Skull asks, voice almost tinny over the phone. For once, the stuntman is quiet, almost cautious in his suggestion, but Mammon wants to throw the phone across the room anyways. Of course they haven’t tried a Ouija board. The suggestion is firstly ridiculous as the sheer fact they are calling Skull about the possibility of ghosts in the first place is truly a moment of desperation, and secondly Ouija boards are notoriously easy to mess with, even if one isn’t living with a horde of constantly bored, Varia assassins.

“Myu, why would I call you when I could simply acquire a Ouija board myself if I desired?”

“… so that’s a no then?”

Mammon refuses to deign that with an answer. Instead, they finish reading the report in their hands, sign it, and put it in the completed stack while they wait for Skull to continue.

“Why did you call the Great Skull-sama then? Perhaps you have finally realized his greatness at everything he sets his mind to?” Skull’s voice grows louder and more dramatic as he talks, but where Reborn says such things dead-pan with a straight-face, there’s a grin in Skull’s voice.

Even so, Mammon feels obligated to pop Skull’s bubble. “Myu, like when you exploded half-blended smoothie over the kitchen?” Skull splutters on the other side of the phone, and they allow themself a self-satisfied smirk. Tugging another report off of the steadily diminishing pile, they say, “Out of my contacts, you are both the one most likely to be familiar with potential hauntings as well as hoaxes and the cheapest-” Skull squawks indignantly- “to hire to make this determination.”

“You’re saying that you are willing to pay me to figure out whether or not you are being haunted? You? Give me money?”

“Myu, it is an unfortunate side effect of the exchange of goods and services yes. I expect you to arrive by next week unless you have actually died. In which case, I shall see you at your funeral.”

“Now hang on a minute! I didn’t agree to-”

Mammon ends the call and clicks their phone closed, setting it aside on their desk and turning their full attention to the reports requiring their attention. They’ll know when Skull arrives in Sicily when he inevitably calls them to gripe about ‘not having directions, Viper’. Until then, they have assassins to terrorize because this report is not filled out correctly.

The phone call comes first thing in the morning, right as Mammon steps into their office and finds the contents of their bookshelves have exploded all over the place. Their furniture has also all been moved slightly out of place. Though, thankfully, the furniture has not been moved enough to require them to find somebody currently not in the body of a toddler to move it back into place. They answer Skull sharply, giving directions to the Varia castle when he does indeed indicate he managed to follow their trail to Sicily but no further.

Skull’s strangled whimper in response almost made their day. Would have, if their office wasn’t the scene of a disaster.

They spend the subsequent hours until Skull arrives cleaning their office. The sea of papers and folders interspersed with books turns into towering stacks on their desk, couch, and chairs for sorting after they move the furniture back into position. Moving the furniture takes a lot more effort than it would have almost two decades ago, and they vow vengeance on Checkerface yet again.

It doesn’t help that their progress is impeded by the occasional shower of rethrown paperwork.

 Skull walks into their office, shuts the door, and slides down it to the floor, which is admittedly appropriate reaction to the Varia for anyone who isn’t Quality. “How do you manage them?” he asks, not looking at Mammon.

“Myu, I charge them money every time they inconvenience me. Eventually they stop in order to save their paychecks.” Mammon floats with another of their more valuable books to the top shelf of the bookcase behind and to the right of their desk. Whoever this ‘ghost’ is, they’re lucky none of the truly rare or antique books were damaged, if they were thrown at all. Mammon is not above charging the dead.

“Of course you do,” Skull sighs. He stands and brushes himself off. “So what happened here?”

Mammon pauses in their tidying to give him a deadpan look, and Skull responds with one of his own. The camaraderie Skull displays sometimes is disgusting. They’ve clearly known him for far too long. “My office was totaled when I walked in this morning.”

“You think it’s the ghost?” Skull pulls off his helmet and sets it on an empty spot of their couch, hopping up next to it. There’s a gleam in his eyes that Mammon’s only seen when he talks shop with mechanics and other motorcyclists. “That’s one hell of a haunting you’ve got here if so.”

