Hi! I'm a trans guy pre on everything but i got my first doctor appointment on my local LGBT+ health's office and wanted to ask you, i know we all are different with our own doubts and experieces but still, what would you rec me to ask them? like in general doubts or explaining procedures/treatments. Bc sometimes i get anxious and forget to ask questions. Thank you in avance!
Howdy, sorry for the late reply! Let’s see, questions you can ask:
What are the benefits and pitfalls of each of the types of HRT available to me?
Which changes are permanent and which require HRT upkeep?
How will HRT affect my fertility or lack thereof? (Personal note: T is not birth control!!)
How soon should I start to see changes on each type of HRT?
If I get put on injections, will I be allowed to self-inject?
If so, ask for a demonstration of where and how to do it
How many weeks worth of T can I get at a time?
How often will I need to come in for blood tests?
(If you had blood work) Based on my blood work results, should I change anything about my diet or supplements?
Who can I contact if I need an emergency refill?
Who can I contact if something seems to be going wrong (not seeing results, unexpected results, etc)
What kind of surgical options are available to me? What kind of paperwork do I need for those?
(If you’re at all interested in or curious about surgical options) Can you recommend a surgical practice?
What all do I need in order to change my legal name and gender marker? Can I get help with the paperwork/legal aspect from somewhere local?
If you get put on injectable T: How should I dispose of my sharps boxes? (see below)
From experience: if you do get onto injectable T and are allowed to self-inject, shop online for three things in bulk:
1 mL Luer-lock disposable syringe barrels (I recommend BD general use, they’re great)
20 ga Luer-lock tri-bevel hypodermics (for drawing liquid)
23 to 25 ga Luer-lock tri-bevel hypodermics (for injecting)
A box of 100 of each will last you almost 2 years. Your pharmacy might offer you these free, but my experience has been that they’re kind of crap (dull needles are not fun); YMMV.
You can use a square of toilet paper soaked in 70% rubbing alcohol to sterilize your injection site, and another square to hold on the site after withdrawal afterward.
You will also need a “sharps box,” which is any sturdy, disposable plastic container that you can seal. You could spend $$ on buying a medical-grade one, but I just use an empty laundry detergent bottle. When it’s full, wrap the whole thing thoroughly in duct tape and write BIOHAZARD - SHARPS on each side. Where I live, I can just toss them into the trash like that, but it might be different where you live.
Best of luck, brother. :)

Life protip: if you live anywhere near a Dollar Tree, you can make an online order for a shit (har har) ton of toilet paper (among other things) and get it delivered to the nearest store for free pickup
Like you have to buy it in bulk, but damn it's a good deal. 24 packs of 4 rolls = 96 rolls of TP for $30
Not too bad imo

Efficient Business Operations: Benefits of Custom Made Packaging in Australia
Office supplies are necessary for every company's operations to run smoothly. Custom made packaging in Australia is required for safe transport of products. The largest office supply wholesalers make sure that all of their items, including cafeteria and washroom supplies as well as spiral film, are conveniently accessible online. The best retailers keep the bulk of things in stock, enabling businesses to simply and swiftly satisfy all of their requirements. Additionally, it saves time because personnel can operate more efficiently without having to worry about necessary equipment.
Tumblr media
It is advisable to buy custom packaging boxes wholesale from a leading seller when a company needs a lot of packaging done in order to acquire the boxes for a very low price. Stretch films, cartons, boxes, and similar items are required because warehouses and e-commerce companies usually need to properly package their products before sending them to clients to prevent damage. The best part about buying from reliable wholesalers is that they regularly hold clearance sales during which items may be bought for significantly less money.
Listing Only a Few of The Many Possible Product Categories
Strapping and Accessories: These are used to bind and secure items for storage and transit. Popular types of strapping include steel strapping, poly strapping, steel strapping seals, and many others. Strapping is used in particular for delicate or dangerous products to prevent accidents and keeping goods securely.
Restroom & Cafeteria: These supplies, which include hand sanitising gel, toilet cleansers, toilet paper, and roll towel dispensers, are necessary to maintain a secure and hygienic environment. To provide customers with a pleasurable and comfortable dining experience, cafeteria supplies such as plates, cups, cutlery, and napkins are necessary for any food-related business.
An adequate quantity of office supplies enables employees to do their tasks in a timely and effective manner. You may purchase leading brand products online or call the online sellers for further information on your query.

One such essential item is toilet paper, utilized by billions of individuals worldwide. Opting to buy toilet paper directly from the manufacturer can yield significant advantages, including reduced costs, guaranteed product quality, and a positive impact on the environment. This essay delves into the benefits of purchasing factory toilet paper in bulk, outlines the process of procuring toilet paper directly from the manufacturer, and offers practical tips to ensure a seamless experience.
