Piper, Curie and Cait reacting to F!sole breaking her arm?
Thank you for the ask! I never write for these characters so it was super fun!
CAIT
Sole usually had a pretty accurate forecast for how their excursions would go, and planned accordingly.
Yao Guai were spotted near the tracks south of Diamond City, so they’d pack the landmines and extra shotgun shells just in case. Near the water? Extra Rad-X and plenty of mental preparations for endless mirelurk cakes and bloodbug steak. If they were scavving through Lexington, Cait would be forced into the thick, constricting leathers she hated. Things wouldn’t hardly let her raise her arms over her head, let alone swing her bat and she’d always protest, but Sole wouldn’t entertain the idea of letting her forego the extra protection in the feral infested ruins.
What Sole hadn’t quite foreseen, hadn’t quite prepared contingencies for, was falling off a cliff.
Well, not a cliff. Quite the steep hill, though. Rocky, too. Lots of pointy things to crack her head on on the way down.
Cait just managed to still her limbs as she watched Sole tumble down the embankment. When she came to a stop at the bottom, about 30 yards down from where she’d started, Cait realized that she was holding her breath as she watched. She managed to sip in only a slight bit of air before calling out to her companion.
“Oi,” she rasped. She cleared her throat. Managed another breath. Squinted at the still form at the bottom of the hill, eyes peeled for crimson. “Sole,” she tried again. “Ya alright?”
A second floated on. Another. Energy crawled up Cait’s arms, electrifying her to her core as fractured memories flitted through her mind. Sole clearing out the Combat Zone. She and Sole sharing a beer on the roof of the home they shared in Diamond City. The loaded look she’d cast over her shoulder at her just then, right before she’d lost her footing and gone tumbling down down down.
Cait dropped to her rear at the edge of the embankment. She didn’t really have a plan other than to get down there and see if she was even still alive; find out if she’d ever see that look from her again. She realized about halfway down that she should’ve tied a rope or something at the top to help her with a way back up. They’d have to double back to the path, now, putting them out after dark without shelter.
Not that Sole hadn’t prepared for that. She always had a tarp in her pack, just in case they got caught out. It wasn’t much, just big enough to keep them both dry and warm from the wind.
Pebbles dislodged from the terrain under her as she worked her way down, her breath coming ragged. By the time she’d reached the bottom where Sole lay, the other woman had a smattering of dirt and dust caught within the folds of her jacket. That was the first thing she noticed. The second thing she noticed was that Sole was moving. Her eyelids were fluttering against the hair that was lain over her face, her own shallow breaths fluttering the strands.
Measured relief flooded her as she reached for the other woman’s shoulder, rousing her. “Sole.” When she didn’t answer, Cait pushed her onto her back, the anger that was always close at hand bubbling up to her lips. “Sole, I swear ta God if you don’t open yer eyes and look at me right now I’ll-”
Sole’s eyes struggled open, silencing the redhead mid declaration. She wasn’t even sure what she’d had in mind to say as hazel eyes found green, bringing an odd sense of assuredness to the situation. Sole was awake. She hadn’t seen the cliff coming, but she always knew what to do. She’d known what to do when she’d woken up in the future, and she’d known what to do when she’d taken custody of a rowdy, junkie, cage fighting slave, and she would know what to do now.
Sole groaned, muttering colorful curses to herself, and started to move towards sitting, but a sudden jolt of pain fell over her expression as she attempted to put her weight on her arm. She tried to clutch the thing to her chest, but that yielded a similar look along with hiss of discomfort.
“Hold on hold on.” Cait said, helping her to sit up. “That doesn’t look good, love. Better let me have a look.”
Sole winced as Cait pulled the limb towards her, carefully cradling it in her hands. “Fuck. I’ve never broken a bone before but…”
“Oh it’s broken, alright. And I’ve broken enough to know. Have any stimpacks left?”
Sole shook her head. “Gave ‘em all to the settlers at Tempines. Was hoping they’d have more to trade for up at Zimonja, but…”
The women locked gazes before simultaneously peering up the steep embankment. They couldn’t even see Zimonja’s radio tower anymore. Great. Cait looked back first and took in her lover’s expression. Wasn’t often she saw worry behind those eyes. In the past, it had filled her with a sense of hopelessness, like if Sole was worried they were well and truly fucked.
What she felt now was an odd kind of determination. So Sole was tapped. Why did she have to be the one to fix all their problems all the time, anyways? “Your head alright?” she asked.
Sole’s gaze shot back to her and she hesitated only a moment before reaching her good hand up to probe at her hair, her forehead. “I… think so? Why? Am I bleeding?”
“No. I just wanna be sure before we get going.”
Sole shook her head for as long as it took for Cait’s fingers to find themselves in her hair. Then she stilled abruptly as fingertips probed for lumps, bumps, or blood along her scalp. Long lashes fluttered over the hazel eyes watching Cait, making her feel self conscious. No matter what kinds of depraved things they did together, Sole always got bashful at the most tender things.
“We won’t make it before dark, Cait. We should probably try our luck doubling back.”
“Those mooches have used up all yer supplies by now,” Cait explained. “We’re headin’ on to Zimonja.”
“Cait,” Sole began to scold, but Cait silenced her with a hush as she reached into her pack.
“We’ll make it before dark.”
Sole shook her head. “No, honey, there’s no way…” Cait pulled the spare rope from her back and stood to tie it to a nearby tree. “Cait what are you-”
She secured a slipknot in the rope and said “You’ve gotten us out of more than enough sticky situations. It’s about time I earned my keep.” She tied the other end to her belt loop. “I’ll climb up as high as the rope’ll let me, then I’ll need you to tie it ta yerself so I can pull you up. Once you’re up that far we’ll tie off the rope again and I’ll make it another ways up, and then-”
“Holy shit, honey, that’s way too far.”
“It isn’t.”
“It is. You’re gonna get yourself hurt too, and then we’ll really be boned.”
Cait stooped in front of her partner. “Stop it right now, Sole. I wouldn’t be doing this if it couldn’t be done. You know I’m not the kind to be naive. Now, we’re gettin’ you up that hill, and we’re gettin’ you to Zimonja, and we’re getting you that stimpack tonight.”
Sole started to argue but Cait caught her chin, clicking her teeth shut. The women shared a soft kiss, full of promise, before the redhead stood and adjusted her waistband.
“Be careful,” Sole said, eyes wary.
Cait took a running start at the embankment, managing to grab hold of the trunk of a small but sturdy tree about 6 feet up. “O’ course I’ll be careful, love. Precious cargo.”
CURIE
“Mon dieu!” Curie’s exclamation met the sound of shattering glass as the test tube she’d been measuring into hit the floor. She stepped over the mess without a thought as she crossed to the door. “What has happened?”
