wow I didn’t think reblogging that tea post and then seeing people’s tags would deal me such strong psychic damage. come over I can fix you I can find a tea you will like. “I don’t like tea” how can you say that as a blanket statement when there are so many vastly different kinds of tea. head in hands

Movies, shows, and books really made it clear how society picks sides when there’s a problem.

Ginny and Georgia where BOTH of those two characters are misunderstood and traumatized but people only think Team Georgia or Team Ginny(not so many of those).

Bridgerton when Penelope and Eloise had their conflict. I thought it was common sense that they are both understandable?? But then I open up TikTok and everyone’s hating on one or the other.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians during the Rachel vs Annabeth discourse when neither of them did anything wrong.

Even the Inside Out movie where the whole point is that Sadness is needed for Joy to be felt and people are out here just hating Sadness or hating Joy. Little kid me was like did you guys watch the movie with your eyes closed or???

Amy and Jo both being two sides of the same coin but people had to make it a debate whether Amy or Jo is right? That one actually makes me so mad Amy deserves so much better than the hate she got for being a kid.

As a little kid I was so confused on why everyone picked sides for everything and now when I’m older I’m just as confused but now I understand how much people think in black and white.

Laura left for beacon hills. it’s been six years since he was back but he hasn’t heard from her #and hes going stir crazy waiting. he packs up and travels back. it’s almost too much immediately. he still can’t get a hold of Laura #he can’t resist going home. it’s like a natural pull that guides him back. all at once he’s 16 again. staring at the wreckage of his life #deputy stilinski is sherrif now. it’s reassuring in the slightest that the police force seems to have moved on from how corrupt it was #he catches her scent and it’s putrid. bile catches in his throat. he seeks it out. still in denial to what he knows it means.#when he finds Laura it’s like the world ends all over again. he can’t stand to see her like this. he gives her a proper burial.#the best he can do at least #he visits Peter. he’s not the man Derek remembers- so full of fire and cunning. their relationship may have been strained at times.#often Derek felt more like Eve being swayed by the snake than a normal friendship #but this isn’t the sharp tongued uncle who guided him. this is a broken shell. all that remained of his family. he was so lost.#22 but he barely knew how to function without his family- his pack paving the way #Laura handled everything. she got the apartment. she made sure they had food. Kate. why would she go through the trouble six years later. why wait so long.#Derek couldn’t stomach the thought of facing her. he focused on the woods. the scents were all over the place.#clearly multiple people had been through here recently. two scents were much stronger. Derek follows them #but when he hears the crunch of leaves he realizes why the scents are so strong. they’re still here #he ducks behind some trees. listening in on their conversation. but an echo of their scent catches his attention #he spots an inhaler on the ground. he puts two and two together and swipes it from the leaves.#he comes out once they’re closer. tossing over the inhaler- he figures they’ll leave. dumb kids messing around in the woods #he reminds them this is private property. though that may not be true anymore. he recognizes the scent of a new beta. interesting.

#this isn’t even fair it’s a physical illness #tbf it wasn’t the covid itself that got me it was the subsequent quarantine #cw unreality #cw dissociation #for tags #bc i got covid in like?? 2022 i think #and got so bad during the quarantine that i now have long term issues with unreality in media #and it’s not as bad as some peoples obviously i’m not saying that #but there’s a sense of like. i would’ve been able to handle this a few years ago #it’s getting better to be fair but like. it’s been two years #could barely handle act 5 of isat #the aftermath wasn’t too bad though to be fair. i went to bed directly after and the morning was fine #but there were points where i should have gotten up and picked it up in the morning #cant do welcome home even though it seems like something i’d like #it’s not a terrible thing yk it’s just frustrating. and hard to explain as a side effect of covid #like you see the quarantine and being alone and scared all the time really messed with my head and now i can’t handle this specific thing

so it’s not enough for me to struggle mentally i’m also feeling the worst i’ve ever felt physically :)))

#this is my villain origin story #been to the ER twice the past two weeks that’s how bad it is :)#i‘m going to fucking kill myself it’s not even getting better #first i had a 40C/104F fever for D A Y S #then i got an antibiotic and at least the fever went down #BUT :)))#i got a cough and it was that bad that i started coughing up blood #at some point i just started throwing up cause again.. the cough was so intense #and if you think that’s all #no no no :)#right now i have a horrible allergic reaction to the antibiotic i mentioned that i haven’t even been taking since a week #i’ve got a HIGH dose of cortisone which i’m done with too now and it pretty much did nothing #like i guess it saved me from dying (yippie yay thanks now i just have to suffer more) but the rash isn’t just still there its worse #i can’t handle this shit #literally going insane #i need a fucking break #if one (1) more thing is thrown at me i‘ll just start sobbing #personal

okay but like I joke about how much I like fireknight and how it consumes so many of my waking thoughts but it actually does . it does so much to me. a lot of it was built through fanon and clinging onto scraps from the games bc i doubt devsis will ever let them interact again but they are like insane to me.

fire spirit’s weird relationship with affection and love is also part of why I like them so much yes that was the source of the divine visions earlier .