Another book to its appropriate place on the shelves, and another pile of paperwork that needs to be skimmed over and resorted into the proper file placed to the side. “It needs dealing with,” Mammon says sharply. “This,” they throw their arms out to the side in mid-air, “cannot happen again. There are financial reports, mission reports, mission assignments, and my books! all mixed together, and I can’t find anything in this mess.”

Skull nods. “And you’ve wasted an entire day just cleaning up and it’s still a huge mess.” He hops off the couch and approaches a stack of books. “I think I remember your book organization system, so I’ll start putting these away while you get started on sorting the paperwork.” He picks up a thick reference book and playfully staggers under the weight.

Mammon’s lips definitely do not twitch at his antics as they settled in their desk chair. “Myu,” they say, “you have thoughts.”

“Well,” Skull gently tips the reference book on to the bottom shelf of the bookcase to the immediate left of the door, “it’s certainly not any of your people given the size of the mess- they wouldn’t see their paychecks for weeks! So it is likely to be a ghost, but the exact reason why…” He trails off, watching as some of the paperwork is thrown into the air again for seemingly no reason. “Hey now! Stop that!” he shouts toward the ceiling. “We can’t do anything if you keep making a mess of things!” Picking up another book, he reshelves it and then another one. Every now and then he glares in the general direction of the ceiling.

Taking a deep breath, Mammon refuses to cave to their impatience and demand Skull finish his thought. Instead, they focus on sorting the paperwork into piles by type, a much easier job now that the ghost appears to have ceased and desisted. When that’s done, they can then move on to putting them in chronological order.

“It’s like the ghost had something very important for you to notice,” Skull finally continues, “but they’re not skilled enough with manipulating the physical world to pick out the specific thing. They ended up trashing the place by accident, or at least in part. Given it’s likely to be a Varia ghost, they may very well have thrown a few extra things from sheer frustration and rage.”

Mammon twitches at the thought of a long-dead Varia assassin throwing their things around just because it wanted to draw their attention to one specific paper now lost in the mess. So help them, they will bring the culprit back to life just to kill them again if it happens again.

It takes the two of them until close to Midnight to get the office back in order, and Mammon repeatedly curses their tiny sizes over the course of those hours. They could have reshelved their books so much faster if the books weren’t almost as big as them! And Skull simply cannot handle any of the paperwork due to not being Vongola, much less Varia, though he does crack a joke about the hypocrisy of a criminal organization being concerned with Op-Sec.

Mammon threw a pencil at him and pointed out being a criminal organization made keeping Op-Sec arguably even more important. The ghost must have agreed with them as an additional fistful of pens is thrown at the stuntman.

However, the books are finally put away, and the paperwork is no longer teetering in towers on Mammon’s desk. The two Arcobaleno both flop onto Mammon’s thick rug, heads next to each other and feet pointing opposite directions, and stare up at the ceiling. “So…” Skull drawls out. “Did you figure out what the ghost threw a fit over?”

Mammon sighs disgustedly.

“I’ll take that as a ‘no’ then.” There’s a distant thud somewhere in the castle, and a loud shout in response. “What would a Varia ghost want to bring your attention to anyway?”

Mammon shrugs. “Myu, most of the Varia are here to prove they’re the best and to do work that challenges them. Once they die, they are dead.”

“And by dying have proven they are no longer the best, so if any of them end up haunting the place, they’re more likely to generically throw a fit about it,” Skull says. “Or work to become the first literal ghost assassin.”

Turning their head to glare at Skull, Mammon hisses, “Do not give any of them ideas. The paperwork alone would be a nightmare.”

Skull laughs and heaves himself upright. “Right well, time for the Ouija board.”

“You did not.”

“I did,” Skull says gleefully, pulling out the board in question and laying it out on the ground. Mammon sighs but sits up and settles themself on the opposite side of the board from Skull.

The board is more solid than what Mammon was expecting. It’s a solid piece of wood, almost like someone took a cutting board and carved letters and numbers into it. Skull sets the planchett in the middle and then pulls a handful of candle jars seemingly out of nowhere, placing them at the corners of the border. “Myu, how does this work?”

“Well,” Skull strikes a match on the matchbox he also pulled out of hammer space and begins lighting the candles, “your ghost has already proven themself able to move physical objects around, so I was just going to let them move the planchett on their own.” He gives Mammon a raised-eyebrow-knowing-smirk. “That way it can’t be argued one or both of us is influencing the results.”

