These cutout sugar cookies are a traditional favorite that are ideal for holidays and special occasions. The dough is simple to handle, and the cookies are deliciously buttery.
Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. 1 tablespoon milk.
Instructions: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the egg, vanilla extract, almond extract, and milk. Mix until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until the dough comes together. Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a flat disk. Wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll out one disk of dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness. Cut out desired shapes using cookie cutters and transfer them to the prepared baking sheets. Gather the scraps, re-roll the dough, and cut out more shapes. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once the cookies are completely cooled, decorate them with your favorite icing and decorations.

Enjoy the classic Wisconsin Butter Burgers with their signature buttery flavor and delicious toppings. These burgers are a mouthwatering delight!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 tablespoons butter, divided. 4 slices American cheese. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced. Ketchup and mustard for topping.
Instructions: Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Place the burger patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for your desired level of doneness. While the burgers are cooking, split the hamburger buns and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster. Just before the burgers are done, place a tablespoon of butter on top of each patty and allow it to melt and baste the burgers. Add a slice of American cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt. Remove the burgers from the grill or skillet and let them rest for a minute. In a separate skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and saut the diced onions until they become translucent and slightly caramelized. To assemble the burgers, place a buttered and toasted bun on each plate, add a buttery patty with melted cheese, top with sauted onions and dill pickles. Serve hot with ketchup and mustard on the side.

With this Jell-O-infused recipe, you can add a splash of color and flavor to your traditional sugar cookies. These cookies are soft, buttery, and a visual and gustatory delight.
Ingredients: 1 box Jell-O gelatin mix 3 oz. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon salt. Food coloring optional.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Mix the flour and baking powder together in a bowl. Put away. Mix the butter and sugar together in a big bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the Jell-O gelatin mix and keep mixing until everything is well mixed. To make it smooth, add the egg and vanilla extract and beat again. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry flour mixture little by little until a soft dough forms. If you want to use food coloring, split the dough into several pieces and add food coloring to each one. Knead the dough until the color is spread out evenly. Make little balls out of the dough and spread them out on a baking sheet. Flatten each ball a little with the bottom of a glass. After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Enjoy these bright and tasty Jell-O sugar cookies after they have cooled down.