#he’s not built to love or love normally but he wants to. “they say true love is like an eternal flame”#he has that as one of his dialouge lines and actually I’ll never shut up about it man he can pine so hard #but he doesn’t know what to DO with that pining because he IS the fire. he finds something he loves and he wants to consume it #make it a part of him. it’s like fuel to a fire. and a fire will not stop consuming that fuel until it’s all gone or until it’s forced away #he destroys what he loves because it’s in his nature. he causes the end of the world in two of his costumes #“I don't care if even I disappear. ... That might even be better.” hey man I hate you. get onto my writing pages #but anyway this changes in fireknight because while knight is this image of heroic values. he’s also protection #he’s loyalty until there’s nothing left of him to serve what he believes in. and even past that he will protect what he loves #where fire spirit is destruction. knight is preservation.#and fire spirit loves him. he loves him down to his very being and core and he wants to be with knight and make him his #and if knight reciprocates then he is the same. and that is terrifying for fire spirit #because if knight let him consume all there was of him then he would. and despite how he loves him and to love he causes destruction #he doesn’t want a world without him. so he pushes knight away #and he pushes too far despite how much he wishes to dig his claws into him and never let go. never be separated and to thrive with the fuel #and this hurts him. he’s without something to fuel him. he falls to ashes then painful flames then back to normal then over and over #and he tries to forget but he just wishes he could love normally. love something and not destroy it #love something that can be like an eternal flame. something that won’t be lost because he holds it #eventually I think he figures out how to deal with it more but since they met pretty early in fire spirits godhood (to me at least)#he doesn’t have any idea how to handle any of it at first #And he wants his knight back. he needs a ground to walk on #he claws and begs for something he himself pushed away #you can’t have your cake and eat it too #Knight is also a criminally insane homosexual but fire spirit takes it to unprecedented levels

i am literally so mad that i have waited years to write this review of Daffy’s Southern Exposure and when i finally do i get the worst cold i have had at least within the past 5 years and am too sick to write a substantial amount. like come on. COME ON! i would almost rather it be COVID because that’s at least a valid excuse!!!!! sorry this post nasal drip made me nauseous and then i got mad that i was nauseous because i also had a bad stomach bug two weeks ago that also prevented me from writing. needless to say i hope you all enjoy the review when it’s out because my goodness it is giving me a hard time. thank you for your patience again 😤🙏

#i’m so maddddd i was writing a good amount today too and then bam nausea because of my stupid sinuses draining!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!#i have lemon ginger tea but i can’t even taste it because i’m so congested #this has been worse than the two times i had COVID because my COVID symptoms manifest as fever and aches and fatigue and i can at least just #sleep that off!! not with this stupid cold!!!!!!!#i used to get colds literally every month when i was still in school and my drama director once said i had the immune system of a gnat which #is true. so i’m lucky that i haven’t had a cold this bad/maybe at all at least since i graduated high school since that was pre covid times #but since i’m not not used to being substantially sick anymore it means i’m gonna complain about it when i am sick so there 😤#okay. sorry. just needed to bitch. back i go to playing Animal Crossig and Pokémon i guess since my body can’t handle any more than that!!!!

Talking about stardew valley romances is so awkward. My friends are like “oh I love [every single guy, and Haley, but Alex]” and I have to go “oh I like Alex and Maru the most.”

#lots of love to the other guys #but like #idk Alex is chill #he’s like ‘hey what’s up’ and then the relationship builds up at a pace I’m comfortable with #it’s the same reason my main bg3 romances are Shads and Gale #they’re literally just like ‘hey you want to hang out’#a similar reason why I love Neera’s romance so much in bg1ee #yeah there is a semi mutual crush pretty early on #but it’s not like you’re jumping super far ahead and it paces like a normal relationship #or at least every relationship I’ve ever had #stardew valley #is way better at building up romances and relationships than bg3 and many other games to be fair #personally Elliot if my last romance of the men #I’m sorry I want to punch him #idk if maru is a common romance or not #I see way more people talk about the bachelors #I like her because I am also a man of science #or at least I try my best to be #I’m kinda dumb at very specific kinds of math #and idk how to explain it #it’s like every other kind of mathematics my brain can’t handle #especially if two math concepts are similar or interconnected #I’m fucked if it’s that #I try though #fail miserably but I try #and cry over it #really nothing gets me quicker to crying even in front of people (]>*#(which is a sin to me)#than failing miserably at math #anyways I’m off topic