“Myu, fine.” Mammon pulls their miniature notebook out of the pouch they keep on their belt under their cloak. At Skull’s questioning look, they say, “Someone should take notes. If the ghost has something so important to say, I want evidence.”

Skull doesn’t say anything in response, but his face says he’s putting all sorts of endings onto Mammon’s assertion. Such as, so they can charge them in ghost taxes or have proof it wasn’t actually important and get a priest to exorcise the problem. With all the candles lit, Skull sits back and wraps his arms around his legs. “Ready?” he asks.

Mammon nods.

Skull takes a deep breath, holding it for a moment before saying, “Are there any spirits here?”

The planchett rockets across the board toward ‘Yes’ so hard it flies off into the corner. Mammon stares blankly at the now empty board.

“Right, um,” Skull chews on his lip piercing. He stands and collects the planchett, putting it back in the center of the board. “A bit less force next time, I think. It’s like blowing on hot soup, not moving a mountain with your breath.”

“Myu, you would know this how?” Mammon asks, ignoring the planchett now inching slowly back towards ‘Yes’.

Skull shrugs. “I don’t. It’s just something my aunt would say. This was her board,” he gestures at the board. The planchett settles on ‘Yes’, and there’s a feeling of anticipation in the air. “There you go,” Skull says with a smile. “That’s so much better, isn’t it? Can you tell us what you were trying to bring to Mammon’s attention earlier?”

The planchett seems to shiver before it starts moving again, picking up speed as the ghost becomes more familiar with the motion. M-I-S-S-I-O-N W-R-O-N-G I-N-F-O F-I-L-E-D.

Mammon makes a sound not unsimiliar to a tea kettle. “Myu, what mission? Who filed the misinformation?”

O-T-T-A-B-I-O.

Oh that mission. Mammon would be lying if they said it didn’t seem somewhat off. Everything about it was just a little too perfect, a little too lined up, a little too placed in their lap. They had been planning on sending one of their junior squads on it as a learning experience for how exactly one conducts a financial assassination but now… 

Mammon scowls. They’re going to have to double-check all of that information with their own contacts, which will spend precious time and money. If they’re going to do that…

“Myu, who exactly are you?” they demand. The ghost must prove their own credibility before Mammon takes their information with anything less than a grain of salt.

Skull makes a strangled noise, and Mammon’s heart drops into their stomach when the planchett moves to ‘X’. “There’s no way,” Skull whispers. He glances up at Mammon, “Maybe it’s a different assassin? From before your time?”

Mammon wouldn’t gamble on those odds, even with the Varia’s general turnover rate over the past few decades. Why would the ghost linger for so long and how would they have not been noticed before?

The planchett moves to ‘A’.

“Don Vongola says he’s imprisoned, not dead.” Skull’s very clearly grasping at straws, and Mammon’s a bit touched by his attempt. But-

The planchett moves to ‘N’, and Mammon doesn’t know. None of the Varia, not even Squalo, has been allowed to know anything about their Sky and what happened to him after the Cradle Affair. For all they knew, he could very well be dead and the Ninth’s covering it up.

The planchett moves to ‘X’ again.

Skull reaches over and grasps Mammon’s hand. He has a strong grip, and it’s the only thing grounding Mammon. Without it, they might have been able to convince themself this was nothing but a nightmare.

It moves to ‘U’. Then ‘S’.

Xanxus, their boss, their Sky. Mammon’s eyes narrow, and they burn like they haven’t since the Promised Day. They wrench their hand out of Skull’s grip with a snarl, cursing Vongola Ninth in every language they know. Their Sky is dead, and there will be hell to pay.

“Mammon,” Skull says, slowly, quietly. When they turn to face him, his eyes are bright but serious. His voice cold, he asks, “What do you need me to do?”

Personalization Prompt #1 – Ketchup

So, for the reader appreciation day of the event, I’m using the first personalization prompt for the amazing Ketchup over @ketchup-chup! They’ve been an absolutely lovely person who I can talk to, are incredibly supportive and encouraging and help get me inspired to work, and I truly hope they’ll enjoy their personalized prompts, set in the KHR universe 😊

Siblings: While I do think you have siblings, they’re not canon character siblings and they only impact the story insofar as your relationship with your family and having the characters you befriend and grow to love meet your family!

