Yall I'm getting so excited for the weekend because I don't have any big assignments, so I'm gonna try to alter a vintage dress I got yesterday! If all goes right I should be able to slowly buy more dresses without needing to worry about them fitting perfectly!

#gay thoughts #never gonna be the type to purposely buy bugger sizes #but when buying vintage or thrift its dissappinting when something cute is just a little too big #so like this dress fit perfectly in the skirt but the top is too big and i cant just go a size down (in store thats not always an option)#i want to get better at sewing and build the skills to get to a point where i dont need the clothes i buy to fit perfectly when i buy them #theres been a couple dresses i havent gotten because their was just on area that didnt fit #id also love to get to a point where i can just make my own #because the trends rarely fit my personal style #but yeah im hoping to get like a mini sewing machine #ive seen some simple ones for like $20 so im hoping i can find one and it works well enough #even if it doesnt last longterm to have something for small stuff wiuld be nice
