DICK GRAYSON ── .✦
Dick is all about family and making you feel like part of his world. He drags you to Wayne Manor for the annual Christmas gathering.
“You’re not just meeting them you’re officially part of the chaos now.”
He insists on matching Christmas sweaters—preferably something embarrassing but endearing, like sweaters with reindeer antlers or Santa hats.
When you two decorate the tree, he’ll lift you up to put the star on top, even if you don’t need the help. “It’s tradition!”
Christmas morning involves him waking you up early with hot cocoa and a million kisses before unwrapping presents.
He loves going ice skating with you after all the festivities, holding your hand and showing off his acrobatic spins. “Bet you didn’t know I could do that, huh?”
JASON TODD ── .✦
Jason keeps things quiet and low-key, preferring a cozy Christmas at home over big gatherings. He’ll grumble if you insist on dragging him to the Manor but secretly enjoys seeing you happy.
“If Alfred offers you eggnog, don’t drink it. Trust me.”
He’s surprisingly thoughtful when it comes to gifts. He’ll give you something heartfelt, like a first-edition book or a piece of jewelry with a story behind it.
Jason will absolutely read you a Christmas story by the fireplace. He tries to act like it’s no big deal, but you catch him smiling when you lean against him to listen.
Baking Christmas cookies together turns into a disaster. He somehow burns half of them but insists on eating them anyway. “It’s the thought that counts, right?”
At night, he takes you on a walk through Gotham to see the Christmas lights, keeping you close to shield you from the cold and doing that sidewalk rule thingy.
TIM DRAKE ── .✦
Tim’s idea of a perfect Christmas is you, him, and a stack of holiday movies to binge-watch while wrapped in a blanket fort.
“We’re staying up all night. Sleep is for New Year’s Eve.”
He’s a last-minute shopper but somehow always gets you the perfect gift. He’ll blush when you open it and say, “I just… figured you’d like it.”
Decorating the tree is a fun and chaotic process because he tries to turn it into a competition. “Whoever hangs the most ornaments wins bragging rights for the year.”
He insists on taking a cute selfie in front of the tree to commemorate the moment, even if you’re in pajamas and your hair’s a mess.
You exchange heartfelt letters as part of your gift exchange, and his words always leave you teary-eyed.
DAMIAN WAYNE ── .✦
Damian is a bit awkward about Christmas traditions at first, but he puts in effort because he knows how much it means to you.
He surprises you with a beautifully wrapped gift, probably something rare or unique that shows he knows you well. “I trust this meets your expectations.”
If you’re at Wayne Manor, he’ll grumble about the chaos but secretly enjoys seeing everyone together. He stays close to you the entire time.
You two spend part of the day at the animal shelter, helping out with the holiday rush. Seeing him with the animals melts your heart.
At home, he’ll insist on making hot cocoa for you. It’s surprisingly good, and he pretends not to notice your impressed look.
Late at night, he plays piano for you by the fire, begrudgingly admitting that Christmas music isn’t entirely awful.
BRUCE WAYNE ── .✦
Bruce makes sure Christmas is magical for you. The Manor is decked out with elegant decorations, and Alfred ensures everything is perfect.
He gives you a tour of the massive Christmas tree, explaining how each ornament has a story. “This one’s from the first Christmas Dick spent here. It’s… special.”
Bruce is incredibly thoughtful with gifts. He doesn’t just buy something expensive; he finds something meaningful that shows how much he knows and cares about you.
You spend part of the day helping him and Alfred deliver gifts to shelters and hospitals. It’s a tradition he holds close to his heart.
In quieter moments, he’ll hold you close by the fire, watching the snow fall outside. “Thank you for making this Christmas so much better.”
He surprises you with a slow dance to soft Christmas music, making you feel like you’re in a fairytale.

sometimes they feel unsure of themselves, especially when things aren’t going as planned. they may have moments of questioning their strength or abilities. they’re still figuring out how to trust themselves fully, but they’re working through it.
they can be a little guarded, especially when it comes to their emotions or what they’ve worked hard for. they like to keep control, but they’re learning to let go and trust more. it’s a process, but they’re getting there.
they’re the type of person who handles life with a lot of maturity. they take responsibility seriously and know how to manage their finances, their career, and their relationships in a practical way. they don’t take shortcuts.
they can be hard to read sometimes, and their emotions are deeper than they let on. they’re intuitive and sensitive, but they often keep their feelings under wraps. they might struggle to fully express what they’re going through, but they’re working on understanding themselves better.
they don’t like rushing into decisions. they’ll spend a lot of time weighing out their options and might even avoid making tough choices altogether. they want to make sure they’re doing the right thing, but they can get stuck in overthinking.

This, so much. Bring back optimization. I'm not kidding! Game companies these days live high off the fact that internet is (mostly) fast, storage isn't really a problem (except, as a gamer, trust me, if fucking is). And the reason I say this is that I play PC and I play Nintendo Switch. I buy, WHEN I CAN (not all games are released physically) a cartridge copy of my games. If you have played say some of MonolithSoft's games, I can only say one thing to the various game companies out there:
Look at what Monolith can do, HAVE done. You can fit Xenoblade Chronicles 3 onto a cartridge. It's around 15-16GB and the game is fucking huge. No, it's not a 120 fps, no, it's not 4K. It doesn't have to be. It still beats the flaming pants off most AAA games out there. In play time especially. Especially for a completionist like me who can't turn down the opportunity for exploration. And it runs fucking fantastic on a console that was released in 2017... A console that can be used handheld.
Also, it's not broken, it works, it's fun, it's well written. I need so called 'gamers' to stop shitting on the switch.
Sorry for hijacking this post just to say, some games may be bigger than 8GB, but 100+GB is ridiculous. Learn how to optimize your games, I know it's more expensive, but we can tell when you haven't even considered it.
they should make games 8 gb again

Warning: language, pet names, kissing, angst, accidental cheating, manipulation, cheating, skype sex, sex toys, mutual masterbation, mentions of a sex tape, swearing, degredation, dom!rafe, multiple orgasms, overstim., brief oral (fem. receiving), Cam takes the toy and starts using it on her, he also performs brief oral without verbal constant
📖 After meeting Rafe's (CurtainBangs!) twin brother Cam (BuzzCut!) for the first time, Rafe gives you a proposal you can't help but accept: sharing you. What Rafe didn't expect was his jealousy… And what you didn't expect was a text from Cam a week later wanting to see you again.
Reader’s POV:
The text from Cam sat there staring at you. Miss me? ‘Cause I need you princess.’ Those words carry the weight of everything you hadn’t even gotten to process yet. You pace the apartment, thinking about the next steps, your thoughts battling—looping on an endless cycle. Cam’s text wasn’t just a message… That was an invitation.
Rafe told you the night was supposed to mean nothing, but it meant an awful lot. It was supposed to be something fun, maybe a one-time thing… Something Rafe said he had done in the past, but something had changed when it came to you. There were feelings there far beyond anything he had felt before. Now you’re left standing in the aftermath a week later, feeling like the ground is shifting underneath you.
Cam is Rafe’s brother… His fucking twin. Someone he trusts–someone he brought into your life without hesitation. But to you, Cam wasn’t just Rafe’s brother anymore. That night created something new between you that you didn’t think you could handle…
Grabbing your phone, you sit on the couch, fingers hovering over the keyboard.
You: Okay.
The word stares back at you… Simple, but heavy. Sending this message without talking to Rafe first… what am I thinking? But, in a way, it wasn’t just you and Rafe anymore. Rafe had opened that door… And you weren’t ready to close it.
I can’t. You toss your phone down on the couch cushion beside you, heart banging in your chest. Walking to your room, you gather your things, desperately needing to get out of the house and clear your mind. Maybe time is exactly what I need; you think to yourself as you grab your keys and head toward the door.
You bite your lips, guilt creeping in as you come to terms with the fact that Cam is Rafe’s brother… If I don't say anything at all, he’d come regardless. Rafe takes what he wants, and he doesn’t go down with a fight. Hopefully, that runs in the family.
You look down at your phone, the message still sitting there unsent. Your stomach twists as you think about Rafe’s admittance last week in the bedroom. How blindsided would he be if he knew you had been thinking about this as much as you have–letting it affect you the way it is?
Again, you set your phone down and roll out the tension in your neck, weighing the pros and cons and analyzing the risk. As you tip your head back on the couch, you hear your phone buzz. You grab it off the couch cushion, half-expecting another text from Cam, until you see Unkown.
“Hey,” you say, trying to keep your voice steady, but you can hear the waver.
“Hey, princess,” Rafe replies, his voice warm and familiar, helping ease your tension. You can hear the commotion of the hotel lobby in the background, the faint hum of noise as the boys gear up to head out to the stadium. “What are you up to, baby?”
You glance at the TV ESPN College GameDay, already loaded. It should be a simple answer… But your mind is a mess, making it hard to wade through your thoughts.
“Baby?” He tries in a gentle voice. “You there?”
“Mhmm…” You hum, pushing the utterance past your lips. “Just scrolling Tumblr, waiting for the game to start; relaxing.”
“Good,” he drawls, his voice warm and smooth. “Just wanted to make sure you got the game to load.”
You pause and close your eyes, feeling the weight of your messages from Cam pushing down on your chest. The words are already forming in your throat. “Rafe,” you blurt.
“Yo,” he laughs nervously. “Uhh… You good, baby?”
You clear your throat, feeling heat pool in your cheeks. “Yeah… I–I got a text from Cam.”
The silence on the other end of the phone is deafening. You listen closely, hearing the lobby noise come through a little louder. “Uh, what? What did he say, baby?” He finally asks, keeping his tone calm.
“He said he wants to see me,” you whisper, met with more silence from Rafe.
“Jesus Christ,” he grumbles. “He’s my brother… ‘Course he can’t stay away.” There’s a lightness to his tone as if he’s not at all surprised. The tension in your shoulders falls slightly at his response. Unsure of what his response would be—anger or jealousy—no part of you expected this. “You’re fine, princess. Just got in my head a little bit last weekend. It’s not a big deal, aight?”
“Okay…” You breathe, the nagging want to ask if it’s okay if he can come over replacing the previous discomfort. “Is it alright if he does?”
“Yeah, baby. I'll give him a quick call when we off.”
“You sure?” You ask uneasily.
“You gotta relax, baby. I wouldn’t have introduced the two of you if I was worried… I never worry about you.” You take a deep breath, pressing it out slowly, listening to Rafe’s light laugh on the other end. “Stop worryin’, pretty.”
“Okay,” you whisper.
“C’mon... You’re my girl. I need you happy before I go out on the field or I'm not gonna be able to concentrate on shit.”
“I’m your girl,” you answer sweetly. “I’m fine. Just fine baby. I love you.”
“I love you too,” Rafe adds.
“I’m excited to watch you play,” you smile.
“Mmm… That’s my girl,” he hums. “I’ll call you when I get back to the hotel tonight. Shouldn’t be too late, aight?”
“Sounds perfect,” you reply.
The phone clicks off, leaving you with your thoughts in the apartment's quiet. Rafe’s trust was absolute, making everything much more complicated when you knew you were about to step outside your relationship without him knowing—especially now, discovering he had been okay with it all along.
You take a deep breath, trying to steady the storm inside you. Looking at the screen, you try your best to relax, smiling as you see your boyfriend’s face pop up.
After a while, the game was on, and Rafe was playing like a star. The commenters praised Rafe, his name coming through the speakers repeatedly, leaving your thoughts ping-ponging between both boys—back and forth, back and forth–the grip on your phone getting tighter by the second.
Buzz.
Cam: Out front
Your eyes widen as you see the notification, making all of those thoughts come to a screeching halt.
Just like you had guessed, Cam didn’t wait for your response, taking the Cameron approach to the matter, leaving you relieved and nervous, stressed and elated, completely fuckin’ torn as you walked to the door. Your body trembles with adrenaline as you grab the handle.
Rafe said it was ‘okay.’ So why am I still so nervous? You feel a familiar rush as you look into his beautiful eyes–that same feeling bubbling just under the surface as it had been night one.
“Hey, baby,” Cam smiles, his voice deep and warm. “M’sorry for just coming. You can tell me to fuck off. I just–I couldn’t wait any longer.” You swallow thickly as he steps closer, waiting for a response.
“It’s fine,” you whisper. “I’m sorry I didn’t respond. I just didn’t–” Your words get swallowed in a deep, uneasy breath.
“You didn’t know if Rafe would be okay with it,” he answers for you. You look up at him, feeling overwhelmed.
“Yeah…”
“I didn’t think he’d agree either, but he came around,” he assures you as he wraps his arm around your waist. You draw a sharp little breath, and before you can speak, he captures your lips in a tender kiss.
He chuckles breathily against your lips as he feels you tremble in his arms.
“You’re good, alright? We got you.”
You swallow the lump in your throat, looking up at him, your nails scratching into his tight buzz cut. “Okay.”
“Atta girl,” he soothes as his lips travel along your cheeks and neck, pressing gentle kisses on top.
“I missed you,” you whisper. He lets out a delighted groan, squeezing you as he lifts you off your feet into a hug.
“Fuck… I missed you too, sweetheart. Haven't stopped thinkin’ about you.”
“Neither have I.” You bury yourself in his arms for a few more moments.
“… Relax,” teases again, and you melt in his arms a little more. You let out a laborious laugh before drawing a deeper breath than you have in days. “Now let’s watch this jackass play ball, huh?” Cam sets you down on the ground, walking into the living room. His fingers stay laced in yours, eyes tracing your body as he follows you. “You look good. Fuck, you look pretty, baby,” he hums.
You let out a little gasp and a laugh as he crashes down on the couch, pulling you on top of him as the second half starts. He wraps you up in his big arms, your head resting on his muscular chest.
You listen to his level breathing and the steady beating of his heart as the game goes on. His big, rough fingers trace your spine lazily during commercial breaks, making your entire body feel electric from that simple touch alone.
You watch proudly as your boyfriend stands with the other team captain for the post-game interview, grinning ear to ear. The interviewer kicks it back to the ESPN studio, leaving Cam with your full attention.
The corners of Cam’s lips curl into the prettiest smile, making your stomach flutter. “Princess…” He mumbles as you rest your chin resting on his chest.
“Mhmm,” you hum.
“I don’t think I could have stayed away even if Rafe said ‘no,’” he whispers, his voice just above a hush. You can tell those words hadn’t left his lips easily— like he had been thinking about them since he left. And, like you, he knew that feeling that was wrong, too.
“Me either,” you breathe, answering honestly.
“We don’t need to tell him, alright?” He asks. “Can you keep that between you and me? I just don’t wanna have him get in the way of this– you and I. Of course, you two still have each other, but I think what we have is different.”
“I think so, too,” you whisper.
The post-game show droned on, and then the highlights of the day’s games, all just background noise as the two of you fell into a steady rhythm together: talking, joking, and snuggling as the warmth of his body pressed against yours. You could feel the connection between the two of you growing stronger, a bond you hadn’t anticipated this early hitting you hard and fast–absolutely impossible to forget.
Buzz.
You watch as your phone trembles on the coffee table with a new message from Rafe, letting you know he is back at the hotel and waiting. “It’s Rafe,” you beam; Cam’s expression softens as he brushes some hair off your face.
“Sounds good, baby…”
You step off the couch and walk toward the bedroom. Pulling open the laptop, you look across the room, fixing your hair and outfit in the mirror as Skype loads.
“Babygirl,” you hear Rafe cheer. His loud voice breaks the speakers a little, crackling in the feedback with his post-win excitement. You swoon, looking at the pretty boy on the other side of the screen. “Get the fuck out, Maybank,” he scoffs.
“What, you’re not gonna let me watch,” JJ smiles and winks as he sees you on Rafe’s end. Rafe shoves him out of focus–the two bickering back and forth, getting their jabs in between laughs. “Goodnight, sweetheart,’ JJ calls to you.
“Yeah, you too, bitch,” Rafe smiles, flicking off the cornerback as he continues to accost Rafe ‘til the door shuts, the room falling silent.
“Hey, princess!” Rafe hums in a deeper tone, glowing with pride and excitement.
“Fuck, baby. That was a good game,” you smile as you crawl closer.
He gets easily distracted, seeing you in his jersey, making your excitement rise as well. “Look at you,” he praises as he leans in a little closer.
“You look good too, baby. Is that new?” You giggle and wink, the man already knowing where you're going as you eye up his new sweatshirt.
“Yeah. Yeah. It’s all yours, baby,” he chuckles and his plays with the strings a little before pulling off the hood. “N’thank you, sweetheart. We did alright.”
“Alright?” You puff. “You were amazing.”
He laughs that laugh, running his fingers through his hair. “I wish I had you here to celebrate with me, pretty.” His tone softens as he looks at you; you can tell he means every word. You look over your computer, watching as Cam walks into the room and takes a seat atop the dresser. “Hate leavin’ you alone on a Saturday night,” your stomach falls, eyes fluttering at his words.
“Oh…” Your heart and mind start to race. “I wish I was there too.” Your voice breaks with adrenaline as you try to explain it away in your mind… Maybe he just means without him? Alone… without him?
“You should go out or somethin’... Get some air, have a little fun, get a drink for me. I’ll be home tomorrow, and we can celebrate then, okay?” You nod quickly, trying to push that uneasy feeling aside.
I mean, I got a call from him before the game… I talked to Rafe. Am I going fucking crazy?
“I’ll be fine,” you smile, feeling your lips tremble.
“Missed our pregame chat… And our post-game shower for sure,” he chuckles sleazily.
You look at Cam, he holds your gaze for a moment before burying his face in his hands. No.
“You doin’ okay, baby?” Rafe asks as he cocks his head slightly, looking back at you. “After last week n’all? Seems like you've had a lot on your mind.”
“Mhmm… m’fine,” you answer far too casually for how uneasy you look now.
“Good, baby. That’s good,” he smiles. “So, uhh... You still up for a little fun tonight, princess?”
Cam looks up to the ceiling, fighting his own internal battle. I mean, he lied… He pretended to be Rafe–his own brother, the man who told him to stay away. He throws his gaze back down to the floor, nodding to himself as he pulls himself to his feet, and right when he goes to step toward the door, you reach down, pulling Rafe’s jersey over your head, leaving you in nothing but a lace bra and panties, acting before you can even think it through.
His head turns toward you, and the man draws a deep breath as his eyes fall down your body, taking you in like the first time. Your eyes return to the computer screen, watching Rafe do the same. A deep moan comes through your speakers; his pretty blue eyes rolling back in his skull.
“Fuck, baby,” he sighs blissfully, tearing himself out of his shirt. You settle back down on the mattress, thighs spread wide as you look back at Rafe, watching out of the corner of your eye as Cam walks back, taking a more comfortable position on a chair as his darkened eyes lay set on you.
“Why did you stop, baby?” You ask Rafe, letting your eyes flick up to Cam’s as well, running on pure adrenaline. “Strip.”
Rafe chuckles darkly, and Cam smiles and bites his lip, catching the direction meant for both of them. Cam quickly pulls himself out of his shirt as well, making your mind swirl. You feel yourself growing wetter by the second, the chill of the wet lace clinging to your hot skin. And just like clockwork, the two boys pull down their pants, crashing back down onto the seat and the bed, their boxers tented out by their big cocks.
You bite your lip and smile as you reach behind your back, unclasping your bra and holding the lace to your chest as your hand shakes like a leaf, but you can’t stop. “You gonna be a tease, princess?” Rafe asks through a laugh. “M’not there to discipline you. You gonna test me, or are you gonna be a good girl?”
“Always a good girl for you, baby,” you whisper as you flick your bra to the floor.
“Fuck,” Rafe groans as he paws off his last bit of clothing, his long, thick clock hitting his tight abs with a smack as Cam quickly does the same. Goosebumps bloom across your skin and your body, riding an indescribable high. “Got that video, baby?” Rafe asks.
“Mhmm…” You prop up your phone on your computer, pushing play, listening to your soft giggle and Rafe's low moan swell through the phone’s tiny speaker.
“Do you have the video, baby?” You ask as your right-hand drifts between your thighs, rubbing your clit lightly through the fabric. You see a flicker of movement out of the top of your eyes as Cam licks his lips hungrily.
“‘Course I do, princess… I’ve been thinkin’ about it all fuckin’ day.”
Cam straightens up a little, his view obstructed by the laptop, desperately wanting to watch you play with your pussy. He stands up from his seat, his fat cock standing straight–his swollen head already leaking with precum sheened at the tip as he walks to the edge of the bed, taking a seat.
Your fingers work a little quicker, teasing both boys with what they can’t touch. Your head falls back, a soft moan leaving your lips with every even breath. You look down at Rafe, watching his big fist wrap around his thick cock, stroking slowly.
“Take off your panties, baby,” Rafe mumbles. You drag the wet material down your thighs, flicking them to Cam, making the beautiful boy take his bottom lip between his teeth as he runs the material through his big fingers. He rubs this thumb across the wetness, lifting it to his lips to suck it clean with his eyes on you.
“You look so pretty on camera, princess… Tell me why I’m takin’ my eyes off you again?” Rafe chuckles, his eyes dancing between you and the home movie on his phone, the man on Cloud 9.
“I love having your attention, Daddy,” you smile as you glide your fingers wet through your slick folds, “gets me wet,” you tease as you bring them back up to your clit hating yourself for how comfortable you feel—not hating yourself enough to quit.
“So fuckin’ dirty, princess. I love it,” he hums as he starts to stroke his dick a little faster, getting off at the sight of you, spitting on his cock for lube.
Your eyes shift slightly, biting back as you smile as Cam wraps the pretty lace around the base of his thick length, hissing at the contact as he wraps himself tight. You can feel yourself getting wetter by the second, the boys holding back their sounds just to hear more of it as they watch you close.
You lean out of the screen, reaching into the nightstand, pulling out a vibrator, showing it off for the camera. “Fuck, baby,” Rafe hums as he adjusts slightly, forgoing the video altogether as he catches a glimpse of your toy, “you’re killin’ me.” You look up at Cam, the desperation in his eyes, fighting back his praise and pleasured sounds with his life.
“Babygirl,” Rafe murmurs as his eyes rake over your naked body, the tip of the vibrator replacing your fingers on your sex. “Stop fuckin’ with me.” Chills fall down your spine as you hear Rafe’s deep, commanding voice.
“What do you want, Rafe?” You ask breathily as you push it a little deeper between your thighs, tracing your slit before showing it to the boys; the head drenched with your wetness.
“Shittt… Turn it on,” he mumbles as his breathing quickens, the gold chain on his chest catching the light.
“Yes, Daddy,” you turn it on, making a show of it as the length of it twirls and shakes. You can feel how drenched you are, your drooling hole leaking down your inner thigh. You gasp as the silicone tip meets your plush skin, tracing through the mess before lifting your eyes to Rafe.
“Push it in, pretty.” You gasp as the vibrations hit your clit, muscles jolting from the contact, that shock quickly turning into pleasure. Your thighs tremble as you ghost the tip over your puffy clit, pussy clenching around nothing. “Fuckin’ push it in,” Rafe moans. “Damn, you’re evil for this, baby. Shit… Just wait for tomorrow night I fuckin’ swear-”
“Shit!” You squeal; both boys’ moans cancel each other out as you stuff the toy inside your aching core. Your eyes shift between Rafe and Cam as they work their fists over their throbbing dicks.
“Play with that shit. C’mon, baby. C’mon,” Rafe pleads through a deep groan as he watches you close.
“So pretty, baby. Shit, you look so damn good,” Cam mumbles under his breath as he watches the toy fuck in and out of you, keeping your pace with your strokes.
You let out a hoarse cry as you find your g-spot, the little vibrating nub pressing against your clit perfectly. Your breathing starts to quicken with your heart, the knot in your stomach growing tighter and tighter. Your eyes clamp shut as you feel yourself about to near your peak.
“Open your eyes, baby. M’gonna cum… Fuck. I’m gonna cum for you,” Rafe hums. Your orgasm hits you fast, washing over you like a wave. You watch the screen as Rafe strokes a few more times before letting his thick cock go, pulsing as he cums in ropes landing hot on his abs as he pants like a dog.
Cam bites his lips, wrapping his fist around the delicate lace, pulling it down to his tip. His head falls back as he empties himself into the lace. His ab muscles clench as his heavy load dirties your panties, making an absolute mess of the fabric.
The three of you breathe heavily, coming down from your highs together. A broad smile spreads across Rafe’s lips as he tilts his head back, hitting the hotel headboard with a soft thud. “Mmm… Get on your back, baby,” Rafe hums. “You're cummin’ again.”
“Yeah?” You ask with a breathless laugh as you look between Rafe and the video playing on the phone, watching Rafe throw you to the mattress and plunge back in fast.
“Yeah, princess. Wanna hear you cum with yourself. Better hurry up, sweetheart. Sounds like you’re close,” he smiles smugly as you lay down on the bed, starting up the vibrator, your thighs, pussy still quaking from your first orgasm.
Your eyes widen as you look between your thighs, watching Cam take it off your hands before pushing it inside for you. You cry out, back arching off the mattress as he works it in at the perfect angle, the head of the vibration swirls against your g-spot, vibrator flicking at your clit.
“Fuck, you can take dick like a pornstar. Can't you princess?” Rafe praises—his cock still hard, as he shifts his focus between the old video and the pleasure on your face, the rest of your body cut off from the lens as Cam works the toy in and out.
Your bottom lip pouts and trembles in overstimulation as fat tears roll down your hot cheeks. You look down at Cam, scratching your nails into his buzzed hair. His eyes rake up your body, landing on your lips, licking his own—no doubt thinking about his dick sliding in and out and your lips on him.
He turns up the speed to the max, making you fight against him slightly, but he grabs your body, pinning you to the mattress.
“Are you gonna cum, princess?” Rafe drawls, and you nod rapidly. “Good fuckin’ girl. Give it to me.”
“Mhmm,” is all you can muster. “Fuck!” You whine as your damn breaks, pleasure coursing through your body as you flutter around the vibrator, cumming in tandem with the video of yourself.
Cam pulls out the vibrator, making you gasp. He flattens his tongue, licking a line up your silk, causing you to whimper pathetically as he works you through your high. Cam curls his arms, forcing you closer as he locks onto your puffy clit, sucking and flicking his tongue; feeling yourself close to a third release but you trap him between your thighs, throwing him daggers with your gaze.
“Fuck–Fuck, JJ. What the hell?” Rafe calls as you hear the door push open on Rafe’s end, making all three of you jump. Your hand clamps over your lips, as you watch your boyfriend, do his best to cover himself up while his teammate cackles. “Knock on the goddamn door,” he barks.
“Forgot my wallet,” JJ says, his voice on the edge of laughter.
Rafe covers himself more, putting his big hand up to the camera as JJ pops his head in, grabbing his wallet off the nightstand. “I’ll fuckin’ kill you,” Rafe hisses, only half-kidding, but you’re already covered up with a blanket anyway. His eyes track JJ as he walks away, heading out the door.
“Goddamn…” Rafe mutters as he pulls back the dirtied duvet, eyeing the mess. “How many more guys am I gonna have to fight off you today?” He huffs.
Cam looks over his shoulder slightly as he pulls back on his sweats. You can see it in his eyes, Cam hit with the bitter taste of guilt. Rafe smiles at you lovingly, utterly oblivious to the war in your mind and his brother in the room.
“Rafe-”
“I’ll see you tomorrow, princess. I love you,” he cuts you off before you go to speak, seconds away from spilling your guts. Maybe it’s for the best…
“I love you too,” you whisper, hearing the slight crack in your voice.
You grab the top of your laptop, pulling it shut, your heart banging in your ears as the weight of the situation starts to pile on you. You felt a rush of panic flood through you—not knowing whether to laugh or cry.
What the fuck did I just do?