Tumblr media
The Advantages of Buying Toilet Paper Direct from the Manufacturer
a. Cost Savings: By bypassing intermediaries like distributors and retailers, purchasing toilet paper directly from the manufacturer allows consumers to save on costs. Bulk purchases, such as bulk toilet paper 96 rolls packages, enable manufacturers to offer more competitive pricing due to economies of scale, providing customers with a lower cost per roll.
b. Quality Assurance: Manufacturers strive to maintain their reputation and brand image. When dealing directly with them, consumers can expect higher quality products. Stringent quality control measures are often implemented, ensuring that the toilet paper maintains consistent softness, strength, and durability. If a company has registered on the B2B platform, its qualifications can also be checked through the platform. Platforms such as Alibaba and Made in China.
c. Environmental Impact: Directly buying toilet paper from the manufacturer contributes to a reduced environmental footprint. Eliminating multiple distribution channels lowers excessive packaging, transportation emissions, and overall waste. Additionally, some manufacturers adopt sustainable sourcing and production practices, making their products more environmentally friendly.
The Process of Buying Toilet Paper Direct from the Manufacturer
a. Research and Identify Manufacturers: Conduct thorough research to identify reputable toilet paper manufacturers. Utilize search engines and online directories, considering factors like reputation, product range, pricing, and shipping policies.
b. Contact the Manufacturer: Reach out to the manufacturer's sales or customer service department to inquire about their product offerings, pricing for bulk purchases, shipping options, and other relevant details. While negotiating the price, also request samples from the manufacturer to ensure that the quality is consistent with your expectations.
c. Negotiation and Pricing: Engage in negotiations to secure the best deal possible. Bulk purchases often allow for price adjustments or additional benefits such as free shipping or promotional offers.
d. Place the Order: After finalizing the details, place the order directly with the manufacturer. Ensure all terms and conditions are agreed upon and request written confirmation to avoid misunderstandings.
e. Payment and Delivery: Arrange payment according to the manufacturer's accepted methods. Upon processing the payment, the manufacturer will coordinate the delivery of the factory toilet paper. Track the shipment for timely arrival.
Practical Tips for a Successful Experience
a. Read Reviews and Testimonials: Prior to finalizing the purchase, read reviews and testimonials from other customers who have bought toilet paper from the same manufacturer. Gain insights into product quality and the overall buying experience.
b. Check for Certifications: Ensure the manufacturer adheres to industry standards and possesses relevant certifications for their products. Look for certifications related to quality, safety, and environmental practices. Such as ISO90001 and FSC certificates, and products test reports.
c. Plan Ahead: Buying toilet paper in bulk directly from the manufacturer may require significant storage space. Plan accordingly to accommodate the purchase and avoid inconvenience. If importing from foreign factories, it is necessary to prepare a safety inventory plan in advance. Because this may take a long time to prepare the goods.
Acquiring toilet paper direct from the manufacturer is a prudent choice, providing advantages in terms of cost savings, quality assurance, and environmental responsibility. Bulk purchases, like opting for bulk toilet paper 96 rolls packages, facilitate competitive pricing and long-term supply. Embracing this approach not only benefits consumers but also contributes to a sustainable and economically viable method of obtaining a household essential. As the trend grows, individuals collectively foster a positive impact on both their wallets and the planet.

How to manage finances
Introduction
A lot of time has been spent thinking about money. I’ve thought about it from the perspective of being a parent, an employee, and an entrepreneur. And after spending so much time thinking about these different financial situations, I’ve come up with a few tips that can help you manage your finances better than most people:
Having a budget is a good start
Budget are plans for spending your money. It helps you stay within a budget and meet your financial goals, whether that’s buying a car or paying off debt.
A budget can be created in several different ways:
By creating an Excel spreadsheet that matches up income with expenses;
Using an app on your phone (like Mint); or
Asking someone else—like an accountant who specializes in personal finance management—to help you create one!
Automate your payments
Automating your payments is a great way to save time and money. You can automate your bills and savings, as well as any regular expenses that you pay each month (like utility bills).
There are two main ways to automate payments: direct debit or automatic payment.
Get rid of credit card debt
If you have credit card debt, it’s important to get rid of it. Credit card companies are notorious for charging high interest rates and fees, so if you’re paying more than 10% interest on your balances each month (and this includes any additional charges like late fees or over-the-limit fees), then keeping that money in your pocket isn’t going to help at all.
In order to get rid of credit card debt, start by looking at your monthly bills and seeing how much money is owed—and then asking yourself how long it would take if everything went perfectly? Would an unexpected expense come up one day where there wasn’t enough money in the bank? Who could loan me some cash until payday which might be two weeks from now? You could also consider renting out rooms through Airbnb or similar sites; however, this may not work out well if things don’t go well because most landlords won’t give their properties away for free! It’s always better safe than sorry when dealing with finances so look into methods like these first before making drastic decisions such as selling off assets that aren’t worth anything anymore due simply because someone else wants them more than what they’re actually worth.”
Reduce your expenses
If you have a limited budget, it’s important to look for ways to reduce your expenses as much as possible. There are so many ways that individuals can save money:
Look for discounts or coupon codes online. You may be able to find a discount if buying in bulk or at certain times of year (for example, buying toilet paper when it’s on sale). You could also take advantage of free shipping if shopping online and find out about cashback offers from websites like Ebates and Checkout 51 (which offer up to 2% back on all purchases).
Be careful with how much money you’re spending at restaurants; consider eating at home instead of going out every night! It doesn’t cost anything extra when you go out but there are often costs associated with eating out (including food), so why not save those dollars?
Create an emergency fund
The most important part of your finances is the emergency fund. It should be enough to cover three to six months’ worth of expenses, with a little extra for unexpected expenses. You should save it in a safe place (like an interest-bearing account) and not touch it unless you really need that money.