“I’m alright, ma cherie,” Sole insisted, but the very obviously broken arm clutched to the woman’s chest mingled with the bruising over her cheekbone to tell a different story.
Curie guided the woman to her exam table and helped her to sit. “I did not ask if you were alright, I asked what happened.” She produced a stimpack from the top drawer of her exam table with one hand as the other steadied the broken limb between them. The thing was uncapped quickly, but Sole’s silence had the woman hesitating to move on. “Sole, I have asked you a question.”
“I’m fine,” Sole insisted again. “I just got into a little scuffle, that’s all…” she dipped her head to catch the Doctor’s eye, receiving a disapproving look in return. “You should see the other guy.”
“I am sure I will... Small. Pinch.”
Sole winced, despite the warning. The low gauge needle always offered more than a ‘small’ pinch, but she supposed Curie didn’t necessarily know from experience. Sole had made damn sure she’d never needed one.
The Doctor crossed the room to the supply cabinet, tossing the spent stimpack into the bin to be reoutfitted later. For only having had a body for a couple months, the graceful, delicate way the synth moved was always something to behold. It was hard to look away.
“Well?” Curie asked, rifling in the cabinet.
Sole stiffened; swallowed. “Uh…”
“What was so enraging for you that you had to go and pick a fight, hmm? Isn’t it enough that you come to me in tatters after your missions? You must find a way to destroy yourself in the safety of the Castle as well?”
Enraging. That was… definitely the right word for it. The independent trader that had arrived at the Castle that afternoon needing a wound dressed was definitely that. She’d happened to find herself seated at a table near his at the bar that evening, just close enough to hear as he went on and on about the stronghold’s gullible, innocent new doctor and all the things he thought about making her “check out” for him.
“Just some idiot,” she said. “He… grabbed my ass. Didn’t think I should let it stand, you know?”
Curie glanced over her shoulder at the woman, those big brown concerned eyes doing the work they always did picking away at the walls Sole had erected around herself. One of these days, she knew it was all going to come crashing down. “Oh,” the doctor said. “My… then I’m sorry you were pushed to such lengths.”
Sole nodded. “Thank you, Curie, but I’ll be fine.”
Curie crossed to Sole again, positioning herself perfectly, primly, directly in front of her patient. Her patient couldn’t help but sit up a little straighter in the presence of such propriety. The Doctor scrutinized the swab in her hand as she prepared it with a bottle of alcohol. “What state is the man in? Or shall I expect a cadaver to appear in my clinic instead of a viable patient?”
Sole smiled. She’d had mercy on the man and left him alive, but even so… “I don’t think you’ll need to worry about him,” she said.
Curie lifted the swab to the gash on her companion’s cheekbone. “Slight sting,” she warned.
Sole breathed through the not so slight sting. “Thank you, Curie.”
PIPER
“Alright alright hold on! Sheesh!” Piper pulled open the door to her home with one hand while readying her pipe pistol with the other. She kept a foot just behind the door as she did, only allowing a few inches of space to peer out into the night. “What the hell is so freakin - oh hey Blue.” She opened the door wider, defenses officially down. “What’re you doing ou-OH MY GOD what did you do to your arm?” She ushered the other woman inside quickly, taking in the way Sole had tied her arm into a sling over her shoulder.
Sole huffed as she shuffled in Piper’s door. “I took a fall out in the ruins today. Nothing serious but, uh, I think I broke my arm.”
Piper closed the door and locked it behind her, casually re-stringing the tin can alarm that she kept up while she and Nat were sleeping. “Uh. That sounds serious. Why don’t you use a stimpack?”
Sole sighed, doing an absent little turn around the front room. “I’m out. Percy’s out. Dr Sun is sleeping and won’t answer his fucking door.”
Piper rolled her eyes as she crossed to the kitchen. “What a jerk. Isn’t he supposed to take some sort of oath? If someone needs help he’s gotta do it or he goes to hell… or something?”
“Yeah,” Sole laughed, watching as Piper opened and shut drawer after drawer in her kitchen. “Or something.”
“Aha!” the reporter said, holding the prize - a coveted stimpack - in her hand. She bumped the drawer she’d found it in closed with her hip before crossing the few steps to her friend and planting it in her hand. “Just what the doctor ordered. Or he would have it he had dragged his happy ass out of bed.”
“Are you sure, Pipes?” She gestured around the overstuffed house. “I’m not taking your last one, am I?”
Piper followed Sole’s eye, giving the room a slightly less scrutinizing look. “Nope. I know there are more… somewhere. And anyways you should probably get the bone set and healing before going to sleep. Heard you can get some real funky shapes going on if you go too long.”
Sole laughed. “I should probably get on it, then. Uhm… could you…?” She gestured as best she could for Piper to help her with the stimpack, making the other woman jump to attention.
“Oh! Uh, yeah! Sure.” She took the stimpack back from Sole’s hand then turned to regard the slung limb. Sole smiled at the perplexed expression she wore, doing her best to work the jacket off her shoulders with only one good arm. It was proving to be almost as difficult as getting it on there. Piper, again, realized suddenly and a beat too late that she could help and sprung into action just in time to catch the jacket off her friend and drape it over the back of her writing chair. Sole had moved on to untying the sling but Piper batted her hand away, working at the knot with her short, chewed off nails instead. She caught the injured arm just before the weight of it dropped painfully, for which Sole was thankful.
Together, the women fumbled through administering the stimpack in… probably? The right place? Giggling awkwardly and hissing in pain and hushing apologies. Once the medicine was in, though, Sole could feel it working almost immediately. She pulled the arm to her chest again, cradling it in a good position to heal.
“Thanks, Pipes,” she said.
Piper recapped the needle and tossed the spent stimpack onto the desk. “Hey, what are friends for, huh?”
Sole was quiet. It wasn’t totally unlike Sole to be quiet but this was a weird kind of quiet. Piper looked back to the other woman and what she found looking back at her rendered her speechless. That was totally unlike Piper, but what was she supposed to say? With those big, dark eyes watching her in the dim light of her office, the pouted lips she spent probably too much time thinking about parted and slightly moist, her… her friend’s hair falling artfully, beautifully over her face as it so often did.
Piper looked to her desk and picked up the latest issue of Publick Occurences. “Well, as long as you’re here, do you want a sneak peak?” she waggled her eyebrows at the woman.
Sole pulled her bottom lip into her teeth and Piper had to look away. The other woman cleared her throat. “Uhm. No. I think I’ll just head home…”
Disappointment flooded her, sort of unexpectedly. Sure the woman had woken her up in the middle of the night when she had to get up early with Nat the next day and that was definitely annoying… but now she sort of didn’t want her to leave.
Why, though? She should just let the girl get back to her own night. She had healing to do, after all. “Yeah, go get some rest Blue. I’ll uh…”
Sole caught her eye.
“I’ll stop in in the morning to check on you, alright?”