Hybrid Shelter Prologue
warning: mentions of abuse, injuries, some yandereish behavior, and violence
You’ve been working at the hybrid shelter for a few weeks now. It wasn’t an easy job, tending to injured, abused, and scared hybrids, but you did your best.
This was just a part time job until you were able to find something better. Of course you cared about the hybrids, but the money you made wasn’t enough.
You had two other part time jobs that took your time away, and although you loved working at the hybrid shelter, it was only a temporary thing.
Most days were full of games, movies marathons, the occasional check up, and lots of bonding. After all, the goal was to help these hybrids figure out what they wanted. If they wanted to be independent, be a pet, or return/live in the wild.
Today was a bad day, though.
You woke up at 3 am to a call, asking you to come into the shelter early.
“It’s an emergency,” your boss said, taking a moment to breathe before continuing. “A new hybrid came in… you’ll understand when you get here.”
And your boss was right, you understood the second you walked in.
In the corner of the lounge was a cat hybrid. He was backed against the wall, hissing and spitting as his tail puffed up.
“Stay away from me, don’t you dare get any closer!”
All the other workers were covered in scratches, glancing at one another in concern.
“His file,” your boss said from behind you, handing you a folder. “A tale as old as time. Human buys a cat hybrid from a backyard breeder, doesn’t know how to take care of him. The owner abused the poor thing then dropped him off at our door… he was scared and confused, and when we said his owner abandoned him…”
Your nods gestured to the cat hybrid, sighing. “This happened.”
You took a moment to read his file, frowning before you handed the folder back. “Alright, I’ll give it a try. Get a room ready in the infirmary, we’ll need to do a checkup and make sure his vaccinations are up to date.”
The cat hybrid’s ears pinned back as you approached, his tail lashing dangerously. “Don’t take another step closer, I’ll-“
His ears unfolded when you sat down a few feet away from him, giving the scared hybrid a kind smile. “Alright, I’ll stay right here then. Is that alright?”
Though his tail continued to sway erratically, the cat hybrid slowly lowered himself to the ground to match your stance.
“…”
He stayed quiet, eyeing you. All you did was sit there, watching his body language and slowly scooting closer.
“You don’t have to be afraid. I know it can be scary coming to a new place, but there’s other cat hybrids just like you here. They’re all happy, and I take care of them myself.”
He sniffed the air to confirm your words, picking up the scent of other hybrids on you. “… and… you don’t hit them?”
Those words tore at your heart, but you didn’t let it show. You kept a calm smile on your face as you nodded slowly. “No… there’s no hitting here. No punishments either.”
He hesitantly reached out a hand, placing it on your leg before pulling it back. Testing the waters was a good sign. “Will my owner come back?”
“Most likely not… and even if we did, we wouldn’t let them hurt you. Never again.”
With that, he slowly moved forward, leaning until his head rested on your lap, a sign of trust. You gently scratched behind his ears, a soft purr coming from him.
“There you go… that’s a good boy.”
Your boss watched this interaction from a distance, picking up his phone. “Yeah, I think she’s the one. I’ve never seen a hybrid calm down so quickly, she might have the thing we’ve been looking for.”
The rest of the day, the cat hybrid cling to your side, enduring the medical exam only if it meant he got to hold onto your arm.
Already he was scenting you, just like many of the other hybrids did. You were unaware how many had already put their “claim” on you, and how that would affect your future at the shelter.
Leaving wasn’t easy, the cat hybrid, who you named Midnight because of his dark hair, was attached to your hip. He cried and buried his face into your neck when you got ready to leave, only agreeing to let go of you with the promise you’d be back tomorrow.
“Mine… don’t want you to go…” he murmured, just quiet enough for you to not hear.
The next morning you woke up to a text message from your boss. Through your bleary vision you were barely able to make out what it said.
‘Dear (Name), you have been offered a chance to work as a full time employee. You’ll be paid $30 an hour, and you can start tomorrow. Please reply to confirm.’
Although you felt happy, something about the message felt off. Regardless, you needed the money and accepted immediately.
Soon your life would become hectic and full of mystery, but you wouldn’t find that out until later.
Now, you rolled back over and went to back to sleep until your shift began.

helloo there!!♡, I really love the way you write. I'm wondering what it would be like if sae, rin, kaiser, have a gf who is a cosplayer, tyy♡!
Hiii dear!! Have a nice read and thank youuu^^
Rin Itoshi
Rin had come home early from practice. As soon as he opened the door he heard strange noises coming from the living room. When he walked in he found you sitting on the floor trying to shape a large piece of cardboard. The room was a mess with hot glue guns paints fabric scraps and oddly shaped foam pieces scattered everywhere
“What are you doing?” Rin asked with a curious expression. You looked up at him. With a smudge of paint on your face and messy hair you smiled brightly. “I’m working on a new cosplay. This is going to be a piece of armor” you said holding up the cardboard. Rin raised an eyebrow. “Armor? That thing needs a lot of work before it even looks like armor.”
“Don’t tease me!” you retorted. “This is just the base layer. It still needs painting hardening and detailing. Rin chuckled. “Alright alright. But why does the entire house look like a battlefield? Do you even know what you’re doing?”
Though you looked a bit offended you could tell Rin was getting interested. “I watched some YouTube videos and read a few guides. It’s a bit challenging but I’m learning. Plus it’s fun”
Rin sat down next to you and picked up the piece of cardboard you were working on. “If you’re going to put in this much effort at least do it properly. You need to cut this cleanly with a craft knife” he said grabbing a knife and showing you how to do it
After that day Rin couldn’t help but get involved in your project. Sometimes he’d point out mistakes saying “You’re doing it wrong” and other times he’d grab a paintbrush to help you add finishing touches
When the cosplay was finally ready you put it on and showed Rin the completed look. As you posed excitedly you noticed the surprised look on his face. “Alright” he said after a moment “I thought it was silly at first but… it actually looks really good”
“Really?” you asked your eyes sparkling with hope. Rin shrugged. “Maybe. But after all that effort I guess I can’t say anything against it.” At the convention your armor caught everyone’s attention. People stopped you to take pictures and compliment your work. Rin stood a step behind you a small smile on his face keeping an eye on the crowd to make sure no one crossed any boundaries
Sae Itoshi
when you first mentioned your passion for cosplay he didn’t think much of it. “Cosplay? You mean dressing up as fictional characters?” he asked one day his tone calm but slightly curious “Exactly!” you replied with excitement. “It’s a lot more than just dressing up though. I design the outfits build props and sometimes even compete. It’s a hobby but it means a lot to me”
Sae gave a small nod. “If it’s important to you that’s fine. Just don’t expect me to dress up” You laughed at his response knowing it was his way of acknowledging your interests without diving too deeply
A few weeks later you were preparing for a convention. Your living room was a workshop with fabric glue guns and foam scattered everywhere. Sae walked in and paused his sharp gaze taking in the scene “You’ve been at this for hours” he commented setting his bag down
“Yup” you said not even looking up from the detailed painting you were doing on a prop. “The convention is in two days and I want this to be perfect” Sae sighed softly walking closer. “Does it really need to be this detailed? No one’s going to notice if it’s off by a little”
You shot him a playful glare. “Oh they’ll notice. Trust me cosplayers have an eye for detail” He didn’t reply but leaned down to pick up one of the finished pieces. “It’s impressive” he admitted after a moment. “I didn’t realize you made all of this yourself”
The day of the convention Sae offered to drive you there. As you stepped out of the car in your fully completed costume he couldn’t help but let his eyes linger for a moment. You looked stunning the outfit perfectly capturing the character you were portraying “You’re really into this aren’t you?” he said his voice softer than usual “I am” you replied with a bright smile. “And I love it”
At the convention Sae stayed in the background watching as people approached you for photos and compliments. He observed the way your face lit up every time someone admired your work. Despite his usual stoic demeanor he felt a subtle sense of pride
Later as you both sat down to eat he spoke up. “You’re talented. I don’t think I could have the patience to do something like that” You grinned. “Coming from you that’s a big compliment.” Sae smirked faintly. “Don’t let it go to your head”
Kaiser Michael
“You dress up as fictional characters and make all this stuff yourself?” he asked, spinning one of your half-finished props in his hand like it was a trophy.“Yes, Michael” you replied, rolling your eyes at his tone. “It’s not just dressing up. It’s crafting, designing, and bringing something I love to life. And no, you can’t break that it took hours to make”
Kaiser smirked and placed the prop back carefully. “Relax. I’m just admiring your… creativity” A few days later, he strolled into the room while you were sewing fabric for your next costume. His golden hair was slightly tousled, and he leaned casually against the doorway, watching you work. “So, when’s this big event of yours?”
“This weekend” you answered, not looking up from your work “Perfect. I’ll clear my schedule” he said with a grin. You looked up at him, surprised. “You’re coming?”
“Of course” he said as if it were obvious. “I have to see how good you are at this. Besides, you’ll need someone to make sure your fans don’t get too close”
The day of the convention, Kaiser arrived in style, dressed impeccably as always. When he saw you in your finished cosplay, his usual cocky smirk shifted into something softer. “I’ll admit” he said, circling you like a critic. “You look incredible. Almost as good as me” “Almost?” you teased, raising an eyebrow “Fine” he said with a mock dramatic sigh. “You look better than me for now”
At the convention, Kaiser stayed by your side, his presence impossible to ignore. People stared as much at him as they did at you, but he didn’t seem to mind. Whenever someone asked for a photo with you, he’d step aside, arms crossed, observing like he was the one managing your image
“You know” he whispered at one point as you posed for a group shot. “You should’ve told me earlier. I’d have joined you in costume. Imagine us as a power duo unstoppable” You laughed, shaking your head. “This is my thing, Michael. You already have football”
“But you’re my girlfriend” he said with a wink. “That makes everything you do my thing too” By the end of the day, you were exhausted but happy. Kaiser drove you home, still talking about how “you stole the show” and how “everyone was lucky to witness your brilliance”
Enjoy!

