Personally, I believe that the time skip was a blessing in disguise because horikoshi has literally provided us a sandbox for what life is like for these kids post graduation. Anything is possible and nobody can tell you otherwise! Everything is canon compliant because there is no canon to comply to!

Like personally, me and a friend came up with the idea that Bakugo and Monoma became really good friends post graduation. We are having a great time coming up with scenarios and situations we think they’d find themselves in.

something i find poignant about the song choices in arcane s2 is the presence of childs' voices. particularly in tracks during important moments ("sucker" and "to ashes and blood"). i've mentioned a few times the significance of familial dynamics in arcane (& how i seriously hope they plan to expound on them through acts 2 & 3; not just jinx/vi but jinx/silco, vi/vander, sevika/jinx, etc), but what's specifically important about them is how central they are to the main throughline of the show: we are who we attach ourselves to and where we come from. silco and vander are both byproducts of their birthplace & each other; their histories carry into how they shape jinx and vi & how jinx and vi shape each other; jinx and vi carry their histories into the new generation; the children of children of children, and so on.

basically, something something, the structural integrity of the world around these people slowly devolves through the generations based on how they devolve in their relationships with each other. i'm hoping the inclusion of isha, too, is meant to be another mark of that.

Something I noticed in When You Wish Upon A Well...

First Tumblr post and it's for STF 😂 (I love this show :)

So lately I've been quite obsessed with Cedric (again) and rewatching every single STF episode he was in ... and then I can't help but notice this:

In the episode where Sofia got transformed into a cat, he briefly appears when Sofia attempts to seek his help in turning her back into human form.

And she gets shooed by him 😂 (fair enough, it is strange that a cat randomly appears at your door, he couldn't have thought of the possibility that it was Sofia). But in this next scene... how does he not immediately recognize her amulet, the very object of his desire, literally just hanging on her neck (and she gets really up close like:

Even Wormwood was able to recognize Sofia's amulet (sure, he took a prompt since she was able to directly communicate/tell him but come on how could Cedric have missed it 😂😭

It gets even funnier if you wind back to the S1 episode "The Amulet of Avalor" where Sofia gets her amulet stolen by a griffin and he plans to snatch it.

Get this, the griffin lands on top of a fountain, he happens to walk by, and manages to accurately spot the amulet at the corner of his eye (from afar might I add) ...

But not when it's on a cat who sits like few inches from him? 💀

AYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I grew up in a culture where dudes rocked manbuns even in comic books about our major religious myths like my personal fave, the Ramayana

Old, young, darkskin, lightskin, aesetic, married, literal god, don't matter. So I was indoctrinated into loving a man bun from an early age. They're gorgeous on the right guys, just like any other hairstyle.

ETA I only just realized a queued reblog with Jared Padalecki in a manbun had posted wherein I mentioned that I love them and IT'S TRUE IT'S ALL TRUE HE LOOKED DAMN GOOD