When creating an emergency fund, remember: don’t put any money into it until you’ve set aside enough cash in other accounts first! This will help avoid compounding interest issues later on down the road when trying to access funds from your savings accounts at banks or credit unions during tough times; instead, use this time wisely by investing into stocks/bonds which offer higher yields than fixed income instruments like CDs or savings accounts do – this way you’ll earn returns while still maintaining liquidity levels needed today’s economy demands from consumers who wish nothing more than peace of mind when paying bills monthly after month throughout 2016
You don’t need to be rich to manage your finances well
You don’t need to be rich to manage your finances well. The key is being smart with your money, and you can start small and build up from there.
It’s also important not to get too caught up in the idea that there’s one right way of doing things when it comes to managing your finances—which means you may need help from a professional accountant or financial adviser who knows what they’re talking about (and who will be able to tell whether a particular strategy works for someone else).
Have a budget
Tumblr media
Save for retirement
The most important thing you can do for your retirement is to save. Saving is the only way to make sure that your income will be there when you need it, whether it’s during a financial emergency or in retirement.
There are two kinds of savings: emergency savings and long-term savings. Long-term saving involves saving towards investments such as stocks, bonds, etc., while short-term savings refers to putting money into an account where interest rates are higher than those offered by banks—and therefore more profitable (but also riskier).
The difference between these two types of accounts has implications for how much risk you’re willing to take on when investing them; if someone wants a safe investment with low returns but high safety features like FDIC insurance coverage then they might want something like CDs (certificates of deposit). But if someone wants higher returns with less protection from market fluctuations then they’d look at high quality stocks instead!
Learn to ask for help
In order to manage your finances well, you must learn how to ask for help. You may be thinking that asking for help is a sign of weakness or less-than-steely resolve, but this is not the case. When we ask others for their expertise in any area of life, it shows that we are willing to put ourselves second and rely on them instead of trying everything on our own.
To use myself as an example: I have had some financial struggles over the years—even though I’m only 31 years old!—and lack of knowledge about budgeting led me down many dead ends until I finally found someone who could teach me how to manage my money better. The person I am referring as my teacher was not just any random person; rather he was someone who already had some experience with handling money successfully himself (or herself). It took time and effort before he would teach me what his advice entailed; however once we started working together things started flowing much smoother than ever before!
Make a financial plan
Define your goals and objectives.
Create a budget.
Determine how much money you need to save for retirement and how much money you need to save for emergencies, investments and other financial goals.
Make investing a key part of your financial life
It is best to invest your money if you want to grow it. It’s a long term game that requires patience and discipline, but it’s worth it in the end.
You need to be patient when investing, because it takes time for companies or markets to recover from bad decisions or economic downturns. You also need to be careful not to invest in things you don’t understand—you can’t predict what will happen next! And finally: don’t try too hard; sometimes it takes just one good idea at work or at home (or maybe even just sitting on your couch) before something else comes along that helps improve your situation overall.”
Manage your debt
Credit cards: Establish a budget, so you know how much you can spend each month. Then, make sure that your card payments are made on time and within the limits of your credit limit.
Student loans: If possible, try to pay back what you owe as quickly as possible. You may also want to look into consolidation programs that allow for easier repayment options or lower interest rates on new loans from multiple lenders (especially if they’re offering better terms).
Mortgages: You should take advantage of any mortgage rate reductions offered by lenders; otherwise, consider refinancing with another lender with lower rates if needed! Be aware that there may be tax implications involved with refinancing–check out this article for more information: [link].
Car loans: If possible, try taking out an auto loan instead of financing directly through a dealership; this way there won’t be any additional fees associated with buying used vehicles (like sales tax).
Pay off the right debts first
The best way to manage your finances is to pay off the right debts first.
You should prioritize paying off the debts with the highest interest rate, or at least make sure that it’s not owed on any credit card accounts. If you have multiple loans, prioritize them according to their interest rates before deciding which one needs to be paid off next.
The best way to pay off debt is by making sure that you’re never in debt again—and this means getting rid of all of your bad habits too!
Once a year, rebalance your portfolio
Rebalancing is a process of shifting the assets within a portfolio toward those with higher potential returns, or decreasing the allocations to lower-returning assets. This can help you avoid taking too much risk and missing out on potential gains. It can also help prevent losses from happening in situations where stocks decline as interest rates rise (and vice versa).
Reduce your expenses
The first step to managing your finances is reducing your expenses. Try to identify where you spend money that doesn’t really need to be spent and cut down on those expenses.
Make a list of all of your monthly bills, including utility bills and car insurance payments, as well as any other recurring expenses like rent or mortgage payments or student loan interest rates. This will help give you an idea of what types of things are keeping up with costs in the long term—and if there are any areas where they can be reduced significantly without sacrificing quality or service (like switching from cable TV).
Look for ways to save money on utility bills by taking advantage of programs offered by local governments (such as discounted water heating systems) or through online services like Energy Star Switching Kit that automatically recalculates usage based on weather forecasts rather than manually setting timers every day.*Look into getting rid of cable television altogether; many people find they can get all the channels they want without paying very much more than $10 per month.*Switch over from cell phone providers who charge high rates for data access alone; instead opt for prepaid plans which offer unlimited minutes/texts but no actual data usage charges!