Hello there, merry belated Christmas (if you celebrate)! I hope all is well ❤️ I have a request how about something angsty, but with a happy ending. This will be for JJK. Fem reader suspects her lover is cheating on them with their ex. this is due to the ex creating fake texts or doing something scandalous to set the men up to trick the reader. And the “evidence “ they provide is very convincing, unfortunately. The men have to find a way to win them back and prove their innocence. You can choose to do either a mini story or general head cannons, whichever is easier for you ☺️ as for which JJK male, you choose. But I do love Gojo, so please include him. Thanks so much! Take care ❤️❤️❤️
Hello Anon~ merry belated Christmas too ! Here's your request !!
JJK Men proving their faithfulness to you.
content: JJK Men x reader, hurt with comfort
☆☆☆
Satoru Gojo
☆When you confront him, Gojo initially laughs it off, thinking you're joking. But when he sees the hurt in your eyes, his expression turns serious.
☆“You think I would cheat on you? Baby, look at me. I could have anyone I want, and I chose you. What does that tell you?” It sounds cocky, but it’s his way of trying to reassure you.
☆The “evidence” hits him like a truck, especially when you mention it involves his ex. His playful demeanor drops completely.
☆He investigates obsessively, pulling every string he has. When he finds out his ex fabricated the texts, he makes sure they’ll regret ever messing with your relationship.
☆To prove his loyalty, he takes you somewhere significant—a quiet shrine at sunset where he confesses all his vulnerabilities. “I know I joke around a lot, but I don’t with you. You’re my everything, okay? Please don’t doubt that.”
---
Suguru Geto
☆When you confront Suguru, he’s calm but visibly pained by your accusation. “Do you really think I’d betray you like that?” he asks, his voice quiet but firm.
☆The fake messages shake him because they do look convincing. Still, he keeps his composure and promises, “I’ll clear this up, just trust me for now.”
☆Suguru digs into the situation like a detective, finding subtle inconsistencies in the texts and proving his ex’s deceit.
☆To win you back, he pens a heartfelt letter, explaining how much you mean to him and how he would never jeopardize what you have. He delivers it in person, sitting with you until you’re ready to forgive him.
---
Nanami Kento
☆Nanami takes your accusation with devastating seriousness. His brow furrows, and he listens carefully to everything you say. “If this is how you feel, I won’t dismiss it. But I need you to believe me when I say it’s not true.”
☆The texts from his ex make his jaw tighten. “That woman is trying to cause trouble. I’ll handle this.”
☆He wastes no time confronting his ex, collecting receipts, and presenting them to you methodically, like a courtroom defense.
☆Nanami shows his love through action. After clearing things up, he surprises you with a quiet dinner at your favorite restaurant. Over candlelight, he takes your hand and says, “I’ll never let anyone come between us again. You’re all I need.”
---
Toji Fushiguro
☆Toji laughs bitterly when you accuse him, but it’s not out of amusement—it’s disbelief. “You really think I’d go back to her?”
☆The fake evidence pisses him off. “That snake’s been causing problems for years. I should’ve known she’d try something like this.”
☆He tracks down his ex in record time, not mincing words or threats. Once he has proof of her lies, he drags himself back to you, guilt written all over his face.
☆“Look, I’m not good at this stuff, but you gotta know I wouldn’t mess this up. You’re too important to me.” He leaves the decision in your hands, but his sincerity is undeniable.
---
Ryomen Sukuna
☆Sukuna’s pride takes a hit when you accuse him. “You think I’d stoop so low as to sneak around? If I didn’t want you, I’d tell you to your face.”
☆He scoffs at the “evidence” at first, but when he realizes how much it’s shaken you, his expression hardens. “Whoever’s behind this is dead. Simple as that.”
☆He confronts his ex with terrifying intensity, uncovering the truth and making sure they won’t try anything like this again.
☆To prove his loyalty, Sukuna softens—just a little. He sits with you, looking you in the eye, and says, “You’re mine, and I’m yours. Don’t let anyone make you think otherwise.”
---
Choso Kamo
☆Choso’s reaction is pure heartbreak. “You… you think I’d do that to you?” His eyes well up, and his voice trembles as he tries to process your accusation.
☆The fabricated texts devastate him, but he refuses to let them ruin your relationship. “I’ll fix this. Please don’t give up on me.”
☆He works tirelessly to prove his innocence, eventually gathering enough evidence to expose his ex’s scheme.
☆Choso is a quiet but passionate lover. After everything is resolved, he holds you close, whispering, “I don’t want to lose you. You’re the only one I’ve ever cared for like this.”
---
Shiu Kong
☆Shiu’s sharp eyes narrow when you bring up the accusation. “You think I’d waste my time on an ex when I have you?” His tone is clipped, but you can tell the idea hurts him.
☆He examines the “evidence” like it’s a case file, immediately noticing details that don’t add up. “This is amateur work,” he mutters before setting out to expose the truth.
☆Once he clears his name, Shiu sits you down and pours you a glass of wine. “I’m not a saint, but I’d never cheat on you. You’re the only one who’s ever made me want to stay.”
---
Hiromi Higuruma
☆Hiromi listens patiently as you explain the situation, his expression unreadable. “I understand why you’re upset,” he says carefully. “But I promise you, I’m not lying.”
☆He meticulously analyzes the fake texts, his legal mind working overtime to find inconsistencies.
☆Hiromi confronts his ex with calm but firm resolve, collecting a confession and bringing it to you. “I’d never do something so cruel. I hope this proves that.”
☆To make amends, Hiromi takes you on a quiet date, away from the chaos, and reassures you with every word and gesture that his heart is yours alone.

Navigating a Fade manifestation of Lucanis' PTSD as the underwater prison he was held and tortured in, to help him start dismantling his fears, begin healing and also accepting Spite, to help them both stop fighting for control, is certainly not on the list of things I expected from this game, but I'm so in love with it.
Even before that, you just know that Lucanis is not alright. He can't possibly be. He doesn't talk about it much, but who would be after the experiences he's had? And there are signs all over the place. I mean, he keeps hiding in the closed space of the pantry like a feral cat under a couch, and likely not just because of Spite, for example. But he keeps it all in, just like he keeps Spite in. Or out, even, in this case. But you also know that he can't go on like that forever.
And now, Lucanis has finally hit the wall. Thankfully, Spite knows what to do. So, he briefly takes the steering wheel. "Help us." ("He'll listen! He always listens to you!" I feel totally normal about knowing this, thanks, Spite.)
Just... the doors of Lucanis' mental prison opening for Rook by themselves as they gently talk down each manifestation of Lucanis' fears and doubts as a metaphor for Lucanis letting Rook in and letting himself be vulnerable with them is just 👌 Delightful. We don't break a single lock. He opens himself up to us.
And it doesn't magically solve all his problems and restore his mental health, of course, but it's a promising start. I like how the game acknowledges this. Rook is there for him, easing some of the worst thoughts, lending him perspective that he lacks because his mental downwards spiral is so thoroughly suffocating at that point. They're helping him start somewhere. Of course, helping Lucanis reach an understanding with Spite, thus helping him end the constant and surely stressful and exhausting battle over his own body there and then, showing him that Rook accepts and cares about him the way he is, so he can start accepting himself that way, goes a long way. It doesn't fix everything, but it's an important breakthrough.
The way Lucanis looks at Rook afterwards, when Teia asks them if they're alright? Also great. 👌
Though I think Rook should be able to hold Lucanis for at least like 300 hours afterwards, because that's approximately the amount of time I need to cry about it - the whole thing, Lucanis' dynamic with Rook, and Spite's trust for Rook and his willingness to play nice despite having been ignored and pushed away for so long.
Actually, poor Spite doesn't get enough credit for all that. He really goes, "Fuck, if he's not going let me in or go to Rook for help, I'm going to pull them into the deepest crevices of his psyche, so they can see the mess for themselves," and improves the situation for himself, Lucanis, and his budding relationship. Good job, Spite!

hi red!! just listened to the newest episode of the ospod and i have one question: did you and magenta enjoy sonic three??
TREMENDOUSLY
(spoilers below)
Maria playing a soft acoustic cover of Live And Learn on the guitar was Incredible
We both lost it when Sonic looked directly at the camera and quoted "talk about a low-budget flight!" word for word
Almost every Sonic vs Shadow scene in the trailer was from the very first action scene in the movie, which was absolutely the way to do it. They didn't spoil anything important AND they didn't drag out the opener.
That first action scene was KILLER. They hit every single beat they needed to establish exactly who Shadow was.
The pacing overall was fantastic. When Blue and I watched sonic 1 and 2, we concluded that sonic 2 had More Fun Stuff, but sonic 1 was far more tightly paced. I think sonic 3 got back to the pacing of sonic 1 - not an ounce of fat on there.
CHAO GARDEN TOURIST TRAP
Magenta called the movie cowards for not letting the GUN soldier actually shoot Maria
Extremely elegant way to take Tom and the ancillary humans out of commission and motivate Sonic to have his obligatory "I must go alone and Take Vengeance" darkest hour, BUT I really respected how they let Knuckles choose to back off and trust him, even if narratively we know Sonic is making the wrong choice. My boy Knux got a shockingly good showing this movie, considering all he really had to do was get worf'd to prove how badass Shadow is. They do some careful work making sure he still feels like a powerhouse even though he's outclassed by both super hedgehogs.
Making Shadow's motivation in this movie raw, fresh, suicidal grief was absolutely the right call, because that makes this whole Destroy The Earth thing the equivalent of an extremely understandable but short-lived temper tantrum caused by "from my POV my best friend died in my arms like YESTERDAY" and that means it feels like he could conceivably be talked out of with a little empathy and compassion, which is exactly what Sonic gives him, after the COOLEST FUCKING FIGHT SCENE I'VE EVER SEEN
This Sonic is cleanly growing from a good-hearted kid into exactly the kind of relentlessly compassionate paragon hero they're portraying him as in the IDW comics and it is Rad As Hell
And on the flip side, making Gerald's villain motivation slow and calculated and locked in over the course of fifty deliberate years was a very clever way to convince us that Shadow just needed kindness and a good example, but Gerald had made his choice and could absolutely not be redeemed.
"You're no Maria" is cold as ice and I'm still thinking about it days later
everyone's acting like Robotnik's dead but my man was wearing a nanotech suit that could turn into anything like if they want him back he'll be back
excited for Shadow to just Turn Up at some point in the future during a risky fight scene and for literally only Sonic to be happy to see him, As Their Dynamic Should Be
Magenta really likes Metal Sonic as a character so hopefully he's not just relegated to Interchangeable Army Of Minions status forever
A M Y
I predict that in Sonic 4 we will get Silver as the main first-half-of-the-movie misled villain and Shadow WILL reintroduce himself into the plot by kicking Silver in the back of the head and I WILL lose my mind

oh shockwave's snarl and antenna flat back in silent aggresiveness, hes so traumatized lmaoo
He wants nothing to do with this nonsense, even if he might be a tiny bit interested which is making him even angrier about it
Everything Is Alright Pt 95
IDW Starscream x Reader, Soundwave x Reader, Megatron x Reader
• “What is he doing here?” Voice tight with anxiety, Starscream cups his other hand protectively around you as he glares at Shockwave. Aware of Megatron stiffening at being questioned. Of Soundwave standing far too close to him, right behind him. A trap? Of course it is, he’s surrounded by enemies here. Wings flaring out, he tries to decide if there’s enough clearance over Soundwave’s head. If he can transform around you and just bolt. If he can get to Skywarp, he can ask to be warped far away. Can he trust his brother, though? Can he trust anyone except himself?
• Optics narrowing as Starscream tenses, Megatron flicks his servos at Shockwave. “I can’t trust Hook to not be… influenced at this point, but Shockwave is merely here to run some non-intrusive scans on the human,” he says, unable to make himself say bond mate. Not about a weak, little organic. Aware of how irritated the scientist is, his antenna back as he grumbles softly. “Soundwave, bring the human,” he says. Watching his communications officer come around the agitated Seeker and offer his cupped hands. Feeling strangely unsettled as you touch the Seeker’s hand, whispering something too soft to catch. The look of almost panic on Starscream’s face instead of his usual arrogant sneer as he moves his hand to let you go to Soundwave. Hooking a servo around your middle like he doesn’t want to release you, before his wings droop and he lets you go. Remembering against his will the sounds you’d made under Starscream as he rutted against you. Soft skin bathed in the light of a spark, so illicit.
• Cradling you close, Soundwave approaches Megatron only to have the warlord point at a console as if not wanting to touch you again. Giving in to impulse, he lifts you up to rub his masked cheek against your face and shoulder. Feeling you lay a hand on him as Megatron watches with a frown. But if the warlord still thinks of him as a friend at all, he needs to reinforce that you matter to him to keep you safe. And he wants to touch you, reassure you that you’re not being abandoned. That this is okay even if he’s not sure it really is. Reluctantly lowering you, his servos linger against you before he pulls away. Feeling your eyes on him and Starscream. All the things he can’t say out loud in front of Megatron and Shockwave hurting him.
• Wrapping your arms around yourself, you watch them go, catching Star’s optic when Soundwave tries to touch his shoulder and the Seeker bares his denta. And you offer him a smile, trying to pretend you’re not terrified, because it’s all out now. No more secrets. Skin prickling as the big, purple cyclops makes a noise and picks up a tool, you tense. There’s nowhere to run to. Flinching when he powers the thing up and harmless light plays over you from head to toe. When that single optic narrows and he makes a circling gesture with his cannon and momentarily gets distracted staring at it, you obediently turn so he can scan your back.
• “Well?” Megatron demands as Shockwave studies the screen. From the corner of his optic, he sees you turn back toward them, arms around yourself. “What is it doing to them?” Because there has to be a sane reason for this. For why two perfectly reasonable- well, one perfectly reasonable mech and Starscream are so obsessed with a human to the point of bonding it. “No signs of its pheromones being able to influence their reasoning,” Shockwave mutters, scrolling through the data. “No psychic outlier abilities. Elevated levels of nanites present suggest numerous couplings. Organic is entirely unremarkable otherwise.”
• Numerous couplings. He’d basically implied you’re a sex fiend. Can the ground just open up and swallow you whole at this point? And entirely unremarkable. Yep. Mortified and offended, you stare at them. “You thought I was mind controlling them?” And then the warlord is frowning at you. Because apparently he really just wanted you to be manipulating them, not wanting to believe that they like you. Care for you.
• “Perhaps a more tactile exploration to reach conclusive results?” Shockwave suggests and you stumble back, eyes widening in fear. And for some reason that bothers Megatron. That fear. “That won’t be necessary,” Megatron says, watching Shockwave glare down at you before walking out. Leaving him with you. Those wide eyes stare up at him as he walks over to retrieve you, feeling your little heart racing when he picks you up and carries you to set on the arm of his throne. Sitting down, he studies you. “You washed off the scent of the Seeker before coming to me?” When you redden and nod, he laughs softly. “Good. You won’t come to me scenting of him.” So it’s not pheromones or some strange ability corrupting his forces. Just the interfacing itself which is almost as bad. No, it’s actually worse. Optics sliding to you, he remembers the glimpse he’d gotten of your back arched, Starscream’s hips moving urgently against you. The wet sound of it. Venting, he presses a servo against his aching head. “How exactly did the Seeker find you?”

Warnings: Swearing, ‘equal rights, equal fights’ joke
Pairing: Lando Norris x fem!reader
Summary: all the cute things you and Lando did on Boxing Day!
𝐼𝒸𝑒 𝒮𝓀𝒶𝓉𝒾𝓃𝑔
“Oh god, Y/N,” Lando said, standing on the edge of the ice rink, his feet turned inward slights as he picked at his thumb, his eyes wide. “Lando, I promise it’ll be okay,” you said, doing a twirl on the ice as he stared at the ice, clearly anxious.
“Easy for you to say,” he protested, “you’ve done this a million times!”. You sighed, holding a hand out as he slipped his gloved hand into yours, taking a deep breath. “Exactly, so I can keep you upright and good,” you promised.
“I trust you Y/N,” he said, putting on a brave face for you as he glided onto the ice, his legs shaking as you led him into the rink, his breath coming out in puffs of white. “See? It’s so soothing, isn’t it?” you asked as he nodded, his eyes wide.
“See, you’re a natural,” you smiled approvingly as he let one hand go, his legs moving him slightly forwards. “Yeah,” he said proudly, “a natural…yeah I am,” he moved his other hand out, slowly gliding to you, as you steadied his arm.
“Y/N, did you see that?!” he asked, his eyes filled with childlike excitement, and god, you wished he could be happy like this all the time. “I did, I did,” you said, slowly spinning him round as he let his skates move with yours.
“You’re so good, Lando!” you said, eyes shining as he held onto you. “Look,” he said, doing a clumsy, slow spin on his own, his legs moving round in a circle as you giggled, watching him proudly. “Happy Boxing Day, baby,” you said, kissing his nose.
“Mhm,” he hummed into the kiss, “now race you round the rink,” he said, moving forwards to start skating round, only to stumble, clutching onto the side, “hey, go easy on me!” he called after you as you glided round easily.

“So…this way?” Lando asked, turning one of the needles as you sighed, pinching the bridge of your nose. “No, baby, I just said, this way,” you said, showing him how to do it as his brow creased, a frown on his perfect face.
“I don’t get it- you’re doing it too fast!” he groaned, catching your wrist in one hand and making you start again, your movements slow and obvious, showing him exactly what he needed to do to create the pattern he wanted.
Trust Lando to completely ignore your advice of doing something easy like a square instead of something hard like making a damn replica of his F1 helmet, and a life size one too! Trust this man to do stuff like this.
“C’mon, look,” you said, lifting his chin and taking the neon yellow wool (which had you ages to find) and showing him the same stitch again, your needle moving perfectly, the hook in your other hand as he watched.
“Baby, this stuff’s hard,” he said, his voice nearing a whine, “remind me to never ever complain when I say it takes you ages to make you stuff,” he said, looking over to the strawberry cow on the side of the shelf.
Crocheting had meant to be a little calming activity for you the day after the hectic mess of Christmas, until Lando had walked up to you with his huge doe eyes and begged you to let him try make something with the wool.
“Maybe crochet isn’t for you, yeah?” you smiled as he nodded, “what about we go do something else for you instead?” you asked as he nodded, stuffing his mouth with the Christmas cookies on the side, a pout on his face still.

