sources and credits exist not only for the sake of respecting the original creators of content but to keep the full context of the situations pictured and to preserve them in a credible way for future audiences. yes we live in an age where the original sources often get lost due to things circulating through social media but if you're the person moving a piece of content from one platform to another, the least you can do is leave a little note saying where you originally found it.

and when it's about gifs, ripping them from whoever made them and reposting them is just a major cunt move lol. like ok no one can stop you from doing that but you gotta be prepared for people to justifiably think you're a bitch! it's that simple! :)