Best friend: Luce, Fon, and Skull Frenemies/Enemies: I do think that, while not outright enemies, you butt heads occasionally with Mammon and more often with Verde. Crushes on You: Skull definitely ends up having a crush on you and he takes it hard when you start dating someone else. He mostly keeps his feelings to himself, but there’s definitely some jealousy towards your romantic partner that he has to come to terms with. First Romantic Relationship: I don’t think you had a lot of romantic relationships prior to the story. There were a couple guys that you had dated, just a couple dates here and there, nothing too serious, but there was only one serious relationship prior to the story, with a non-canon person who never shows up in the story proper. Lost Virginity To: I do believe it was with your first romantic partner, the non-canon person who never shows up in story proper. Married/In A Committed Relationship With: Okay, though I tried not to put too much Apple with my Ketchup, some of this is the same as I would write for her so I do think that you end up in a relationship with Reborn, of course! Cockblocked by: Life, pretty much. Both his and your life are busy and the other soon to be Arcobaleno aren’t all too considerate about his time with you, especially Skull. Affiliation: I’m actually setting this whole thing back prior to the story proper, while the Arcobaleno were adults. You have no set affiliation, just ended up working for a company that was the front of a Mafia family, something you had no idea about and your life ended up being targeted with the other employees because of that. Reborn was the one who saved you during that time, and you ended up becoming a sort of companion for him for a bit and were still travelling with him when he was approached by Checkerface and started working with the other soon to be Arcobaleno’s. So, I guess your affiliation is to Reborn himself.   Special Abilities: While you did have a Flame type, as everyone does, you were not able to use it. However, your keen intelligence, the ability to keep secrets, and expertise with what was just becoming modern technology at the time made you very useful in your own ways to the Arcobaleno.

5 Headcanons About Your Life:

So, like I said, this is set in the time when the Arcobaleno’s are first being approached by Checkerface. You and Reborn had been together, but not romantically linked at that time. When he learned that he was to start working with the group, he got the two of you an apartment close to where their safehouse was and the others eventually found out about you, leading to you meeting all of them.

Because you are so exceptionally easy to talk to and non-judgmental, you become someone that some of the Arcobaleno grow comfortable talking to about their qualms and unease around the situation, about their lives prior to coming to the group, about just things in general. Though you aren’t seen as the mother/big sister figure and confidante that I believe Luce becomes for every one of the Arcobaleno’s, you still are very much someone trusted with the secrets of most of these characters eventually. Mammon and Verde become the only ones to have never divulged a secret to you.

While it doesn’t happen right when you meet him, I think you and Reborn begin a romantic relationship around the time he comes back from his first mission with the rest of the soon to be Arcobaleno’s. The mission had gone off well, but they’d really stressed him out, as Reborn’s not used to working on a team, and he’d realized, on his way to the apartment, just how much he was looking forward to seeing you again and just how much your presence, when he got there was calming. There wasn’t any big conversation around it, I think the relationship just progressed from a flirtatious friendship into something more romantic pretty naturally.

Fon and you really do bond and he’s pretty much your best friend. He often stops by, and he enjoys teaching you new recipes. Luce meanwhile is your confidante, and she even shares some of her own secrets and emotions with you. You become the first to know the name she plans on giving to her child.

I just remember that yada yada happened the Arcos we captured and put it flam suppressing chains. and its revealed Skull had mist flames from i rhink checkerface basically forcing his personality into the one you see Skull have in canon. They escape and all get the mist flames off and in the process bond with skull who was actually a sky.

Body and Mind au:

So the idea for this is that it’s a crossover with FMA.

In this au Alphonse Elric’s body doesn’t just stay in the void with the gate, but ends up in the parallel world with no memories. 

He ends up getting picked up by a traveling circus, and quickly works his way up to a frontrunner by the time he’s about 15.  Specifically, he’s a stuntman who’s taken on the name Skull DeMort.

He finds himself taking less and less damage the more performances he does, to the point of eventually being able to walk away from crashes that should have killed him.  These amazing feats eventually earn him the additional title of “Immortal”.