You’d gotten Lando a bunch of presents for Christmas and vice versa, but the idea to get him an extra present for Boxing Day was one of the best you’d had, if you did say so yourself, especially seeming as it was the Lego McLaren.
Especially seeing Lando’s confusion melting into a gleeful grin as he saw another present waiting for him under your gorgeous Christmas tree, the excited look he gave you, and then the way he tore the wrapping paper off.
“Y/N!” he gasped as he saw the little Lego McLaren, the one with the mini figure and orange car, his eyes wide as he set it onto the coffee table, clambering onto the sofa beside you, opening the box as the packets fell out.
“Build it, c’mon,” you smiled, clutching your mug of hot cocoa as he put his own down, opening the packet with all the car pieces. You smiled, opening the other one with the mini figure parts, slowly building it into the character.
“Look, it’s you,” you showed him the little mini figure, even with his special helmet as he grinned. “They made me handsome,” he said, watching as you gave the mini figure a kiss. “C’mere,” he mumbled, letting you kiss the real him on the lips.
The rest of the building was filled with giggles and jokes, a pause between the building for a tickling session with you two, before resuming again, to end up with a proper built Lego McLaren with a mini Lando standing on the side.
“Put me in,” Lando said, sliding the character in, “there! A championship winner, that is,” he said proudly, patting the mini figure on its head as you giggled, kissing his cheek again. “Maybe you should be an engineer instead,” you smiled.

“Only coz it’s Boxing Day,” Lando said, poking your side - you’d been giggling and snickering for ages since Lando had agreed to let you, after ages of whining and begging, for him to let you do his make up, and make him ‘all pretty’.
“Tickles,” Lando mumbled as you blended the foundation into his skin. You were glad he’d let you do a full face of makeup up rather than just simple things like a bit of mascara and some lip gloss, but he loved seeing you happy.
Your smile, with all its radiance, was one of the best things he had in his life, and if it meant looking like a bit of an ass with some make up on his face, he didn’t mind, he’d do anything for you anyways, whether he wanted to do it or not.
“You have such pretty skin, baby,” you hummed, the lights if your vanity reflecting on his skin, sending a gorgeous golden glow onto his face, his lips plump and pretty. “Yeah yeah shush,” he mumbled, cheeks tinged pink.
“Look at you,” you snickered, “all pink, don’t even need blush,”. He rolled his eyes, only to be tutted by you for opening his eyes whilst you were applying the mascara. “Damn baby, those lashes are something else,”.
“Yeah,” he smirked, eyes closed, “get on my level bitch,”. You snickered, punching his arm as you pushed the wand back into the tube, turning his chair to the mirror. “Thoughts?” you said as he looked over his face, a smile on yours.
“Quite good, actually,” he said, running a finger over his glossed lips. “Can your girl fight?” you joked as he kissed your cheek. “You get she can, and she’s damn gorgeous, so don’t even try it,” he teased, pulling you in for a proper kiss.

“But baby, we always watch the Grinch,” Lando grumbled, taking a handful of popcorn and eating some, his mouth stuffed full of stone salted goodness. “Exactly! It’s like a tradition,” you said, “our Boxing Day tradition,”.
“Can I cancel my subscription to that tradition? It’s so repetitive!” he said, his voice nearing a whine as you sighed. “Lando, what’s repetitive is your obsession with ‘Dexter’,” you said he mocked a gasp, hand on his chest.
“You take that back, that show is so good!” he said, flicking your cheek as you rolled your eyes. “Fine! Here’s a deal,” you said, “choose a movie that isn’t utter bullshit, and we can watch it, okay?” you said as Lando nodded firmly.
“Anything to get out of who-ville,” he muttered snarkily under his breath, flicking through his Netflix suggestions. “Christmas Chronicle?” he suggested, only to be met with your instant decline, a sigh on his lips.
“Picky little girl,” he said, looking to you, “this one,”. You looked up - The Muppet Christmas Carol. “Please? Pretty please?” he asked, fluttering his lashes (you didn’t even know he could do that) as you sighed, groaning.
“Fine! But we are so watching the Grinch next year,” you said as he nodded, his face beaming as he knew fully well he’d just bat his pretty lashes out of watching that film. “C’mere,” he said, pulling your grumpy form into his side.
“Love ya,” you know that,” he pressed a big warm kiss into your head as you huffed. “Yeah, you bet your ass you do,” you said sassily as he laughed, “having to put me through watching some puppets instead of a green guy…love you too though, you muppet,”.

“Nice and neat,” you said, watching as Lando layered the baby blue colour onto your nails, his nose very nearly touching your palm from how close he was, the brush moving ever so slowly from your nail bed to the tip.
“Yeah, I’m staying in the lines,” he said, keeping the brush steady. “Oh shit,” he said, a little line skimming from away from your nail, and slightly onto your skin. “It’s fine, just wipe it off,” you said, watching as he grabbed a tissue.
“Y/N, why’s it not going even?” Lando frowned, staring at a little blob starting to form at your nail beds, sliding down thinner and thinner to the tops of your nails. “You’re putting too much on,” you said, examining the nail bed.
“If you put too much, it starts to gather at the bottom,” you explained as he blinked. “What do I do?” he asked, setting the bottle down. “Wait til it’s dry and we’ll file it,” you said, “but continue the other nails,”.
If you were honest, it felt good to have your nails pampered and taken care of the way Lando was doing it, your hands well massages form the moisturiser and creams he’d used to work the tension from your aching fingers.
“Like a professional, you are,” you said, as he blew on your fingers, the other hand already dry. “I wanna do a pattern,” he said, taking a bottle of white nail polish with a very thin brush. “Slow,” you reminded him as he took the brush out.
“Damn, Lando,” you said, looking at the bow he’d drawn on the top of your middle fingers, and the cute little French tip, “you should be a nail artist,” you said as he smiled proudly. “That’ll be one kiss and a cuddle,” he said, accepting your kiss gracefully.

“Y/N,” Lando whined, resting his chin on your shoulder as you spooned roast potatoes onto his plate, “I want more potatoes,” he said, his voice demanding as you rolled your eyes, moving some onto his plate.
“Okay bossy,” you said, his hands massaging at the supple flesh of your hips and waist as he pressed a kiss to your neck. “Just wanna enjoy my meal,” he said, the words more directed to you than the actual food on the plate.
“Thanks angel,” he mumbled, pressing a warm kiss to your neck, peppering your skin with little pecks, as he took both plates. “What a gentleman,” you said sarcastically. “I am a gentleman, don’t be so sarcastic,” he tutted.
“You watched me make those food plates and didn’t even offer to help!” you said as he flushed. “Yeah, well, you were doing fine on your own,” he protested. “Sexism, me thinks,” you smiled as he scoffed, hitting your arm.
“As if,” he said as you squeaked. “You can’t hit a woman!” you pushed his hand away. “Equal rights, equal rights, now eat up, pretty,” Lando teased you, kissing the spot he’d tapped, “need to be a beefy girl so you can fight me,”.
“You’re a little freak, Lando Norris,” you said, chewing on your turkey. “So are you, Y/N Norris,” Lando said, a smirk on his face as he watched your cheeks turn that gorgeous shade of red and pink that he loved.
“Got you blushin’, have i?” Lando snickered, nudging you as you rolled your eyes, flicking his arm. “Maybe that should be my Christmas present next year,” you said, pecking him softly as he smiled. “Maybe before,” he hummed.

A HAT OF HEARTH - trafalgar d. law x f!reader
SUMMARY: Sometimes if you look closer (to a certain hat), you’ll find that Law loves in ways you didn’t expect.
NOTES: law x reader, second pov, established relationship, fluff, tooth-rotting fluff, some possessiveness if you squint, law being lovey dovey, i just need law fluff tbh.
wc: 900
a/n: this is the first fic im uploading and I can’t say that i’m disappointed. currently working on some more fics and i’m hoping to get those out soon, but I cant exactly say when because i NEED those ones to be a little bit more detailed than a silly little drabble like this. and yes, those include the reqs! anyways, I need a law in my life frl.
Be sure to like, reblog, or even follow! Your support means everything to me and helps more people to find this story! Thank you for reading!
The hat was an emblem that Trafalgar D. Law, the Surgeon of Death, was capable of loving. Sure, the man was never too forward with how he showed love, but who said love had to be overt? Could it not manifest in quieter forms? What was wrong with loving in silence? Was it such a sin to care, to praise, to cherish quietly before daring to be bold? “We’re headed into a colder climate, wear this.” The clipped, brusque command might make anyone else think he was chastising a petulant child or begrudgingly tending to a nuisance. Yet, with the way his eyes flickered over your face for a moment longer than necessary, and the subtle brush of his fingers against the side of your head, the truth was far from that assumption.
Law was a doctor, after all - one fully capable of nursing you back to good health, but just the mere thought of seeing you feverish, voice weak and body frail, made his chest tighten with unease.
Even if your falling ill meant more one-on-one time together, he’d never risk it. He would rather see you well than selfishly enjoy your dependance on him. However, in the scenario that sickness did strike, Law would be readily beside you, caring for you every step of the way.
Law cared.
“Take care of it for me, will ya?” He hastily flopped the hat on your head, slightly askew, its brim tilted awkwardly. Your fingers instinctively reached up to adjust it, bewilderment etched into your features. Law, who rarely ever parted with his signature hat, had entrusted it to you. There was a small pause, a moment of lingerment, before he adjusted his grip on Kikoku and dashed back into the fray.
You watched as the blade caught and reflected light, clashing against a formidable enemy. The hat sat heavy on your head, a reminder of its significance. You didn’t know too much about the hat’s origin, but you know one thing: Law didn’t part with it lightly.
The thought of joining the battle crossed your mind - you were perfectly capable to - but something about the weight of the hat felt grounding, as though it was urging you to stay. Something in your gut told you that it wasn’t just a token of trust; it was a silent request to hold down the Polar Tang, to handle any threats to the ship. In that moment, you weren’t merely entrusted with just the hat, but you were entrusted with Law’s entire livelihood. That alone made it more symbolic. It was a quiet testament to how Law trusts.
“Need to cover yourself more,” he muttered, tugging the brim down until it shaded your face. It was definitely larger on your head than on his and if his expression hadn’t been so grumpy, you would have joked about his supposedly “mega-sized head.” The hat swallowed you whole, but he would rather it that way. In fact, if it were really up to him, it would come with a veil to shield you from every prying eye.
Law didn’t care - he wanted to protect. Law often thought the world didn’t deserve you. Hell, he wasn’t even sure he deserved you. In his eyes, your smile put the sun to shame, and all your curves and edges made him think that there’s another place that he wants - no, needs - to explore. Though again, he won’t admit that to you and he reluctantly agreed with himself to put those thoughts aside and instead focused on the desire to shield you.
He knew you were pretty, too pretty for his liking - at least when it came to the crooked world around him. The thought of anyone else noticing, of anyone else having thoughts about you, grated on his nerves. He hated the way men stared when you dressed up, hated the way his chest tightened and his breath caught when you twirled in new clothes, showing them off to Bepo. “They've got beady little bird-brain eyes,” he’d grumble under his breath, his hand tightening around Kikoku’s hilt whenever anyone started a second too long. Still, even as he kept his guard up, the hat stayed on your head. A silent declaration, a mark of who you belonged to.
Law protected.
“Didn’t know I got us a clown on the Tang,” he chuckled, placing the hat on your head once again - this time even more lopsided and deliberately so. He turned away, and leaned his back against the ship’s railing, one leg crossed over the other. Taut muscles flexed as his elbows lazily rested against the bar, his chest tattoos peaking through the wifebeater he donned. Law lets you humor him as he humors you back by sloppily placing the hat on your face. You scowled at his teasing, but Law snickered at your ruffled appearance, finding you endereaning despite the exaggerated frown on your lips.
Law humored.
The hat rests carefully in your hands, the fluffy material caressed between your digits. You hadn’t meant to look into the hat so much, but now, as he silently slipped the hat onto your lap before heading off to shower instead of placing it on a shelf like usual, you couldn’t help but reminisce on all the fond memories associated with the hat.
You noted that this hat would not only bring heat to your head, but to your heart too, because Law loved.

A FRESH START 𓂃 𓈒 ❀
synopsis — after leaving wakanda, bucky starts to rediscover who he is while living with you, slowly bulding a new life. his dispair deepens and you offer him a fresh start with a simple act: cutting his hair.
angst. fluff
—you have to stop thinking that every time something good is happening to you it's because something worse is on the way. that´s not a way to live, buck —. you said softly, your voice steady but with a hint of concern.
bucky shook his head, running a hand over his face as a sign of desperation. if only he could remember what life felt like before hydra took him, before all those wasted years. after so long he was still trying to figure it out, still trying to find a version of himself that didn’t feel like a stranger. trying to get used to his new life in the city, far from the peace he had known in wakanda. all these sudden changes only made him more confused and it wasn’t that he didn’t want to adjust, it was that he didn’t know how.
it had been a almost a year since bucky had moved in with you, since you had defeated thanos and steve had left. when the dora milaje declared him ready to live a normal life, bucky stood there, unsure of what that even meant. he had no place to go. louisiana crossed his mind for a moment, sam had always extended an open invitation but the thought of intruding on sam’s family life stopped him, and steve was gone, something he chose not to think much about, so for the first time in over a century, bucky was truly on his own.
except he wasn’t. you were there.
when you found out he needed a place, you didn’t think about it twice. he resisted at first. ayo told him you were the right person to star building his new life. you trust her, you trust her more than you admit. that is where you begin. trust. she is the right person to help you build this new life, james.
and he couldn't remember what you two had shared before hydra took him, before everything fell apart but there was a pull. by the things steve told him, you three were best friends once, inseparable. he spoke of nights you spent laughing, of how he’d head home early, leaving you and bucky behind, knowing that bucky would arrive later, with a big smile on his lips. steve chuckled when he mentioned your lipstick, smeared on bucky’s mouth when he finally made it back. you never wiped it off, you wore it like a badge of honor.
bucky tried to imagine it, those moments of joy but the memories never came. but he could still feel it. he felt it that day in wakanda, when you arrived with steve and natasha to fight thanos. you smiled at him, just a brief moment in the chaos, but it stayed with him. there was something so familiar about that smile, something warm and he felt it too every time you visited him or sent him what had once been his favorite sweets, little reminders of a life he no longer remembered but somehow still carried with him.
so, he showed up at your door a few days later, a bag hung over his shoulder and a sad look in his eyes. he didn't try to argue this time. —you sure about this?
you didn’t hesitate. —absolutely.
living with bucky was easy. he was quiet, he didn't need much space. after months, he started making it his place too, little by little. he left his shoes by the door beside yours, the book he picked up from one of your shelves appeared on the coffee table, his leather jacket draped over the back of a chair.
—it's not that easy —. he murmured, his voice heavy with exhaustion.
you watched him. —i know it’s not, —you said softly, stepping closer to him. —but you don’t have to do it all at once. no one expects that from you.
he shook his head again. —feels like they do, —he said, his blue eyes looking directly into yours. you could see the sadness and the guilt of the moments he couldn’t take back. —feels like every time i mess up, it’s just proof that i don’t belong here. as if this life was not made for me —his voice was low, barely more than a murmur. —what if the only thing i'm good at is killing?
you took a deep breath. it was hard to hear him say that, to see the man you’d known before hydra, who was your best friend and the love of your life, now drowning in self-doubt and guilt. —you’re more than what they made you.
—am i? because that’s all i’ve ever done. all i know how to do.
—but it’s not who you are, it’s what they forced you to be. the fact that you’re even asking this? that you’re fighting to be someone better? that’s proof enough that that wasn't you at all.
he closed his eyes tightly and ran his hands through the long strands of his hair. for a moment, you just stood there, watching him. you wanted to pull him back from whatever dark place his thoughts had taken him, but you hesitated, ayo told you to do so, to let him space to feel this, to fight against it, even if it hurt.
—i can still feel him inside my head, i can hear his thoughts. he's not gone.
bucky’s fingers suddenly grabbed the roots of his hair with a little more force. his breathing grew faster, his hands shook and his eyes squeezed shut. you couldn't see how deep his pain was and not do anything to stop him from hurting himself.
you stepped closer. —bucky, hey… —your hands sneaked into his hair, softly pulling his grip from his scalp. his hands were trembling, and for a moment, there was resistance in him like he wasn’t sure he wanted to let go of the only thing he could hold onto. but your touch was soft, familiar and something shifted, almost imperceptible, but you could feel the tension in him loosen.
—the bucky i knew isn’t gone. he’s still in there. i see him every time you fight for something good, every time you try to make amends, every time you care about the people around you, about me.
his shoulders fell, and his head hung low, he didn’t want you to see him like this, weak and broken. but you had seen him in his darkest moments as the winter soldier and you had experienced thanos taking him away from you with the blip. the years without him had been a painful, you thought you lost him forever. yet there he was, standing before you, alive, and you weren’t about to let him go again.
your hands gently moved to push the back of his head, guiding him to rest his forehead on your shoulder. he was still a bit unsure about how to handle this type of physical contact, used to years of torture, where touch always meant pain, control, or something to fear. now you held him close to your body, his arms hanging limply at his sides.
—why don’t i cut your hair?
—cut my hair?
—yeah, it´ll help you to see yourself in a different way. a fresh start.
bucky pulled back a little, he wasn’t sure if you were joking. —you think cutting my hair will fix everything?
you smiled softly, you wished it could be that easy. —no, —you admitted. —but ayo told your new life will be built on small things.
bucky sighed.
the idea of letting go parts of himself that tied him to the winter soldier felt like a whole world. first, it was his metal arm, the one with the red star, when tony ripped it off of him, bucky felt relieved, like tony was cutting one of the heads of the hydra to end the monster. in wakanda, he learned to live using only his flesh-and-blood arm until they gave him a new one which he only intended to use for good.
and now you were asking to cut his hair.
—ayo did say that, didn’t she? —he murmured, almost to himself.
—she’s a smart woman and besides, it’s just a haircut. if you hate it, it’ll grow back.
a small smile appeared in his lips. —if it ends up bad, i’m blaming you.
you took a chair from the kitchen to the bathroom and he sat down in front of the mirror. bucky stared at his reflection as he pressed his lips into a thin line and sighed. he didn't like mirrors, he avoided them as much as he could. he didn't like the person staring back at him, he didn't know who that man was and now sitting on that chair there was no escape.
there was a difference this time. next to one of the things he most hated to look at—his reflection—was one of the things he liked the most to look at—you.
his blue eyes moved from his reflection to yours. you stood behind him and ran your hands gently through his hair. he felt that familiar tickle in his stomach, the one he first felt almost a century ago and that, even after all the years, it hadn't gone away.
he felt it every morning when you entered the kitchen, hair a mess from sleep, mumbling a soft “good morning” to him. he felt it when he came home in the evenings and dinner was ready and you were sitting at the table, waiting for him. he felt it most when you would fell asleep on the couch and he had to carry you to your bed, careful not to wake you. and you'd ask him in your sleep to stay, and he'd freeze, he wanted to say yes, he wanted to stay. but he couldn’t risk it, his nightmares were still too real. so bucky would gently place you in your bed, making sure you were well tucked in, and whisper, i’ll be in my room, if you need anything.
—are you ready? —you asked him, bringing him back from his thoughts. you already had the scissors in your hand and bucky shifted in the chair at the sight of them. —it'll be okay, buck.
—feels like more than just a haircut.
you nodded, understanding. —well, that's what we wanted, isn't it?
bucky swallowed and nodded.
—why don't you close your eyes? i'll let you know when i'm done.
with a deep breath, he did as you said. your lips curved into a small smile even though he could no longer see you. you were aware of all the progress he had made. you knew he trusted you with his heart because on no other occasion he would willingly keep his eyes closed with someone standing behind him, scissors in hand and when your hands rested on his shoulders, he hadn’t flinched at the contact.
—okay, i'll start.
with his eyes closed it was much easier to feel the delicacy with which you treated him. the way your fingers combed through his scalp and then the sound of the scissors, followed by the sensation of the strands falling and taking with them the weight he had carried for so long. and you talked, about anything that crossed your mid so he did not feel that he was in danger or he had to be alert at any time.
—maybe we could get a cat, —you said. —i think it’d be nice. do you think you’d be a good cat parent?
—maybe —. he said after a pause. —i definitely prefer a cat to a dog.
you switched to the clippers, you left the hair at the top of his head a little longer, while the rest of it was cut shorter. a very chic haircut for someone born in 1917. you carefully checked that his hair was even and then you styled it with your fingers.
—okay, i'm done, you can open your eyes.
bucky hesitated for a moment, then opened his eyes. your breath caught in surprise as you watched him take in the sight of himself. it was like having the bucky you once knew staring right at you through the mirror. his features were the same, just a bit more more defined and mature.
he felt the same relief as when tony ripped off the metal arm that hydra embedded in his body, like a part of him that had once been used against him, now freed. he turned his head slowly to both sides to get a better look and to be honest, he liked his new look. physically, he could see the resemblance to the man in the photos you had shown him, the young soldier who smiled to you, in love.
—how do you feel? i think it suits you —. you asked gently.
bucky nodded. —i like it —. he caught your gaze in the mirror. the eye contact was so intense that you had to look away. you cleared your throat, hoping to ease the tension, but the heat rising to your cheeks betrayed you.
—alright, come on, —you tapped his shoulder for him to stand up. — i'm going to sweep your hair off the floor.
bucky got up from the chair and turned his head to look at you, not through the mirror this time, but directly, and the sudden closeness made your breath hitch. —thank you for doing this.
—you don't need to thank me, buck. i'm glad it turned out well, it was my first time doing it.
—you sure about that? —he asked—it doesn’t feel like it was your first time.
you laughed, still avoiding his gaze. —guess we got lucky, then.
there was a silence; you were both too close, but not close enough yet. bucky’s eyes moved to your lips for just a fraction of a second, but it was enough to make your heart race. you could both feel the tension, an invisible string pulling you toward each other, daring one of you to close the gap. you didn’t want to take the first step, you didn’t want to push him into something he wasn’t ready for, the last thing you wanted was to break the fragile trust he’d built with you.
you opened your mouth to say something but he talked first.
—can i kiss you? —his voice was low, almost shy.
you were surprised because you didn't expected him to ask so directly, but consent was so important to him. he spent too many years under someone else’s control, forced into actions that weren’t his own, and now he was determined never to cross those lines. it wasn’t just about asking to kiss you, it was about making sure that you were comfortable, that you wanted this just as much as he did.
—yeah, —you whispered —you can.
bucky stepped closer, his flesh-and-blood hand reaching to cup your cheek, his fingers gently brushing against your skin. he leaned in, his movements careful, giving you every chance to pull away. but you didn’t. you leaned into him instead, your lips finally meeting his.
he felt strange. he had wanted to kiss you for what felt like forever, and now that he had, he wasn’t sure what to do next. his mind raced, trying to remember how this was supposed to go. he forgot about kissing, forgot about the rhythm of it, the give and take. his hand slipped from your cheek to fall awkwardly at his side as he pulled away from your lips just enough just to say:
—i don't... i don't remember how to do this.
—it's okay. you're doing just fine. there’s no right or wrong way. just… follow me.
this time, when your lips met, you moved slowly, guiding him. his tension disappeared as he mirrored your movements, his right hand returned to your cheek, the other, his metal one, moved to hold your hips. it wasn’t perfect, the movements of his lips were still hesitant, but there was something honest about the way he kissed you.
as he kissed you, bucky became more aware of his body and where his hands were and realized that his metal hand was resting lightly on your waist. he pulled the hand away quickly. —i'm sorry, i didn't mean to...
you shook your head, one of your hands flew to the back of his neck to connect your lips while your other one grabbed his vibranium arm and guided his hand to where it was before. as the kiss deepened, you felt him relax, stop worrying about whether he was doing it right or wrong, about the touch of his cold hand on your skin, and he just kissed you.
you hummed before parting ways. his cheeks were flushed, his lips were a bit swollen and glossy, his breathing a little uneven and you couldn't help a little laugh from escaping your lips.
—okay, now you're just laughing at me.
—you're so cute, buck.

