DETAILS I COULD GET DOWN QUICKLY FOR LEO'S PLACE:

"It's right above a coffee shop called, The Endless Well. His apartment is very opulent, its cluttered--but cluttered with impeccable taste...It's packed with photographs on the wall and a very well curated collection of local artists in the Impressionist style. Most of the windows have stained glass in them...there's beautiful velvet curtains draped in an asymmetric, organic style...He owns, among other things--a record player, a radio, beautiful small music boxes...he has a grandfather clock, because--you must.

Each surface, each shelf, is filled with oddities detailing--not so much Candela, but...a love of opulence, a love of travel and seeing what one can, and a love of adventure and taste. Most striking is...a vanity, with a mirror--crimson red. It is sitting precisely opposite to Leo's bedroom door, which he usually keeps closed....There is a table, almost a plant table, but it's got a little vase of flowers and a silver tray. I'm gonna have to rewatch the last like 2 hours of that cuz 1 minute they were trying to convince someone they belonged in the secret auction and to let them in, then the next they were in a church? fighting people and Leo was going crazy about some clock.

Update: I caught most of it during the rebroadcast, still not sure how they convinced the guards to let them through to the staircase tho.

HELLO, I have two things to say. First of all, I was unable to watch the last hour of the most recent Candella Obscura and I just scrolled down your blog to see the first post to make sure I got the right blog and lost my fucking MIND at the spoiler I saw. Like, I enjoy spoilers so I'm not mad about it but WHAT THE FUCK I WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT IS THE ENTIRE CIRCLE SUPER FUCKED UP OR WHAT. OK, rant over, the reason I'm here is that I read your fic "all to fashion to your hand" and I am. obsessed with it. like, I've read it five times. And I'm here because I had a thought but I didn't feel comfortable sharing it on ao3 but I had to tell SOMEBODY so pls imagine, electricity being new in the Fairlands, right??? So maybe Jean builds or buys a vibrator, or the olden-day equivalent of a vibrator, and she and Sean tie Marion to the four-poster bed again as a 'surprise' and an 'experiment' and he's the more than willing test subject, and they stuff him full of vibrators like an anal plug and one of those dangling ones that hang against the balls and the like (sorry, I don't know anything about sex toys irl, just what I've read in fanfic) and they leave Marion tied to the bed for however long it takes him to be incoherent and desperate and broken and then they take their time unravelling him while he's tied to the bed and can do nothing but take it, admiring how beautiful and fucked up and broken he is along the way. SO SORRY if this is an unwanted ask or if it was inappropriate or anything, I just really wanted to share this with someone and I thought you might appreciate it.