By the time he’s 16, he’s contacted by a mysterious benefactor gathering the “strongest seven” for a job.  He doesn’t really get along with the other members, and really is not interested in all of this mafia business, but it’s just one job, right? Besides, he’s not exactly in a position to decline.

Unfortunately, it was not just one job.  After that, things more or less progress as they did in canon, right up until after The Representative Battle.  Shortly there after, Verde and the various other mad scientists successfully figure out how to age the group back up to their original ages.  They all take the weird, glowing serum that was developed…

…and Skull immediately vanishes.

See, before all of this, Checkerface and Truth struck a deal: Checkerface could keep the body for as long as necessary, to keep balance, with the promise that once this was over Truth could take it back at any time.  In exchange, Checkerface resolved a debt Truth owed to him.  The problem is that they both assumed all seven of the Arcobaleno were going to die once their flames were used up, so Truth would literally just be taking a body.

This did not happen.

Consequences are a thing other people deal with though, so when Ed finally summoned Al’s body back, he got several lifetimes worth of memories along with it.

So on one side of The Gate, we have Ed and Al trying to sort out these memories and figure out how on earth Dying Will Flames work.  Meanwhile, on the other side of the Gate we have a panicking mafia trying to get their stuntman back. 

This is going to end with one of the groups ending up in the other’s world. I’m leaning towards KHR ending up in FMA, but at this point it could go either way.

In the Regina AU Fem Skull is reborn as LC right? So would that happening have any effects on the KHR universe with the strongest cloud being gone?

.....I ....don’t know actually. I forget what I had planned, if anything, for the KHR side of things.

But tbh poor canon Skull was not really plot relevant, so while Regina!Skull is a lot more epic and there IS a thing that goes down involving Xanxus because of her death (that is under spoilers for now under the optimistic assumption I will someday finish and publish the Forged in Fury Oneshot) for the most part the world is fine? The Arcobaleno are probably shocked to come back to the past and find that Skull is Still Gone and then I suppose there’s the Checkerface plot to deal with but meh Tsuna works it out in the end.

Cloudy Skies and Rain Storms

(This is small HCS for my Hibari!Feral!Skull WIP that decided to smack me in the head. Ask me stuff and give me some ideas, or some quotes and I'll see what I can come up with.)

First off, Skull is a Cloudy Sky in my Au due to his childhood (I’ll get into that later, maybe) and instead of being an inverted!Cloud like in canon, since he grew up with the Hibari’s instead of with soft, civilian parents that would have made him soften his instincts and dull his ‘fangs.’ 

Skull is my little feral Baby!Sky OK? He grew up with the HIBARI’S. This child is FERAL with EXTRA Feral on the side.

He doesn’t bother to smother his cloud instincts at ALL. neither does he smother his SKY ones either. 

so of course, you’ve got this aggressive child that mothers anything that's either under six or is deemed ‘family.’ he aggressively teachers the Hibari clan kids how to fuck shit up at an early age, because this bby is the worlds strongest cloud (even if he doesn’t know that.)

the Hibari clan are either wrapped around bby skies fingers or HATE him so much. The ones that hate him passive-aggressively try to turn others against him because bby sky, who is more cloud than sky really, either doesn’t notice them or doesn’t ‘click’ with them in his harmony. 

did I mention fon? 

Fon, poor child, grows up trying to CALM Skull down. he fails miserly majority of the time and often ends up joining in. 

ALSO, Fon is Skulls older brother, by like uhhh

Skull is like NOPE. Because that is HIS BBY SISTER.

(Did I mention Skull’s Hibari name??? I don’t think I did. It’s Hibari ‘Skull’ Xia,  basically meaning great rosy clouds. Fon’s name is Hibari ‘Fon’ Shohei. which means Soaring level/even/peaceful.)

I'm going to write it here since this'll be long. I only came up with this idea this morning, so it's a bit rough.