LIONHEART (2/3) – LN4
summary : lando's journey as a dad.
wc : 12k
an : lionheart was supposed to be a 2-parter but i hit the maximum wc for a post so i guess it's gonna have one more part 😭 not the most linear progression and not beta-read !
It had to be some kind of cosmic joke, you thought to yourself, the more you watched your son grow up.
Nine months of carrying him, swollen feet, back pain, cravings, and sleepless nights, only for him to come out as an exact replica of his father.
Had your genes even tried?
Your son was all Lando.
The wild mop of curls that defied gravity, his sun-kissed skin, that cheeky gap-toothed smile, and those bright aquamarine eyes that twinkled with mischief.
His resemblance to your husband was so uncanny that even Cisca, your mother-in-law, couldn’t stop commenting on it.
“It’s like going back in time,” she said one afternoon, watching your son dart around her garden, pretending to race with his toy car. “He’s exactly how Lando was at his age.”
She paused to chuckle. “And just as much of a handful.”
“Oh, don’t remind me,” you replied, sipping your tea with a tired smile. “I think the universe decided one Lando wasn’t enough, so now I’ve got two.”
Cisca patted your hand, laughing softly. “Well, you’re doing a wonderful job. Raising a mini Lando is no small feat, trust me.”
"Speaking of small," you quipped, watching your son determinedly try to drift his bulky toy car, tongue sticking out as he put his weight onto the steering wheel. "He’s just as tiny as his dad was, isn’t he?"
Cisca laughed, the sound warm and familiar as she watched her grandson’s antics. “Oh, absolutely. Lando was always the smallest in his class. It drove him mad. He’d come home every week asking me to measure him, convinced he’d finally grown an inch overnight.”
You snorted, imagining a pint-sized, gap-toothed Lando standing against a wall, demanding to see the ruler. “That sounds about right. Let me guess, he overcompensated by being the loudest kid in the room?”
Cisca nodded with a fond smile. “Loudest and most dramatic,” she added, her eyes twinkling. “He had this knack for turning every little scrape or fall into an Oscar-worthy performance.”
As if on cue, your son’s car lost its balance, and he tumbled to the ground, landing on his side but throwing his arms out dramatically.
“I crashed!” he wailed, flopping onto his back for full effect. “Someone call my pit crew!”
You buried your face in your hands with a groan, trying not to laugh, while Cisca chuckled beside you.
“And there it is. Just like his father.”
Lando chose that exact moment to walk into the garden, a drink in hand, eyebrows raised as he surveyed the scene. “What’s going on here?”
“Your mini-me just reenacted your entire childhood,” you replied, nodding toward your son, who was now lying in the grass, muttering something about needing new tires.
Your son immediately perked up, pointing at his completely intact toy car. “The wheel came off, and the engine’s making weird noises!”
Lando grinned, sauntering over and crouching down next to his son. “Alright, mate, what’s the damage?”
“Hm, sounds serious,” Lando said, nodding solemnly. “We’ll have to get you back in the garage. Can you make it?”
Your son nodded fiercely, throwing his arms around Lando’s neck as he scooped him up effortlessly. Watching them, you couldn’t help but smile.
—
Raising Lando Norris’s mini-me had been a chaotic blend of exhaustion, love, and endless laughter. From the moment your son came into the world, Lando had been there, fumbling his way into fatherhood with all the charm and clumsiness that only he could manage.
The first night at home was chaos.
Your son cried nonstop, his tiny lungs working overtime as the sound echoed through the house.
You were sprawled on the couch, clutching a pillow like it was the only thing tethering you to sanity. Every muscle in your body ached from exhaustion, and you could barely lift your head to look at Lando, who was pacing the living room.
“I’ve got this,” Lando announced confidently, his voice momentarily louder than the wails of your newborn.
He cradled your son in his arms, gently swaying back and forth. “Alright, buddy, what’s wrong? You hungry? Tired? Bored? Yeah, same, honestly.”
“Lando,” you groaned, muffled by the pillow, “he’s a baby, not a pit crew member.”
He ignored you, crouching slightly as he made exaggerated eye contact with your son. “Okay, listen, mate. I need some feedback here. Blink twice if you’re hungry. Cry louder if you’re overtired. Just... give me something to work with.”
Your son, predictably, kept crying, his tiny fists flailing in the air. Lando sighed dramatically. “Tough crowd. Alright, plan B.”
“Plan B?” you asked, lifting the pillow just enough to raise an eyebrow at him.
Without answering, Lando started bouncing lightly on his heels, his voice dropping into a soft hum.
At first, you couldn’t place the tune, but after a moment it hit you- he was humming the McLaren theme tune.
The one he used to play in the car after races, the one that made its way into every highlight reel.
“Are you seriously singing a racing anthem to our newborn?” you asked, your voice half-incredulous, half-amused.
“Hey, don’t knock it till you try it,” he replied, a teasing grin on his face. “Besides, it’s working.”
You blinked and realized, to your absolute shock, that Leo's cries were starting to fade. His tiny body relaxed slightly in Lando’s arms, the relentless wailing softening into hiccupping sobs.
“No way,” you muttered, sitting up straighter. “Are you some kind of baby whisperer now?”
Lando smirked, still swaying as he hummed softly to Leo. “What can I say? I’ve got a gift,” he said, casting a quick glance your way. “Or maybe it’s destiny. He’s clearly a McLaren fan already. Chip off the old block, huh?”
You raised an eyebrow, crossing your arms as you leaned against the doorframe. “Destiny? You hummed one tune, and now you think he’s a fan for life?”
Lando shot you a playful grin, looking down at Leo, whose cries had softened into sleepy hiccups.
“See this? He’s calm now. That’s McLaren magic, love.” He paused, his voice dropping into a mock-serious tone. “That’s right, little man. Team McLaren all the way. We’re a family of winners.”
You snorted, shaking your head. “Don’t let your Uncle Carlos hear you say that. He’ll be over here with Ferrari onesies faster than you can say pit stop.”
Lando laughed, rocking Leo gently as the baby’s eyelids fluttered. “Nah, no way. Right, Leo?” He leaned down, his voice a conspiratorial whisper. “Don’t let Uncle Carlos fool you. Red’s not your color, mate. Papaya suits you better.”
“Lando,” you groaned, trying not to laugh. “He’s a baby, not a brand ambassador. He doesn’t even know what colors are yet!”
Lando shrugged, grinning as he paced the room. “Doesn’t matter. He’s got taste. I mean, look at him- calm, collected, already understanding the importance of good engineering.”
You finally let out a laugh, unable to keep a straight face. “You’re impossible.”
“And you’re welcome,” he shot back, shifting his grip to hold the baby closer to his chest. “Seriously, though. I think I’ve found my secret weapon. Next time he cries, I’ll just sing him some F1 radio clips. Maybe a little ‘box, box, box’ to calm him down.”
You groaned, burying your face in your hands, but you couldn’t stop laughing. “I can’t believe this. Our baby is going to grow up thinking pit stops are a lullaby.”
“Could be worse,” Lando said with a shrug. “He could think Formula 1 isn’t the best sport in the world. Now that would be tragic.”
“Lando,” you deadpanned, “please don’t turn our child into a walking race encyclopedia before he can even walk.”
“No promises,” he replied cheekily, pressing a kiss to the baby’s forehead as he finally, miraculously, drifted off to sleep. “But for now, I’ll settle for a good night’s sleep. For all of us.”
You leaned back against the couch, watching Lando as he gently carried your son to the bassinet. He moved carefully, like he was holding the most precious thing in the world—and, of course, he was. As he laid the baby down and tiptoed back to you, his goofy grin made your heart swell.
“See?” he whispered, sliding onto the couch beside you. “I told you I’ve got this.”
You shook your head with a soft laugh. “Alright, Dad of the Year. Just don’t forget to get me some water next time.”
He winked. “Coming right up, love. Anything else? Snack? Back massage? Pit crew?”
You threw the pillow at him, but you were laughing too hard to aim properly.
—-
The next night wasn’t much better, Leo seemed to have developed a personal vendetta against sleep, and you were convinced he had some kind of sixth sense that detected the exact moment you closed your eyes. The instant your head hit the pillow, his cries filled the room, pulling you out of the haze of near-sleep.
You groaned, rolling over to see Lando already sitting up in bed, his hair sticking up in all directions like he’d just stepped out of a wind tunnel. He rubbed his face, muttering something under his breath that sounded suspiciously like a pit crew strategy.
“I’ll get him,” he mumbled, swinging his legs over the edge of the bed. “Stay here.”
But you were already sitting up, determined to share the burden. “No, I’ll go. You did the heavy lifting last night.”
Lando turned, his expression softening despite the exhaustion etched into his features. “Love, you carried Leo for nine months. I’ve got this.”
“You said that last night,” you countered, though your voice lacked the strength to argue properly.
“And I delivered, didn’t I?” he shot back with a teasing grin, standing and heading toward the bassinet before you could protest further.
You flopped back onto the mattress, listening to the soft sounds from nursery next door as Lando picked up your son and began his now-signature routine: the light bouncing, the exaggerated baby talk, and, of course, the humming. This time, the tune wasn’t the McLaren theme, it was his radio message after his first win.
“Let’s gooooo,” he whispered dramatically, his voice soft and playful. “Who’s a little legend? You are. That’s right. Just like Dad, huh? Winning every battle, even the ones against sleep.”
From your spot on the bed, you couldn’t help but smile. His ridiculousness was oddly endearing, and somehow, it worked. The cries began to fade again, replaced by soft hiccups and the occasional sniffle.
Lando returned a few minutes later, cradling your now-snoozing baby with a triumphant expression. “Another successful pit stop,” he declared, easing onto the bed beside you.
“You’re unbelievable,” you said, shaking your head.
“Thank you,” he replied, deadpan, as if you’d just complimented his driving skills.
You sat up, peeking over his shoulder at the peaceful little face nestled against his chest. “You know, if this whole racing thing doesn’t pan out, you might have a future as a baby whisperer.”
He snorted. “Racing will always pan out. But if not, maybe I’ll open a sleep training clinic for newborns. ‘Lando’s Lullabies,’ what do you think?”
You smacked his arm lightly, though you couldn’t stop the giggle that escaped. “I think you’re delusional from lack of sleep.”
“Probably,” he agreed, leaning his head against yours. “But hey, we’re surviving, right? That’s the real victory.”
You sighed, letting the warmth of his presence wrap around you. “Yeah. We’re surviving.”
“And thriving,” he added, glancing down at the baby. “Well, he’s thriving. We’re hanging by a thread, but that’s what parents do, right?”
“Right,” you murmured, the exhaustion temporarily eclipsed by a deep sense of gratitude. “We’ve got this.”
He grinned, his free arm pulling you close. “That’s the spirit, love. Now, go back to sleep. I’ll stay up a little longer, just in case.”
—-
(A few months later)
The weekend had finally arrived, and with it came a rare sense of relief as Lando’s parents pulled up to the house.
You were sitting on the couch with Leo cradled in your arms, his tiny fists wrapped around your finger.
Lando was sprawled next to you, his head resting on your shoulder, looking just as exhausted as you felt.
The door opened, and Lando's dad, Adam, stepped in first, his face lighting up the moment he saw Leo. “There’s my grandson! Hand him over, I’ve got this,” he said, already reaching out with eager arms.
You laughed softly, shaking your head. “Not even a hello for us, Adam?”
“Hi, darling,” Adam replied quickly, flashing you a grin before focusing entirely on Leo. “Alright, little man. Granddad’s here. Let’s give your mum and dad a break, yeah?”
Lando’s mom, Cisca, followed closely behind, holding a casserole dish and a tote bag filled with who-knows-what. “And I’m here to make sure this house doesn’t fall apart. You two look like you haven’t slept in days.”
“We haven’t,” Lando said dramatically, sitting up and stretching. “Leo’s been practicing his lung capacity every night. Future Norris athlete in the making.”
“Alright, you two,” Cisca said, setting the bag down and clapping her hands. “You’re officially off duty. Go take a nap, watch a movie, do whatever it is you haven’t had the time to do. We’ve got this.”
“You don’t have to do all this,” you said, though your voice lacked conviction. The idea of a nap, an uninterrupted nap, was already making your body ache in anticipation.
“Sweetheart,” Cisca said, her voice softening as she placed a hand on your arm. “This is what family is for. You’re doing an amazing job, but even superheroes need a break. Let us help.”
Cicsa moved away with a smile, already pulling on a pair of cleaning gloves. “Anyway, I’ve raised two boys and managed Adam. This is a piece of cake.”
“Hey!” Adam called over, bouncing Leo gently. “I resent that.”
“You love it,” Cisca shot back with a wink before turning to you. “Now, shoo. “
You hesitated, glancing at Lando. “Are you sure? The house is a mess, and Leo’s been fussy all morning. I don’t want to dump everything on you two.”
“Nonsense,” Adam said, already bouncing Leo gently. “We’ve raised kids before, remember? This is nothing. Go.”
Lando grinned, nudging you with his elbow. “You heard them. Free babysitters. Let’s not waste this golden opportunity.”
Cisca rolled her eyes fondly as she started tidying the living room, picking up stray baby toys and discarded blankets. “You two deserve a break. Parenting isn’t easy, and you’ve been doing a wonderful job. But everyone needs help sometimes.”
Reluctantly, you let Lando pull you off the couch, your body protesting every movement. “Okay, but if he gets hungry-”
“I know how to warm a bottle,” Cisca interrupted gently, her voice filled with warmth. “We’ll call you if we need anything. Now go.”
As Lando grabbed your hand and led you toward the stairs, you couldn’t help but glance back. Adam was rocking Leo, humming softly, while Cisca was already organizing the clutter in the kitchen.
“They’ve got it,” he said softly, pressing a kiss to your temple. “And we’ve got each other.”
You smiled, leaning into him. “I still feel a little guilty.”
“Don’t,” Lando said firmly, steering you toward the bedroom. “They want to help. And we need this. Just a couple of hours to recharge, yeah?”
You nodded, feeling the weight of the past few sleepless nights begin to fade. “Yeah. You’re right.”
The bedroom was bathed in the soft, warm glow of the sun, the kind of light that made everything feel just a little bit more peaceful.
For once, there was no crying, no laundry to fold, no bottles to sterilize. Downstairs, the gentle hum of Lando’s parents chatting with Leo filled the air, but up here, it was quiet. Blissfully quiet.
You lay sprawled on the bed, your limbs heavy with exhaustion but your heart lighter than it had been in weeks. Lando lay beside you, his head propped up on his hand, watching you with a small, soft smile that made you feel seen in a way you hadn’t in days.
“What?” you asked, your voice a low murmur, too tired to even tease.
He shook his head, his curls falling into his eyes. “Nothing. Just looking at you.”
You rolled your eyes, but there was no real annoyance in it. “You’re ridiculous.”
“Maybe,” he admitted, shifting closer so he could rest his hand lightly on your waist. “But I’m serious. I’ve missed this. Missed you.”
“I’m right here, Lando,” you said softly, though the words felt heavier than you meant them to. You knew what he meant. The chaos of parenthood had left little time for anything else, especially for moments like this.
“No, I mean…” He paused, his fingers gently brushing against the fabric of your shirt, tracing absent patterns. “I’ve missed us. The way we used to just… be, you know? Before all the crying and nappies and figuring out how to keep a tiny human alive.”
Your throat tightened a little at his words, the weight of guilt creeping in again. “I know. I’ve been so caught up in being a mom that I…” You trailed off, unsure how to finish the sentence.
“That you forgot to just be you?” Lando offered, his voice gentle, no trace of judgment.
You nodded, blinking back the sudden sting in your eyes. “Yeah. That.”
He let out a soft sigh, his hand moving to cup your cheek, tilting your face so you were looking at him. His eyes were earnest, filled with that boundless affection that you didn't know what to do with most of the time.
“Listen to me,” he said, his voice low but firm. “You’re an amazing mom. The best. But before you were Leo’s mom, you were you. The woman I fell in love with. The woman who lights up every room she walks into. And I don’t want you to lose her.”
“I don’t know how to do that, Lando,” you admitted, your voice barely a whisper. “I feel like all I am right now is tired and messy and just… not enough.”
His brow furrowed, and he leaned forward, pressing his lips to your forehead in a lingering kiss. “You are more than enough. You always have been, and you always will be.”
You tried to look away, the intensity of his words clawing at your throat, but he didn’t let you, his thumb brushing softly against your cheek. “And you’re still the most beautiful person I’ve ever seen,” he added, his voice taking on that familiar playful lilt. “Even with the spit-up stains and the messy bun.”
You let out a small laugh, shaking your head. “Flatterer.”
“Not flattery. Just facts,” he insisted, leaning in to kiss the corner of your mouth. Then your cheek. Then the tip of your nose. Each kiss was soft and slow, like he was trying to make you believe every word he said.
“Lando…”
“Shh,” he murmured, his lips finally finding yours. The kiss was gentle, filled with a warmth that made your chest ache. It was a reminder, a promise, and a thank you all wrapped into one.
When he pulled back, his forehead rested against yours.
“Thank you,” he whispered, his voice rough with emotion. “Thank you for Leo. For everything. For letting me do this life with you.”
Tears prickled at your eyes, but this time they were the good kind. “You don’t have to thank me, Lando. We’re in this together, remember?”
“I know,” he said with a small smile. “But I’m going to thank you anyway. Because you deserve it. And because I don’t say it enough.”
He pulled you closer then, wrapping his arms around you as if he could shield you from every ounce of exhaustion and doubt you carried. For a moment, you let yourself melt into him, your head resting on his chest, listening to the steady rhythm of his heartbeat.
“I love you,” he said softly, his lips brushing against your hair. “And I love Leo. But I don’t ever want you to forget- you’re more than just a mom, yeah?”
—
The morning light streamed through the curtains, soft and golden, bathing the room in a peaceful glow. For the first time in what felt like an eternity, you woke up feeling truly rested.
No cries echoing through the baby monitor, no bleary-eyed stumbles in the middle of the night. Just the warmth of the bed, the sound of birds chirping outside, and the gentle rise and fall of Lando’s chest as he lay beside you.
Your eyes fluttered open, and you turned your head to find him already awake, his curls messy and his face relaxed in a way that made him look impossibly boyish. His eyes met yours, and a slow, lazy grin spread across his lips.
“Good morning,” he murmured, his voice husky from sleep.
“Morning,” you replied, your own smile tugging at the corners of your lips. “Did we really just sleep through the night?”
Lando stretched, his arm snaking around your waist to pull you closer. "Looks like it," he whispered. "Feels illegal, honestly. Like we’re breaking some kind of parental code."
You let out a soft laugh, your hand instinctively resting on his chest. “I forgot what it feels like to be this… alive.”
“Same,” he said, his grin turning cheeky. “Although, I don’t think we should waste this newfound energy.”
Before you could reply, Lando leaned in, capturing your lips in a kiss that was warm and slow at first, but quickly deepened into something more heated. His hand slid up your back, pulling you flush against him as his other hand tangled in your hair.
“Lando…” you mumbled against his lips, pulling back slightly. “What’s gotten into you?”
“Nothing,” he said, his grin widening as he trailed kisses down your jaw and back to your mouth. “I’ve just missed kissing you like this. No interruptions, no spit-up, no baby monitor beeping at us..”
His lips captured yours again, and for a moment, you let yourself get lost in it, the world narrowing down to the warmth of his body and the way his hand slid up your side. But then reality came crashing back, and you pulled away just enough to mumble, “Lando, my body’s… not ready for anything. You know that, right?”
He pulled back, raising an eyebrow and looking at you like you’d just said the most ridiculous thing in the world. “Well, obviously. Don’t doubt my research, babe.”
You couldn’t help but laugh, smacking his chest lightly. “Your research?”
“Yes, my research,” he said with mock seriousness, leaning back down to kiss you again. “I’m well-informed, thank you very much. And I know exactly what you need right now- just this.”
He kissed you again, slower this time, his hand cupping your cheek as if to prove his point.
“Just kissing,” he murmured between kisses. “No pressure, no expectations. I just want you.”
You sighed into the kiss, your hands finding their way into his messy curls. It had been so long since you’d felt this close to him, and it was intoxicating. The way he kissed you made you feel like you were the center of his universe, like he couldn’t get enough of you.
When you finally pulled apart, both of you were breathing heavily, your foreheads resting together.
“God, I’ve missed this,” he said, his voice rough.
“Me too,” you admitted, your fingers playing with the curls at the nape of his neck.
After a few moments of comfortable silence, he spoke again, his voice lighter now. “So… what do you think about getting a cleaner?”
You blinked, pulling back slightly to look at him. “A cleaner?”