These tips can help you get started managing your money in a way that will help you more than hurt you
If you’re looking to start managing your finances, it’s important to know that budgeting is the first step. You can’t manage what you don’t measure and without a plan, there’s no way of knowing where your money is going. Before making any changes in your spending habits, it’s crucial that you have a clear understanding of where every penny goes so that when the time comes for adjustments (if needed), they can be made more easily and effectively.
MY OPINION
We hope this article helped you gain a better understanding of how to manage your finances. Now that you know what it takes to get started, we suggest taking the first step by making a budget and keeping track of your spending. It’s also important to remember that there is no such thing as perfect money management – so don’t beat yourself up if something goes wrong! Good luck!

Why You Should Buy Janitorial Supplies Online
You might be able to have one less thing to worry by ensuring your workplace has plenty of janitorial supplies. For a productive and happy workplace, you need industrial quality paper towels, hand soaps as well as toilet paper. Wholesale suppliers can save you a lot of money on cleaning supplies. For businesses, offices, restaurants, or other establishments to function efficiently, they will require quality cleaning products.
Tumblr media
If you do your research and find the right wholesaler, you don't necessarily have to buy in bulk in order to save money. Wholesalers can offer significant discounts because they still make money from bulk purchases, even though the price per unit is lower. It is very unlikely that you can buy janitorial supplies at the same quantity from your local store. Even if you could, you wouldn't enjoy a significant price drop. You don't need to worry about whether you have enough space to store bulk quantities. They are usually packed in a safe and secure manner. Wholesale shops make it easier to find the brand and price you like. You might also want to share your purchase with friends and colleagues. Janitorial supplies can be used to clean any area that needs it. You can find any kind of janitorial supplies you might need online.Carrillo’s Cleaning Services Inc
When shopping for janitorial supplies at the office, don't forget about your home. The bathroom is one of the most important areas in our homes. However, it can be the hardest to keep clean. Bathroom cleaning supplies are the best way to keep a bathroom clean. All types of buildings can benefit from bathroom cleaning supplies, including single-family homes, hotels, retirement homes, college dorms, and hotels. Bathrooms are used more than any other rooms, so they need to be cleaned most. You need to be familiar with the basics of janitorial supplies before you begin cleaning your bathroom. This will allow you to understand their functions and make it easier to clean.
You can save time and money by ordering janitorial supplies online. You can order from your office or home. This allows you to be more focused on your job.
It is essential to use high-quality janitorial supplies. There are many janitorial supplies available today. Refrain from buying the first item you see. It is possible to end up spending a lot of money or buying the wrong type of supply.
Prices for janitorial supplies on the internet are much lower than wholesalers because they have lower operating costs than physical stores. You will find the product you are looking online with such a wide range of options. In these modern times, it's great to shop for green janitorial products that don't harm our environment. These products are easily absorbed by the environment and can be broken down within a month. Chemical cleaning products, on the other hand, can last hundreds of years without being destroyed. For future generations, these chemicals can cause irreparable damage to the Earth.
Although commercial janitorial supplies, such as soap and toilet paper, may not be glamorous, they are essential to any building's operations. These products are essential to any building's operation. You can find great deals on high-quality wholesale cleaning products.

SUSTAINABILITY HACKS THAT ANYONE CAN DO EASILY
- stop using paper towels. buy a swedish dishcloth instead and/or un-paper towels or just cut up old clothing to make rags if you can’t afford to buy those
- stop purchasing most cleaning products! i rarely buy cleaning products anymore. what i do is i dilute 3 parts water and 1 part white vinegar and use that to clean most of my surfaces and floors and even the sink, toilet, and shower! i usually put that in a spray bottle and it makes life easier
- stop buying most things new, unless its absolutely essential: things like toothbrush, socks, and underwear usually have to be bought new and my advice for you is choose a more sustainable option meaning maybe invest in higher quality socks and undergarments that last longer, buy from a company that uses sustainable materials and pays their workers a living wage, etc. Bamboo toothbrushes are also an option, they are much better for the earth. but the most important thing is to use what you already have first!
- buy things in bulk when/if possible. for example, i buy bar shampoo and conditioner as well as bar dish soap from a specific company i adore online. what i do is i usually stock up on these items and buy multiple at once to last me 6 months - 1 year instead of ordering multiple times continuously. buying things in bulk is often also cheaper -- especially items that are non perishable! it is less packaging waste a lot of the time and can be used to refill your containers for certain items.
- if you need something specific, check facebook marketplace, thrift shops, depop, ebay, and see if you can find it secondhand first. even buying something brand new from a sustainable company isn’t always the most sustainable option. using something already made that someone else doesn’t need anymore is more sustainable than buying a brand new one
- do things digitally! send online invites, submit hw online (if its an option), buy digital copies of books instead of hardcopies, find required textbook PDFs online instead of buying the physical copy
- buy secondhand gifts! again, through thrift-shops or online, avoid one time gifts like balloons, maybe get a secondhand book from an online website or the thrift shop, if you know they collect (x) items, find them online if you can! or maybe they would appreciate a belt? perhaps a watch, or an antique clock? or even a nice pair of wool socks!
