A particularly gruesome Parsee redesign under the cut.

What I like about my design

- the strings are fun. Especially for the face. Her youkai are supposed to paint their faces red and I think this gets that sorta thing across (just like the official design, the strings would be red if colored in). She also has strings forming an eye as a necklace. Remember when she did that cool ass eye thing in Cheating Detective Satori? I do that shit was awesome

- the heels, among other things

What I would change

- she looks a lot like a martial artist which Parsee is not. Nothing the drawing board can’t fix XD

"FELIZ JUEVES MURASA"

Byakuren runs by in a hurry, needing to make sure to deliver Valentine gifts to each of the temple devotees. The day had sadly gotten late and now she was having to rush, but she would sit and talk with her dear captain later. Though it may seem as if Byakuren had simply blitzed by, when Murasa looked down a uniform had been placed into her hands.

In place of a tag was a note reading Happy Valentine's Day.

(I had been linking the art I used in many of these but this one is one I really want to emphasize. It is made by the creator Griffon's Sandlebag who create a large number of custom D&D magic items including very nice art for them. I use their art a lot in my games and the items tend to be high quality too. So if any folks that are into tabletop games see this one and think it looks nice, I highly implore you to check them out)

"Whoah! Hijiri-sama? Wait-" Despite her attempt to grab her attention, Byakuren leaves as quickly as she arrived. Murasa contemplates going after her for a moment, but instead looks down at the gift that's been placed in her arms.

Upon closer inspection, it appears to be a brand new uniform! One perfectly fitted to her size. She wastes no time trying it on and finding the nearest mirror to see how she looks in it. No doubt she's gonna have to make a run to the nearest sweet vendor to return the favor.

Noticed your tag, Alice was once human...at least according to Akyuu. I don't think Alice herself ever confirmed this. Akyuu's sources are frequently, "I made it up" so she could be wrong about Alice being formerly human...but I think she's right in this case.

Either way, Alice's humanity likely existed prior to her entering Gensokyo. She may have become a full-fledged magician in Makai first. Similar to how Byakuren became a magician prior to Gensokyo existing....and then sealed in Makai. Huh. I wonder if they ever came across each other?

Oh my god could you imagine the lore. Hm, then I guess I misremembered what source I got it from.

i have to tag byakuren hijiri by her full name because i love the name byakuren hijiri so much i love the way that it sounds the cadence of it. in fact I love it so much that I regularly call various touhou characters who are not byakuren hijiri, byakuren hijiri, because I forgot their names at some point when I was first learning about touhou and my brain autocompletes "byakuren hijiri" as the default name for any touhou character whose name I forget.