“Yeah,” he said, shrugging one shoulder. “Not full-time or anything. Just someone to help out a few days a week. Give us a little breathing room with the chores. Time to, you know…” He smirked, leaning in to steal another quick kiss. “Do this more often.”
You laughed softly, shaking your head. “You’re impossible.”
“Impossible but practical,” he corrected, propping himself up on one elbow so he could look at you properly. “Not full-time or anything. Just someone to help out a few days a week.“
You bit your lip, considering it. The idea of having some extra help was tempting, but you weren’t sure how you felt about leaving Leo with someone else, even for a few hours.
You hesitated, chewing on your bottom lip. “I don’t know, Lando. I mean, I love being with Leo. I don’t want to miss anything.”
“And you won’t,” he reassured you, his hand finding yours and giving it a gentle squeeze.
"I feel like I should be able to handle everything. Like... isn’t that what moms are supposed to do?" you admitted.
"Hey," he said, tipping your chin up so you were looking at him. "You’re already handling everything. And you’re doing it brilliantly. But there’s no rule that says you have to do it all alone. Asking for help doesn’t make you any less of an amazing mom. It just means you’re human."
His words hit you harder than you expected, and you felt a lump form in your throat. "You really think it’s a good idea?"
"I do," he said firmly. "But only if it’s what you want. We’ll make it work either way. I just want to make sure you’re okay, love. That we’re okay.”
“Just think about it. No rush. No pressure. But if it means more mornings like this… it might be worth it.”
He kissed you again, and you couldn’t help but melt into him, your worries momentarily forgotten. For now, all that mattered was this moment, the two of you, together, with nothing else in the world but the warmth of his touch and the way he made you feel like you were still the most important thing in his life.
—
After some thought and plenty of conversations, you and Lando finally decided to hire someone.
It wasn’t a full-time helper, just someone to help around the house, take care of the cleaning, and keep things a little more organized.
You still handled all of Leo’s needs together, but the weight of the mess hanging around, making everything feel just a little more overwhelming, was finally lifted.
A few days of the cleaner settling in, things felt noticeably smoother. The house no longer looked like a war zone, and the chaos of being first-time parents seemed a little less overwhelming with the clutter finally under control.
One evening, after you’d finally gotten Leo to sleep and both of you had managed to survive a particularly difficult round of diaper duty, you and Lando flopped onto the couch.
He stretched out dramatically, groaning like he’d just completed a marathon.
“Okay, I don’t care what anyone says. Getting Leo to bed is like running a 5K.” Lando let out a deep sigh, making a show of rubbing his temples as if he’d just solved world peace.
You rolled your eyes, but the smile tugging at your lips betrayed your amusement. “Oh, please. You’re a Formula 1 driver. Getting a baby to sleep should be a walk in the park compared to dodging crashes and tight corners.”
Lando shot you a side-eye, his lips quirking into a teasing grin. “Pfft. Formula 1 doesn't prepare you for a baby that won’t stop crying. No amount of pit stops will save you from that chaos.”
“True,” you said with a chuckle, snuggling up against him. “But at least we’re not cleaning up a whole pit crew’s worth of mess every two hours anymore.”
Lando kissed the top of your head and sighed in contentment. “Thank God for that.”
—
Lando was sitting on the floor, his legs crossed as he gently held Leo in his arms. The baby’s little hands gripped onto his fingers, his tiny face still a little scrunched in concentration.
You were watching from the couch, feeling a quiet sense of joy as you observed the two of them, when it happened.
Leo, with a little puff of air, let out the tiniest, most uncoordinated gummy smile. It wasn’t much, just a small curve of his lips, but to Lando, it was everything.
Lando froze, eyes wide as his gaze locked onto Leo’s face. He blinked, then blinked again, as if he couldn’t quite believe what he was seeing.
“Did… did he just-” His voice cracked, and before he could finish, tears welled up in his eyes.
“Oh my god,” he whispered, his voice barely audible. “He smiled at me. He smiled.”
You couldn’t help but chuckle softly, watching as Lando’s expression shifted from disbelief to pure adoration. He looked down at Leo, his hand trembling as he brushed a lock of hair away from the baby’s face.
Leo cooed softly, clearly content, and gave him another gummy smile. That was it. Lando completely lost it.
“Oh my god, I’m gonna cry,” he whispered, his voice thick with emotion. “My son… my son smiled at me.”
Lando cradled Leo in his arms, his gaze fixed on the baby with a mixture of awe and absolute adoration. He swayed back and forth, humming softly under his breath, as though trying to coax some kind of miracle out of his little son.
"Mama’s turn now," Lando said in a voice full of tenderness, walking toward you with Leo facing you. "Smile at Mama, Leo!"
You leaned forward, your hands resting on your knees as you watched Lando’s every move, heart swelling. “You think he’s really going to smile on cue?”
“Just wait,” Lando said with a grin, gently bouncing Leo. "Look at Mama, little man. Show her your big, gummy smile!"
For a moment, there was only the soft sound of Lando’s voice, and then... it happened. Leo’s face scrunched up as he stared up at you with those big, innocent eyes. And then, like a flash of light, his lips curled up in the tiniest, most precious gummy smile.
You felt your heart explode. Without even thinking, you reached a hand to cover your mouth as a soft sob escaped. "Oh my God," you whispered, tears already brimming. "He smiled at me, Lando."
Both of you stared at Leo, the tiny bundle who had no idea he had just performed the greatest act of cuteness in the history of parenthood. He just blinked up at you both, totally clueless, his little hands batting in the air, completely unaware of the emotional chaos he’d triggered.
Lando’s voice was shaky as he looked at you, a tear slipping down his cheek. "Look at him. He’s perfect. He’s ours. He smiled, love. He smiled!"
You were laughing and crying at the same time, shaking your head in disbelief. "I can’t. This is... too much."
Lando gently shifted Leo so that he was facing you both, as if presenting him to you like the greatest treasure. "See, buddy?" Lando whispered to Leo, his voice thick with emotion. "You’re gonna break hearts with that smile. Just like your mama."
You wiped away a tear, reaching out a hand to gently touch Leo’s tiny foot. "I can’t believe how much I love you two," you said, your voice barely a whisper.
Lando was full-on crying now, unable to contain the tears as he held Leo to his chest again, taking a deep breath and wiping his eyes. “I didn’t know it was possible to love you more every day,” he said, voice cracking with emotion. “But then... he does that,” he gestured lazily at Leo, “and suddenly I love you both a thousand times more.”
You reached up to gently wipe a tear from his cheek, your hand trembling just slightly. "I know," you whispered, leaning in to kiss him softly. "I love you both too."
Leo, completely unaware of the full emotional depth of the moment, simply gurgled in his sleep, his hands curling into fists, still smiling in his own little, clueless way.
You laughed softly, your voice still thick with emotion. "He’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen."
"Yeah," Lando agreed, his voice still a little raw. "He’s perfect. And he’s ours. I didn’t know I could feel like this,” he said, choking on his words, his voice cracking even more. “I’m so proud. I’m just… so proud of him already.”
You got up from the couch, walking over to where Lando was, a small, amused smile playing on your lips. You kneeled beside him, brushing your hand gently against his arm. “You’re a mess, you know that?”
Lando wiped his eyes with the back of his hand, his face flushed with both emotion and embarrassment. “I didn’t sign up for this,” he said, looking at you through misty eyes. “This whole dad thing is gonna kill me. I can’t handle it.”
—
Lando was peacefully asleep on the couch, his arm draped lazily over his face, a soft snore escaping his lips as he lay on his back. Leo was nestled against his chest, his tiny hands swiping aimlessly as he slowly woke up, blinking his big eyes in the morning light.
You sat on the edge of the couch, your heart swelling as you watched the two of them. The sight was adorable- Lando, always so composed, now a soft, unguarded mess with your son lying on top of him. You leaned in to scoop Leo up for a cuddle, ready to give Lando a break from baby duty.
But just as you reached down to lift Leo, you froze. Leo’s tiny hand shot out, and in one swift move, he grabbed onto Lando’s nose with both little fists.
You stifled a laugh as Lando remained blissfully unaware, still deep in his sleep. Leo, on the other hand, was gripping his dad's nose like it was the most important thing in the world, his little fingers digging in as if holding onto a treasure.
You leaned over and tried to carefully pry Leo’s hand off his dad’s face, but Leo wasn't having any of it. His grip tightened, and he let out a soft giggle of his own, clearly delighted by his newfound power.
"No way, Leo," you whispered through your giggles. "Let go of Daddy’s nose."
But Leo just grinned and gave an enthusiastic tug, which only made you laugh harder. Lando, still unaware, snored a little louder, completely oblivious to the tiny assault on his nose.
You tried again to pull Leo away, but it was no use. Leo refused to let go. The more you tried, the more Leo seemed to cling to his dad’s nose with newfound determination.
"You little troublemaker," you giggled, your fingers now gently tickling Leo’s side in an attempt to distract him. "Daddy’s gonna wake up with a nose full of baby drool, and you're gonna be the one to blame."
Finally, after what felt like an eternity of baby antics, Lando stirred slightly. His eyes fluttered open, and he blinked, clearly confused as to why he felt a strange sensation on his nose. He looked down, and his gaze immediately landed on Leo, still gripping his nose like it was the most important thing in the world.
Lando blinked a few times, his lips twitching into a smile. "Leo..." he said groggily, his voice thick with sleep. "What are you doing, buddy?"
You couldn’t contain your laughter anymore, and you let out a full giggle. "He’s got you, Lando. He won’t let go."
Lando’s eyes softened as he looked at Leo, who was grinning back at him, completely unaware of the trouble he’d caused. "Well, guess I’m stuck with this now, huh?" Lando chuckled, gently moving Leo’s tiny hand from his nose. “I guess I should be flattered.”
You leaned in to kiss Lando on the cheek, still giggling. "You should be. I think Leo just claimed you as his personal jungle gym."
Lando smiled, finally fully awake now, and carefully lifted Leo off his chest, giving him a small kiss on the forehead. "Guess he loves me more than I thought."
"Just wait until he starts grabbing your hair," you teased.
Lando laughed, giving Leo a soft, affectionate squeeze. "I’ll take it. It’s just another part of the adventure."
You watched the two of them, your heart full. “Yeah. Another adventure,” you agreed softly, feeling the warmth of your little family wrap around you.
—
It was one of those rare, quiet afternoons. Sunlight poured through the windows, casting a soft glow over the living room where you sat with Leo cradled in your arms. His tiny body was warm against yours, his head nestled just beneath your chin. You were humming softly, tracing little patterns on his back, lost in your own world.
But Leo? Leo was in his own universe and it revolved entirely around you.
He tilted his head back slightly, his wide, curious eyes locking onto your face like you were the most fascinating thing he’d ever seen.
His little hands reached up, fingers brushing against your cheek. Every time you moved, even slightly, his gaze followed with a level of intensity that would’ve made a detective jealous.
“Hey there, buddy,” you whispered, smiling down at him. “What’s got you so mesmerized?”
Leo didn’t answer, of course. He just blinked at you, his big, gummy smile spreading across his face like sunshine breaking through clouds.
“Is it the song?” you teased, tilting your head. “Or are you just checking to see if I’m as tired as I feel?”
Lando walked in from the kitchen, a glass of water in his hand, and froze when he saw the two of you. “Oh my god,” he whispered, his voice laced with awe. “He’s in love with you.”
You looked up, confused but amused. “What are you talking about?”
“Look at him!” Lando exclaimed, setting the glass down and gesturing dramatically toward Leo. “He’s completely starstruck. Like, I’m his dad, but apparently, you’re Beyoncé or something.”
You laughed softly, glancing back down at Leo. “He’s a baby, Lando. Babies just... stare.”
“Not like this,” Lando countered, crouching beside the couch to get a closer look. He waved a hand in front of Leo’s face, trying to catch his attention, but Leo didn’t even blink. His gaze stayed fixed on you, unwavering.
“See?” Lando said, throwing his hands up. “I don’t exist. You’re his whole world.”
“Well,” you said with a sly smile, “can you blame him?”
Lando laughed, leaning in to kiss your cheek. “Not even a little bit.”
Leo, as if sensing that his dad was stealing your attention, let out a little coo of protest. His tiny hand reached up again, this time gripping a strand of your hair.
“Oh, you’re possessive now, huh?” you teased, gently prying his fingers loose. “Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere.”
Lando watched the exchange with a grin, shaking his head. “I don’t stand a chance, do I?”
Leo giggled at you, a sound so pure and joyful that both you and Lando couldn’t help but laugh along.
“Well,” Lando said, sitting down beside you, “if he’s this obsessed with you now, just wait until he starts talking. First word’s gonna be ‘Mama’ for sure.”
You shrugged, smirking. “I mean, I am pretty great.”
“Understatement of the year,” Lando muttered, leaning in to kiss your temple.
Leo babbled something incomprehensible, his voice full of excitement, as if trying to join the conversation. You looked back down at him, your heart swelling.
“Don’t worry, baby,” you said softly, pressing a kiss to his forehead. “I love you, too.”
Leo responded with another gummy smile, and Lando groaned, clutching his chest.
“I’m gonna die,” he said dramatically. “He’s too cute. You’re too cute. I can’t handle this.”
You laughed, leaning into Lando’s side as the three of you basked in the warmth of the moment, your little family feeling more perfect than ever.
A few hours later and you were lounging on the couch, Leo nestled snugly against your chest. His tiny fingers clung to your shirt, his cheek resting against you as he babbled softly. You were exhausted but content, brushing a hand gently over his downy hair.
Lando appeared in the doorway, fresh from a shower, his hair damp and tousled. He grinned at the sight of the two of you, still where he had left you earlier to go running to get the workout his personal trainer required him. "Alright, mama. Your turn to rest," he said, striding over confidently. "Hand him over."
You chuckled softly, shifting slightly. "I don’t think he’s going to like that."
“Don’t be ridiculous,” Lando said, reaching for Leo. “Come on, buddy. Let’s give Mama a break. You’ve hogged her long enough.”
But as soon as Lando’s hands gently tried to lift Leo away, your son let out a whiny little wail, clutching at your shirt like his life depended on it. His face scrunched up, and he made a series of dramatic, pitiful noises, burying his head against you.
Lando froze, blinking at Leo in disbelief. “Whoa, whoa, whoa- what’s this?”
You tried to hold back a laugh, rubbing Leo’s back soothingly. “I told you. He’s a mama’s boy right now.”
“Mama’s boy?” Lando repeated, his tone almost offended. “Leo, mate, you’re killing me here. What happened to our father-son bond? Remember? McLaren lullabies? Matching outfits? No?”
Leo let out another whimper and clung tighter, making it abundantly clear that no, he did not care about any of that right now.
“Unbelievable,” Lando muttered, dropping his hands to his hips. “You’re supposed to be my biggest fan, and you’re ditching me for her?”
“Can you blame him?” you teased, smiling up at Lando. “I mean, I did carry him for nine months. We’ve got history.”
Lando scoffed, sitting on the armrest of the couch, his arms crossed. “Alright, fine. I’ll just sit here and wait until he decides I’m worthy of his time again. No big deal.”
You laughed softly, adjusting Leo slightly so he could peek at his dad. “Oh, don’t be so dramatic. He loves you. He’s just... clingy today.”
Lando leaned in closer, his face inches from Leo’s. “Hey, buddy,” he said in a mock serious tone. “You’re breaking my heart, you know that? At least give me a smile or something.”
Leo peeked at him, his little mouth forming an ‘O’ as if considering it, but then he tucked his face back into your neck with a happy sigh.
“Wow,” Lando said, throwing his hands up. “Rejected. Completely rejected. I’m never going to recover from this.”
You reached out with your free hand, tugging playfully at Lando’s arm. “Oh, stop. You’ll get your turn when he’s in a dad mood.”
“When’s that gonna be? Next year?” Lando quipped, though his grin gave away that he wasn’t really upset.
You tilted your head, resting it against the couch. “Maybe when he starts talking. He might surprise you and say ‘Dada’ first.”
Lando’s face lit up at the idea, his competitive streak kicking in. “Oh, he better say ‘Dada’ first. Otherwise, I’m taking him to every Grand Prix until he changes his mind.”
You rolled your eyes, shaking your head at him fondly. “You’re ridiculous.”
“And yet, you love me,” he replied, leaning down to kiss the top of your head. Then, after a beat, he pressed a soft kiss to Leo’s, earning himself a tiny, curious glance.
“See, Leo?” Lando said, grinning at his son. “I’m not so bad. Maybe next time, you’ll pick Dad, huh?”
Leo cooed softly, his tiny hand reaching out toward Lando’s face as if to placate him, and Lando laughed.
“Alright,” he said, standing back up. “You win this round, little guy. But don’t get too comfortable. Dad’s coming for you.”
You smiled, pressing a kiss to Leo’s head as he settled contentedly against you. “I think we’re both lucky to have you, Lando. Even if he’s playing favorites today.”
Lando shot you a cheeky grin. “Damn right you’re lucky. Just wait until tomorrow. I’ll bring out the big guns- he won’t be able to resist.”
“Big guns?” you repeated, raising an eyebrow.
“You’ll see,” Lando said cryptically, heading toward the kitchen. “Just you wait, Mama’s boy.”
You laughed softly, shaking your head, as Leo cooed happily in your arms, blissfully unaware of the competition brewing between his parents.
—
The house was unusually quiet that evening, save for the faint hum of the baby monitor on the kitchen counter.
You were finishing up the dishes when you noticed Lando sitting on the couch, his elbows resting on his knees, head in his hands. His hair was a mess from running his fingers through it, something he only did when he was stressed.
You dried your hands and walked over, sitting beside him.
Leo was already asleep in his crib, giving you both a rare moment of peace, but Lando’s usual lighthearted demeanor was absent.
"Hey," you said softly, resting a hand on his shoulder. "What’s on your mind?"
He sighed heavily, sitting back and looking at you with tired eyes. "Season’s starting back up soon."
You nodded. "I know. It’s what you love, though. You’ve been itching to get back out there."
"Yeah, I have," he admitted, but his voice was far from excited. "It’s just... different this time."
You tilted your head, encouraging him to continue.
"I don’t want to miss anything," he said, his voice thick with emotion. "Leo’s growing so fast already, and what if I miss his first word? Or the first time he crawls? What if he forgets me when I’m gone too much? He’s so little, and I just... I don’t want him to feel like I’m not around."
Your heart broke a little at his words.
Lando was always so confident, but being a dad had softened him in ways you didn’t expect.
You leaned into him, resting your head on his shoulder. "You’re not going to miss everything, Lando. We’re coming with you, remember?"
"I know," he said, wrapping an arm around you instinctively. "But it’s not the same. You’ll be in the hotel most of the time. I’ll be at the track all day. And then there’s the traveling, the media, the briefings... It’s not like I can just pop in whenever I want."
"You’re doing your best," you reassured him. "And that’s all that matters. Leo’s not going to forget you just because you’re working. He’s going to grow up knowing his dad is chasing his dreams."
"But he’s my dream too," Lando whispered, his voice cracking. "I love racing, but I love you and Leo more. And I don’t want either of you to feel like you’re second to anything."
You sat up and cupped his face in your hands, making him look at you. "Lando Norris, you are an amazing dad and an amazing partner. Racing doesn’t take away from that. If anything, it adds to it. You’re showing Leo what it means to work hard for something you’re passionate about. And no matter how busy things get, you always come back to us. That’s what he’ll remember."
He leaned into your touch, his eyes closing as he let out another sigh. "You’re way too good at this pep talk thing, you know."
You smiled. "Comes with the territory. Now, instead of worrying, why don’t you focus on the things you can do? Like making sure you get as much time with Leo as possible before you leave for Bahrain."
Lando nodded, his resolve strengthening. "You’re right. I’ll make every second count."
"We’ll be cheering you on," you said, pressing a kiss to his cheek. "Always."
"Love you," he murmured, pulling you into his arms.
"We love you too," you whispered back, knowing that no matter how challenging the season ahead would be, you’d face it together.
—
The door to the hotel room creaked open, and you looked up from the couch where you sat with Leo perched on your lap.
The tension in Lando’s shoulders was evident as he stepped inside, his eyes shadowed with the weight of a race that hadn’t gone his way.
His hair was still damp from a quick post-race shower at the track, hoodie lazily thrown on.
He dropped his bag by the door and leaned against the wall for a moment, rubbing a hand down his face. You could see the frustration in every line of his posture, and your heart ached for him.