-invest in a bidet attachment. these can be attached to your current toilet and are around $40 online, and then you may even be able to install them yourself if you look at youtube videos (its not hard at all) or hire someone to install them! saves so much toilet paper
- FIX THINGS. REPAIR ITEMS AND CLOTHING. don’t throw things out when they’re broken or ripped. try fixing them first
- recycle your (worthless) electronics, you can do this at bestbuy, microcenter, and other places. things like smart watches that are dead, old/broken phones and computers, cords, reusable batteries etc. make sure to call ahead and ask if they will take that certain item -- my microcenter store takes everything except for very old monitors and tvs and lithium batteries
- SELL YOUR CLOTHES/OTHER ITEMS! did you know most of the things donated at thrift shops end up in a landfill anyway? if you have stuff worth selling, you should sell them! if they aren’t worth selling, try seeing if a friend or family member would like them for free. posting on fb marketplace for free can also work -- sometimes people will come pick it up on the same day! if all else fails, repurpose it into a rag for cleaning or something else!
- buy less overall. this is one sure way to be more sustainable. i care about each and every single item that i own and before buying something else, i ask myself if i truly would want it or if its just an impulse buy. i’ve gotten to the point now after many years where upwards of 50% of my closet is thrifted/secondhand, but this did not happen overnight!

Winx couples during corona time, who's the hoarders, who just sleeps all day, who goes out, stuff like that? Flora x Mirta and Riven x Darcy included.
Ok so, I love making headcanons and getting asks. I do. Every single one is very much appreciated. Buuuut I’m actually quite serious when I say the majority of Winx couples just do not interest me. Definitely not enough for me to enjoy making these kinds of headcanons about them. However I do still like this ask and enjoy this general kind of format so what I’m gonna do is answer these just for the ships I do like and put it under the cut so that anyone who thinks they might feel insulted at a ship not being included can just not check and keep living in blissful ignorance:
Tecna x Timmy: These 2 would win quarantine. They’re already homebodies who prefer communicating online, so the adjustment would be real easy. They’d probably set all their friends up with accounts for some MMORPG(or just make one from scratch themselves lmao) so they can still hang out while socially distancing. I can see Timmy being pretty anxious about the whole virus itself so I think Tecna would probably handle the grocery shopping and stuff like that. She’d definitely be inclined to buy in bulk to though
Musa x Riven: These 2 would lose quarantine. It’s not like it would instantly be horrible. If we’re assuming this is all happening at a point in their relationship where they’re living together then they aren’t that couple that fights all the time anymore, but it still wouldn’t go well! They’re both still very prickly and by nature the kind of people who need their personal space and alone time. Being cooped up together would suck big time. They have to take turns running errands cause both are so desperate to just get the hell out of there for a bit
Flora x Mirta: Flora is either the most chill person about the pandemic or the least and I can’t decide which one lmao. She’s a hippie but she’s also been known to be a worry wart in a way that I think could easily translate into anxiety around the whole thing. Either way she would be pretty good at passing the time in quarantine because she just naturally has a lot of hobbies that can be done at home. I’m sure as an adult Flora would grow some of her own food already, and she’d crack down on it even harder to minimize having to go out in public. When they do have to run errands they do it together because they strike me as the kind of couple who enjoy doing that kind of thing. Mirta would have a pretty hard time not seeing her friends as she’s one of the few who’s active social life extends past that Winx/Specialist circle, so she wouldn’t get to see her own homies during the long distance squad activities they all have :(
Aisha x Nabu: They’re both pretty practical people so I think they would be level-headed about it all. No panic buying toilet paper or anything like that. I think how well they’d handle it emotionally depends very much on where they would be living. They’re both very outdoorsy people and enjoy going out. They would hate not being able to go to clubs or concerts, but if they lived in an area where they could easily go hiking or sailing without risking running into too many people they would get by just fine. But if this just happened to hit while they were living in a city with little outdoor space nearby they would have a much harder time. In that situation I could see one or both of them falling into a funk. I think Nabu would be running most of the errands, Aisha doesn’t mind doing them, but Nabu actually really likes the small talk and meeting people that comes with it, so he prefers to do it himself
Darcy x Riven: Honestly, it’s really hard to picture Darcy not living with her sisters so this is really more Riven and the Trix lmao. It would be a Hellzone tbh. I could see Icy and Darcy both being the one that sleeps all day. Stormy would start going feral in no time and break so much shit. I think once they resigned themselves to it it would be a lot of them just zombying in front of the TV. Riven of course, runs the errands. That’s what he’s for after all

Conversation
Avengers during quarantine
steve: takes it like a champ, the 40s had absolutely no technology so he’s used to spending long periods of time doing nothing. takes advantage and watches all the movies and shows on his ever growing pop culture list, and upgrading his bike. is required to make infomercials. “remember folks; wash your hands, wear a mask, and social distance.”
tony: helps steve film his infomercials, and gets so pissy when steve doesn’t take his directions that he makes his own. “fine if you won’t do a full fireworks display, i will!” builds yet another array of suits (that aren’t murderous this time), and other completely tricked out gadgets and suits for the team. makes a city out of nats amazon boxes, and lives in it for 3 days before bruce accidentally hulks out and destroys it.