Sole smiled. “Alright... I, uhm... I'd like that."
Piper turned from her friend as a blush rose in her cheeks. "Yeah, blue. I would too."

I’m addition to that, cait x f! Reader x Danse nsfw 41?
This one didn’t turn out NSFW, but there are some references to chems. Thanks for the request!
Sometimes a cure wasn't enough.
The Psycho was out of her system, and she had no inclination to ever take it again, but her body still remembered. It remembered the pain of all her failed attempts to quit the chem, of all the withdrawals that she'd suffered through, and sometimes, whenever fate decided to toy with her, Cait had to suffer through that pain all over again.
"If I could, I would take it all away."
Every touch against her skin felt like a million needles piercing her at once, but she forced herself to endure, because she needed the touch of her two lovers to get through this. Even with their warmth encasing her, she still shook, the cold from what should have been distant memories still plaguing her, but the bite of that chill was nowhere near as bad as it had been, and it dwindled more and more with every comforting word or gesture that Sole and Danse gave her. It wouldn't be easy, but for them, she would endure.

Some Cait x F!Sosu please and thank you
Hopefully you'll like this! ♡
-----
It had been what felt like decades since Sole had seen Cait. They'd managed to get separated in a skirmish along the eastern border of the Commonwealth. She looked along some of their established meet-up spots, but still couldn't find Cait anywhere.
She really hoped that her companion hadn't gone far enough South that she'd hit Jamaica Plain, but had a feeling in her gut that said otherwise. That was the last place Sole wanted anyone to be alone. That was on her to-do list of places to clear out, but hadn't quite gotten there yet.
Once she finally made it to Jamaica Plain, she found some feral ghouls already dad and scattered around the ground. She bent down while also keeping her guard to examine her surroundings. On the ground she found freshly discarded shotgun shells. It had to be Cait.
There was a guttural hiss that slowly progressed closer behind Sole and she spun around quickly, jabbing a knife in to the feral that had popped up behind her. This one was slower than others for some reason.
That was when she saw her. Up on top of a building Cait had gotten herself cornered. A bunch of freaks had surrounded the base of the rickety building, Cait unable to aim accurately with her shotgun from this distance.
The two finally made eye contact, but Sole didn't say a word. Instead, Sole picked up a semi-heavy stone and chucked it in the opposite direction of where Cait was stuck. The ghouls turned and went to investigate the noise. As they did so, Sole pulled out a plasma grenade that she had been saving for a special occasion and tossed it right in to the swarm.
Cait hopped down as it exploded and the pair ran off out of Jamaica Plain as fast as they could.
"Are you mad?" Cait grimaced slightly, waiting for Sole's action once they were alone.
"I.. I mean, people get separated sometimes. It happens." She paused, taking a seat on a tree stump. "I'm not mad. I was just.. worried."
Cait chuckled and sat down on a fallen log beside her, hesitantly reaching for Sole's hand.
"Yeah, I was worried too."
Sole nudged Cait playfully, urging her in closer then kissing her gently.
"Try and keep up next time."

Hi! I just read one of your reacts and it was brill! Could I request maybe the first time the companions knew they were in love with (a preferably female but if you’d rather keep it neutral im game) sole ? Especially hancock because im hancock trash lmao love that ghoul x
You got it! I’ll do F!SS, I truly do not mind any gender preferences of my asks. I love doing it all!I’m so glad you liked the last one, it was my very first so I was really nervous~(somewhat extra long Hancock romance part just for you) I just worked with whatever came to mind, trying to test what I can write off the top of my head.So I hope it’s good!
Please feel free to message anything was missing or you want to see something specific! I’m always happy to do “companion reactions” for a specific companion too.
Please forgive any grammatical errors, it took a good few hours to write this and I’m finishing at 2:00 AM. I will correct any I find later :)
Some companion story line spoilersAlso it’s LOOOONNNNNGGGG
Context:Sole, the pre-war survivor from Sanctuary, frozen in Vault 111. She came here to save her son, meeting colorful people along the way.All sorts of people flocked to her, but most of all she attracted…
Cait:Damn. She sighed, standing up from that awful chair. Cait felt horrible, trying to keep herself upright when she felt Sole’s hands helping her. It took a minute before Cait felt like she was able to even see straight.
Cait felt fresh, somehow she felt physically lighter. Everything seemed so… bright.
The first thing she saw with any clarity was Sole’s face. She looked worried, but hopeful. An kindness to Sole’s features entirely alien to Cait.
It’s as if Sole wasn’t even real; some kind of apparition designed to appease something Cait never thought existed.
A person who wanted to be there for their friend. A person who didn’t ask for their loyalty, caps, or anything else. She only wanted to care for her friend and hoped that friend wanted the same. Sole trusted Cait; something Cait wanted to resist.
There were so many rules of the world that Cait established. A hard earned understanding of people, of how everything functions in the commonwealth. Outside the commonwealth too, of course.
But… Sole was kind and gentle, but terrifyingly fierce when she wanted to be. She wanted to help her friends, defend innocent people, and Cait had heard Sole refuse payment for these acts of kindness many times.
There was no backstabbing plan in the end, no turn around for the people she helped. Sole did what they needed, so long as it was for a good cause, and wanted for nothing.
Generosity was not a word Cait believed in, yet she believed in Sole.
They left Vault 95, Cait pausing just behind Sole as she walked out into the sunlight. With a deep sigh of annoyance, Cait cursed under her breath.I fuckin’ love that idiot.
Curie:She didn’t really know when she did. It was only a feeling that slowly built up, then washed over her like rain. Pleasant, sweet - she liked it and didn’t understand why.
Sole would not push Curie to do anything until she figured it out. There was no need for pressure, Curie had to learn how to live in a new body. Things were complicated enough as it was without having to deal with a budding romance; something that was complicated even to humans.
As the days went by Sole and Curie spent most of their time together. Being so close to Sole made Curie feel tense, it was a good kind of tense, but she wanted to satisfy whatever that feeling was.
She narrowed it down to longing. A strange emotion that was difficult to explain and more difficult to understand. This happened when she was away from Sole for any period of time.
But when she was with Sole the feeling turned into this uncomfortable churning. Something she learned had many names. One of those names was passion.
Curie gazed over at the sleeping form of Sole, the soft rise of her chest.
Suddenly Curie felt a powerful want to be resting with her, touching her… sharing a private moment with her.
Though she was aware of the word she was cautious to use it. It meant so much to people, often a major focus of their lives. Curie wondered… perhaps she could be this focus for Sole.
Curie had learned, understood what it meant. This was more than just affection for the person who helped her become a synth, allowing her to experience so much more of life.
This was desire to be with Sole, to be able to hold her. Only her, no one else. Curie now only hoped Sole felt the same.