“Hey,” you called softly, trying not to wake Leo, who was already babbling quietly as he played with your fingers.
Lando’s eyes found yours, and just like that, some of the tension began to melt away. His gaze shifted to Leo, whose bright aquamarine eyes lit up the moment he saw his dad. Tiny hands waved enthusiastically, and Lando couldn’t help but smile.
“Hey, mate,” he murmured, crossing the room to kneel beside you both. “You’ve been good for your mum?”
Leo giggled in response, his baby talk filling the room. Lando reached out to gently tickle his son’s belly, his earlier frustration slowly dissolving into soft chuckles as Leo squirmed and cooed.
“I missed you two,” Lando said quietly, his eyes meeting yours. He leaned forward to kiss your forehead, then pressed a soft kiss to Leo’s chubby cheek. “Needed this more than I thought.”
Leo’s babbling grew more excited, and he suddenly clapped his hands before blurting out, “Buh! Buh! Buh! Booooox!”
Both you and Lando froze for a second, staring at each other in disbelief.
“Did he just-”
“Did he just say box box box?” you finished, already starting to laugh.
Lando’s jaw dropped before he burst into a mix of laughter and disbelief. “No way. His first words are box box box! Are you kidding me?!”
You were laughing so hard tears were threatening to spill from your eyes. “Oh my God, Lando. All that time spent listening to the race engineers is paying off! He’s already a little racer!”
Lando gently scooped Leo up, holding him high in the air as the baby giggled uncontrollably.
“Leo, mate, you’ve got the timing of a legend! First words straight out of a pit wall broadcast. Unbelievable!”
Leo’s babbling continued, his gummy smile stretching wide as he seemed to revel in the attention.
Lando pressed his forehead to Leo’s, his voice filled with affection. “You’re perfect, you know that? Absolute perfection. Even if you’ve cursed me to never hear the end of this from Uncle Max.”
You leaned over to kiss Lando’s cheek, your laughter settling into a warm smile. “Well, at least we know he’s paying attention during the races.”
Lando turned to look at you, his eyes soft and full of love. “You two make everything better, you know that? Worst race of my life, and here I am, happier than ever because of this little guy and his genius first words.”
“Buh-buh-buh!” Leo squealed again, reaching out to grab Lando’s nose.
“Yeah, yeah, box box box, I hear you, mate,” Lando said, his voice thick with laughter and adoration.
—
The moment came out of nowhere, as so many milestones do.
You were finishing up your nighttime skincare routine while Lando sat on the floor, trying to coax Leo to take a step.
Leo stood wobbling on his chubby little legs, his hands stretched out in front of him for balance.
“Come on, mate,” Lando encouraged, holding his arms out. “One step. Just one! You’ve got this.”
You looked up, a soft smile playing on your lips. “He’s been teasing you with this for weeks, hasn’t he?”
“Don’t jinx it!” Lando shot back with a grin, his eyes glued to Leo.
Leo’s face was scrunched in determination, his tongue poking out as if it helped his balance. Then, with the tiniest of shuffles, he lifted one foot and took a step.
“YES!” Lando’s shout nearly startled the poor baby into toppling over, but Leo took another step toward his dad, and then another, his arms swinging wildly for balance.
You gasped, nearly dropping the serum you were holding. “Oh my God, he’s doing it!”
Leo stumbled into Lando’s arms, laughing triumphantly as his dad scooped him up and spun him around. “That’s my boy! First steps! Did you see that, babe? He’s a natural.”
You were on your feet in an instant, rushing over to join them. “I saw it! Our little walker!”
Leo’s giggles turned into a proud little babble as Lando kissed the top of his head, his own grin so wide it looked like it might split his face.
Over the next few days, Leo was unstoppable. His clumsy little walk turned into a full-on mission to copy everything you and Lando did. If Lando was stretching, Leo mimicked him, though his version mostly involved falling over. When you bent down to pick something up, Leo would squat and then sit on his bottom like it was the same thing.
“Look at him!” Lando said one afternoon, watching as Leo tried to copy his dad tying his sneakers. “He’s like a little shadow. A very uncoordinated, very adorable shadow.”
Leo looked up at his dad with wide eyes, then toddled over and wrapped his arms around Lando’s leg, babbling nonsense.
“Aw, buddy, you’re killing me here,” Lando said, scooping him up. “You’re too cute. I can’t handle it.”
—
The sound of the private jet’s engines starting up hummed softly beneath your feet as you held Leo in your arms, walking down the narrow aisle towards the seats.
You could feel his tiny hand gripping your finger as you set him down on his feet, his little body still a bit unsteady as he tried to mimic your movements.
It was one of those moments that felt like time slowed down, as Leo tried to take a few wobbly steps toward Lando, who was already settled in his seat, grinning widely at his son.
“Come on, little man,” Lando called out, his voice light with amusement. “You can do it. Show mama how it’s done.”
You smiled at him, your heart swelling as you watched Leo try to imitate Lando’s movements, his knees wobbling slightly as he took another hesitant step forward.
The jet's gentle swaying seemed to make it harder, but Leo was determined. With every step he took, his little face lit up with the biggest grin, his wide eyes sparkling like he was proud of himself for trying.
“You’re a natural, Leo,” you said softly, helping him balance with your hand on his back. “Just like your dad.”
Leo looked up at you then, his smile widening before he reached for you.
He babbled excitedly, his voice higher-pitched and full of joy, and you laughed as you scooped him up, feeling his small arms wrap around your neck in a tight hug.
He was practically vibrating with happiness. You couldn’t help but melt into the feeling, his love so pure and contagious that it left you breathless.
“He really loves you,” Lando said with a grin, watching as Leo snuggled into your arms. “I think you might be his favorite.”
“Of course, I am,” you teased, pressing a kiss to Leo’s cheek. “He knows who takes care of him when he needs snacks, cuddles, and all the kisses.”
Leo giggled, his baby talk coming out in a string of adorable babbles as he snuggled closer to you. “Mama!” he squealed, his little voice bouncing off the walls of the plane, and you couldn’t help but smile in return.
“That’s right, buddy,” you whispered, looking at Lando with a playful smirk. “Mama’s got you.”
Lando laughed softly, clearly charmed by the scene.
You gently bounced Leo on your hip as you made your way to the seats. “It’s alright, babe. You’re still my number one, even if Leo’s stealing all the attention.”
Leo, sensing that he was the center of it all, let out a cheerful little giggle, reaching for Lando as if asking for his dad to hold him too.
“Okay, okay,” Lando laughed, scooting over and extending his arms. “You’ve made your point, little man.”
You handed Leo to Lando, watching as the two of them shared a moment. Leo rested his tiny head against his dad’s chest as Lando sat back in his seat, humming a soft tune to calm him down.
—
When Leo was still barely a year old, you and Lando found yourselves having the same conversation over and over.
You didn’t know if Leo would end up following in Lando’s footsteps or if he’d develop his own passions, but you both agreed that it was important to plan for his future- just in case.
Sitting together in the living room, watching Leo take wobbly steps across the floor, Lando turned to you with a smile. “I know we’re still a long way off, but... have you thought about what kind of school we want for Leo?”
You shrugged, absentmindedly brushing a stray lock of hair from Leo’s forehead.
“It’s hard to say, isn’t it? He’s barely one, but I’ve been thinking about it too. I guess we can’t decide now, but I think it’s smart to start planning. I mean, who knows what his interests will be?”
Lando nodded thoughtfully. “Yeah. He might not be into racing, or even sports. But I can’t help but think about the possibility of him wanting to do something like I did. I don’t want to push him, but...” His voice trailed off as he watched Leo take another shaky step.
“I know,” you said softly, smiling as Leo giggled and reached for you. “It’s hard not to think about it. I just want him to have the freedom to choose what he loves, even if that’s not racing.”
Lando’s expression softened. “Of course. But what if he does? I want to make sure he has options, you know? Like, if he’s into it, I’d love for him to have that foundation. But if he’s not... then I don’t want him to feel forced into it.”
You rested your head on his shoulder, knowing how much racing meant to him. “I get it. It’s not just about racing, though. It’s about having choices. I think we should focus on giving him a well-rounded education, one that could adapt to whatever he wants to do. But I also think it’s important to keep in mind how we’ll handle it if he does decide to race, just in case.”
Lando sighed, watching Leo playfully crawl towards his toy car. “Yeah. Maybe we should start looking into schools that would allow for flexibility. That way, if he does want to race, it won’t interfere too much with his education.”
“Yeah,” you said, watching Leo’s face light up as he grabbed his toy and started pushing it across the floor. “And if he doesn’t want to race, we’ll make sure he has every opportunity to explore whatever else he’s passionate about.”
Lando grinned. “Whatever he ends up doing, I’ll be proud. Just... as long as he doesn’t bring me another toy car to fix. That’s my job.”
You laughed, leaning in to kiss him on the cheek. “I think he might just follow in your footsteps on that one.”
“Maybe. But for now, we’ve got plenty of time to figure it out.” Lando took your hand and squeezed it.
—
As you stepped into the paddock, Leo securely tucked in Lando’s arms, you couldn’t help but notice how everyone’s attention turned to your little boy.
His bright orange McLaren headphones looked comically large on his head, his curls bouncing with every slight movement.
Despite the overwhelming sights and sounds, Leo’s aquamarine eyes darted around, wide with curiosity.
“Alright, little man,” Lando murmured, adjusting Leo’s jacket, complete with a tiny McLaren logo stitched on the chest. “This is where Dad works. Cool, right? Your dad’s a bit of a big deal here.”
You smirked as you walked beside them. “He’s modest too. Make sure you learn that, Leo.”
Lando turned to you, raising a brow. “What can I say? He should know the truth.” Then, looking at Leo, he grinned. “We’ll save the really cool stuff for when you can talk.”
One of the engineers wandered over, grinning. “Well, well, if it isn’t our new recruit. Welcome, Leo. Hope you’re ready to carry the team.”
Leo giggled at the commotion, clumsily reaching out toward the engineer’s shiny name badge.
“Watch out,” you warned, leaning away. “If it’s shiny, he’s going to grab it.”
“Just like his dad and a trophy,” the engineer quipped, dodging Leo’s little hands.
Leo’s delighted squeals made the whole team stop and stare for a moment, their smiles softening as he wriggled excitedly, his tiny hands grabbing at the air as if trying to reach for the brightly colored McLaren car parked nearby.
One of the mechanics leaned in with a smile, handing Leo a miniature wrench.
“For the next pit stop,” the mechanic joked. “Gotta train ‘em young!”
Leo grabbed the wrench with a look of awe, his gummy smile lighting up the entire garage.
“Careful,” Lando said, laughing. “You give him that, and he’s going to think he’s part of the crew.”
“Isn’t he already?” the team’s PR manager chimed in, snapping a photo of Lando and Leo. “This might be our cutest team member yet.”
“I’m telling you,” Lando said, looking around. “This kid’s already got star power. I give it, what, two years before Zak offers him a contract?”
“Let’s aim for potty training first,” you teased, running a hand through Leo’s curls. “Then he can talk strategy.”
Zak wandered over at that moment, his gaze flicking from Leo to Lando. “He’s stealing the show already, isn’t he?”
“Obviously,” Lando said, grinning. “Look at him! He’s got the McLaren spirit.”
Leo babbled loudly, throwing his arms in the air as if he were agreeing. Everyone laughed, and Lando looked at you, his expression softening for just a moment.
“You sure he’s not overwhelmed?” he asked quietly, his voice just for you.
You smiled, resting a hand on his arm. “He’s fine. He’s curious, just like someone else I know.”
Leo, now grabbing at the zipper on Lando’s race suit, interrupted the moment with a loud, joyful squeal.
“Alright, alright,” Lando said, laughing as he adjusted Leo. “You’re the boss, mate.”
After Lando handed Leo back to you, his bright orange headphones still perched comically on his tiny head, he knelt to Leo’s level one last time before heading to the car.
“Alright, buddy,” he said, pressing a soft kiss to Leo’s curls. “Daddy’s going to go really fast now, okay? Cheer for me.”
Leo babbled something incomprehensible, his little hands reaching out to pat Lando’s face. Lando chuckled, leaning into the touch as if it were the best encouragement he could get.
“See? He already knows I’m winning,” Lando joked, standing and giving you a quick kiss on the forehead. “Take care of my little number one fan.”
“We’ll be cheering from the best seats in the house,” you assured him, adjusting Leo on your hip. “Go make us proud.”
As Lando disappeared into the chaos of the garage, you carried Leo to the viewing area, a private box where you could watch the race without overwhelming him. The hum of engines roaring to life filled the air, and Leo’s eyes grew impossibly wide at the sight of the cars pulling out onto the track.
“Look, Leo,” you cooed, pointing toward the screen showing Lando’s car. “There’s Daddy. See the orange car? That’s him.”
Leo squirmed excitedly in your arms, babbling in response as if he understood. His tiny fists waved in the air, his gaze locked on the screen.
As the race began, you couldn’t help but glance between the screen and your son. His fascination was evident, his aquamarine eyes following the cars as they sped around the track.
Occasionally, he’d let out a squeal, clapping his hands together, and it made your heart swell.
“Is Daddy fast?” you asked playfully.
Leo responded with a delighted giggle, his curls bouncing as he nodded. Whether it was intentional or just random excitement, you weren’t sure, but it made you laugh anyway.
When Lando pulled off a daring overtake, you clapped softly, careful not to startle Leo. “See that, little man? That’s Daddy being awesome.”
Leo responded by slapping his chubby hands against your chest and squealing, his energy contagious.
By the time the race ended, Lando had finished in a respectable position—maybe not a podium, but enough to make you proud. As he approached the garage for post-race celebrations and interviews, you and Leo made your way down to meet him.
The moment Lando stepped into view, sweaty and slightly disheveled but glowing with the post-race adrenaline, Leo practically launched himself toward him, wiggling in your arms and reaching out.
“Alright, alright, mate!” Lando said, laughing as he took Leo from you, holding him close. “You watched me, huh? Did you see how cool I was?”
Leo responded with a string of babbles, his hands patting Lando’s cheeks and tugging at his race suit zipper again.
“He was your biggest fan,” you said, smiling at the sight of the two of them.
“Best fan I’ll ever have,” Lando said, pressing a kiss to Leo’s forehead before looking at you. “And my second best fan is pretty great, too.”
“Oh, I’m second now?” you teased, arching a brow.
“Technically tied,” Lando corrected with a grin, leaning in to kiss you briefly. “Best race ever. Thanks to you two.”
—
It was a sunny afternoon when Adam and Cisca arrived for their visit, the house buzzing with excitement as Leo toddled around, his tiny feet barely keeping up with his boundless energy.
You had been waiting for this moment, knowing how much both Lando’s parents were eager to hear their grandson say his first words to them.
“Cisca, Adam, we’ve been working on something special with Leo,” you said, a playful grin on your face. “I think he’s finally ready to impress you both.”
Cisca, who was sitting on the couch with Adam, leaned forward eagerly. “Oh, don’t tease us. What’s he going to do?”
You gave a small nod toward Leo, who was currently playing with his favorite toy car, completely oblivious to the attention he was about to receive.
Lando was beside him, giving a little encouragement.
“Leo,” Lando said softly, “can you say ‘Grandma’?”
For a moment, Leo just looked up at him, his big aquamarine eyes blinking as if he was deciding whether to humor his dad. Then, in a clear, albeit babyish voice, he uttered, “G-g-gra-ma!”
The room fell silent for a split second, before Cisca gasped and clapped her hands.
“He said it! He really said it!” Her eyes were wide with excitement, and she immediately reached for Leo, pulling him into her arms as she showered him with kisses.
Adam laughed, his arms crossed as he watched Cisca fawn over Leo. “Well, it looks like we have a new favorite around here.”
Cisca, still holding Leo, smiled warmly. “He’s a natural,” she said, her voice thick with emotion.
Lando grinned, clearly proud, but there was a spark of mischief in his eyes. “Alright, buddy. Let’s see if you can do ‘Grandpa’ now.”
Leo’s face lit up at the challenge, and he looked up at Lando with a wide grin. “G-g-pa!” he said, a little clearer this time, as though he’d been practicing in secret.
Cisca and Adam both looked at each other in amazement before bursting into laughter. “He did it!”
You couldn’t help but smile, watching your son, so small yet already full of surprises.
Lando, beaming, scooped Leo into his arms, lifting him high in the air. “Good job, mate! You’re already a hit with the grandparents.”
As you all laughed and celebrated, you felt a warm sense of joy, knowing that these small moments were just the beginning.
Leo was growing up so quickly, and every new word was another step toward the amazing little person he was becoming.
And if there was any doubt that he was Lando’s son, it was quickly erased with that second, clearer “Grandpa.”
—
It was Lando’s home race, and the atmosphere was electric. The streets around the circuit buzzed with excitement as fans poured in to cheer on their favorite driver.
You, Lando, and Leo were all geared up for a day of racing, but there was an undeniable sense of extra energy in the air today.
It was Lando's moment to shine in front of his hometown crowd.
You had decided to bring Leo along for his first true race day experience, and the little one couldn’t contain his excitement.
He had been bouncing around the house all morning, his energy matching the anticipation in the air
“Ready for the madness?” Lando asked, his fingers tapping on the wheel as he drove toward the circuit.
“Is there ever a dull moment at one of your races?” you teased, glancing at Leo, who was already staring out the window, wide-eyed at the massive crowds beginning to form outside.
“Look, Daddy!” Leo exclaimed, his voice full of wonder. “People!”
Lando chuckled, reaching over to ruffle Leo’s hair. “Yeah, buddy, those people are here to watch a race. They love the sport almost as much as we do.”
Lando slowed a little to let Leo get a better look at the fans, many of whom had spotted him by now.
A small wave of recognition rippled through the crowd, and people began holding up signs, taking photos, and cheering even louder.
Lando chuckled, glancing at Leo. “Look at him, he’s already soaking it all in. He’s going to be waving at people the whole time.”
Sure enough, as you drove past the crowds lining the track, Leo pressed his face against the window and started waving enthusiastically at the fans.
“Hi! Hi, people!” he called out, his little arm flailing in the air like he was trying to reach everyone at once.
Lando laughed, shaking his head fondly. “Just like me when I was his age, huh?”
You smiled, watching Leo’s excitement grow as the car neared the grid.
“He’s got your energy, that’s for sure,” you agreed, though Leo’s cheeky smile had hints of you, too.
Leo, still oblivious to the significance of the day, continued to wave back happily, as if the attention was the most natural thing in the world.
The moment was adorable, and it didn’t take long for the whole world to start catching on.
You felt your phone buzz in your pocket. Curiosity piqued, you pulled it out quickly, only to be greeted with a flood of notifications.
Your heart skipped a beat as you read the messages from friends and family, all the while still hearing Leo’s happy babbling in the back seat.
The trending hashtag was unmistakable: #LeoNorrisOnTheGrid.
It seemed that most fans, spotting Leo, immediately started recording, posting videos of the excited toddler waving at everyone. Within minutes, the clips had gone viral.
On Twitter, hashtags like #LeoNorris and #MiniLando had started trending in minutes.
Fans were going crazy over how much Leo looked like his father, and how adorable he was interacting with the crowd. Some even joked about how Leo was stealing the spotlight from Lando.
"I swear, this kid's got his own fan club already," you said, laughing as you scrolled through the posts and videos that were rapidly gaining likes and retweets.
Lando raised an eyebrow, glancing at the screen before shaking his head, amused. “Well, I’m not surprised. He’s got that Norris charm.”
As you all made your way to the grid, the excitement continued to build. Leo, blissfully unaware of the frenzy he’d caused online, continued to wave at the fans, his little face lit up with pure joy. You leaned over to Lando, whispering, “He’s definitely got your spirit, that’s for sure.”
“Guess he’s a natural,” Lando said with a grin, his tone light but his pride obvious. “But I’m not sure how I feel about all those people already talking about him taking my seat one day.”
You laughed, brushing a strand of hair from your face. “Don’t worry, Lando. He’s still got a lot of growing to do before that happens.”
Leo’s excited voice interrupted the moment. “Daddy race now! Go, go, go!” He was bouncing in his seat, eager for his dad to get to the track.
As you made your way toward the grid, Lando leaned in to kiss your forehead.
“Thanks for being here with me today,” he murmured, squeezing your hand. “It means the world to have you both here, especially today.”
With Leo tugging on his hand, eager to explore, you smiled, feeling the love and joy that filled the air.
“We wouldn’t be anywhere else,” you replied, knowing that this day, this moment, was something you’d all treasure forever.