natasha: gets wine drunk and online shops. she’s the sole reason for the amount of amazon and other mail carrier boxes that start to pile up in the garage; you could build a miniature version of half of manhattan with them. buys masks in bulk, but they’re all different kinds. some are plain black, or regular medical grade. others are either weird cartoon mouths or super kawaii glittery sanrio type masks. the type of wine affects the type of mask she orders. bruce ends up hiding her mastercard.
bruce: he knows the severity of the pandemic, and is grateful for the stay at home orders. very big on cleaning constantly and wearing masks. he spends quarantine doing science experiments, and even tries to help find a cure or solution. almost hulks out when the home order is lifted prematurely, and he catches glimpses of the “bar lives matter” protests. spends time relaxing with natasha and tony. despite the obvious stress, its the most relaxed hes been in yrs.
clint: being the family man he is, obviously quarantines at home. he’s happy to have a prolonged break from the team, and more bonding time with his wife and kids. they play video games, make frog shaped bread, and he teaches his kids sign language. by the 4th month of quarantine they’re all almost completely communicating in sign. tony gets mad at him for not inviting him over to make frog bread.
thor: gets stuck at the avengers facility, and it is recommended that he stay on earth so as not to risk spreading to asgard. he sticks to playing fortnite and eating vast amounts of poptarts. he freaks out a little when his stash runs out and is the sole reason why the secret facilitys address gets leaked. makes friends with the grocery delivery person every time, and over tips.
loki: big time germaphobe!!! walks around with a mask and gloves at all times, probably showers several times a day. hoards lysol, wipes, and clorox, and only gives his stash to the others. although peter claims he saw him donating some to a women’s shelter. gets called out on a facebook mom group he was in (trying to keep track of stores with cleaning tings in stock) for hoarding. “sorry you refuse to get up at 5 am to shop jill. i am a god you dull creature, and i will not be bullied by a woman with a jersey duck nail!”
sam: baker affff, he shows up late to a meeting one day with a tray of cinnamon rolls and fury absolutely looses his mind. "HEHE I MADE CINNAMON ROLLS WITH A-" and nick is like "YOU’RE LATE! WE WERE SUPPOSED TO START 2 HOURS AGO! YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CINNAMON ROLLS AND SHOVE THEM RIGHT UP YOUR A-" "I PUT APPLES IN THEM" goes crazy spending most of his time in the kitchen. attempts to make thor poptarts.
bucky: he and steve are literally the kings of quarantine. bucky gets through the pop culture bucket list with steve, and actually tries to bond with his team mates. he falls into a rabbit hole of conspiracy videos (fully believes that paul mcartney died in the 60s, and if her brother didn’t kill her....then jon benet is definitely katy perry) and urban exploration videos and makes a list of places to explore when the stay at home order lifts.
peter: he goes absolutely crazy. he has to resume classes online, he feels stuck in his small room. eventually, may sends him upstate to the avengers facility where he has more freedom to roam around within a safe space. he can be found on facetime with MJ doing homework, or pranking the others with pietro and thor.
wanda: definitely spends time rereading popular series. i’m talking twilight, percy jackson, hunger games, vladimir tod etc. if you read it in middle school, it’s on her shelf. mostly orders through amazon, but as soon as the pandemic dies down a little shes at a book store stocking up. (side-note: shes team edward and definitely wants to be alice for halloween)
pietro: he rarely gets sick, but when he does it’s absolute hell! he panic buys toilet paper, lysol, and bath and body works sanitizers (specifically stress relief, noir, and warm vanilla sugar) he goes with loki to shop and speeds over to the tp and cleaning product aisle to shove things in his basket. he’s the sole reason why they start putting a limit on how much you can purchase. he doesn’t get sick at all, but definitely becomes a hypochondriac by month 2. he forms towers and statutes out of his massive collection of tp and sanitizers, and nick berates him and loki for hoarding.
vision: accesses different stan and fandom databases so he can carry a conversation with wanda about her interests. she's glad to be able to speak with someone other than peter and MJ about these things, cause she lowkey feels like she bothers them. he accidentally downloads a corrupt kpop file and can only speak in black pink and bts songs for a good two weeks till tony helps reboot his system.
nick: if you’re a covidiot, he knows. he has your name, ip, social security, list of allergies etc. and he’s not afraid to tell you he does. starts threatening people on social media under an anonymous account, and becomes very popular on twitter. his “stans” tell him to “dox” people but he doesn’t know what that means. not saying nick fury is anonymous but if the v for vendetta mask fits 👀
coulson: literally lives on tiktok, and becomes THE dad of tiktok. he dances, bakes, does “hey i’m proud of you kiddo” type povs, does tutorials on how to shave, change your oil/tire. he even helps a tiktok creator reclaim their sound from some pervy povs. refuses to tell nick what “dox” means.

Sorry For The Disruption
(Tom x female!reader)
warnings: mentions of weed, I think some curse words

Tumblr media
Requested by the lovely @im-not-okay-i-promise1452 You’re a teacher and now with this quarantine and social distancing situation going on, you’re expected to teach your classes from the “comfort” of your apartment. Unfortunately, this idea doesn’t really accommodate for those that will be living with three loud boys who never know when to be quiet
~.~
“yeah mom I still have classes, it’ll all just be online now.” There was a pause as you fiddled with your apartment keys, “The kids are gonna hate it.”
Well that sucks honey, I’m sorry.
