#i don't know how else to describe it#like yes the homoeroticism in the entire book is thick#but sure the OPENLY gay one makes date rape jokes at the “straighties”#and I can only remember one specific time but I know there were multiple#“his monkey arms”#i get he's supposed to be the lanky one but maybe consider using more adequate adjectives for the only canonically non white character#although wether he is or isn't white is debatable#he's definitely latino from what we know#regardless it felt in poor taste#anywho#also making him chronically high was...a choice#still liked rhe book but this has been buzzing in my head for a minute#if we were villains#books#book opinions#alexander voss#ok nvm he's bi#as in “sexually amphibious” which is frankly the coolest wording for it and i love it#but my point still stands