For starters, a bit of background info about Fate/Grand Order (FGO). FGO is a mobile game where you play as the protagonist (male or female, you can change whenever). The Protag, nicknamed Gudao (if male) or Gudako (if female) works for the Chaldea Organization which is dedicated to ensuring the survival of humanity by summoning Servants and employing Masters. Plot occurs and on the day of the Protag's orientation, all of humanity is incinerated and the Protag is the only remaining Master left (the other Masters are in a coma). Now Protag and co. has to Rayshift (time travel) to various Singularities in order to restore the Foundations of History and save humanity. By the end of Part I, the Protag is the Master of over 100 Servants who all love them (platonic. familial, or romantic love). 

As the story goes on, things can get very wacky and silly, and you can see the Protag getting used to the chaos by the dialogue options.

Now in the Type-Moon universe, there's a type of True Magic called the Second Magic (AKA Kaleidoscope) that involves  the Operation of Parallel Worlds. One use of this magic is travelling through parallel worlds. It's canon that there are parallel worlds that aren't really like the Fate worlds or Tsukihime worlds, that have elements of both. Exposition over, my fic idea is that Skull is the Protag of FGO, Gudao (or Gudako, or both if you want genderfluid Skull). After a Rayshift gone wrong (or being caught in a spell/experiment mishap involving the Second Magic), Gudao wakes up in the KHR world deaged and with his memories jumbled. He doesn't quite know who he is or where he is, but he eventually grows up to become KHR's Skull.

His annoying personality is simply a facade, where his arrogant attitude makes him oddly nostalgic, as though he used to know someone who proclaimed how great he was. He doesn't know where the odd tattoo (his Command Spells) come from or why he can't bear the thought of removing them. He's strangely attached to the outfit he woke up in that was far too large for him, and was devastated when they were destroyed after an ambush. He reasons that his hair is dyed purple because it's a cool color and it matches his flames, but he can't help but feel wistful. Purple hair makes him think of someone he dearly loves, a Kouhai? Which can't be right because he doesn't have a kouhai, especially one with purple hair. He often has dreams of events and people he sees as family that fades when he wakes up and leaves him with a gaping ache in his heart. He travels the world, visits museums, and reads various folklore/legends, and constantly thinks, this is wrong. This person was actually nice/guilt-ridden/etc, leaving him confused because how would he know? He never met these mythological/historical figures before.

He tolerates the Arcobaleno at best because they're stuck in the same situation together, but resent the way they treat him and especially resent the fact that they should be family. He knows how family who went through numerous battles together should be and the Arcobaleno are not it. But how would he know, he thinks, before the Mafia, I never had a family that I fought alongside with in battles.

Some time after the curse, but before canon, his dreams are more frequent and he can even remember vague pieces of them. Things escalate until suddenly, one day a young female's voice calls out to him and says "Senpai, is that you?" He turns around to see a purple-haired teen (purple like his hair and eyes) with strange armor and a giant shield behind him and, like a dam breaking, his memories as Gudao comes flooding back. 

There's a touching reunion and Gudao!Skull explains why he's a baby. The people at Chaldea are obviously concerned and want to bring him back to observe the curse and try to break it. This leads to Da Vinci finding out about the Tri-ni-Sette (they have access to systems that are BS, it wouldn't be surprising if they find a connection between the Arcobaleno Pacifier and the flames that power the biosphere of the world). Maybe Kawahira as Checkerface can pop in if he can sense dimensional disturbances and meeting the people of Chaldea before being forced to explain more about the Tri-ni-sette (held at sword/lance/arrow/etc. point). Chaldea can even help him find another solution to the Tri-ni-sette because I still think it's ridiculous that Tsuna can find a solution in a week. Talbot may be good, but not that good.

Eventually, it's concluded that Skull can't leave just yet, but it's not like they can leave their Master defenseless so the obvious thing to do is set up a base in the KHR world. The Carcassa famiglia are clearly unworthy of being associated with Skull so naturally, in order to gather more information and support Skull, Chaldea decides to make their own Family. Cue Servants terrorizing the Mafia and tall tales (that are actually true) about a strange new family. No one knows about Skull's involvement with the new family and thinks he's still with the Carcassa family.

One thing to note is that this version of Skull will probably have Sky flames given that he bonds and connects with a lot of vastly different people. How that's handled is debatable. Maybe it's sealed away, completely dedicated in harmonizing his Cloud flames and Magic Circuits, or he's aware that he's a Sky and just never bothered to use them in front of others.  

