Garden therapy is one of the best things to happen to me. I just love all my lil babies so much and they will always listen to my problems 😂 anyway here's some progress pics!

Trying the chicken at Texas Roadhouse!

So, we went to Texas Roadhouse for a belated Valentine’s dinner, and of course, we started out with a cactus blossom. It’s sometimes referred to as a Blooming Onion or an Onion Blossom, but it’s still the same thing and still really yummy. Emily really liked the dipping sauce it came with, but I personally prefer ranch.

We then got a Caesar salad that had probably been fresh cut off of Caesar himself! LOL! In all seriousness, the salad was really good and very fresh—a much needed bit of vegetation for the main course that was to come!

Our main course was a delicious set of chicken critters with a small bowl of seasoned rice and some ranch for dipping sauce. Surprisingly, for a place that’s predominantly known for steak, their chicken is absolutely en pointe. The rice was also very delicious, shockingly good for an American-based franchise.