Danse:He never quite caught onto anything that was not Brotherhood related. He stuck to his loyalties and never strayed far, romance of a civilian was not something he deemed acceptable.
Now his world changed.
No longer was his life dedicated to the Brotherhood, to their cause. He didn’t share those plans anymore, he didn’t believe in them.Sole was the cause of that, convincing him that everything he had done for the Brotherhood was being repaid with cruelty.
Synth or not - Danse dedicated his life to the Brotherhood. He fought for them, risked his life for them, and he knew he followed Maxson unerringly. Though Danse agreed with the Brotherhood that he should die, Sole disagreed.
She was the most charismatic and persuasive person he knew. Danse believed that Maxson was with how he rallied his soldiers and gave them the passion to fight for the Brotherhood’s cause.
But Sole… she convinced him that he should live. That his years of service to the Brotherhood proved that he, even as a synth, did not deserve execution. That Maxson was acting out of hatred to people he didn’t know.
Danse knew Sole wanted him to understand the Brotherhood’s morals were… questionable at best… and somewhere in the back of his head he knew that.
It didn’t matter though, he didn’t care to exploring those thoughts. Fact or opinion changed nothing. He wanted to move on with his life, learn how to live as a synth and figure out who he really was.
He is a synth who hated synths, a prejudice towards a whole that he now grew closer to.
Danse had judged Sole’s other friends. Nick Valentine, the older synth that didn’t hide himself. John Hancock, the ghoul mayor of Goodneighbor, a town with many under the table dealings. Curie, a pre-war machine turned synth. He won’t even mention Strong. His feelings on Strong hadn’t changed that much.
He joined them as an equal forming a new brotherhood… in a sense.Danse needed a new purpose and Sole got him a role within the Minutemen, he was a soldier once again.
Still, the Minutemen did not replace the Brotherhood to Danse.Sole would brush passed him and guide him… She had replaced the betrayal of the Brotherhood. She was his new purpose.
Deacon:The man who could blend in anywhere, remaining undetected all around the commonwealth. He found a friend in Sole who showed up on the Railroad’s doorstep with a sarcastic attitude and a receipt for good karma a mile long.
Her help was invaluable to the Railroad, furthering their efforts to free enslaved synths more than anyone had before. She was critical to both the survival of the Railroad and the synths.
That wasn’t why he liked her so much. Well, not the only reason.
Deacon traveled with her on tasks with no connection to the Railroad or Institute. He got to see firsthand how she was in the remote parts of the commonwealth with no agenda.
Yes, he was with her, but it didn’t matter. She was so genuine to the people she helped, so compassionate.
He figured he shouldn’t be surprised, she wasn’t raised in this world. So the ‘for yourself, fuck everyone else’ mentality wasn’t natural to her like it was to everyone else.
Slowly but surely, she helped him too. Partly in ways she did not know about and some she did. Though he was unsure if he could ever return that favor or even want to tell her about it.Not that he didn’t want to trust her, open up to her. He did this because sometimes potentially losing a friendship is not worth admitting to an emotional connection like that.
He knew himself better than that though. He knew he would say something eventually, regardless of how.Deacon did not find a singular moment where he loved her, it was many things that built up until he came to this conclusion.
Here, watching her help a commonwealth settler restore their home after super mutants tore it apart, he decided on how he felt about Sole.
When he was ready, he would tell her.
Hancock:She restored everything, she gave everything to everyone no matter how bleak it seemed.
He watched her walking ahead of him, a ghoul child in her arms. His name is Billy and he was trapped in a pre-war fridge. She had broken open the fridge door in a flash, helping Billy out and on his feet.
He was in there so long, she insisted on helping him. So she lifted him in her arms and carried him on her hip. Billy was too old to be carried, considering he is a child not including the 200 odd years he was stuck in a fridge. But she was concerned for his well being.
Trapped for so long, pitch black, unable to really move - she thought he would have a hard time adjusting. It was so simple to her; carry him. She reassured him they would go to Quincy immediately, redirecting their course from another task deemed quite critical in order to find her own son.
Yet she still stopped everything to save someone else’s son. She didn’t do it for a reward or expecting to find something, it just came natural to her. To help all people she came across.
Hancock, upon seeing her dote on Billy as if she was his mother, definitely made him think of her in a different light. Not that he hadn’t been attracted to her before - she is a gorgeous woman no doubt. That made him interested.
He would be attracted to any attractive person. That’s not news to anyone. He is attracted to her because of things like this.
She was unreal, her moral compass never wavered for a second. She is fiercely loyal, honest, trustworthy, empathetic, and her charisma; oh, how he loved how confidently she carried herself. Both physically and otherwise.
The second that they came across the slaver, she snapped at him. Though her expletives were censored. She purposefully went around certain words to both enforce how offended she was at the offer while not cursing like a drunk in front of Billy.
In Quincy, they found his home. And in Quincy, they found his parents.
It was perfect, like a story book. She and Hancock both didn’t believe his parents were alive, it was so unlikely it was ridiculous. Yet there they stood, Matt and Carol Peabody, the parents of Billy. All ghouls.
Hancock watched the family reunion, the three holding each other close stunned that each other were still alive. But Hancock wanted to see the pride Sole felt having been the catalyst for Billy’s return. Surely she would be beyond thrilled, feeling the same he did having brought them together. He loved shit like this. People pulling through, surviving, and finding each other. It really was amazing.
He didn’t find Sole beaming as she would after doing a good deed. She was facing the family, but her head was tilted to the side, eyes downcast. There was a faint smile on her face, yet it was a sad one.
Hancock sighed, he didn’t think about it at first. He saw the family talking among themselves, talking about what happened 200 years ago.
Sole wanted that and she didn’t know if she ever would. While she was happy they were together again, she could not help thinking about her own family.
How Shaun would never meet his father. How Shaun had already grown a few years, he think she said he was about ten now? He had been staying with the man who killed his father. She had so much to do in order to find Shaun and there was no promise he was still alive at all.
Hancock didn’t know what to say. He did want her to know he got it, that it’s all going to be okay. They’d find Shaun, just like they found Billy.
Then came another threat and he saw the instantaneous change in her demeanor. The man who wanted to buy Billy returned and he came back in numbers.
The intense fury that woman had… a contempt only capable by experience.
She tore through the slavers like a nuke fired from a fat man. The Peabody’s stayed inside, protected by Hancock in case any of the slavers got through her. No surprise that not a single slaver survived.
When she returned, her rifle was steaming and she had hateful gleam in her eye. Hancock figured that was her killing Kellogg all over again - just for someone else.
The Peabody’s thanked them, insisted on a reward which she naturally turned down. Then offered them a place at any of her many settlements protected by the Minutemen. All human, ghoul, and synth friendly with a grand defense. She gave them a gun, ammo, and enough caps to feed their family for a long time.