The thing I want to see the most is the Arcobaleno battles, because you know for sure that Skull's team will be his Servants, who are not too fond of the Arcobaleno after the stories Skull tells. They deserve the curbstomp after the abuse Skull suffered.

Fun snippets can also include reactions to Jackie calling Skull daddy, overprotective Servants, the revelation that a lot of male legendary people are actually female, and the realization that oh look, Skull actually knows and is loved by multiple gods.

Sorry for the long fic idea. If you ever want to get into FGO, I know several good fan comics and fanfiction that I'm sure will drag you into the fandom. 

Also, have you read the completed Naruto/KHR crossover where Gaara is reborn as Skull? It's a pure crack fic where Gaara just trolls the Arcobaleno.

Skys currently harmonized with Tsuna: Dino, Xanxus, Yuni, Byakuran and Giotto (some count Enma because of his earth flame)

if you kidnap Decimo don't put unbonded elements to keep an eye on him because they will bond to him and help him run away

it's kind of funny that Timoteo and Iemitsu are unable to form a bond with Tsuna because they sealed him and his flames won't trust them

Tsuna have no idea when or how he did all this bonding. It just kind of keeps happening!

Sephira has so much love in her heart. This is something I believe in wholeheartedly. She loves the earth, she loves her fellow Earthlings,  and she loves humans. She wants to coexist together peacefully. In fact she believed in this so much she even married a human and made it so all her future descendants were humans. 

But her love is not unconditional. Sephira is strong willed and more stubborn than others give her credit for. She knows what she has to do for both herself, and for the planet she loves so much. And if you aren’t ready to follow her lead, or you’re in her way. She won’t hesitate to cut you loose and walk the other way. She knows what she wants to do. What she has to do. It isn’t up for discussion.

When Sephira looks at the little bundle in her arms she’s filled with such unbelievable warmth and affection. She’s always been softer on humans, she will admit this. Believing them to be equals to her own kind, people she wishes to coexist alongside. And looking at the beautiful baby girl in her arms she’s never felt more sure of this.  Her daughter, a beautiful child who was both human and earthling. And what a precious little thing she was. Her daughter. Her family. 

But when she looks at her, she can’t help but feel a bit of yearning for the family she had before. Sephira thinks of Alder, who she’s sure would be making silly faces at her baby, teaching her to play all sorts of games and tricks. Celina, who would fret and worry over both mother and daughter alike constantly, but would love her baby like she was her own. [Redacted] would act disinterested in her, disgusted even as she asks Sephira how she birthed such a ugly little thing. But when she thought no one was looking would coo at her. Making her own silly little faces to get some giggles out of her. And Cassius… He would hold her gently in his arms, like it was where she belonged. His deep, but gentle voice lulling the small baby into a peaceful rest. He’d scold Sephira on her parenting, give her advice she didn’t ask for, all while holding the baby closely to his chest as she slept. And maybe then, he can see as well that humans and earthlings can coexist. 

She hears her little daughter begin to whine, bringing her back to reality. Although she misses them she must focus on the family she has now.

The reason that it seems to have died out could be a)destruction of families like Vongola who had the knowledge and b)people turned to Quirks in life or death situations so Flames were never reached for. that’s actually basically what I was thinking! people rely on Quirks in life and death situations instead of reaching beyond that for Flames, and the knowledge of Flames has been lost -- but I also got the impression from KHR canon that Flames were (relatively) rare. afaict Flames weren’t super prevalent in the mafia; it was mostly vongola/vindice/giglio nero/millefiore/cavallone that had them, and they all either had trinisette rings themselves or were closely associated with people who did. 

...on the other hand, that doesn’t really explain people like the Arcobaleno, who had extremely powerful Flames, which is why Checkerface chose them. an exception to the rule?

still, it is interesting to consider the idea that other Quirkless people might have access to Flames, but the way I was working with it was that it was rare enough before Quirks that there’s not a significant increase in people who use Flames after Quirks start coming in. though, people who were diagnosed as “Quirkless” might have accessed Flames and simply accepted them at face value as a Quirk that came in late. Izuku only knows that it isn’t a Quirk because he has Tsuna’s ghost in his head.