You shrugged, forcing your screen to press harder against your cheek. “it’s not that big of a deal. It’ll take some time to get used to, but my kids are smart and I’m sure they’ll do just fine.”
You’re planning on staying in, right?
“yeah, I just ran to the supermarket to do some grocery shopping but we should be good for the next week and a half at least.”
You didn’t bulk buy, did you? Everyone is doing that here and I was barely able to get any toilet paper.
You let out a small chuckle as you pushed into your apartment, “no mom I didn’t. Just got some necessities and did regular grocery shopping. I’ll go back out in a week or two or I’ll have some new supplies delivered. We’ll see how bad it all gets.”
Ok well stay safe sweetheart. Tom’s home right?
“yeah he is.” You set the bags on the counter and smiled as you watched Tom immediately go to the hallway to help with the rest.
Is anyone staying with you through this? I know you guys have friends over a lot.
“Yeah.” You shifted the phone to your other ear. “Harrison’s apartment is getting fumigated so he’ll be staying with us. And I think Harry is staying with us for a week too, I’m pretty sure he’s sick of his house right now.”
I know the feeling. Your sister is trying to figure this online thing out and I’m trying to be patient with her but she’s driving me crazy.
You frowned slightly, wishing you could be there to help out. “Well I’m sorry I’m not there. I would’ve come to help out if I knew there would be a travel ban.”
Oh it’s okay sweetheart. It’s pretty bad over here too. I think we just need to stay home and stay calm.
“yeah…” You sighed and ran a hand through your hair, “how is y/s/n taking all of this?”
She’s sad. Her prom and graduation just got cancelled so she spent yesterday crying. She’s trying to play it off but I know it’s affecting her.
“I’m sure. That’s definitely not how I would’ve wanted my senior year to go.”
There’s still a chance that they’ll have a dance or something at the school if this all calms down so we’ll see.
“well I hope it all works out for her. I’m gonna let you go mom, I have to put away some groceries and I’m sure you have work to do as well.”
Okay honey. I’ll talk to you soon and please keep in touch.
“I will. Love you.”
Love you.
A deep sigh and a click to the phone and you were washed in silence. It didn’t last long though as Tom strolled through the door with his arms full of groceries.
He smiled and pecked your cheek. “are you sure you didn’t bulk buy?”
You rolled your eyes and started putting away some cans. “please, you eat this much every week. And now we’re feeding Haz and Harry. I had to get a lot.”
“you’re sure you’re okay with them staying this week?” His hand grazed your waist as he passed by you in the small kitchen.
You smiled warmly at him, “of course. They’re my family too.”
Tom returned the smile and gave you a chaste kiss. You didn’t want to break it, but you had frozens. You gave him one last peck before turning and opening the freezer. “I do have an online class tonight though so I’ll need you guys to be somewhat quiet.”
“do you need the den?”
You shook your head, reaching up on your tip toes to put away a can of peanuts. Tom smiled and came behind you, easily taking it from your hand and placing it on the shelf.
“I’ll let you guys have the common spaces, I’ll just use the desk in our room.”
“okay love.” Tom pecked your cheek and gave your waist a squeeze. A ding came from his phone and he spun around to check it. “they’re here.”
“one last kiss?”
“of course.” He smiled as he pressed his lips softly against yours. You quickly wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him in deeper. You knew that your PDA would be cut back with both his best friend and brother in the apartment. You needed to make this kiss last. You felt his strong, warm hands come around your back and lower to the curve of your ass. And right as you were about to kiss him even deeper- ping!
You groaned slightly and pulled away, patting his chest to signal the end. He smiled at you sympathetically before moving to the door to let them in. There was a sudden rush of noise as the two boys quickly came in with their luggage and greeted Tom before coming to you. You smiled through the oncoming headache… you could do this.
~.~
“I have my class for the next 45 minutes or so, so I’m gonna need y’all to be somewhat quiet.” You told the three as you grabbed your laptop and backpack and moved towards the bedroom.
“we’re doing a puzzle; how loud could we get?” Harry said as he studied the box.
“knowing you guys? Pretty loud.” You sent them a warning glare before you went back to the bedroom. You sat in the office chair, opened your laptop, and launched the meeting for your students.
You waited patiently as your students slowly began to pop up on your screens in various degrees of ready. Some were wearing pajamas, one was in a very vibrant and tight dress, another boy was shirtless, and there was even one smoking a blunt. You rubbed your head, why did I start teaching high schoolers?
“Okay guys I know this whole thing is a little weird and this is our first meeting so this will be more like an orientation but I do have to go over a few rules.” You sighed as you started talking to your class. “Each session will be recorded for educational and safety purposes so Ryan, I really suggest no smoking on camera. You all also need to be appropriately dressed so Dylan you need to put a shirt on and Ashley, I would recommend a sweater. I personally don’t care if you guys eat while in these sessions, I know a lot of them might interrupt your day to day life but please either mute yourself or chew quietly because that is a gross sound to hear over video.”
There was a small wave of chuckles that went across your students. You watched as your two students that needed to change throw on sweatshirts but unfortunately Ryan was still smoking.
“Ryan I really need you to-”
“Babe! We need you to settle a debate.” You whipped around to see Tom’s head poking through the door.
“Tom, I’m teaching a class!”