They would consider the offer to the settlement; she did not force anything.
Billy returned to her, she kneeled down, and he gave her a hug which she happily returned. Telling him to take care, be smart, and listen to his parents.
Back on the road she returned to their purpose out here as if nothing phased her. Strong as ever.
Hancock ran a hand over the back of his neck, not quite sure how to start, but figuring it was better than letting it pass. She deserved some appreciation.
“Hey,” He patted her arm with the back of his hand, “You did good with them, Billy’s a good kid. I’m sure they’ll be fine.”
Sole nodded, “Yeah, I know.” Her tone was happy with a barely noticeable undertone.
Man… Hancock pulled her arm slightly, letting her know to stop a moment. She was confused, but didn’t mind chatting if he wanted to. He did, for sure, though he wanted to chat for her.
“It’s gonna’ be okay, y’know?” Hancock assured her. Poorly, perhaps, he didn’t like hitting the nail on the head too hard. It was better to be careful, allowing her to duck out if she wanted.
Sole gave him a lopsided smirk, “Well, course. They survived this long alone, I’m fairly sure they can continue. They’re smart, it’s no problem if they don’t go to a settlement.”
Again, he tried. “Look, I get it. With Billy and his parents.” Sole’s expression turned somber, finally understanding the point. “We’ll find him and we’ll bring him back, you know that, right?”
She didn’t respond for a moment, she thought to herself what to say. To her it wasn’t an option to express all the pent up stress and emotion she felt about Shaun. So she slid her arms over his shoulders, hugging him tightly to her.
Not what he expected and not unwelcome. Hancock returned the embrace, figuring it was comforting to her. To him too, but he wouldn’t say that.
He hadn’t actually touched her skin before, not really. Maybe during a fight he brushed passed her, but her skin… It was so smooth. Yes, she’s human. Hancock had been with smoothskin women before and it wasn’t even close.
This was the skin and warmth of a pre-war woman that didn’t grow up irradiated, burning in the hot sun, or suffering from some other affliction.Sole is perfect, inside and out. It was just how wonderful she felt skin to skin. It was like running his hands through down feathers. Impossibly soft.
He didn’t want to let go, he wanted this all the time. He wanted her.
When she released him, she continued their path. Hancock felt that telltale spark, feeling caught off guard. He liked her before, cared for her a lot… this wasn’t the affection two close friends have.
Hancock swallowed hard, his mouth dry. Watching her start walking ahead he really got it this time.
He was completely, helplessly in love with her.
And he had no idea if she would have a ghoul like him.
MacCready:He really didn’t think about falling for someone, especially not someone who employed him.
But she did what she could for him, with Daisy, to help Duncan. It was all so much for someone to do, someone who just up and hired him one day. He had no words to express himself properly.
She insisted it was nothing, that she would’ve done it even if she hadn’t been working with him all this time. Just like that, like it was nothing.
No caps, no trades, nothing. He believed in tough love for sure, though that didn’t mean there can’t be the occasional good deed here or there. To her those good deeds were her day to day life.
He was thankful, more than thankful, that she followed through with him. From the times she helped others for nothing to her haggling talents; he felt like he had it all.
She could be domineering to strangers and yet generous to others. He had no idea how she always seemed to know who needed what and when. Also how; she could just look at some random person and know.
Clairvoyant was the word for it. That’s just nonsense though, she was simply talented at understanding their perspective and empathize. It was uncanny how she settled into the life of everyone she came across with ease.
Provided they weren’t trying to kill her.
MacCready wanted to make caps in the commonwealth, to survive well, to keep his head above water. He believed in community being a mutually beneficial arrangement.
It wasn’t really her random acts of kindness that made him gravitate towards her. It was her unwavering loyalty to her companions, how she served them and did what they needed to keep them as well set up as she was.
She is kind too, she is beautiful. MacCready wiped the sweat off his forehead as they traveled through the heat. It was brutal and she tossed him a canteen of chilled water, purified.
He gave her a nod and drank. Relieved, he passed it back and watched her drink. It felt so normal to be out with her, like a part of him he didn’t know he wanted. He wasn’t sure if this really was love, he loved Lucy, but maybe… maybe he could do both?
Nick:There was a distinct moment he found himself loving this pre-war woman.
She tracked down the tapes, helped him find Winter and end him. It was revenge hidden under the guise of justice. Nick needed this, he truly needed it to be done so he could move on.
Maybe it was foolish, maybe he should admit the purpose of this whole thing. Aside from the obvious that he wanted Winter gone, he wanted to tie the last loose end left behind by the pre-war Nick Valentine. The man he carries the memories of and hid namesake.
He felt like he was pre-war detective Nick Valentine, but was aware of himself enough to recognize he is not that Nick. He’s his own person, sharing the memory of someone who died a long time ago.
She knew that too, it was clear as day to her. He didn’t know why he had such trouble understanding this. It was more complicated than he could put into words, yet when he tried she beat him to it. Always with the right thing to say at the moment, never too presumptuous, never invasive.
Aside from her interactions with him, she was openhanded all the time. Everything she had she was happy to give away to someone else if they asked of her.
She crossed the commonwealth over a dozen times, finding more people to save and more to settlements to build up. She established safe havens all over, none of them served her. She did not charge them fees like other landowners would. There was no tax or extortion.
If someone wanted to live there, she would do her best to accommodate them. If she could not, she would find an alternative.
What’s even more impressive is if she found a potential threat that needed her attention, she would handle it as soon as she could. Her willingness to risk her life for others was a trait he didn’t ask of anyone, but… he really didn’t know how to say he was honored to be at her side.
People began to recognize the two. They knew her first of course, but she traveled with Nick so often some people began to notice he was a part of all this.
For the first time he saw people uniting to the betterment of the commonwealth. He saw them change from hopeless wanderers, desperate families, and aimless vagrants into stand up people. They became hard workers. Some were farmers, others vendors in the settlements, some were taught engineering to maintain the generators and water pumps.
Together they became more. The world was safer with Sole in it.
And he got to be there with her through it all.He looked down to his metal hand, almost wincing when he saw it. He didn’t need reminding he is a synth - it’s just when he got lost in his own mind thinking about the woman that held his affections.
He is an old Gen 2 synth, damaged without any full repairs in sight. He wanted to believe her kindness extended to him in that way. That she could love a metal man… he doubted it. But that didn’t mean he loved her any less.
Piper:This sly reporter found so much to fill her papers with just by hanging out with Sole for a day. She was a walking story waiting to be told to the masses. Excitement, humor, romance, and it could tug on the ol’ heartstrings.
She knew it would be an easy week writing for Diamond City when she got to go out with Sole. She always wanted to go, to take on the commonwealth one mission at a time.
Not to say that she didn’t care about the people she wrote about. Piper thought that it was her compassion that allowed her to write better articles for Diamond City.
