I had been a while since James had checked on Marlene, he felt terrible for it, as he usually was on top of things, but lately his brain was scattered, lightly buzzing with the idea that something big was always around the corner, that if he blinked he either would get attacked or missed something important to relay to the Order.

However, he reminded himself that he needed to also be himself, to enjoy the life that he actually had and try to be with his friends, instead of only having his head on a mission.

He knocked on Marlene's flat and waited for the hit wizard to open.

While Wren wasn't usually the fancy lounge type, she figured she'd see what all the fuss was about and at least get a drink out of it--or two, since she had connections. So dressing up fairly nicely, Wren headed in and grinned when she saw Marley, heading over to her. "What are the odds you have a break coming up soon and can come sit with me at the bar and wrangle me a drink for free?"

Roxy gasped when she spotted Marley in the dining room and she nearly jumped over the counter just to get to her. "You're just in time! I've been experimenting in the kitchen. Yes, my oven is still broken." More like, her oven was burnt to a crisp. Roxy was an excellent cook but sometimes things could get out of hand, which is exactly what happened when she accidentally set her oven on fire several months ago. The Aurora Bay Fire Department was called to her home in Fisher's Cove and they put it out for her. Thankfully, Roxy and Cookie (her pet rabbit) were totally fine.

"You wanna be my guinea pig?" Roxy laughed as she led Marley to the counter so she could grab what she'd been working on in the kitchen.

"Do you know how many refills of this I've had?" Marley slurred, her gaze lazily trailing between her friend and her red plastic cup. "Because I've lost count. I feel good, though. Like, so good. Good enough that I could straight up do a Britney Spears level dance routine in the middle of the living room right now. I'm not going to," she clarified, gesturing with her hand for emphasis before letting it snake its way over to rest on Josie's upper thigh, "but I could. Unless you want me to, then that changes this whole thing. For you? I'd do it. I'd literally do anything. That is how much I love you, babes." / @starbrght

It has been done! Meadow finally has a design and I think he’s cute :3. I forgot to add his horns at first, but in the end I kind of like it. He’s just a silly guy who loves his big fish boyfriend. I had to add some extra doodles of him and Marley together, it’s just fun for me! My brain is blanking big time so I can’t explain or fully know what I’m gonna do with the two of them, but what ever I plan I’m excited as I quite like them both.

Its definitely gained in popularity lately. But, yes, that's the primary factor in joining tumblr again for me, anyway. Seeing everyones updates makes my lunch breaks all the more interesting.

tl;dr im hyperfixating on sans aus so i’m taking a little break from uty and my comic

iirc i haven’t posted much these past few days and i probably won’t be posting much uty or c!overtale for a while :( i’m getting a little burnt out on it because i did a lot of work to get that like. 7 page c!overtale update out a month ago and i’m just. ugh. yknow? that along with dealing with school starting again and my shitty ex and health issues are just. ugh.

i’ve been obsessed with it for a few months i just need a little hyperfixation break, nothings cancelled i promise >:3 i just need some time to post some stupid skeletons, Clover’s here to stay!

i may post doodles and answer asks in the mean time, if you really wanna see them again you can always ask lucky some things •Uu0•

i’m so appreciative of the uty fandom and all the mutuals and friends i’ve made because of it 💛 you are all wonderful and talented people and i’m honored to share a space with you all, i just need to step back for maybe a week, maybe a month, just. some time. so i can really enjoy undertale yellow again :]

"Oh yeah? You'd love the one about what you call two banana peels, then." Marley knew that there was tension there, the entire room feeling like the personification of television static between them. Still, it was hard to not fall back into her natural way of things with Jo. Her life may had come and caused a tornado-like rift to everything she knew, but it didn't change her feelings. Not one bit. "Cool," she nodded, patting the top of one of the cars closest to her and flinching slightly as the metal banged back at her. "That's really cool, though, that you have a job. Adulting...9-5's...all that shit." She was going for a joking manner, and she was sure that anywhere else it would've been funny. She didn't love that she had to try and be funny, though, not when it used to come naturally. "Listen, are you...can we...ugh," she groaned, annoyed with how hard it was to feel normal. "Are you busy right now? I mean, clearly, yeah, but do you think we can...talk? Like before?"

"Oh, thanks for the clarification. I haven't heard a joke in a really long time." She responded, deadpan, though being completely sarcastic at the same time. It was hard not to grin, watching the other blonde curiously. It was a whole lot different seeing her in person than it was when she was watching her every move, every single story in Instagram. Every movie. "Well, yeah. You could say that. It's sort of my job, so... y'know. Gotta do what you gotta do to, uh, make a living. Right?" She knew that she sounded a bit awkward, not normally being so... nervous. But Marley was different in that way. She felt nervous around her.

❝ huh. ❞ funny, how the sight of blood soaking through his shirt barely warrants a reaction from him. the old him might of panicked by now; hah. he'd of probably started bawling about like a child. of course the wound itself is a surprise, floch hadn't realised he'd gotten hurt in the first place. he doesn't feel it. why was that he wonders? the pain would probably hit him the second his adrenaline settled.

Still getting some inspiration from it being MerMay so enjoy Marley and Meadow! Didn’t plan on it becoming a bigger piece but I’m not complaining as it was fun to draw.
