Rotten roofs !😣 During this renovation, when we removed the drywall, the plywood sheets were completely black. There was a serious moisture issue here and further investigation revealed an incorrectly vented bathroom fan and blocked gable vents. We chose an industrial bleach for this project and were were able to restore the color and kill the mold successfully. Another happy client and a bad day for the spores.
