Hi Eir! I love that you converted some FFXIV Halloween outfits. Do you plan on doing any more FFXIV conversions in the future, such as some of the glamour items or hair? I wanted to try it myself but I know nothing about CC making. Thanks for your time!

Hi there! I’m so glad you like them :D I do plan on doing a ton more FFXIV conversions, but definitely not the hair. The way that hairs work in FFXIV isn’t the same as sims, which is why a lot of the time when people convert sims hairs to FFXIV it also looks bad. Plus, the hair in FFXIV isn’t maxis match anyways. But, I do have a lot of outfits planned!

Grab the meshes for those that need it, otherwise the facial hair won’t show up properly! Other’s do not need the originals, as they require no mesh.

I do have the tutorial saved as it has been sent to me before. I would rather update them myself in case i find other things that need tweaking (like the larger file size after fixing for IL. Since I am postponing my next release a week i am fitting it into my schedule for this weekend to get them updated.

These are going to be so beautiful in that dark green of yours. Can't wait. Also, where are those pillows?? And that giant painting, is that in Hamptons?

The painting is from Caine Living (I love them a lot) and i have done a master post of all the pillows i have made and the sets they come from here.

I would love to see a toddler/kid set that is closely related to your Hamptons line. I like to use single beds for my teen and young adult (read "college") sims but all the beds in game are horrible and most of the CC editions use the lowest of the comfort/energy settings which makes them hard to use for adults. <3

i doubt i will ever revisit a set to add single beds, but i am always open to it if it makes sense to me in the future. I generally stick teens in a double bed when they get to that age though, being stuck in a single at that age sucks XD

Oh, it’s not off the table, definitely not saying that. It will just need a bit of planning so I can make something usable while not messing up the stain glass designs.

It really is. I find most of it is mis-information from people regurgitating something they have done or read without fact-checking said info. It’s like chinese whispers, heavily distorted info by the end of it.

Sim Height Tag

Rules: use this site to make a chart of your sims’ heights, then screenshot your sims and place them onto the chart. Adjust their size to get a comparison. Then tag as many others as you want to see their character’s heights too.

TIL I have very few CAS poses and had to frantically dl some in order to do this challenge lol. Thanks @eslanes
