Another New Year come and gone and honestly, Priya was glad for the holidays to be over, to go back to normalcy and to not feel like she was alone- given that everywhere she looked was happy families or lovey dovey couples with each other. Pretty much neither of which she had.

Trying not to get too stuck in her head, Priya walked into the smoke shop, something she hadn't set foot in in years since she stopped smoking as much once she'd been married. Heading over to the counter, she shot the man behind it a little smile. "Will you give me a hard time if I say I don't have the first clue what I'm looking for? Places like this have changed since I was in high school."

Sidney furrowed her brows sliding over to sit next to Mason.

She wasn't sure how to approach the situation at hand, considering all that he'd been through and still dealt with, hunting demons and such.

This time it seemed like he had lack of sleep for the past day possibly, at least from her perspective, it seemed so.

She should know, sleepless nights were semi normal for her.

He also disappeared for a day, which for most people she knew, would worry her, but for him it seemed normal enough for her not to worry a crazy amount.

It's the least she could do, offering something was the first thing she could think of.

myra ryger — lil side gorl for the dragon show bc i’m predictable. she was someone completely different before, but, i figured i could do more with her this way. she’s from house ryger, but, left the riverlands as a teen when her cousin (denys) was being warded there, and moved to oldtown with her great aunt. she’s a harpist and singer and a moderate seamstress and subsequently marries and has a few kids with hottie hightower because they couldn’t behave and keep their hands to themselves. war timeline shes returned to the willows wood, her fathers dead, her cousin is now lord of their house and he’s cray cray and bootlicking the greens HARD. she ends up sending her two kids away because she’s getting some funky feelings that something terrible is going to happen so she’s prolly not gonna make it 😭

mason novak — one of my tlou2 babies! he’s a member in WLF that’s kinda fallen to wayside as the group went in hard on the seraphites. he’s been looking for a way out for a while and a lot of the others knew + his little bestie had joined up with the opposite side and they realized he was being too soft on them and well … they tried to get rid of him after he started being too lenient when their supply lines were being hit. he ends up being taken in by @queennymeria ‘s ,raquel, and the two of them hsve their magical frenemies to friends to lovers arc and once they escape to canada, they have their own little family (with their bb. ozzy) 😌💕

marik thayer — durge bb. he’s still in there cooking since my nonexistent attention span never lets me finish a pt before i start another one but he’s gonna be a fall project for me 💀 srry my conflicted king … he’s all vibes rn.

maeve péralez — an re oc! she lived in rc as a kid (where her mom worked as a cop) and she ended up getting stuck in that whole mess. it left her with a lot of trauma (obviously!) since she lost the only family she had, but, she did okay-ish despite it all. eventually she moved to alaska (with her dog) and was just living her life until the bsaa came knocking and she eventually joined up with them. she met jake during the RE6 timeline and they ended up together 💕

Am I the asshole? ...Am I the asshole? Harvey was conflicted, brows knitting as he stared at the nest on her head, clenching his jaw with a seething glare. The ever-present baby bump had hidden itself until now— making itself known long after he decided he was going to be annoyed with a... line cutter. But he couldn't help but put his own thoughts to the people who witnessed her step in front of him. "She's with child— is he really going to say something?" The thought alone left him frustrated. He wanted to let it go, but Harvey always had a hard time giving up on his emotions. He had the tendency to sit with them until he was sick of himself.

Harvey heaves out a sharp sigh, hoping it was enough to get his message across, and decides to leave it at that. He wasn't one for confrontation, and besides— what was another ....fifteen minutes? Rubbing his brows, Harvey groans silently. He takes a look at his basket, debating if what he was buying was even worth the wait. He looks up, eyes searching before him as he fans himself. He could feel the heat from the outside getting to him despite the A/C blasting inside. Why wasn't there another register open? Harvey was on the verge of losing his shit— God, I really shouldn't have stayed up all night. It was then, in his desperate attempt to focus his attention on something else (other than wanting to start a fight with an expecting mother), Harvey meets eyes with someone else. Oh god, did it look like I wanted to strangle this woman?

While Eli was out, James decided to do a little test run of the crutches. He wasn't supposed to use them for another week, but fuck was he bored. As a surprise to no one but him, he didn't make it far. James lay on the grass in front of the house, trying to catch his breath at how much exertion it took to even make it to this point. Fuck this sucked. Hearing someone's voice, he lifted his head to see who it was. Maybe they could help him back inside so Eli didn't have to know his shame. "Huh?"

Forget about it being February. How is it even March now? You say about your birthday being wees after Christmas, what about people who hae their birthday the day after Christmas. Mine is a month before Christmas. At the moment, I am in rehearsals. As for playing FIFA, I am not sure how good I would be to play against. It would be too easy for you. Also, we are in two different parts of the UK.

Chapter 1 of 2025 is done.. is anybody else happy to see the back of January? I love it for one reason alone, I celebrate my birthday which means more presents only weeks after Christmas, but also how inconsiderate of my mother to give birth to me in the month that everybody is trying to save money and the world feels at it's most blue. Guess somebody had to pull the short straw. What've we all been up to this month? Back to schedule and work I guess? Your boy is still injured, as if that's going to surprise anyone, 'cause I've been injured for most of my time here in Manchester now.. starting to become the lifestyle. Though, that's just meant extended time in front of the consoles, and I'm telling you, I've become undefeated at FIFA all month round.. apart from that one time someone beat me on penalties, but that doesn't count, does it? "I really hope you're right. I'm not too good with outright rejection. I like to be liked." Mason admitted, knowing that he had to kind of accept that he wasn't going to be everyones cup of tea, but that didn't stop him from trying to endear himself to people.