Sole was always a little embarrassed when she saw the papers or Piper ran a fresh print by Sole. It flattered her to hear the good things Piper wrote about her, even though now all Diamond City knew her name and she had a kind of celebrity status.
Sole always acted strange when Piper read the paper to her. She knew why and she just wanted to let Sole know people appreciated her.
She deserved the praise. Sole did so much for the people and Piper wanted to be the one to show her, prove to her, she is amazing. Her day was always better when Sole walked into Pulick Occurrences.
It never was enough for Sole to be kind, she wanted to care for them. When Sole was around she always managed to make everyone feel welcome. Approachable, humble - what wasn’t this woman capable of?
Nat eyed Piper when she watched Sole leave, a childish grin on her face.
“You like her.” Nat teased, dropping another paper onto the coffee table. That sly look the same one Piper would give to others.
Piper controlled herself, making sure she didn’t jump when Nat said that. “What? Yeah, she’s my friend.” She laughed, brushing it off.
Nat wasn’t done though. “You like like her.”
Piper felt her face slowly heating up, “She’s a good friend, she’s the protector of the commonwealth.”
Turning to walk up the stairs to her bed, Nat just nodded. “You’re not that good of a liar.” The girl disappeared upstairs, leaving a flustered Piper behind.
“Oh what do you know.” Piper huffed to herself, “She doesn’t, that’s what- no, I mean, she-” She sighed, unable and far too frustrated to form the retort she wanted. Not that it mattered, Nat wasn’t listening.
Is it that obvious? Piper bit her nail, anxious to know. Did Sole know too?
Preston:His love for Sole was the love of two brothers in arms.
Well, brother and sister in arms? He didn’t know what to call her anymore really. Aside from General of course. He always addressed her properly, though she insisted on a more casual approach.
He didn’t think he could do that though. It was all he used to keep himself in check around her.
While Preston did keep the Minutemen alive during their lowest time, it was Sole that restored even greater than it was before. Now the Minutemen were strong enough to train more people, patrol the roads between settlements, and positively change people’s lives.
He never wanted to be a General, he didn’t want that responsibility. He was better on the ground, better being up close. Preston knew exactly where he was best at and it’s where he wanted to be.
It might be thanks to the accumulative effort of all the Minutemen that made them strong, but he still looked up to her.
A woman from the past, over 200 years his senior which made him feel strange, and somehow she came into this world in a blaze. She started making the world a better place as soon as she was able to stand on her own.
She was impressive to say the least. A power to be reckoned with and she used that power to defend the good people trying to survive. No matter how big she got, she was always so down to earth.
Not a single Minuteman had not met her at some point. She welcomed them all with open arms, thanking them for joining their cause, making sure they all felt like they were making a difference.
Approval from the famous 111 meant something in the commonwealth. It give people pride for what they do and bolstered morale.
He loved knowing the Minutemen loved her. Their General was the example they all followed.
She offered so much to the world, yet all Preston really wanted was her. He wanted to be by her side, not for the prestige, but for the way he saw her back when they met.
During the early days when she fought for the Minutemen without really knowing anything about them. All she knew is Preston wanted to do good and she wanted to help.
She told him that she followed his example of a Minutemen and that’s why she  believes she managed this.
Preston had no idea how to respond so he just thanked her.
He really wanted to do something big, something to tell her how much he really wanted her. He thought it was his moment and he had no idea what to do with it. So it passed and he regretted it.
So he waited and planned for something new. He needed something special, just the two of them. He loved her and he was ready to take the chance that she might feel the same way.

I don't want flowers
Pairing: Cait/F!Sole
Rating: M
Content Warnings so far: Canon-typical violence, drug use, self worth issues, mentions of cait's backstory and all that involves, lots of cursing
Chapters 1/???
Vibe: character study, hurt/comfort, learning to trust, reluctant friends to lovers,
first few paragraphs under the cut to see if it's ur vibe, thanks for checking it out <3
It’s been a long, long time since Cait felt surprised.
Everyday for the last three years had been the same. Dragging herself up off a dirty mattress on the floor and stumbling around the Combat Zone; skivving passed-out raider’s leftover food and booze as her first meal of the day. It was hardly considered breakfast at one in the afternoon. The previous day’s crowd would filter out slowly, and the new night’s raiders would congregate again in a few hours. Those few hours when the Combat Zone was empty were the worst. Tommy’d be pissed if she shot up too much before the fighting started: the line between a psycho-fueled prize fighter and an uncontrollable beast was a damned thin one.
So, no fuckin’ Psycho. Well, not none. But not enough.
She usually spent the quiet hours picking over any dead raiders the crowd had left behind, or modifying her bat, or working on opening whatever locked container Tommy needed into next.
Like any other day, she stands up from her position on the floor when the raiders outside started getting noisy. She stretches out her arms and grabs her bat, taking a few warm-up swings. She heard Tommy riling up the crowd: her own personal cue to break out the Psycho and Med-X. The first few fights are always painful: the Med-X hasn’t kicked in to numb some of the pain, and the Psycho is still ramping up. If she took it any sooner though, it wouldn’t last the night. And it’s always the last few fight where she needs it the most, and Tommy didn’t always let her re-up.
Cait’s nose was pouring blood: driping off her chin as she steps over the limp body of her challenger. Tommy grabs her hand and lifts it in victory. She’s fucking tired. But she eyes the crowd, and knows at least one more of these stubborn fuckers will step up. Arrogant enough to think they’ll have better luck than the hundreds she’s fucked up before them.
Something catches her eye; two people who’ve just quietly entered. They don’t look like the usual raiders. They look…almost clean. One’s a lanky, younger guy in a cap and trench coat, rifle slung over his back. The other cuts an unusual figure for a wastelander: easy confidence and a vault suit that clings to the curves of her hips and thighs. She’s also decked head to toe in combat armor, except for one mismatched metal leg. She taps her taller companion on the arm and nods in the direction of the ladder a few feet away. He doesn’t seem to acknowledge–not that Cait could hear them from the stage if he had said anything– but he quietly drifts that way anyways. Cait’s attention is dragged away from the first vaguely interesting people of the night as Tommy shoves a rag at her face and tells her to clean herself up before the next fight.

Wait... people are upset that Sam and Cait might have SOs at the premiere...??? How is them having someone who they want to share a supportive moment with a "f*ck you to fans"? I am so confused right now. Sam and Cait are people with lives and loved ones outside the show. They should be able to share that???
I agree with you, which is why I was hesitant to reblog and comment on something ship-related but I also wanted to calm anyone’s nerves over that possibility bc there is part of the fandom that does care about that and it’s not fun when part of the fandom is upset
I was just trying to say that this EW event isn’t going to be like a usual premiere and they are there for press purposes for like...hours... so I don’t think they would bring someone along to that especially when it’s not the whole cast and just two of them - it is likely going to be solely Outlander-centric and Jamie x Claire centric but more overly so a FAN event

Fallout 4 companions react to the sole survivor falling SUPER ill from something and almost dying but making a full come back just barely from it? Thank you!
