I love it when my first impressions of something is seeing it trend because it fucked up. Like maybe it trended before but i didn't notice but the moment i do is when it turns rotten. Makes me feel like a harbinger of death. Plus the fact that i wasn't paying attention lets me feel smug about my own media choices...and also extremely worried

I am...recovering. I have a journal I write in almost every day. My thoughts, my worries, the things I need to address to feel sane. I have a group of friends who love me, who are there for me, who I can be honest and open with. I love them, too, those shining stars. They gave me hope when I had none. I have a place to belong, where I can truly be me. That’s all I ever asked for. I feel important, cared for, and loved. And really, that’s all I need. Right now, at least
