What’s Noctis like as a teacher?

Secretly grateful that his two subjects (swordsmanship and physical education) don't require any written tests so his students can't know he's still bad with kanji to this day, but you didn't hear that from me!

He strives to be a fun, laidback teacher, I think! It's not a position he ever thought he'd find himself in, so even five years down the line he still kind of feels a bit like a square peg in a round hole, but he's doing his best! He tries to learn from the teachers he's had in the past- and by that I mean, he takes from them mostly what not to do. Which is great, because he's had a lot of shitty teachers, man.

(was he always the best student? no. but some of his teachers were just shit, and he'll maintain this to his dying day.)

he tries to pay attention to each student's specific needs! how he'd train say, shiemi would be completely different from how he'd train suguro- he has different expectations for different levels of physical activity. he's not perfect, but he tries his best and is willing to admit it if he ever fucks up in any way.

he's just also generally friendly and easy to talk to!

(just uh. don't ask him for help with the certification exam. for no reason in particular. he definitely took it. he didn't get his rank and job through nepotism. he has no relation to mephisto, promise.)

also he is 100% passing on shura's legacy of stupid attack names. he's gotta.
