The notice was so sudden, going to work in the morning, one announcement and that was it, by midnight they were required to be at the new building holding the whole company. And it was frustrating. They didn't have time to prepare, Skylar was going to have to handle the bakery alone, with Prometheus also scooping up their baby sister. And that first night Tomas couldn't sleep, considering he should be up and prepping and baking by now. He found himself walking through the huge indoor garden, just needed something to do, letting Charles at least sleep while he stressfully paced, hoping to just tire himself out to sleep. But the herbs and fruits do actually look and smell amazing, such care taken over them, Tomas couldn’t help pinching a few - rosemary, lavender, strawberries, oranges, maybe going back into the kitchens Cora already gave him permission to use. “Sorry!” Tomas jumped hearing someone behind him catching him in the act, almost dropping the precious produce basket, “I- I wasn’t.. sure, if I could take them..”

#Repost @gothenbeard ・・・ INFO ABOUT THE REFUNDS AND MORE.. All the refunds has now been made and we’re hope you’re all okey. The reason why it says “Partial Refund” is that the fee that Eventbrite has been taken isn’t refunded. That’s out of our hands. The second part is PayPal’s fee that the event has been paying isn’t being refunded to us either. They’ve recently changed their rules of refunds (probably because of Covid-19) so they’re keeping all the fees unless there being made in 24h from the order. That leaves us with a status of -2500€ and is being taken from our chapter’s bank account. We will produce a special made pin for the canceled event and a chance to donate on www.bvswe.bigcartel.com (link in bio) and the profits will help us regain the money we’ve lost because of this. For every 10€ donated you’ll receive a pin and it will be the only way getting your hands on them. They will be shipped out in the beginning of May if it’s not getting delayed because of the virus. If there’s money left afterwards it will be donated to help the society rebuild after the storms of Corona has settled. Thank you for your support and understanding. It was still early as the brothers brought everything over to the Flynn-Funke’s just as people were starting to arrive and Tomas refused to be in full costume just yet while they set up the dessert catering. He’ll get away with being in half of it leaving out the hat and the rat until things actually kick off while Skylar seemed to have no issues going full out in a cookie monster onesie carrying trays of treats. The bakery had to shut for a day to prepare everything but it was a lot of fun being able to plan and prepare the sweet treats, also throwing in a birthday cake for the birthday husbands, much more excitement doing them all night and today than rinse and repeat their daily routine.

Tomas had been setting up the table while everything else seemed to be ready and when someone walked up and he called out from under the table, “hi, have a go at them already if you want- ow!” He banged his head on table as he stood up way too quickly, rubbing the back of his head, that’s absolutely going to leave a bump, “potverdorie.. um- yeah, early bird catches the worms, go nuts, unless you got allergies. Then.. uh, please let me know.”

He ultimately got away with picking up and dusting off his old work uniform with Tatum’s approval and excitement to sew him a rat on his shoulder and be Linguini from their favourite Disney movie. Next time, please remind him to ‘conveniently’ be away for Halloween.