KHR DCMK Crossover

So you know all of those “Skull de Mort is ___” crossovers? Yeah this is one of those.  However! This time... he’s Kaito Kid.

I see this going 2 ways:

1. He’s the original Kaito Kid.  Toichi succeeded in finding Pandora, but nearly died during his “stage accident” before he could tell anyone.  Checker Face made a deal with him that he would get rid of the Pandora & heal Toichi in return for him working with a group Checker Face set up.  Toichi agreed, not seeing any other options, with the condition that he wouldn’t be working as Toichi Kuroba the magician, or Kaito Kid the Thief, but as another Alias he set up a while back: Skull de Mort, world famous stuntman.  (for the sake of this working, the Arcobaleno had to have not been active that long, but since I don’t think we’re given an actual time frame for how long ago they were cursed...)

2. He’s the current Kaito Kid.  Kaito finally found the right Gem, but was in the wrong place & a certain witch was ticked at him for one reason or another.  Turns out, witch magic & gem magic Do Not Mix.  He ends up 20-25 years in the past (look Shamal is only 35 by the end of canon the curse couldn’t have happened that long ago) with only the clothes on his back and a few (read: a lot) tricks up his sleeve.  He doesn’t want to mess up the time line, and figures magic tricks would be too obvious, so he goes with the next best thing: stuntman ship. (He also finds out he can’t die, thanks to being a little too carless with some explosives)  He’s later offered a deal from either Luce or Checkerface: Work with us for a bit, and we’ll find a way to get you back to your own time (they never specify how.  he finds out far to late to make a difference).

If anyone likes either of these ideas they are up for grabs!  Please credit me for where you got the idea, but other than that do whatever you want with ‘em.  I’d love to see some fics for this, but I am really, really not a writer.  I’d probably end up writing the first third of a chapter and then get distracted by something shiny.

i wonder why reborn's info couldnt list hibari's bday because in reality hibari does even say it in his haruharu interview in the manga (he says its on "children's day" and adds that he remembers about it because it's a day where you stay home from school??)

hibari could not be born in namimori but his country of origin is japan like stated in this picture (as well as his birthday being May 5th)

Or, rather than say “couldn’t get”, I suppose it’s better to say “had difficulty in obtaining”, because there’s a footnote that says “Other particulars under investigation”.

But even the fact that some information are “Unknown” is rather telling.

Like:

Hibari’s “Place of Origin” being unknown implies he was not born in Namimori. However, this also implies that he was raised there, and the story behind how he came to live in Namimori could theoretically explain his attachment to it.

One of the implications of an unknown birth date is that no one, not even Hibari himself, knows his birth date, and so he could therefore not have an established one

As fans, however, we know his birth date thanks to Word of God

Despite having a surname, Hibari’s information lists that his family is unknown. This could mean that Hibari gave himself the surname of Hibari, or it could mean that Hibari originally didn’t have a name and named himself.

It’s also possible that another person named him

Another possibility is that Hibari has a backer who is highly influential and hid all information about him

I hesitate to say “family” because his family is, again, unknown. You’d think that if his family hid his information, they’d leave the family portion filled in, if only to warn outsiders that Hibari Kyouya isn’t someone they could mess with

Then again, Hibari himself can prove that he isn’t one to be messed with lmao

In Tear down the sky what happens with Gesso+ Millefiore and Checkerface?

I .... honestly have no idea. Because I never got to see the manga? And most of the fanfics I read don’t ... discuss that.

Unless you meant the future time travel thing? Which I have ALSO not seen because the anime takes so long to do LITERALLY ANYTHING and I got bored. But in case you mean the time-travel: the Turks are very surprised that this is a problem at ALL because excuse you they are awesome and Rufus proceeds to steamroll plot with his very efficient and deadly teenagers and his on-good-terms Xanxus. Byakuran has no idea how to deal, because all the other Tsuna’s in his multiverse neighborhood are similar to Canon Tsuna. Not at all like this cunning, reckless ex-Shinra who can talk rings around even a multi-verse conquering marshmallow boi. Stuff gets blown up, stuff gets sabotaged, and his big final confrontation is made Problematic by the fact that Rufus has a heck of a lot more Flames than any of the other Tsunas out there.
