omg

it actually has no meaning whatsoever like seriously. i wanted the URL paved with bad intentions but it was taken, then i considered paved with good intentions which was also taken. then i started googling random related urls to that and i came up with pavingpaths then it decided it was short so i used pavingnewpaths as kind of like an inspirational thing like paving new paths for the future~ haha. it's really corny but it kind of defined me at the time so it's fitting :)