He grimaced, “sorry! Sorry y/n’s class!” he quickly ducked out of the room leaving you to groan and spend back around to your class.
“sorry about that guys. Much like you, me and my family are all working from home so it’s a little chaotic.”
“Was that your fiancé?” Gemma asked.
You smiled and nodded. You knew your students knew you had a fiancé, but you had been very secretive about who he was. You knew that your students would never get any work done if they knew that Tom Holland was your boyfriend.
“again sorry about that. Let’s get back to this. Ryan, I’m really going to need you to put that out.” A beat. “thank you. So basically with this class we’ll have a few online assignments-” CRASH!
“Ah what the hell Harry?!”
“I didn’t do anything!”
“well obviously you did!”
You frowned deeply and apologized to your students before getting up and going to the door, opening it and looking down the hallway. You saw probably half of their 1000 piece puzzle on the floor. “You guys really need to be quiet. I’m trying to teach!” You slammed the door and stomped back over to the computer.
“I’m going to try to get this out as quick as possible because obviously everyone in my household doesn’t know how to be quiet. I’ll be assigning a few online things, but I don’t want to just stick you guys with busy work. We’ll be meeting twice a week on zoom so you guys can ask me any questions you have on any of the work. I will also be available to reach by email from 9 to 4 everyday so if you have any questions just email me. Ummm, I understand that this change to online is hard for all of us so I’ll definitely try to be flexible with you guys and I ask that you do the same for me. Any questions?”
Margaret raised her hand, “are our tests and quizzes going to be online?”
You nodded, “yeah they will. The teachers are still working with the school to figure everything out so when I have more information on that I will let you know. Anything else?”
“If we can’t make a meeting what should we do?”
“well every meeting will be recorded so you can access-”
“Y/n!” You looked to the door with an angry expression but before you could stop him, he ran over and grabbed your hand. “we finished the puzzle first! You got to come see!”
“Tom I’m still teaching!” You quickly pulled your hand away and lightly pushed him out of the frame.
“I am so sorry you guys.”
“was that Tom Holland?!”
“Is Tom Holland your fiancé?!”
Your students rattled of questions faster than you could comprehend them and all you could do was glare at tom as he smiled sheepishly. He mouthed sorry as you narrowed your eyes at him.
“I am so sorry but obviously we won’t be talking about anything else and I don’t want to keep you longer than I have to so please email me any and all of your questions. Bye guys!” You ended the meeting before they could respond and you instantly whipped around to face Tom.
“Love... I am so sorry.” Tom began slowly.
You closed your eyes slowly and then opened them back up with a tight smile present on your face. “Thomas Stanley, you are answering every email about you because I cannot handle that right now.”
You could hear Haz and Harry’s laughter from the other room. Fuck, you didn’t know if you could do this for 3 weeks.

why is university stealing all my money😭 send help kal please I need advicE
pain </3 ok i’m gonna break this down into two sections hopefully this helps
getting + saving money specifically related to school:
everyone always says it but it’s true do not buy your books and supplies until you actually go to class and the professor says you 100% need that exact edition. otherwise, you either don’t need to book at all or you can find an epub or pdf online. also, doesn’t hurt to go to office hours and explain your situation to ask for a discount/fee waiver.... I know a decent amount of professors can make that happen
apply for scholarships, focusing on local ones + ones that are for students that are specifically from your school (bonus if it’s a scholarship specifically from your department)
camp out in financial aid lol. hound them if they don’t reply or are vague. ask for overall extra aid and also ask for funds for specific things that you need and can’t afford for school (laptop, art programs, books, tech, etc.). I have a friend who kept in consistent contact for about two weeks with fin aid and when she explained her situation and showed that she was serious about needing money for a laptop, they gave her enough cash and a discount for the tech store to buy a really good used laptop
saving money in general
budget!! use a spreadsheet or a notepad or something and start keeping track of when and where you spend money and how much of it you spend. (here’s a simple budget spreadsheet I made for some friends and here’s a spreadsheet for if you share a living situation with roommates and split expenses)
recognize patterns; are you the type to wake up late everyday and grab a muffin from panera instead of making breakfast? do you splurge on a venti latte from starbucks whenever youre stressed? once you recognize your behaviors and what triggers them, work in cheaper alternatives
take advantage of your student discount at ALL times. it never hurts to ask if there’s a discount. also check out the pocket points app.
use coupons and shop smart. if you make your own food, buy from the cheaper off brand place (for example, I shop from Aldi rather than going to more expensive places like Target or Walmart and clip coupons before I go). Buy certain things in bulk if you have the space + funds up front to save more money in the long run (things like toilet paper, soap, certain foods, etc.)
if you have a hard time keeping track of money in the moment, dedicate yourself to keeping up with your record (whether it be the spreadsheet linked above or something else) and incorporate a new method of spending. It depends on each person, but I’ve seen that a lot of people tend to be more mindful if they spend with cash rather than using a card. You can also take this a step further and set aside a certain amount for the week/month/whatever and break down all your cash into smaller amounts (singles instead of 20s, etc.) so you can see the stack physically dwindle and reduce mindless spending
also if you’re spending money anyway, might as well use it as an opportunity to build credit! IF you trust yourself to stay on top of it because it’s important to keep track of all the credit cards you open since even closing accounts can hurt your score.
