I finished writing Ljubim te (🥳) and I am taking a little break to figure out what to write next. Good ole Matt Christopher Davis has been begging for attention, but who knows? I am also going on holiday for 3 weeks or so, starting Friday, and I plan to leave my laptop at home, so there won’t be a lot of writing.

But I did mention a while ago that I am thinking about the fic that explores Asian representation on Glee. To no one’s surprise, I am stuck on a title. Anyhow, a lot of this fic is Very Serious and Semi-Trauma Dumping, but there’s also funny shit in here. Yes, Mike, Tina and Wes met each other on an Ohio Asian Forum and now they meet offline:

“Wes Montgomery, but not the famous one,” he says, “My parents changed their names when they moved to America in order to have a bigger chance at getting a job, and they named me Wes without knowing there was a famous Wes Montgomery.”

Blaine rolls his eyes. “He loves telling this story to everyone he meets.”

But Tina has the feeling she’s heard this story before, only with less details.

“Wes, as in GavelMan92?” she says and Wes’s eyes widen when he seems to recognise her as well.

“XxGothGirlTayTayxX?” he asks in disbelief.

I don’t know what’s funnier, GavelMan92, since Wes + Gavel is OTP, or XxGothGirlTayTayxX, since that is soooo 2000s. (Mike’s username is AsianDancer, which admittedly isn’t as funny.)

My winter camp wasn’t the Florida Keys, but it had a nice and balmy gulf breeze. Then I bid it goodbye-o and went up to Ohio, and now I’m camping in 30 degrees!
