they all shrink down to 1" below her default height (no shapeshift stretching) permanently regardless of whether or not she is aware of them. it's the most direct way to make "everybody in the whole world is at least an inch shorter than Jessie" true.

As many critiques as i have for tbb props to them for keeping the empire a group of creepy old white men in S2. Hemlocks desire for an "enlightened society" via eugenics/cloning is definitely meant to mimic the white supremacists who are obsessed with biopower and genetic purity in their populations. It's an interesting development for the empire. In Andor, they went the route of state surveillance and imperialism. If i trusted the tbb writers or even wanted a third season, I'd say biopower and eugenics would be a good arm of the empire to explore/expand upon, since no fascist state can exist without the desire to control the population on a biological or genetic level.
