THE STORY :

Hailing from one of the oldest families in the Bone Court, Darius served as a proficient hunter and ruthless devourer of any tribe that his party came across. He was by all accounts a model Upyr; the mould by which all of the upper class was to be cast. Despite his young age, he was seen as the next successor of the Hollow Throne due not only to his exemplary behavior, but also because the current King was his first cousin.

The King fell ill and welcomed death while Darius was on a hunt, and rather than being welcomed back as the next in line, he witnessed his cousin Gabriel take the crown that was rightfully his. The younger Upyr was caught in the middle of a silent civil war; those who supported his unsung claim to the throne were dealt with swiftly, all without Gabriel batting an eye. Some would be mysteriously killed on a hunt, or simply vanish in the night and never return. To save his own skin, Darius publicly denounced any claim he might have had and pledged his full support to the current King. Out of feigned kindness, Darius was granted a seat on Gabriel’s inner council, for despite their feud he was still an Upyr the people looked up to. It was only natural for him to offer to accompany his King to Sanctuary.

He keeps his cards close to his chest, and not even his fellow Upyr know his motivations at any given time. Though Darius pledges his loyalty to the Bone Queen he has never forgotten how power was stolen from him in the dead of night and intends to make right of it no matter the cost. Even if he means he has to turn his back on his people and work with the other species to get what is rightfully his. He is a firm believer in ‘silence is golden,’ rarely revealing his intentions to the Queen herself.

Good afternoon, all!

With the change of season at Sanctuary, the warmth of the Winter Festival has given way to a chilling murder. In our newest plot An Effort to Disturb the Peace, a dead body has been found which has incited some tensions between the supernatural and human factions. As everyone seeks to find the killer (if only to clear their own name) it seems not everything in Sanctuary is as peaceful as it should be. Due to a slight personal issue, the investigation continuance was delayed. It will be posted tomorrow, 15 January. We apologize for the delay.

We have some crucial plot members that are needed here at BVB! Our Bone King and leader of the Upyr, Gabriel Albescu, is crucial to continuing much of our current plot and future events between the Tribunal. We would love to have some interest in him! Hello everyone! How are you lovely people doing?

Our Winter Festival Event is going well and we’ve got some big plans coming up. This is BVB’s first big event and we couldn’t be happier at all of the excitement our members are putting out!!

Our next acceptance day is Saturday, 9th of December!  You can check out our most wanted characters here. Some of them include Darius Vasilescu, Anton Dashep and Milena Ivanov. The rest of the canon characters are open for perusal in our Directory. We’re closer to evening out the ratio with 4 Humans, 3 Wicked, 4 Vampires, and 2 Upyr.

We’re also accepting OCs! So, if you have anyone in mind that you think will fit in the chaos, or maybe add to it, you’re most welcome to apply for them here.

We would love to see some new members come our way!

In the meantime we’re will be here all day every day to answer any questions you might have. Things are starting to heat up!