I kind of strayed from your idea, sorry! I hope you like it! Thank you! :) Warning: Long and mention of vomit
Cait: Cait didn’t know what to do when Sole fell ill after they finished scavenging an old store filled with ghouls. Sole was extremely radiated, feeling really nauseous and not being able to move without feeling intense pain. Cait made Sole stay in bed and told Curie to keep an eye on them while she went out. A week later, Sole was up and about, but they were still a little groggy. Cait had just returned to Sanctuary after exploring Concord for some extra supplies. Curie greeted her and explained that Sole was feeling better. Cait felt joy well in her and went to see Sole. “Are you alright?” She asked, gently hugging Sole. “Yes,” they giggled, pleasantly surprised that she was worried about them. Cait stayed in Sole’s room the rest of the day, giving them junk food and telling them silly stories.
Codsworth: Codsworth got really jittery when Sole told him they were sick. He made them go to bed despite their protests. “You need some rest,” he told them, pulling the covers over their head. He brought them soup and water. “Th..thank you..” Sole struggled to get her sentence out. Codsworth shushed them, telling Sole not to strain their voice because it will get worse. He didn’t want them to be in any more pain. Codsworth gave them more soup and water and then went outside to clean. He wanted to keep Sole safe from germs, so he dusted areas in the houses, cut grass, etc. When he checked on Sole again, they were asleep, softly snoring. Codsworth checked their temperature, and they were a little high. He uncovered Sole a bit so they wouldn’t sweat everywhere and buzzed around for the rest of the night.
Curie: Curie didn’t realize that Sole had contracted mole rat disease when they met until a week later. It wasn’t extremely bad, but Sole was having pain and scratching the bites, making them worse. “Do not scratch!” Curie warned them, but Sole still scratched away, making the disease worse. Curie had to go back to Vault 81 to get the cure because she did not have the necessary resources to make the cure all by herself in Sanctuary. She bid Sole bye, making them promise to stay in bed and take their medicine. It took her three days to get back to Vault 81, and as soon as she got there, she set to work on the cure. It was finished in a few hours, so then Curie took it and left. When she got back to Sanctuary, she found Sole helping settlers. “Sole, you must drink this!” Curie confronted them, giving them the bottle that the cure was in. They gagged at the taste but still drank it. They felt a little bit better. “Thank you!” Sole hugged Curie, making the scientist giggle. Curie then kept a watch on Sole the rest of the day, glad that they were okay.
Danse: Danse was not happy when he discovered that Sole was poisoned by a Radscorpion. “You should be more careful, Knight,” he told them sternly, masking his worry. Sole was in extreme pain, which worried Danse even more. He didn’t know what to do, so he set off to Diamond City to see the doctor. He prayed Sole would be fine when he got back. The Diamond City doctor gave Danse some medicine and RadAway, saying that Sole would be fine as long as they took the medicine and didn’t do too much work. Danse thanked the doctor and left, trying to get to Sole as fast as he could. When he returned to Sanctuary, he saw Sole harvesting plants. “Knight, take these,” Danse said, sitting the bag of medicine on the ground next to them. “Aw, thanks, Danse!” They smiled, standing up to give him a quick hug. He stiffly hugged back, trying to keep his cool. Sole took their medicine and continued harvesting, Danse keeping a close watch to make sure they were fine.
Deacon: Deacon is not a doctor, so when Sole gets sick after eating too much radiated food, he doesn’t know what to do. It’s not too bad, but Deacon has never been really close to someone as he is with Sole, so he overreacts. “Are you okay? Do you need some soup, a blanket?” He asked in a fretting way. “Deacon, I’ll be okay!” They laughed. “It’s just a little stomach bug, don’t worry!” Sole pat his shoulder, walking off. Still, Deacon didn’t like that they were sick, so he immediately went to Curie to get some Stimpaks and water. “Sole does not need too many Stimpaks, Monsieur Deacon,” she told him. “They just have ze stomach bug, nothing too serious.” He shrugged off what she said and went back to Sole, finding them throwing up in a toilet. He quickly sat the medicine down to comfort them. “Hey, hey, it’s okay, breathe,” he whispered as he rubbed their back and moved their hair. When Sole was done, Deacon gave Sole some water and a Stimpak in case they needed it. The two of them stayed in that bathroom the rest of the day.
Dogmeat: He doesn’t know what medicine is or how to get it, so when Sole is sick, Dogmeat sits by them and licks them, hoping they feel better.
Hancock: Hancock doesn’t want to lose Sole to some sickness. They don’t need to die because of a disease, they need to die of old age or when doing something cool. Hancock finds the best medicine he can and gives it to Sole, persuading them to take it. Sole says they just have a small infection, but Hancock still gives them lots of medicine, even adding in some Mentats if they need a snack. It takes Sole a while to recover, but when they tell Hancock they’re fine, he rejoices, picking them up and hugging them, laughing. He just holds Sole for a while, happy that his friend is okay.
MacCready: When Sole is sick, MacCready thinks about Duncan and his sickness. It makes MacCready really anxious and shaky, so he just sits by Sole’s side, thinking. He doesn’t think for long though because Sole asks him to go get them some medicine, which he agrees to do. He gets more medicine than necessary and gets some snacks and drinks for Sole. He helps Sole take some of the medicine, then he just sits down to think about Duncan. Sole asks him to share some stories of his son, which MacCreadh obliges to, telling silly stories about Duncan playing with toys or learning how to walk. Eventually, MacCready is crying, which prompts Sole to gently pat his back and give him some snack cakes. They both comfort each other for that day, reminiscing about their past.
Nick: Nick feels lucky that he doesn’t get sick, due to being a synth. He’s glad he doesn’t have that problem, but he still helps his friends if they’re sick. When Sole is sick, Nick gives them some antibiotics and reads them some books he found that weren’t too damaged. He takes their temperature and spoons some medicine into Sole’s mouth, prompting them to jokingly call Nick their dad. He laughs at that and says, “Well, kid, I could be.” Sole gets better fast thanks to Nick and they make sure to thank him. He just nods. “It’s what I’m here for.”
Piper: ldquo;Aw, what happened, Blue? Got a cold?” She jokingly asks Sole one day when they keep sneezing and coughing. When the Diamond City doc confirms they’re sick, Piper feels bad for teasing them and makes it up by giving them some meds. Piper lets Sole stay in Publick Occurrences while she does reporter stuff. When Piper returns, Sole is coloring and playing with Nat and it seems like they’re having the time of their lives. “Blue, what are you doing? You’re sick!” Piper frets. “I feel better, Piper,” Sole replies. “Well, at least take some more medicine,” Piper says, holding out some Med-X. Sole takes it and smiles at Piper. “Thanks for taking care of me.” Sole hugs Piper, making the reporter laugh. “Anytime, Blue!” Piper smiles, ruffling Sole’s hair.
