I have joint pain and a massive tailors bunion so walking SUCKS and I got to use a wheelchair for the first time. Holy shit. I am in awe. It was so much better. It was just a kinda crummy hospital wheelchair but I could move so much better and nothing hurt and also I got to spin around real fast in a small circle while waiting for the lift which was such a small thing but I had so much fun usually the lift and the steps are twin nightmares (standing and having my knees lock or walking and having my hip joints grind) I don’t think my issues are serious enough to buy a wheelchair or consistently rent one since I can walk perfectly well and if I tilt my foot just so then it’s not so much of an issue but it was gonna be a very long day on a big trip so I caved and rented one for the day. Sorry for coming in here and chatting your head off about this but I’m honestly just elated right now it was so cool