Quiet
Vander x Fem!Reader
A/N: this is my first arcane fic, please go easy on me... I have some Sevika stuff planned, but for now, have some super soft Vander. I also have some stuff that isn't just pwp planned, I just had to get this out of my system...
CW: Smut, 18+ (please consume your media responsibly), praise, pwp (literally jumps straight into smut), no beta, hinted at inexperienced! reader, creampie
Word count: 1.4k
“Gotta keep quiet,” Vander shushed you as one of his hands slid past your waistband. Your hand covered your mouth and your eyes screwed shut. “You’re being so good,” His lips met your forehead as a thick finger gently rubbed a circle against your clit.
You let out a muffled moan and your eyes opened slowly. You looked up at Vander through your lashes. Your back was flush against the wall and Vander was about as close to you as he could possibly be. You could feel how hard he was against you. Without thinking, your hips jutted forward into his, and Vander tensed.
He clicked his tongue. “So needy.” Vander smiled down at you. “Don’t worry,” He whispered, lowering his mouth to your neck. “I’m going to take care of you.”
You nodded at him. You trusted him to follow through with that. It was a promise. You leaned into Vander, your back coming off of the door and your weight pressing onto him. Your mouth was still covered by your hand, which turned out to be a good thing when Vander slipped a finger inside of you. Your head started to spin when his thumb found your clit and his finger gently pumped in and out of you.
Muffled curses fell into the palm of your hand as your head lulled back and your eyes locked onto the ceiling. Vander was holding himself together a lot better than you were. He was composed and you were breaking beneath him.
Your hand fell from your face and you gripped onto Vander tightly. “Need- Need you.” You cried out quietly. “Please…” You begged ever so softly for him, your voice breaking. Vander’s free hand went to your chin and he leaned down, kissing you. Your eyes shut and you kissed back, grabbing his forearms tightly. Your hips rolled into his hand and you moaned into his mouth.
Vander pulled away slightly, just enough to talk against your lips, “I’m going to take you to the bed,” He stated, his fingers slipping out of you and his arm wrapping around you. “Be good and stay quiet, okay?”
You whimpered but ultimately stayed as quiet as possible. You are placed gently onto the bed and Vander stands up, straight, at the end of the bed. His hand went to his mouth and sucked on the finger that was just inside of you. His eyes did not move from you. Your stomach flipped and your jaw dropped slightly.
Vander’s finger popped out of his mouth. “You taste divine, love.”
“Vander,” You were breathless. “Fuck,” it came out as a huff, “please, I- I want you-” The room was spinning, and yet everything stood still. Vander gave you a soft smile and let out a low chuckle. “You’re driving me crazy,” You whispered.
“I could say the same,” He began to undress, before pausing. “Are you good to continue?” As soon as you nodded he took off his shirt. You wanted nothing more than to touch him. Feel him. But you were just in bed, feeling like you were miles from him. “Do I need to take your clothes off too?” He cocked his head at you as he began to take his pants off.
You did not respond. Your eyes were stuck on how his hands moved. You wanted his fingers again. You wanted all of him. You laid on the bed watching him and as soon as his fingers grabbed the waistband of his underwear you swallowed hard. He looked intimidating in his clothes, and then suddenly he was standing before you naked.
“Holy shit.” Your voice cracked. You looked up from his cock and to him. Vander was just smiling, his normal, friendly smile. “Van-” You were frozen in your spot. “I don’t-”
Vander soothed you. “We’ll go slow, if you want to go at all.” He reassured you. “Just say stop and we’ll stop.” As soon as you nodded, Vander examined your clothed form. “Now, do you want help out of those?”
You nodded again. Vander was over you in mere seconds. You sat up and Vander’s large hands were pulling your shirt up over your head. Without thinking you moved forward and kissed him. Vander smiled against your lips and his hands grabbed your bottoms. He slid them, along with your underwear, down your legs, and threw them across the room.
“Do you need more time?” Vander’s fingers danced across your ribs. “If you aren’t ready-”
“I just want you. I crave you.” You placed your forehead to his and sighed. “All I’ve been able to think about is you. I want you.” Your hand placed gently against his chest as you confessed to him.
Without skipping a beat, Vander nodded. You leaned back against the pillows, and Vander’s hand travelled from your ribs down to your hip. He gave you a reassuring squeeze before his hand moved again and his fingers were at your entrance.
“You’re already so wet,” He moved his hand. Suddenly you were caged in, his arms on either side of you and his face in your neck. Without even thinking, your legs spread and your knees were at his hips. “You ready, love?”
“Please,” You begged. “I need you to fuck me.”
That was all he needed to hear. One of his hands grabbed your ass and he steadied the both of you. He angled himself at your entrance and gently pushed himself inside of you. Your face contorted and you covered your mouth again. You could not risk getting loud. Vander was as still as he could be, unmoving; waiting for your okay.
“We could stay like this?” He asked you.
As much as you loved the idea of cock warming him, you needed a lot more than that. “Just- Shit-” You hissed. “Give me a second.” Vander placed a kiss to your shoulder as an ‘okay’ and waited. He would wait as long as you needed him to. Your hips moved ever so slightly against his and you let out a soft moan. “You’re good now.”
Vander started out with slow movements. His hips rocking gently against your own, drawing small moans out of you. Your hands moved to his back and your nails dug into his skin as he thrusted. Vander had been holding it together until that moment. His hips bucked and you found yourself biting his shoulder to keep from getting too loud.
He let out a low groan and you pulled back from him. You mumbled an apology and placed a kiss against the spot your teeth had just been. Vander kept his pace steady, neither of you could risk getting loud, so he needed to keep it slow.
“Ya feel so good,” Vander’s face was buried into your neck.
“Don’t stop,” You huffed, “so close-” Your fingers gently scraped up his back. Your eyes shut tight and your hips gently rocked against his own.
Vander was getting close to. His pace never faltered, he never once grew sloppy, but the sound of his quiet grunts were becoming different, more low and sporadic. A heat grew in your stomach, a knot forming. Your toes curled and your back arched, your sticky form sticking to Vander. His teeth gently scraped your neck and his hips slapped a little more harshly against yours.
“Where?” Vander’s voice is low and gruff.
“I'm- Inside, fuck, please I want it. Inside!”
Your pleading did not fall on deaf ears. Vander let out a low grumble and the both of you came undone at the same time. You were seeing stars and holding onto Vander tightly. His thrusts slowed and he shivered against you. Warmth fell from between your thighs. Once Vander came to a stop, you both lied still for a moment.
“You are too good,” He whispered into your neck. You breathed heavily, your chest meeting his. His large form covered you, but he was so careful as to not throw all of his weight on top of you. “Don't want to let you go.”
You took in the moment and sighed. Everything was perfect, at least for the time being. You did not want to let him go either.
“Need more of you.” Vander huffed out. He lifted from your neck. “Think you can go another round? I want to taste you.”
“Vander, I don't think I could keep quiet much longer.”
Vander smiled. “We can wait. If- When you need me, I'm all yours.”