Preston: “General, I have a se-” Preston stops his sentence when he sees Sole throwing up in a trash can. “Are you okay?” He rushes to their side and moves their hair out of the way. “I.. I’m f-fine..” they mutter, breathing roughly. “No, you’re not,” Preston scolds them, leading them into their house to their bed. “Stay here, I’ll go get you some medicine.” He leaves them and goes to Curie, getting some medicine and soup. When he returns, Sole is fast asleep, breathing softer. Preston doesn’t want to wake them up, so he gently puts some medicine on a spoon and puts it in their mouth, making sure Sole swallows. He stays in their room, keeping an eye on them while they rest. They do deserve it.
Strong: Strong doesn’t understand sickness. Super Mutants never get sick. “Don’t worry, human,” he bellows, “I will go find the Milk of Human Kindness to make you feel better!” He then pillages nearby abandoned buildings for hours, waiting for Sole to say they’re fine.
X6-88: “I don’t understand, ma'am,” X6 says, puzzled, “What do you mean you’re sick?” Sole explains to him that they are simply in pain and need medicine. “Oh. Wait here.” X6 pauses before teleporting to the Institute. When he returns, he gives Sole the medicine. “Father said this will take your pain away.” He fixes his glasses and is about to walk away when Sole smiles and says, “Aw, you do care.” When X6 freezes, they quickly say, “I’m just joking! Thank you!” X6 can’t hide the chuckle he’s trying to hold. Sole smiles at his laugh, having never heard it before and joins in. They’re glad that he isn’t as cold as he was when they first met.

Condensed Ship List
I am making a comprehensive list of all the ships I ship with all the fandoms I am in.  I will typically write for these pairings, as well. There are some ships I will never get behind, at all.  Those are fairly straight forward.  I won’t ever get behind a pairing that makes a gay character bi or straight without ANY canon evidence to back it up.  Example: Gil x SisRyder.  I also will not ship underage characters with adult characters.  Nope.  XXXXXX Never gonna happen.  Now I’m not comfortable with the whole tentacle thing from hentai, but I could give it a darn good try so long as it’s not an underage character.
I’m putting the fandoms and ships under the cut cause it’s long and extensive.  I’ll probably write for these pairings.  If it’s a video game protagonist and there is only a family name (like Ryder/Shepard) I usually just insert generic first names.  Unless I want to use my character.
Mostly this is just for my reference too.
Fandoms
Sailor Moon/Sailor Moon Crystal (I warned you I was old)
Usagi/Mamoru Inner Scouts/Knights
Fairy Tail
Nalu Gruvia Gajevy Mira/Laxus Laxus/Freed Evergreen/Elfmann Lucy/Grey Gajeel/Juvia (strictly as a friends ship, I want this to be my brotp) Leon/Juvia (a guilty pleasure ship) Jerza Erza/Mira (so sue me)
Yuri on Ice!!!
Yuri Katsuki/Viktor Emile/Michele Chris/Viktor (before Viktor meets Yuri of course)
Fallout 4
Sole Survivor/Preston Sole Survivor/Danse Sole Survivor/Piper Sole Survivor/Cait Sole Survivor/Hancock Sole Survivor/Deacon Sole Survivor/Sturges Preston/Sturges (Haven’t played NukaWorld so I’m neutral on Gage as a potential romance partner)
Skyrim
Dragonborn/any romanceable Companion Dragonborn/Brynjolf (his accent) Dragonborn/Ormund Dragonborn/Ysolda Dragonborn/Carlotta Dragonborn/Vex Dragonborn/Mercurio I’m open as long as I know the NPC/companion
Mass Effect ½/3
F!Shepard/Kaiden F!Shepard/Liara F!Shepard/Garrus (My OTP of the entire fandom really) F!Shepard/Jacob (it was a sweet ship for 2) F!Shepard/Thane (though I’m crap with writing drell anatomy) F!Shepard/Traynor F!Shepard/Aria M!Shepard/Liara M!Shepard/Kaiden M!Shepard/Tali M!Shepard/Cortez M!Shepard/Garrus (BROTP) M!Shepard/Jack
Mass Effect: Andromeda
F!Ryder/Liam F!Ryder/Reyes F!Ryder/Kandros F!Ryder/Suvi F!Ryder/Peebee F!Ryder/Vetra F!Ryder/Jaal M!Ryder/Gil M!Ryder/Reyes M!Ryder/Cora M!Ryder/Peebee M!Ryder/Kandros (Kandros hasn’t an established sexuality yet, so I play flexible with it)
Dragon Age: Origins
F!Warden (any origin)/Alistair Warden(M/F)/Zevran M!Warden/Morrigan Warden (M/F)/Lelianna (though I lean more towards F!Warden with her)
Dragon Age II
I ship them all.  M/F Hawke with all romanceable companions.
Dragon Age Inquisition
F!Inquisitor/Cullen (I like headcanon that a Qunari Inquisitor can bring Cullen around eventually but I’ve been reluctant to write it) Inquisitor/Iron Bull F!Lavellan/Solas (the angst, oh dear divines, the angst) Inquisitor/Josie F!Qunari/Sera (just my OTP, I’m open to other female Inquisitors) F!Inquisitor/Blackwall M!Inquisitor/Cassandra (my OTP is human Inquisitor, but as always, I’m open to all races) Inquisitor/Harding M!Inquisitor/Dorian F!Inquisitor/Dorian (AS my BROTP for Inqusiition, imagine the gossip that could go down with Trevelyan)
Witcher ½/3
Geralt/Yennifer Geralt/Triss
Final Fantasy VII (This is the only one I truly have a decent grasp of the personalities for)
Cloud/Tifa Aerith/Zack
RWBY (I won’t write smut for this fandom unless it involves the adult characters.  Call it a character flaw but they are considered underage in their universe)
Yang/Blake Ruby/Weiss Weiss/Blake Qrow/Winter Blake/Sun Ruby/Sun Neptune/Sun Neptune/Weiss (as a non-toxic relationship)
D&D/Pathfinder (I am completely open to this fandom, any pairing that can physically work will get a chance)
My BROTP is my PCs. Mira (human cleric of Calistria the goddess of lust, vengeance, and trickery) and Poppi (my gnome alchemist that specializes in bombs).  They have so many shenanigans that I am tempted to write short stories about their adventures.                *They’re wanted in one city because Poppi accidentally created the wrong potion for the mayor and put him into a coma.  Mira wasn’t high enough level to reverse the effects.  So they got the hell out of Dodge.
